The sound of bullets flood the air around them. 6 against 2 Vector knew they had them, but they were fast!
the girls burst threw the main door of the RPD and push the gate open as they continue to run from the Delta team, Vector follows in pursuit along with the rest of the team. They chase them through the streets of destroyed cars, bodies and everything else they remains in the city.
Vector turns around the corner and the girls are gone, the rest of the team catch up and stop in the middle of the road. The city hall gate had been smashed open but he knew it wasn't due to the girls they were chasing.
"Spectre, have a look around" Lupo orders
Spectre nods and hits a button on his goggles, he begins to scan the area, a few seconds later he points to the smashed down city hall gate
"we have got you now" Beltway says walking towards the gate.
A gunshot is heard and Beltway flinches back, his been shot in the shoulder. Four eyes attends to him. The quick distraction has helped the girls escape. Vector doesn't bother in following them, they were going in that direction anyway. They had completed their mission at the RPD, killing all remaining officers. now they were off the the St Michaels clock tower, a note left by an officer stating he was going there to get rescued. Vector knew the orders and had to eliminate him. He walked over to Beltway who had just pushed Four Eyes off him.
"Are you able to continue?"
"Pfft, its a flesh wound" Beltway says patting his gunshot wound
"dont let it slow you down then"
Vector walked over to the broken gate and looked down into darkness that was beyond the gate, Lupo joins him.
"i know you dont like command but we do this for the right reasons" Lupo Addresses him
Vector shrugs her off. Vector hated command, there threats to them about leaving them in the danger zone of they didn't complete their mission and the fact that they were in a zombie infested environment, pissed him off! He did it for the pay check, its all his known his whole life, get mission, complete it and collect the pay check.
He begins to walk past the gate and towards his next mission.

Shauna stops at the tram line, She ponders on what to do next.
No Tram, walk along the tracks? They lead to the clock tower and thats where Brendan said he was going. Thats if he made it this far!
Shauna nods in agreement with herself. She walks onto the tracks and takes a deep breath. Her hopes of getting out alive were slimming down with ever hour of being in the burned city. Tori walks up next to her and grabbed her hand holding it tightly. Shauna was glad she wasn't alone, her sister, her best friend was with her but the thought of them both dying haunted her thoughts and the fact that Josh could be dead. She hated thinking about it, the thought of the one man she had fallen madly in love with dead killed her. She would mourn for him later, she needed to get her and Tori out of this place.
"We should keep moving, they wont be far behind us" Tori mentioned
Shauna snapped out of her thoughts and agreed, She walked down the tracks and into the unknown once again.

They had been walking along the tracks for 20 minuets when the noise of bells filled the air. Tori knew it could possible be rescue, She shared a look with her sister, the look of new hope!
The bells tolls continued and they both began to run in the direction of the sound, they followed the tram line. Her legs began to ache, but she continued, the thought of rescue was so much stronger than her aching legs and thats when hope became a reality. The sound of a Helicopter entered the air and in seconds the copter flew over to them and got smaller as they stopped and looked at the rescue. in the distance, the clock tower could be seen.
"It must be heading to the clock tower!" Shauna yelled
They began to run again, their legs aching but rescue was so close, Tori didn't want it to leave without them. Hope filled her system! The chance to get out of this nightmare, no more running, no more fighting to survive, no more killing.
in the distant and getting closer is a large fire and the remains of the tram, they get closer and closer until the sound of something high pitched is heard. Tori looks up and sees what transpires.
The Helicopter is hit with something and in a matter of seconds bits of the helicopter fly everywhere. Her hopes have been destroyed along with the helicopter.
Tori runs her hands through her hair and kicks some rubble on the ground before turning to Shauna, who is now slumped on the ground. She has given up.
"Shauna" Tori says
Shauna ignores her, her thoughts must be in a different place. Tori walks over to her and Shauna signals her to stop.
"Dont! we are never going to make it out of here! Get out while you still have hope Tori" Shauna Desperately says
"im not going anywhere without you"
"I give up, i cant do it anymore! I cant save you! Josh is dead! i have failed, fucking failed! i'm over it, i give up!" Shauna explains while tears fill her eyes and slide down her face. Tori stands there, no idea what to do. Gunshot is heard and the bullet just passes her face, Tori turns and begins to fire back, hiding behind part of the broken building. Tori looks over to Shauna who has also moved to covered and began firing.
Tori knows they cant hold them off for long. Tori looks over and fired and counts how many attackers are on her and her sister.
"6? how? Shauna shot one of them?" Tori mumbles to herself.
She looks over to Shauna who looks like she is loading her last clip into her gun. Her hope fades, She knows her and Shauna are about to be killed by Umbrella scum.
More bullets begin to fly through the air from behind Tori. She looks behind her and notices 4 figures in a door way a couple of metres behind her.
"We will cover you!" one of the figures say.
Tori turns to Shauna, who nods to her and Tori makes a break for it, She runs and jumps through the door followed by Shauna. They both crash to the floor but are helped out by the figures.
The begin to run as a group through doors, corridors and rooms until they exit into an empty road. They all stop to catch their breath. Tori looks at the people who helped them out. Brendan, he left the note was standing their check his gun and his ammunition, Apryl, a girl she had only met a couple of times before the outbreak, next to her was a...was Kira!
"Kira!"
Kira looked at Tori, the wave of shock and relief hit her face.
"Tori!" Kira yelled as she ran and gave Tori a massive hug!
"Shauna" Tori calls out to her.
Shauna looks over as water begins to hit her face from the sky. Tori watches Shauna's eyes light up and walks over them and making it a big sister hug.
Tori looks over at the other person while being hugged, She realises Josh is standing there, his face showing no emotion. Tori breaks up the hug and taps Shauna on the shoulder.
