Ripples Are The Only Exception
"Hey, Percy?"
"Yeah, Pipes?"
"Do you ever think of ripples?"
"…what ripples?"
"Sort of like the butterfly effect. Like, everything we does has ripples, consequences."
"Um, no. I don't think about that. Do you?"
"Yeah. Almost every time I do something. Like, if I'm rude to Drew one morning, then she may snap and muder me."
"…Are you okay Pipes?"
"Do I seem okay?"
"I'm not sure how to answer that."
"Like, when you had the nose bleed at that big final battle, and because of your ignorance we all almost died."
"Okay, woah, that's a little under the belt. Besides, it's not like I tried to do it."
"But all of us almost dying was your ripple."
"What are you trying to say?"
"Was us doing this a good idea? Being together? What if the ripples knock us off the boat?"
