Shauna looks at Josh as he looks at her back. Everything around her stops. Her eyes have met his and she doesn't want to take them off him. She thought her was dead, the man she wanted to be with was lost to the doomed city, but there he was. His beanie on, his clothes now sagging because of the rain, dirt all over his skin. He looks tired but still unbelievable attractive. Josh runs over to her and pulls her in tightly for a hug. She accepts and hugs him back. her thoughts with her! she doesn't want this hug to end! His alive and in her arms as she is in his. He kisses her forehead that melts her heart.
"I thought you were dead" He whispers to her
She is glad she isn't, the fact that he was alive brought hope to her, the chance to be with him after all this horror is over! If they make it out alive. He lets go and looks her in the eyes, what is he thinking?

she craves the taste of his lips for the first time, she begins to lead in when the sound of Tori screaming pulls her away from the moment.

Apryl sees the creature hit the ground, its feet shake the earth. Its looks horrible, most of its body looked like it was covered by a black jacket, but the chest area has been severely burnt revealing its mutated skin and massive purple pulsing veins. Its right arm covered in mutated skin and more of the veins. its face horrifying, half its face is stapled together and its missing its lips revealing its teeth and gum.
it all happens so fast. Apryl notices the the purple veins moving down the creatures arms and notices his locked his target on Tori who is standing next to her. ash the creature roars and shoots out one of the purple veins out of its arms, Apryl pushes Tori to the ground and gets hit with the vein. She falls to the floor hard knocking herself unconscious.

Brendan runs to Apryl as gun fire begins, He looks back to see as Josh and the sisters hold of the monster. He lifts Apryl up and notices blood pouring out of her shoulder.
"We need to get Apryl out of here, she is hurt pretty bad" Brendan yells out to the group
"get her out of here! we will follow" Josh screams back at him
He picks her up over his shoulder and looks for the safest way out. Up ahead was a gate to raccoon City park, it could be his best bet or he could go back to the clock tower, but the group of attacker could be coming from there. Then sound of something hitting the ground and rolling towards him made him turn around and look down the road they were on. Standing metres in front of him were the group of attackers.
"Dont cry" one of them yells and a loud sound was heard.
Brendan fell backwards, his ears ringing and vision blurry, the faint of gunfire could be heard. He took his best bet and ran back towards the clock tower, Sprinting through the doors, corridors and rooms until he reached a massive hall.
He slumped Apryl's dead weight body against the wall, She was still breathing but he knew she wouldn't last long with the way things were and her wound was pretty bad. Brendan walked around the hall getting his eyesight back and full hearing. the sound of gunshots had faded. Brendan had just left his group to fight the creature and the group attackers. There was no going back, they are either dead now or would of got out of the situation and retreated.
Brendan stood in the empty hall and took the time to take everything all in but it was short lived as the sound of multiple feet was approaching him and fast.

Kira dives for cover, her eyesight blurry, but she can just make that Tori is a couple of feet in front of her firing in multiple directions. Kira reaches out and grabs her arm and pulls her along, they walk towards their attackers but they aren't focused on them anymore. She walks up steps and pushes the gate open dragging Tori in with her. She slams the gate shut behind her. Kira grabs Tori once again and hides against the wall as their vision clears along with their hearing.
The gunfire can still be heard but its fading slowly, they must be retreating.
Kira checks her shotgun but its out of ammo, She throws it into the water pool a couple of feet in front of her
"Why did you do that!?" Tori asks shocked
Kira looks at her, she had a good point but where would they find shotgun shells
"i dont think ill find shotgun shells just lying around Tori"
Kira stand up and walks over to a sigh on one of the brick walls.
"Raccoon City Park"
Kira trying to figure what to do next, she was the youngest of the sisters but she was smart when she needed to be.
"Where can we go from here Tori?"
Tori thinks for a moment, trying to figure out her bearings.
"There is a 2 exits from this place, one will lead to a graveyard and an abandon waste plant and i'm pretty sure the other leads toward the train yard" Tori informs her
Kira knows they need to get out of here soon otherwise death will be knocking on the door. The waste plant? could that have an operational radio system to call for help or some sort of radio.
"i think we should go check out the waste plant, it might have a radio or something useful that can help us out.
Tori nods and they head toward the exit on their right, they push open the green fenced door. Tori lifts up her gun and they walk through.

The all keep firing at the creature walking towards them, taking multiple gun shots in the chest. The group they had chased had disappeared and they had a new threat coming towards them. Vector knew it was no use to try and take it down, it had been programmed by Umbrella to eliminate the remaining S.T.A.R.S members still in the city. Which he knew they had just prevented it from doing, meaning that there was a S.T.A.R.S member in that group. He remember going through a file about the creature. The Nemesis-T Type Tyrant also known just as The Nemesis, 4 of them were created, the 1st one died during the early stages of the mutation, the second one was terminated by Umbrella after they lost control of it. the third one was released in Raccoon City to take care of the remaining S.T.A.R.S. and the fourth one was transported by Umbrella to an unknown location.
"We need to retreat" Lupo yells to the group, they continue to fire as they walk backward until they get a bit a distant. They turn and open the gates of Raccoon City park and move out from there. They needed to get out away from the Nemesis and call for evac, there was no way they could continue to survive.
The walk past an opened green fenced door and into the direction of the Raccoon City grave yard.

Josh looks out the Raccoon City Hospital windows and watches as the group of attackers retreat out of view and The monster that is after S.T.A.R.S. follow.
Shauna is sitting on the seat with her gun in hand waiting for Josh to tell her the coast is clear.
Josh walks over to her and notices she is exhausted, he offers her his hand and she looks up at him.
"Lets get you some shut eye before we head out"
She smiles at him and places her hand on top of his, he helps her up and the walk over to the one of the staff rooms, he opens the door and walks inside, the room looks nice and tidy, no blood or papers all over the floor. the perfect time to rest up and forget about the last couple of days.
Shauna lays on the couch in the middle of the room as Josh locks all the doors and windows and Joins her on the couch.
"I love you" Shauna says softly.
Joshes inside begin to do backflips, he has been wanting to hear those words for a long time and even though its in a wasteland, it was the best thing he heard.
He moves his face close to her, looking into her eyes and he whispers back
"I love you too"
He cant resist anymore, he kisses her! The tension leaving his body and a new feeling arises in him. She pushes him up while continue to keep her lips contacted to his and lifts his top up over his head breaking the kiss for a short time. He does the same to her and breaks the kiss one more time
"Are you sure about this?"
"Shut up and just do it" Shauna replies latching her lips onto his once more.
