The Delta team check their weapons as they wanted for the next orders from command, the team had lost the girl but she wasn't their main priority anymore, they wanted to complete their orders and get out of the city.
Lupo walked over to the group and gathered them around so she could fill them in with their new orders.
"Command has given us our new orders, they want whats left of the police department killed so nothing can get out to the public, if we cross any survivors as well, we terminate them" Lupo informed them
The group were just out the front of the RPD when the orders came through, they all look at the massive Station in front of them
"Piece of cake" Beltway remarks as they make their way into the station.

Apryl step towards the railing of a water art in front of Grill 13, her thoughts are tangled in a web of terror and negativity. The chances of her survival was slim, they was so man undead walking around the city and she hadn't come across anyone who wasn't trying to eat her flesh.
she knew the undead wasn't the only thing she should be worrying about as just a hundred feet away from her was a terrifying sight.
a creature with 4 legs laid there curled up, it had been sprayed with multiple bullets. Could it have been a rescue team? the sound of Helicopters had been gone for a while now and multiple gunshots have been heard through out the night, but she didn't want to guy near them as they soon died out and the city went. The moans and groans of the undead, along with their horrible walking and shuffling of feet scared the shit out of her and being alone was the worst part. No RPD officers and most of the S.T.A.R.S had been killed a couple of months ago, she knew Barry Burton, Chris Redfield, Rebecca Chambers & Brad Vickers weren't in the city, but for Jill Valentine and Josh Inserra? They could still be running around the doomed city or dead! Or even worse, could be walking around as a mindless flesh eating zombie.
She put the thoughts to the side and turned around to face Grill 13, a restaurant she had been to many times with the Bravo Team after a day at work. There was a pay phone in there, but the hope of it working wasn't hight at all, but she had all the time in the world and thought she would give it a shot. She walked up to the door pulling it open.
In one of the booths sat a man with a rasta beanie on and a tight yellow top, she knew the rasta beanie from anywhere.
"Josh?" She questioned as she walked closer.
The man turned around with bread still in his mouth, chomping down the food like he hadn't eaten in weeks. her eyes shot open with happiness to see Josh still alive, she didn't have to be alone anymore and the fact that he was a fellow S.T.A.R.S member made her feel more comfortable with the situation.
"Apryl!" Josh said standing up and walking over to her. Josh looked good for situation like this, no cuts and no bruises. At least she wasn't the only one left, but what to do now?
"i didn't think anyone was still alive" Josh said as he hugged her. Apryl looked at Josh has he looked up and down her body.
What is he doing? is he checking me out? or looking for any injuries or bite marks?
"Are you checking me out?" She jokingly said, a smile swept her face as he backed away stunned by what she said.

Josh was shocked by her words, he wasn't checking her out at all, he found her attractive and good looking but never thought of her in that way and this wasn't the time to be checking out girls, most of them were pretty undead looking now, with blood and rotten flesh falling from their bodies.
"Relax i was joking" Apryl remarked with a giggle
At least she was trying to bring the mood up, the town was dead and they could be the only two left alive. Josh hated thinking that, he hoped that Shauna and others had survived. Things between himself and Shauna were going well, not as good as he hoped, but they were spending a lot of time together before Raccoon City turned to shit and the undead along with other horrible Umbrella creations were roaming the streets.
"I was checking for bite marks, just got to be careful, this disease isn't airborne otherwise we wouldn't be standing here, must be passed on through bites from the infected"
Apryl looked at him and agreed but her face changed when a horrible scream was heard close by. They both ran towards Grill 13s Back entrance, A big pool of blood was on the floor and the whole kitchen area had looked like it had been on fire, These little things Josh hadn't noticed when he first entered the restaurant. The got to the door with their weapons in hand, Josh flung the door open and checked outside. just an alleyway which leads straight and has one turn off, which if Josh remembered correctly lead to city hall, Raccoon City press and to the train line.

Josh knew this could be a way out, he looked at Apryl and nodded. She followed him out but the scream of the creature sounded closer
"Staaaaars!"
The both looked at each other in fear, both hearing the words from its scream, they knew it was coming for them and they had to get as far away as they could!
