Chapter 3: The Haunting of Hambridge Part 2
Author's Note. Although the game is centered around Scooby and Shaggy's Point of View, Chapter 3 will also show a little scene with Fred, Daphne and Velma. Oh and to the person who reviewd the 2nd chapter, I am writing stories on other Scooby-Doo Videogames.
The moment Scooby and Shaggy walked into the library, They saw a blue ghost! They screamed. The ghost went into another room, through the doors.
"Like, You go on ahead, Scoob! I'll wait right here." said Shaggy
"Rhat? Rou're a roward!" said Scooby
"A coward? Me? Why I resent that! I have senstive nerves." said Shaggy
"Roward rays what?" said Scooby
"What?" said Shaggy
"Ree-Hee-Hee-Hee-Hee!" said Scooby
"Would a coward boldy go through that door over there?" said Shaggy, pointing at the door the ghost went through. They walked to the door, opened it, and entered the other room where they saw the ghost floating around.
"Like maybe if we slowly pass the ghost without making eye contact, it wouldn't scare us." said Shaggy
"Rokay." said Scooby
They slowly walked towards the ghost. The ghost saw them and scared them both!
"Like I'm starting to lose my cool, man!" said Shaggy
"Re too!" said Scooby
Then they ran back and discovered familar treats on the floor.
"Rooby Racks!" said Scooby
The ate the snacks
"Like I feel better already." said Shaggy
"Re too!" said Scooby
Then they walked over to a chest and opened it. Inside were some white sheets.
"Raggy! Rook! Rostumes!" said Scooby
"Hey! Maybe we can put these to confuse the ghosts!" said Shaggy
They put the sheets on and walked by the ghost going "Ooooooooooh. Zoinks! Like we just sounded like the Toy Story Aliens." said Shaggy
"Reah!" said Scooby
They then walked up the stairs and found a picture of Mr. Dinsdale on the floor. They took it off the floor.
"Raggy! Rook! A Rue!" said Scooby
"Hey! You're right, Scoob! This photo looks like a clue! We should find Velma and show her!" said Shaggy "The dude in the photo look likes Mr. Dinsdale in his 30s."
They then took the sheets off, walked up more stairs and walked through a door. They looked at the messy room.
"Wow! This room is a mess! Well maybe we can find some foo on top on these crates." said Shaggy
He and scooby walked over to some crates. They climbed up the crates. They found a telegraph at the top.
"Like I wonder what this is doing up here?" said Shaggy
"Ri Ron't row" said Scooby
Meanwhile Fred, Daphne and Velma went to find Scooby and Shaggy.
"Shaggy? said Fred
"Scooby-Doo, Where Are you?" said Daphne
"Jinkies! A ghost!" said Velma, pointing at the ghost floating around.
Daphne looked and saw Mr. Peabody enter a door.
"Hey, Where's Peabody going?" said Daphne
She went after him. Fred followed Daphne.
The minute they were gone, Velma turned and said "TYPICAL! MAKE THE NERD DO ALL THE CHALLENGES ALONE!"
The ghost turned, looked at her and flew towards her!
"Jinkies!" She yelled. She quickly ran up the stairs.
Okay. Let's get back to Scooby and Shaggy, Shall We? After they found the telegraph, they jumped down off the crate, climbed over another crate and ran over to a button.
"Wonder what this does?" said Shaggy
He pressed the button. A ladder appeared out of nowhere by a bookshelf. They looked at the top of the ladder.
"Rhat's rup rhere?" said Scooby
"Like let's find out!" said Shaggy
They climbed up the ladder and found a box.
"A box?" said Shaggy
"Raggy! Rook!" said Scooby
They saw a key
"A Key!" said Shaggy
They picked it up and went back down the ladder. Then they walked back to the door by the button and went out of the room.
"C'mon, Scooby! Let's show the gang everything we found!" said Shaggy
"Rokay!" said Scooby
Shaggy and Scooby went to find Velma. They walked down around and saw her in a corner.
"Hey, Velma!" said Shaggy
"Rey, Relma!" said Scooby
"Hi, Shaggy! Hi, Scooby! I'll need five clues to solve this mystery!" said Velma
"Like Scooby and me found a clue." said Shaggy, handing her photo
"Great! You found a clue!" said Velma "Let's have a look at it!"
"It's a photo of some guy who I think is Mr. Dinsdale!" said Shaggy
"Jinkies! It IS Mr. Dinsdale." said Velma
"REALLY? I was starting to think it was his younger brother!" said Shaggy, chuckling
"This seems to be a young Alan Dimmsdale in Washington DC. You can see the Capitol in the background." said Velma
"Rhat's a nice ruit he's wearing!" said Scooby
"YEAH! Like He cleans up nice!" said Shaggy
"I'll have to hold on to it." said Velma "Good Job! I'll need for more 4 clues!"
"Like, We also found this." said Shaggy, handing Velma the Telegraph
"Great! You found a clue! It's a Telegraph assigned to W.P" said Velma
"W.P?" said Shaggy "Could that be anyone we know?"
"This was probably assigned to Walter Peabody. It says 'Package received. Check is in the mail -S.D' Hmm." said Velma
"S.D?" said Shaggy
Velma and Shaggy looked at Scooby's initials on his dog tag.
"What? It's not me!" he said
"We weren't thinking it's you, Scoob." said Shaggy "Maybe It's your nehpew"
"Shaggy, I'm not pretty it's not Scrappy!" said Velma
"REAH!" said Scooby
"Anything else, guys?" said Velma
"Like, We found this key." said Shaggy
"There's Nothing suspicious about that key. But maybe it unlocks something." said Velma
"Come on, Scoob. Let's go find out what this key unlocks." said Shaggy
"Rokay, Raggy" said Scooby
"Bye, Velma. See ya later." said Shaggy
"Rye, Relma." said Scooby
"Bye, Boys! Come back and see if you find any more clues." said Velma "I'll catch up with you later."
Shaggy and Scooby walked away
