AN: Sorry I couldn't get the triple update done but I got off work late and then I had a tattoo appointment that took three hours to get done and on top of that I got a text halfway through the tattoo saying a needed to be in to work an hour and a half early to sign out some equipment...so anyway long story short I manage to finish this chapter during the free time I had on breaks so here it is chapter 3.
Chapter 3
"So Rainbow, you Lightning Dust, and Cloudchaser are all on the soccer team" Deidrick asked as everyone was sitting down eating lunch it had been over a week since the whole out of control rumor incident had happened and everyone had gotten into a rather pleasant routine.
"Yup I'm the team Captain" Rainbow said proudly.
"Hey AJ I'm surprised you're not on the team" Spike said knowing how fit the country girl was.
"Well that's cause I help mah family out on the farm after school" Applejack sighed.
"That sounds like hard work" Spike frowned.
"It is but it's I great way to stay in shape" Applejack smiled.
"Yeah I can't really argue with the results" Spike grinned causing Applejack to blush and some of the other girl to get jealous.
"Well aren't you just as sweet as ah five pound bag of sugar" Applejack smiled at Spike.
"Well thanks" Spike said chuckled the two of them ended up staring into each other's eyes.
"Hey Spike you should come watch us practice today" Rainbow said snatching Spike's attention.
"What…yeah sure I don't have anything else to do after school today" Spike answered.
"Yes" Rainbow cheered.
"Deidrick you should come watch too" Lightning Dust said hopefully.
"Sorry I have weight training today" Deidrick sighed.
"Are you doing it at the house or in the schools weight room" Spike asked.
"You guys have a weight room in the house" Rarity asked.
"Well Deidrick has a bench press punching bag and some dumbbells in his room" Spike answered.
"Oh maybe I should come over I could use a personal trainer" Cloudchaser smirked.
"You're not going anywhere expect practice until the seasons over "Rainbow said sternly.
"Oh Deidrick if you don't mind the great and powerful Trixie would like join your workout" Trixie said.
"You work out" Deidrick asked raising an eyebrow at the magician.
"Of course it is important for a stage performer to maintain a desirable figure" Trixie nodded.
"Yeah if they're a stripper" Rainbow joked making the group burst out laughing. Trixie puffed out her cheeks angrily and looked at Deidrick who was struggling not to laugh.
"Sure Trixie I don't mind if you tag along" Deidrick managed to say with a straight face.
"Good then I'll see you after school, I'll text you when I'm ready" Trixie said leaving the table.
Once she was gone every glanced at each other before bursting out laughing again.
"She makes a good point though just because we're musicians doesn't mean we shouldn't try to stay fit" Adagio said.
"Yeah other's wise we'll end up soft and squishy like Sonata" Aria teased poking Sonata stomach.
"I'm not squishy" Sonata said slapping away Aria's finger.
"Tell that to the chocolate cake you're eating" Aria snickered as Sonata blushed.
"There was Chocolate cake up there…oh man how did I miss that" Deidrick complained.
"Never expected you to have a secret sweet tooth" Vinyl teased.
"Just for Chocolate and gummy bears there like my weakness….any way I gotta see if there's any more of that cake" Deidrick admitted jumping up.
"Did you get any cake bro" Spike asked as Deidrick sat back down at the table.
"No it's all gone" Deidrick said laying his head on the table depressed.
"There, there" Derpy said rubbing Deidrick's head like he was a sad puppy making everyone giggle. Sonata looked down at her half eaten cake and suddenly an idea formed in her head she got up and forced her way in between Adagio and Deidrick.
"Hey what are you doing" Adagio complained, but Sonata ignored her.
"Deidrick you can have a bite of my cake if you want" Sonata offered. Deidrick instantly perked up and started thanking Sonata for her kindness. "Okay here you go open wide say ahh" Sonata said holding some cake out on her fork.
"Ahh" Deidrick opened his mouth and Sonata feed him the cake. "Oh man that's some good cake" Deidrick sighed happily while the girls on his side of the table looked at Sonata jealously.
"Spike you don't happen to have a sweet tooth, do you" Pinkie Pie asked.
"Well I do kinda have a weakness for cookies and pie" Spike admitted after thinking for a moment.
"Oh you should come by the bakery sometime I'll make you the best cookies you ever tasted" Pinkie Pie say excitedly.
"If yah ever come down to the farm I could whip you up the best apple pie yah ever had" Applejack offered.
