Chapter 20

No one's POV

Our Universe

Present Day

It had been a long round of con's that the cast of Supernatural had been attending and the one that they were going to tonight was going to be their last one for this season. Fans had already picked up on the fact that there were new characters in the show and they were receiving questions left, right and centre about the girls whenever they had a panel. It was hard to answer since they didn't actually know the girls and were still learning about them themselves.

"I hope we don't get qeustions about the girls again tonight." Misha commented, as he sat down next to Osric, "I love the girls and all but it's been tough trying to answer fans when half the time I've got to make stuff up."

"You think you've got it hard?" Mark asked, raising an eyebrow, "You haven't had fans asking you outright if Crowley's having a relationship with Rachel. How am I supposed to know what they're up to now when Rachel's the one controlling the storyline?"

"Quit your whining both of you. We've got more of an important matter at hand here." Jim said, "We still haven't yet told their parents in this world where we know they are and it's been a month. We agreed that this would be the time to contact them."

"And how are we going to contact them, exactly? We don't have their contact details." Jared stated.

"I'm sure Bobby can pull a few strings in the industry to get in touch with their parents. We just need to inform him that we think it's the right time to contact them." Jim said, shrugging.

"That is all fine and dandy but who's going to tell the parents? It's kind of a big thing that we're telling them here." Mark said, raising an eyebrow.

"Ok, then. Let's see if they're any volunteers first and if not we can play short straws and whoever gets the short straw will have to tell the parents." Jim decided.

"As if that's a mature way of dealing with these kind of things." Jensen muttered, but was nudged in the ribs by Jared.

Jim rolled his eyes at them before continuing, "Ok, those who would like to raise their hand please do so now."

To no one's surprise not a single hand was raised.

"Right, let me go and get some straws and I'll be right back." Jim said, while walking out of the room.

"So, has anyone watched anymore episodes of season 4? I haven't yet." Misha said, when Jim had left the room.

"What are you doing?" Mark asked him, "Are you deciding to gossip like a girl?"

There were a few sniggers around the room before Misha replied, "No, of course not. I just want to find out how the girls are getting on."

"Siobhan and Marthe are still with Sam and Dean. They're doing the case of the spirits coming back to haunt the hunters. I think they're both feeling a little hopeless and homesick, the homesick being more on Marthe's part, but they seem to be holding up." Jensen informed Misha.

Misha stared at Jensen for a while before saying, "How the hell did you get all that from a TV show?"

The group all laughed and then turned it's attention on Mark who looked slightly surprised.

"Why are you all looking at me?" Mark asked, looking at them all curiously.

"Well, since Rachel is part of your main storyline then you should know more about her then the rest of us." Richard piped up for the first time.

Mark rolled his eyes, "She's met you too so why don't you tell everyone what she's like?"

"Wait!? Gabriel comes in earlier in the storyline too?" Misha asked in astonishment, staring at Richard.

"Yeah, bud, it seems that Crowley's good friends with him or something." Richard said, shrugging.

"Or something." Mark repeated.

Misha shook his head, "Ok, we need to focus on Rachel first since she's more important. You didn't answer my original question."

"You're an annoying little bugger when you want to be, aren't you? Fine, I think Rachel was shaken up when she watched the hellhound attack and she's more stressed about it than what she's letting on but partly she's distracted by Gabriel and Balthazar because who wouldn't be?" Mark said, ending with a shrug.

Before anything else was said Jim came into the room with straws at hand. After a lot of organising the group finally got into the game of drawing the straws. After a while the winner with the shortest straw was finally announced as Misha.

"Glad I'm not you right now, Mish." Jensen commented, "I don't know how I would explain something like this to the kid's parents."

Misha shrugged, "I'll think of something. I'll try not to be too hard on them."

"Do it slowly, mate. To be honest, it's surprising how well most of us have taken to this news. To the parents it'll be even more devastating." Mark commented.

Misha nodded in agreement and headed out of the room to get ready to try and get in touch with the girls' parents.
