Chapter Nineteen
Marthe's POV
After all the drama that ensued in Olivia's house the boys thought they would track down some more drama by going down to Jackson; a state where one of Bobby's hunter friends supposedly lived. However, when we got there we saw the same thing that we saw in Olivia's house but, however impossible, it was worse than what Olivia had been. This hunter, Jed we had learned his name through Bobby, had his heart ripped out of his sight definitely wasn't for the faint-hearted. I shook the sight out of my head while Siobhan, Sam, Dean and I walked back outside. Dean spoke on the phone to Bobby explaining the situation,
"We're in Jackson. It's not pretty. He looks even worse than Olivia. What about you?"
Dean had put Bobby on speaker phone which made me think he was starting to trust Siobhan and I more. I smiled at the thought as I listened to what Bobby said,
"R.C. I checked on Carl Bates and R.C Adams. They've redorcated... in red."
Siobhan and I looked at each other with raised eyebrows but we didn't laugh; we thought it wasn't the time to do so even if Bobby was purposefully being sarcastic.
Dean looked confused as he asked Bobby, "What the hell is going on here, Bobby? Why did a bunch of ghosts suddenly want to gank off-duty hunters?"
"I don't know, but until we find out, you guys better get your asses over to my place." Bobby answered.
Dean nodded in agreement even if Bobby couldn't see, "We're on our way."
Dean turned to me after the phone call had finished, "You two should come with us as well. Don't want you to get hurt."
"Where else would we go?" I asked him, chuckling while both Sam and Siobhan both got into the Impala.
Dean shrugged, "Somewhere safe I hope."
I smiled, "Well, you're going to have to get used to us. We're not going anywhere."
"I'm glad about that." Dean admitted, smiling.
I blushed slightly and then made my way to the car. When I got in beside Siobhan I could see that she had a blush covering her cheeks too. We both smirked at each other knowing what just happened between us and the two brothers.
Just as we were half way towards Bobby's the boys decided to stop at a service station. Sam started to get out of the car before Siobhan asked,
"Hey, where are you going? You're not leaving us, are you?"
Sam turned round with a slight smile on his face, "I'm just going to freshen up. Didn't know you were so worried about little old me."
Siobhan rolled her eyes and scoffed, "Of course I'm not worried about you. I was just wondering because I was thinking of coming with you to freshen up if you were, and you are, so I will."
"There was a way more simpler way of saying that." Sam grinned at her but she ignored him and got out of the car.
They made their way to the store while I stayed behind in the car with Dean. I looked towards where Dean was and found that he was fast asleep and decided not to bother him too much. I leant back in the backseat and began to think back on what had happened over the past few days and how we would have surivived without meeting the boys like we did. Siobhan and I would have probably got ourselves jobs somewhere and maybe rent out a flat to live in. We would have probably led somewhat average lives. Then my thoughts wondered onto my family and I suddenly felt a surge of sadness. Even though I may have got annoyed by my parents I still did love them along with my sister and my dog. I could feel tears threatening to spill before I was interrupted from my thoughts,
"Hey, are you alright?" Dean's voice came into my conscience.
I sniffled a little bit before answering, "Yeah, just missing home, you know?"
"Not really, I haven't really had a home." Dean shrugged, and then quickly said, "But I'm sorry you're feeling like that. You know we'll try everything to get you two home."
"I shouldn't have said that. That was too insensitive and I know about your history and how you were always traveling." I rambled on, with a worried expression on my face.
Dean titled his head in confusion, "It's still weird how much you know about me."
I shrugged, "Well, it's not my fault if I'm not from this world, is it?"
Just as Dean was about to answer Siobhan came flying out of the service station and was running full pelt towards us.
Dean sat up with interest, "I wonder what Siobhan's so much in a hurry to tell us about."
"I'm sure we'll find out soon enough." I said, while I got out of the car and moved towards Siobhan.
Siobhan stopped short of Dean and I and had to take deep breaths before she could properly talk.
"Sam's in trouble in the men's tiolets. Went into check on him and saw that Henrikson was there. Decided to come back here to get help." Siobhan explained quickly.
Dean didn't need telling twice as he rushed into the service station, pulling his gun out of his jacket, and heading towards where his brother was.
"Are you alright?" I asked, turning on Siobhan and checking her over.
Siobhan nodded, "Yeah, Henrikson, or should I say Henrikson's spirit, didn't seem to notice me since he was taking his anger out on Sam so I was able to slip away quietly to get help. I didn't want to make things any worse."
I nodded, "It was a sensible thing to do to get Dean's help. We're going to have to rely on those boys for the time being."
"I'm sure you're plenty ok with that." Siobhan said, smirking at me.
"I don't know what you're talking about." I stated.
"Oh, I think you do. While I was running this way I could see that you were having a cosy moment with Dean." Siobhan teased.
"And you don't think I haven't seen you with Sam?" I questioned her, and received a blush in return, "That's what I thought."
Before we could talk anymore the boys burst out of the service station and ran towards us. Sam looked the most battered and bruised around the face. I felt instantly sorry for him for having to be beaten up by his past. When they got to us Dean was out of breath but managed to get out,
"We're going to Bobby's... Now."
Siobhan and I both nodded and quiclkly got back into the Impala. When the boy's had finally buckled in we started our way to Bobby's.