"Wow sure whenever I have some time I'll make sure to come visit" Spike said surprised at the girl's generosity. The conversation ended as the bell rang signaling classes were about to start again. The rest of the day went day smoothly for both boys and soon the end of the day bell rung releasing the students for the day.
"Hey Spike practice starts in 45 minutes your still coming to watch right" Rainbow said walking next to Spike.
"Of course" Spike answered.
"Awesome I'll see you then" Rainbow said running off.
"What's up ladies' man" Deidrick teased as Spike made over to his bike.
"I could say the same thing about you" Spike grinned.
"What I'm just going to have a work out" Deidrick shrugged.
"Yeah a great and powerful work out" Spike joked making Deidrick laugh.
"Like you have room to talk maybe if you show Dahsie some of those moves of your she'll let you taste the rainbow" Deidrick came back making Spike burst out laughing.
"Say's the guy that got fed cake during lunch" Spike teased.
"Un huh like Pinkie Pie wasn't dying to get you to come eat her cookies…I bet you just can't wait to eat Applejack's warm moist Apple pie" Deidrick grinned.
"Oh come on, why do you have to make everything perverted" Spike said shaking his head.
"Like you weren't thinking the same thing" Deidrick smirked starting his bike.
"Just a bit" Spike admitted.
"Haha come let's just get home and changed" Deidrick said taking off. Once they were back they both changed into plain workout clothes Deidrick had on a black tank top and gray shorts, while Spike had on a dark green tank top and black and purple shorts with long socks and cleats since he was planning on practicing a bit himself once the girls practice was over. Once they were ready to go Deidrick dropped Spike off at the field while he headed to the school's gym.
Spike walked over to the gym and saw the girls where already there stretching out on the field so he went ahead and set on the bleachers. Rainbow Dash saw him and waved at him he waved back and then sat back while the girls started their practice. They started with a few warm up drills to get themselves nice and lose. They ran laps around the field did, sprints, lunges, flutter kicks, push-ups and sit-ups. One that warm up routine was done Rainbow started making them run drills like passing, dribbling, and shooting. As Spike watched them he became more and more impressed with Rainbow to the point where he could barely keep his eyes off her. As practice continued the girls started to work up a good sweat making their clothes stick to them. Spike swallowed hard as he watched them especially the way their hips swayed or their breast bounced when they were running made it hard for him to try to watch them without thinking perverted thoughts. Especially when they took a water break Rainbow Dash grabbed a bottle of cool water she downed half of it before pouring the rest over her head turning the white t- shirt she was wearing nearly see through. Spikes jaw dropped as his eyes followed a bead of water the rolled from her hair down her check to her neck and further down past her collar bone down to her breast that where covered by a blue sports bra.
Rainbow saw Spike gawking at her and winked at him before returning to practice. Once the girls had run through all their drills they broke up into teams with Rainbow and Lightning Dust as the team captains to run practices matches. As the girls started playing Spike was surprised by how good they were both teams were well balanced and skillful they all worked together flawlessly and were pretty evenly matched. As he already Suspected Rainbow was the best player on the team the way she dribbled was top notch and she had some real power and skill behind her shots. She was usually able to dribble around or through the defenders on the other team before either passing or taking the shot. After three matches were Rainbows team won two to one they called practice for the day. Seeing practice was over Spike headed down to the field "You girls are awesome" he said walking over to Rainbow.
"Thanks we practice hard so we can beat most of the guy teams we go against" Rainbow grinned.
"Yeah you really got some moves" Spike complemented.
"Oh so that's why you were staring at me huh" Rainbow teased.
"Maybe…but I think I could take you on" Spike said.
"Oh is that a challenge" Rainbow said putting her hands on her hips.
"You tell me skittles" Spike grinned, Rainbows jaw dropped a bit and then she grinned back.
"Oh you are so gonna get it" Rainbow said she grabbed a ball from the side line and marched to the middle of the field with Spike right behind her. "Okay Spike first one to score a goal wins" Rainbow said confidently putting the ball between them as they stood in the middle of the field facing each other.
"Sounds good to me" Spike said locking eyes with Rainbow who had a competitive fire in hers.
"Alright ready…set…go" Rainbow quickly took the ball and tried to spin off to the right to get around Spike she could already see the look on his face when she blasted the ball from half field into the net. She was almost around him when he skillfully took the ball from in between her legs in one quick motion and knocked it into the air before blasting it across the field into the other next. Rainbows jaw hit the floor in a comical manner along with the other girls that had been watching curiously from the side lines.
