Their headcanon: "Never, and I mean never, call Guatemala a Mexican. She will blow up in your face if you did."

Magdalena couldn't feel anymore stressed. Really, the stupid American had been ranting for a good 20 minutes now on nothing but hamburgers! Magdalena's fingers twitched with the need to do something, contemplating pulling out her braid to satisfy her hands restlessness. Placing a large hand on the agitated Guatemalan's shoulder, Germany squeezed her upper arm. Most would find this action threatening, especially concerning that Germany usually did that to those that misbehaved. However, this was simply of comfort touch of a friend that felt the same as she.

Magdalena could almost hear the Germans' voice telling her to 'calm down Magda, he can't talk forever' though sometimes she sincerely doubted that.

Glancing at Germany, she could hear the soothing sound of England yelling at America. Sighing with relief, Magdalena sagged silently into her chair; only to straighten like a whip once she saw America heading in her direction. (Poor England's wrist was caught in America's vice-like grip and was being pulled by the younger, obnoxious nation.)

Magdalena guessed that England tried to get his attention back on track with the economy of Central and South America- which is why she and her siblings were attending for once- and America probably made a rude remark on how they were 'all the same, so what did it matter anyway?', causing the Englishman to splutter that no they were not 'and honestly you should know your neighbors better than that!'. Honestly, Magdalena wished England hadn't brought up the topic in the first place.

Passing Argentina, Belize, Brazil, Costa Rica, and El Salvador; America came to a stop right between her and Honduras. Agreeing on something for once, the two shared a look of horror. Germany, on the other side of Magdalena, face-palmed.

Feeling the weight of America's hand land on her left shoulder, Magdalena was in the right to feel especially wary of what was about to come out of America's mouth. Most of the time she was able to handle his insane proclamations and inane ideas, but when it was directed to her- yeah, Magdalena felt like she was about to be insulted.

She wasn't wrong, in a sense.

Squeezing her and Honduras' shoulder, America turned to England and said, "Come on England, you can't tell me that they're not practically Mexico!" On the other side of the table, Mexico's head hit the desk and if one was really paying attention, they would notice an exchange of money between Panama and Colombia.

The pencil that was in Magdalena's hand snapped and even Germany knew it was best to stay out of her way. When Magdalena ripped off America's hand and stood from her chair, this time the money exchange was between Peru and Bolivia; yet both were happy with the screaming of their usually calm sister.

Brown eyes blazing, Magdalena was practically spitting on the pale American with how hard she was screaming. Cuba was cheering her on in Spanish to company her own Spanish insults and threats; not like America could tell what the hell she was saying. Stabbing a finger into America's leather jacket, it was amazing how much the blond coward when faced with a much smaller woman.

When Magdalena started push the American back is when Germany finally stood- America giving him an accused look of 'why did it take you this long!?'- and pulled back the angry Guatemalan, announcing the end of the meeting. America booked it out of the room, leaving Canada to gather his papers and apologize for him. Magdalena sighed and composed herself, making sure that the northern nation knew he did not need to apologize for his brother. Canada sighed and mumbled something that sounded like 'yeah, but who will when he never apologizes?' and left with a smile and nod of the head.

Behind her, someone tapped her shoulder. Turning, she came face to face with a smirking Vietnam. Saying nothing, the Vietnamese woman handed her a card and left. Looking at the card, Magdalena also smirked. Grabbing her papers, Magdalena was happy to leave the room with nothing but a certain invitation from a certain skillet-carrying woman on her mind.
