Hi guys, sorry about the last chapter, it was kinda flat.

And sorry that I haven't been updating, I've been adjusting to the new school year, and I already have heaps of maths homework, which btw is the worst subject ever! Sorry, I'm rambling, I'll get on with the story now...

Annabeth's POV

The giant black cloud loomed over us, casting a shadow over the sea, turning the water black.

It was time to put my plan into action. If Percy could make the mist like he said (Which after that demonstration, I didn't doubt it), than the plan should work.

Percy looked up, and ran off the quarter deck. I followed him hastily, my hand subconsciously creeping to my knife. I still couldn't get over the fact that it was Sally Jackson's. I almost married him, I thought, I almost married that monster...

I didn't realise that Percy had stopped and barrelled into his muscled back. I hit with such force that I fell over backwards, whereas Percy hardly stumbled. He whirled around and caught me in his arms before I landed on the floor.

His green eyes sparkled with amusement, and said, "Better watch where you're going Wise Girl."

I gritted my teeth. "You shouldn't get in my way... Seaweed Brain." I snapped a retort as he placed me back on my feet.

He grinned and took my hand, leading me to his cabin.

Grover, Beckendorf and Clarisse were there, and they were gathered around an Iris Message. Jason and Reyna were on the receiving end.

"We still can't let Luke's ships follow us. It Calypso doesn't allow us entrance to Ogygia, then there's nowhere for us to go." Reyna was arguing.

Clarisse shrugged. "So, are you suggesting we sink every one of those ships then?"

"That's exactly what I'm suggesting."

None of the others looked happy about that.

They hadn't noticed that Percy and I were there, so they jumped when Percy said, "We can't sink them all."

Reyna glared. "And why not? Who made you leader?"

"No one made me leader, but I am the captain of my ship, and I will not fire on the ships. You and Jason can go right ahead, but you won't the support of the Princess Andromeda." Percy countered, looking to Grover and Beckendorf for confirmation, which they gave. Clarisse didn't argue with her captain.

"Why won't you fire Percy. Are you scared?"

Percy laughed. "Of course not, Reyna. We can't waste our ammunition. Luke will send in reinforcements for every ship we sink."

He had a good point.

"The most strategic move is to sink them an eliminate the threat."

"No, the most strategic move is to follow Annabeth's plan." He gripped my hand tighter.

Grover and Beckendorf nodded, and Jason and Clarisse copied more hesitantly.

After a brief moment of thought, Reyna gave in. "Fine."

Percy was standing at the bow of the his ship, waiting for the right moment to lift the mist.

I watched him, wishing I could run and stay with him. In case something happened. My whole body tingled, warning me that something was going to happen, but I tried to ignore it. No, Percy will provide the cover. We'll get out of here, I'll be safe from Luke, Then I thought, I'll be with Percy.

Someone put a hand on my shoulder, and I turned to see Nico staring down at me with a reassuring look in his dark eyes. "We need you below deck."

I nodded, and let him pull me away, casting one last look over my shoulder at Percy.

I followed Nico through the ship, wondering where he was taking me. Again, my senses tingled, but that was ridiculous because I could trust Nico. He was Percy's cousin, I'd shared personal information with him, and he'd stuck by me for the trip.

Finally, we came to a door. "Grover's in there." Nico said.

I opened the door and walked in, catching a sad look in Nico's eyes, before the door shut behind me and I heard the lock slid into place.

Percy's POV

I raised my arms. The clouds were right above us, the storm knocking the ships around like toys.

As my arms lifted, I closed my eyes and concentrated, willing the water to obey my commands.

Icy fog started forming around the Princess Andromeda, lapping against the wooden sides. The mist expanded, heading out to the Argo and Luke's fleet.

As it crept further alone the surface, it grew higher and higher until it was swirling around my ankles, then it was covering the entire ship, and growing to cover everything within ten miles.

Satisfied, I ran to the wheel, and turned it South, where Ogygia would be if Calypso wanted us to dock.

Cannon fires provided flashed of yellow light, but it was dulled by the smoke. The churning water spread the mist further, and lighting flashed, thunder boomed. We were completely covered from Luke's sight, and now he wouldn't find the way to Ogygia. When we got there, we would be safe.

Annabeth would be safe.

Annabeth's POV

I banged my hands on the door, screaming at Nico.

"What do you think you're doing! Let me OUT!"

Nico's voice had a sad tinge to it. "Annabeth, I can't. Please know that I didn't want to do this, but I didn't have a choice. I have to protect my cousin, and you're the price. I like you, and I'm sorry. Please, I'm sorry."

"Nico?" My shouts died down. "You're... you're the spy...?"

He didn't answer me.

"I'm sorry, believe me. I just want to help Percy."

"Are you the spy Nico?" I persisted, and couldn't stop the hot tears forming in my eyes.

I heard footsteps; he had walked away, leaving my looked in what seemed to be a kitchen.

No, Nico couldn't be the spy. He said he wanted to protect Percy, so why would he turn him in?

Hahaha, I'm so mean.

Sorry Moonshrrom, I know that must've killed you ;)

Please R&R! Even though some of you might hate me now