"How'd the hell did you do that" Rainbow asked she'd never had the ball stolen from her like that before Spike had barely moved.
"What you mean steal the ball or win the match" Spike grinned.
"I've never lose best two out of three" Rainbow said defiantly.
"Sure maybe I'll actually get a warm up this time" Spike said cockily.
'Damn I don't think I've ever seen Spike act this cocky…it's pretty hot' Rainbow thought deviously as she went to get the ball. Spike stood there with his arms crossed a cocky grin planted on his face he might not be the most confident guy when it came to certain things but soccer wasn't one of those things. He'd been playing the game since he could walk and had spent hours upon hours practicing and perfecting his technique especially when it came to foot work he'd always been the best dribbler of any team he'd ever been on that's what made him one of the most dangerous forwards in the state.
"Ready…set…go" Rainbow said once again getting the ball first instead of trying anything fancy she backed up a few feet and lobbed the ball over Spikes head before sprinting around him after it.
"Shit" Spike cursed sprinting after the ball but Rainbow Dash was faster than him and caught up to the ball first and slammed it into the back of the net.
"That enough of a warm up for you" Rainbow said strutting past him, as she did Spike couldn't help but take a look at her firm ass. He grabbed the ball from the net and brought it back to the middle of the field where he sat it down. "Ready to lose" Rainbow said getting ready.
"I was just about to ask you the same thing" Spike said with fire in his eyes.
"Ready…set…go" Rainbow yelled taking the ball she lobbed it over Spike just like last time before running after it. Spike knew he couldn't beat her speed but knew she had to pause for a second to aim and take her shot. He kept sprinting as hard as he could and right as she planted her foot to take the shot he managed to get his toes in front of the shot just enough to deflect it up over the goal post. "Lucky graze" Rainbow smacked her lips. Spike went and retrieved the ball and brought it back to the middle "Ready….set….go" Rainbow said as soon as they were set. This time Spike managed to get the ball first Rainbow did her best to steal it back but Spike easily avoided her by turning around putting his back to her as soon as he took a step he heel kicked the ball through her legs. By the time Rainbow realized what had happened Spike had already spun around her again and kicked the ball towards the goal, but Rainbow wasn't about to get beat that easy. She ran after the shot sprinting at top speed she managed to make it to the goal a second before the shot went in and deflect it away with a sprinting header. Spike's jaw hit the floor she had just chased down and deflected his shot the simple fact that it happened seemed to defy logic.
Spike and Rainbow continued to go back and forth for over an hour neither one was able to score since the other would either infer or deflect their shot. The sun was starting to set and they were both out of breath as Spike put the ball in the middle for what might've been the 50th time. All the other girls had gone home along with most of the people on campus. "You just won't give up will you" Spike panted.
"Of course not I always win" Rainbow said equally winded.
"Well so do I" Spike said finally getting his wind back.
"I guess I better get serious then" Rainbow said taking off her grass stained t shirt just leaving her in her sports bra. Spike couldn't help but to look her up and down her skin was flawless her breast weren't huge probably c-cups her stomach was nice and tight leading down to her slim waist and long toned legs, Spike's hormones raged and he wondered what it would be like to kiss down her stomach. "See something you like" Rainbow asked snapping Spike back to reality.
"Maybe…if you're gonna get serious then so am I" Spike took off his tank top feeling the warmth of the setting sun on his bare chest. This time Rainbow was the one with wondering eyes as she drank in the sight in front of her. Spike's toned chest lead down to the most chiseled six pack she'd ever seen his shorts were low enough that she could see the top of his deep v cut, Rainbow bit her lip as she got the urge to rake her nails down his hard abs. "See Something you like" Spike said mockingly.
"Maybe" Rainbow smirked. The two got set once again and on Rainbow's count they started. This game was similar to the other except for the fact that they tended to be more physical brushing against each other more as they tried to steal the feeling of skin on skin contact made both the teens hormones kick into over drive and they rubbed and grabbed each other trying to get the ball back. About ten minutes went by before Spike managed to break away from Rainbow, but as he went for the winning shot she grabbed him by the back of his waist band making him trip. Wasting no time she took the ball and kicked it across the field where it barely rolled into the other goal.
"Oh no fair you cheated" Spike complained getting to his feet.
"If you ain't cheating you ain't trying" Rainbow said with a shrug.
"So not cool" Spike grumbled.
"Oh don't be a sore loser…how bout I give you something special for playing so well" Rainbow said getting closer to him.
