Dear Daddy,
All of the agents are still here. Only one of them is at the house at a time, though. My favorite is Agent Vera. She's a lot of fun! She'll read out loud to me, and she does all of the voices! She likes to watch Scooby-Doo with me, too. She can always guess who's the monster! I also really like Agent Mike. He's kind-of grumpy to all of the other agents, but he's really nice to me and Mommy. He always opens the car doors for us, and he even gives me candy! Shhh, don't tell though! Agent Mike says that's our little secret.
I guess Mommy told them that we didn't want to go to another house. That's good! I really didn't want to leave! Mommy also told the agents to let me go back to school because she said going to school is really important. Mommy did some work that Ms. Jones sent her with me at home, so when I went back, I hadn't missed anything. The agents won't let Mommy drive, though. They always drive our car, to keep us safe. Which is okay, I guess, but they don't drive that well. Agent Mike is the worst! He swerves and speeds! Mommy says he's NOT a safe driver at all! When he drives, Mommy is always makes sure I'm buckled in, and she always holds the door handle really tightly!
Nothing else is going on, except that the piano Trophy competition that I do every year is on Saturday! I'm doing the Piano Solo and Patriotic categories this year! For Piano Solo this year, I'm doing "The Princess Dance" (Ms. Bonnie said that would be an easy one to do, since I already knew it really well from playing at the talent show!) and "Under the Sea"! Remember if you get three perfect scores, you get a trophy? And remember that I got perfect scores last year and the year before last year? Well, if I get a perfect score this year, I'll get my very first trophy! I'm so excited! I've been practicing a lot!
For the Patriotic category, I'm playing "America the Beautiful" and "Battle Hymn of the Republic". This is my first year doing the Patriotic category, but Ms. Bonnie said if I practiced everyday, I would do just fine! That's what I've been doing! Sometimes practicing isn't fun, but it'll be worth it if I can get my very first trophy!
I also have a pretend competition on Thursday, where I'll go into a room and Ms. Bonnie and another piano teacher will pretend-judge me. That way I'll know what to expect. I told Mommy that this is my third year doing Trophy, and that I didn't need to go to the pretend competition, and besides, I have ballet on Thursday. Mommy said that the pretend competition is always good practice, and that Ms. Jones's house is right on the way to ballet. I guess Mommy has a good point...I just don't like being late for ballet, though!
I love you lots, and I wish you were here! Mommy says you should be home soon! I really hope so!
Love,
Kelly
A/N: Thanks so much for reading! :)
Only one more chapter left! I would like to thank all of y'all for sticking with me and this story! We've had months of not updating (oops!), technical difficulties, and countless mistakes (all on my part), but we've all managed to make it to the next-to-last chapter! Again, thank you SO much! See y'all for the final chapter!
