November 14th 1998.
Sam stands in a room talking about a future mission, infiltrating an Umbrella facility underneath Eagle Hills, his in command of the mission and begins his talk on it.
"So we will enter through the Eagle Hills abandon university which should lead us into the facility, once there we will find the document room and grab all the documents we can to prove that Umbrella is up to no good. We have no idea what could be down there but if im correct there will be Umbrella soldiers and employees and we need to take safety measures that we dont get caught, if there is any Bio Organic Weapons, also known as BOW's we take them out, we do not want a repeat of Raccoon City! Understood?"
The member of the team nodded, it consisted of some of the Survivors of Raccoon City. Vector, Party Girl, Harley, Kira & Spectre all Agreed to take Umbrella down.

Brendan sat on the couch at his sister house holding his niece in his hand, he was glad they got out of the city before the outbreak started. Kaitlin walked in with a coffee and placed his in front of him and she sat down on the one seated couch on his left.
"how are you feeling?" Kaitlin asks him
his mind wonders into his thoughts, the nightmares he had been having since he returned from Raccoon City had kept him from getting a good couple of hours of rest, the thought of Josh being dead and Nikolai shooting Apryl haunted him.
"Ive been better"
"have you been seeing someone?" She asks him
"A girl?"
"No a psychologist" She corrects
"No and even if i did, they wouldn't believe any of it! somehow Umbrella has covered up their tracks once again"
Kaitlin takes a sip of her coffee, He knew that she couldn't say anything back because he was right.

A man stands in the monitor room his new Umbrella Facility watching the finishing touches being placed on the testing grounds of the complex. The door behind him opens and a man walks in wearing a lab coat
"Chairman Telford, The facility will be up and running tomorrow morning, we still have Bree in a holding sell and she will be the first person to enter the grid tomorrow but Project Josh has escaped from his cell and we have no idea where in the complex his is"
"Thats fine, Project Josh is not the number one priority, he will be dealt with later" Chairman Telford inform the man.
The man nods and leaves the room shutting the door behind him.
"Wesker should be proud" Telford mutters to himself with an evil grin appears on his face.
He knew his revenge was only a matter of time and soon it will all play out in his favour

Shauna walks up and down the room, wondering what the results were, her mind was all over the place.
"Has it been 3 minuets yet?" She asks Tori
Tori sits on the couch looking at the pregnancy test on the coffee table.
"Its only been 30 seconds, calm down" Tori responds
"How can i calm down!? i could be pregnant! The father isn't here, we dont even know is he is still alive! if he didn't escape he would of been blown to dust with the missile strike!"
At dawn on october 1st, the US Government ordered a missile strike on Raccoon City to stop the virus from spreading, everything that was alive or dead was vaporised and wiped off the map along with Raccoon City, the death toll was over one hundred thousand people, a major dint in humanity.
Shauna walked over and sat on the couch as Tori picked up the test and read the results.
"Shauna...Your Pregnant"

I just want to say a think you to everyone who has read this story based in Raccoon City, i had been planning to do it for years and i wrote the first chapter in 2013, which its now 2015 and i've finished the first book in this series.
I had a blast writing writing this and even though some spelling errors occurred, i got good comments and support from friends and people who were reading, so thank you!
I do have plans to write a 2nd book and i should have a first chapter up soon! The title of the book is Resident Evil Operation Eagle Hills and will be centred around Sam's team entering the facility and dealing with complications along the way and how Shauna will deal with the news of her first pregnancy.