"Oh yeah like what" Spike asked his heart beat a little faster as Rainbow got close enough that their bodies touched.
"This" Rainbow pushed her lips into Spike's who after a few seconds of being shocked kissed her back making her feel slightly light headed. After almost 20 seconds of kissing Rainbow broke the kiss blushing madly "How was that" she asked with a slight grin.
"That was…awesome" Spike said breathlessly.
"Come to practice next time and you might get another one" Rainbow said playing it cool she put her t shirt back one grabbed her bag and walked away to the parking lot swaying her hips the whole time.
"Wow" Spike fell back into the grass arms out stretched. "Best day ever" he grinned.
Rainbow waited until she got to her motor scooter before looking around to make sure the coast was clear before she jumped in the air cheering. "Yes I kissed Spike" She cheered doing a victory dance. She couldn't wait to tell her friends she could already see their jealous faces.
Earlier that day after Deidrick dropped Spike off.
Deidrick was at the school gym which was filled with girls most of them where from sports teams that weren't playing at the time. Since Trixie hadn't texted him yet he figured he'd do a warm up set to get loosened up. As he walked into the gym every girls eyes seemed to follow him some of them even stopped what they were doing to outright stare at him. The first thing Deidrick decided to do was flat bench he found an empty one and grabbed two 45 pound plates and put them on each side of the bar. He stretched his arms out a bit before putting his head phones in and laying down in one smooth motion he picked the bar up and lowered it down to his chest before pushing it all the way up until right before his elbows locked out. He did a nice even set of ten before racking the bar and sitting up every girl in the gym turned their heads away to try to act like they hadn't been staring. After another warm up set Deidrick felt his phone vibrate and pulled it out to see two text messages from Trixie. The first one read.
"Hey I'm here where are you"
And the second one read.
"Never mind I'll just follow the stares"
Deidrick burst out laughing and a few seconds later Trixie showed up and Deidrick was at a loss for words. She was wearing a pair of tight black yoga pants and a dark blue half shirt showing of a good amount of her smooth stomach. "Wow Trixie I have to admit you look pretty good in those clothes" Deidrick said looking her up and down.
"Thanks…'you should see how I look out of them'" Trixie said the last part mentally.
"You're looking pretty good yourself I'm surprised they haven't jumped you yet" Trixie said looking around at the other girls who were giving her jealous glances.
"Haha you think so anyway I only have a few set left if you wanna stretch out" Deidrick said going to grab another set of 45 pound plates.
"Sure sounds good to me" Trixie said starting to stretch. As she did she watched Deidrick out the corner of her eyes she watched the way his muscles flexed as he lifting the heavy weight. His arms and chest swelled as he did another set of ten reps. Trixie bit her lip and smirked as an idea popped in her head she made sure she was right in front of the bench and bent over touching the floor with the palms of her hands.
Deidrick racked the bar after finishing his last and sat up to catch his breath to get a perfect view of Trixie's round ass as she bent over. He couldn't take his eyes of it and Trixie seeing she had him right where she wanted him decided to up her little act she spread her legs so they were shoulder width apart and stretched to her right first before slowly standing up making sure to drag her hands along her legs before bending back down and stretching to her left before finally turning around to look at Deidrick who was still staring at her like a deer stuck in headlights. After a few seconds he finally stopped staring and stood up "So what do you want to work on today" Deidrick asked not even bothering to give her an excuse as to why he was staring at her ass.
"I was thinking squats since I think it will help me tone up my butt" Trixie said walking over to a squat rack. She put some light weights on the bar before doing a set of deep squats just like when she was stretching Deidrick had his eyes glued on her ass. After she racked the bar she went to stand and front of a mirror where she poked her butt out. "Deidrick I can't tell if it's getting more tone or not what do you think" Trixie asked.
"I think it's one of the nicest asses I've ever seen" Deidrick said honestly making Trixie blush. 'If she thinks she's gonna be a freaking cock tease this entire gym session she's got another thing coming two can play at this game' Deidrick went and grabbed a set of 40 pound dumbbells. Making sure Trixie had a good view of him her started curling the weights making sure to pause before doing another rep. Trixie watched his arms flex the muscles tightening and loosening made her want to feel down his arms and chest. The two of them went back and forth teasing each other until they both were so flustered they couldn't even focus on their workouts. It got to the point that Deidrick almost dropped a weight on his foot when Trixie started doing yoga stretches and Trixie almost fell of the treadmill when Deidrick walked by shirtless coming out of the steam room.
