To SakuraStrings. Her/His headcanon: Romano and Prussia may not be close friends (or friends at all for that matter), but occasionally they like to get together and take advantage of the fact that they are overlooked because of their brothers, by trolling everyone else.

This is, like, one of the best things ever. I hope you liked how I did it! (And sorry this has taken forever and a half!)

"This is wrong!"

"No it's not!"

"Yeah it is! Listen to the Awesomeness!"

"Fuck you, Albino Bastard!"

No matter how loud they wished they could be, the two had to argue whispering. It was a World Meeting, meaning that every country would be in one room together, predictably being so loud that they wouldn't notice two "lesser" nations slip out. The two had planned a prank at the last meeting, just to get back at those who thought that they were incapable of doing anything.

Mainly Germany and Austria. Not just them, of course.

But mainly them.

However, because they knew some nations didn't deserve such a horrible treatment (Canada, Liechtenstein, Seychelles, Ukraine, etc.), they sent out anonymous warnings. Any minute now, as both Romano and Prussia sent the messages, said undeserving nations will walk out of the room, confused, only to be saved as that would be when South Italy and East Germany would make their attack.

As they planned the innocent, confused nation slowly made their way out. There weren't many of them, but there was enough that those inside could tell a difference. England yelled from inside the room, "What on Earth are you wankers doing?!" Before anyone could go back inside or more countries left the meeting room, Prussia nodded to Romano, who then pressed down on the remote in his hand.

Almost immediately glue started to pour from the tiles that made up the ceiling. Because they had used gallon after gallon of glue, instead of seeping slowly in large globs, all of the adhesive paste let loose all at once. Of course that was not all (to the undeniable displeasure of those inside, the knee-buckling relief of those outside, and the stomach-aching hilarity of the two who did it); Romano and Prussia wanted something "original". So, in a cheesy and totally slapstick fashion, they proceeded to drop feathers and sparkles after the glue- letting the pranked nations morph into sparkly chickens.

After a few still, quiet, tense seconds, the area exploded with noise.

Prussia and Romano were laughing (louder than America- tears and everything); those outside were either laughing with Prussia and Romano or screaming at the pranksters/yelling at their siblings to see if they were okay; and those inside either had humor and were laughing as well (not that many- but South Korea, Denmark, and America found it completely hilarious) or were more likely screaming bloody murder at the ruining the meeting/their hair/their clothes/their papers, etc.

Before anything could happen to them, however, Romano and Prussia booked it and high-tailed it out of there. Quite a few nations were confused at their hasty retreat. After such a prank, one would take plenty of pictures right?

Well, Romano and Prussia were sure that Japan had taken more than enough.
