"Actually, yes. It says here that she's made by the same process as Conner. He even cut off her growth time to match his."

"You mean she's...?" Green Arrow asked, hoping it wasn't what everyone else in the room was thinking.

Up until this point Superman had remained quiet. Stepping out of his dark corner and joined the group, "Another clone of me?"

Canary heaved a sigh full of regret. "I'm afraid so. I would say Conner now has a little sister, but the other half of her DNA is not from Lex Luthor." Reading the looks on everyone's faces, Batman continued Black Canary's explanation.

"I did an extensive scan and located the other half of her DNA. However, from what all the information I've gathered," he pulled up a holographic diagram of her body, personal information, and genetics and her DNA donors for comparison, " as you can see, there isn't anything extraordinary about the donor. In fact, she's perfectly normal; just another typical civilian." He hunched over, steepling his fingers together and brooding at the screen.

Superman reached over his shoulder to scroll through the information, eyes narrowed. "It says here that she started acting strangely after a strange substance found in the local water supply. They even had to hospitalize her." His face hardened, feeling uneasy about what he was about to read aloud but managed to grit out, "No one else, however was affected."