Eventually after about an hour and a half they called it a day "You got anything to do after this" Trixie asked as they left the gym.
"Nah I got nothing planned" Deidrick said sipping on a bottle of water.
"Good I was hoping we could just chill and talk for a bit" Trixie smiled.
"Sounds good to me, why don't we go over there" Deidrick pointed to a shady spot under a tree.
"That was a pretty good workout" Trixie sighed sitting down.
"I'm surprised you could even work out with all that teasing you were trying to do" Deidrick huffed.
"Like your one to talk "Trixie huffed back.
"Oh was the great and powerful Trixie getting flustered" Deidrick teased.
"Says the guy that nearly crushed his foot because he was too busy gawking at my behind" Trixie said crossing her arms.
"My grip just slipped" Deidrick shrugged.
"Ugh you're such a liar" Trixie said poking him in the cheek. "I don't see how you and Spike ever became such good friends in the first place"
"What's that supposed to mean" Deidrick asked.
"I mean Spike's so adorable he's just so cute, sweet and innocent and you're cocky, arrogant and a flirt-"
"You forgot to mention sexy" Deidrick interrupted.
Trixie just rolled her eyes "Exactly my point"
"Well you should see Spike on a soccer field his personality dose a complete 180…but if you wanna know how we ended up so close I'll tell you" Deidrick said looking at Trixie when she nodded he continued. "We lived in the same neighborhood when we were younger Spike's dad was good friends with my grandfather and we ended up playing together most of the time. Since we were only a year apart we went to school together, Spike's had the adorable thing locked down since day and even as a first grader he was always followed around like by a gang of girls. Obviously that didn't make the other guys happy so they would often try to bully him and that where I stepped in and that's how things went for a while. Of course me and Spike just got closer over the years until we were more like brothers than friends. Then things a bit complicated I started having some anger issues around 6 grade and I was always trying to get in fights or acting out. Most of the time Spike was keeping me out of any serious trouble if kind of ironic really I was supposed to be the one protecting him but he always ended up protecting me even if it was from my own stupidity most of the time. After that people kinda started to see us in opposite lights Spike was the perfect student kind caring and brilliant the perfect little angel and I was the mischievous little demon that was always a breath away from trouble…that being said I was still a good student. Eventually I started to channel all that excess energy into sports which worked out great I was still a trouble maker but it was usually just good natured pranks. You'd think that having such drastically different personalities would have put a strain on our friendship but if anything it just made us closer Spike had his roll and I had mine and things stayed that way until we got to high school and you pretty much know what happened after we got there" Deidrick sighed finishing his story.
"Oh geez" Trixie smirked.
"What is it" Deidrick asked.
"You're such a softy you try to act like some badass tough guy with your pricings and cocky attitude but you bout as hardcore as a teddy bear" Trixie laughed.
"Seriously a teddy bear come on at least give me more credit than that I'm at least as vicious as a panda" Deidrick said growling. Trixie just double over laughing so hard she couldn't sit up any more and fell on her side still laughing until she cried. Finally after a few minutes she settled down and scooted a bit closer to Deidrick.
"You know I happened to be a bit of a trouble maker myself" She said looking up at him.
"Oh really" Deidrick said scooting closer to her.
"Yup maybe we can see what kind of trouble we can get in together one day" Trixie grinned running a finger down his chest.
"I'm sure we could think of a few things" Deidrick said putting a hand on her hip. The two of them started to lean towards each other and their lips were only a few inches away when Trixie's phone rang loudly.
"Seriously" Deidrick scowled.
"Sorry it an emergency text looks like I've got to go…oh and this isn't finished by the way" Trixie said blowing him a kiss.
"Tell that to the great and powerful hard on you gave me" Deidrick grumbled watching her walk away.
AN: So I was going to make this chapter a bit longer but I decided to end it on a comedic note. So what do you guys think I decided that even though Spike usually kinda shy around girls when it comes to the sports he's already been good at he kinda flips the scrip so you got to see a cocky Spike get a little action with Rainbow while Deidrick got cock teased by Trixie. Next chapter the other girls will find out what happened between the boys and Rainbow and Trixie and all at war is declared so expect more raging hormones and impulsive decisions. I was gonna post this earlier but since it's my 21st birthday everyone wanted to take me out for drinks and before I get to drunk I want to post this so hopefully by the time I'm done being black out drunk I'll come back to some good reviews.
