It had been 3 months since we've been here and Ayanna still can't find a spell to send us back. Not that it mattered anyway, I like it here, Caroline doesn't though.
Here I don't have to worry about anything and I have the mikaelsons to keep me from missing the guys back home. Wow, that makes me sound like an awful friend and person.
Rebekah had become my best friend and that bothered Caroline beyond belief. She still hates all of them. She was just judging them by their future versions, the ones that life's suffering and misery changed. I hope she comes around because the Mikaelsons can tell how she feels about them and I think it confuses them. That is since they have no clue what they did to her to hate them all at the same time.
And something else happened. Something absolutely unbelievable. I, Elena Gilbert, have fallen for brothers again. This time it was the real deal though I could tell and the problem is it wasn't just two of them… no it had to be all 4 brothers. Elijah, Kol, Nik, and Finn… no not Henrik, he's almost 13 years old (AN: I don't know what his real age was…I don't remember if they mentioned it or not).
How fucked up am I to fall for all four brothers...agh I'm hopeless.
Anyway, today Mikael invited us over for some reason. That guy still gives me the creeps just thinking about what he did to his kids...well kind of still does. Ayanna made me and Caroline really nice dresses, I could tell that she didn't know why we were invited, but she knew it was important.
I was wearing a Duke blue dress with Egyptian blue silk sleeves. Caroline was wearing a simple baby pink dress that made her look beautiful nevertheless. We were all sitting, drinking the wine Esther had served us. Henrik wasn't obviously but everyone else was. I could tell from the glances that everyone was sending Mikael that no one except Esther knew what he had in mind.
Speak of the devil…Mikael cleared his throat then said "Ayanna, you and Esther had been friends for a really long time, you are basically another mother to my children, and I was hoping that you would not refuse me this. I would like for beloved Elena there to take Niklaus' hand in marriage. What do you say?"
