I am back people! Sorry for the long wait, again… I got busy with planning college and graduating from high school. -.-;

As always, I do not own the Transformers; if I did there would be some changes that would be made. Looking at you, Bay.

Anyway, it was brought to my attention by viewer, Captain Obvious, that I had some issues with my beginning chapters and I have some apologizing to do. When I started this I was just figuring out how to write a real story not just an idea or dream. This is one of the few things that I have actually put to pen and it was a difficult thing for me since I was but a sophomore in high school still learning how to properly write. It is however, no excuse for poor writing or poor research. I used the weak idea of what the girls used to be just to get the ball rolling faster so I could get to the fun part with the autobots and all that glamour and I am sorry for being so poor minded. I have grown in my writing abilities and I hope to revise and make my story better for readers.

On a better note, I am so proud of the writers who have been inspired by me and have grown with their characters and stories. Ya'll are doing a fantastic job!

Now with these upcoming chapters are going to be a whirl wind because its back-story time! I made most of these in my economics class and my geometry class while we were watching numbers and Inception.

So this is how it's gonna be broken down. Radioactive is going to have a really big part in the back story; it just sorta happened and worked. I would like to thank FireRose Prime for her help in writing the backstories and future sparkmate scenes. I would be lost without her help.

Without further ado, ladies and gentlebots, time for Radio's backstory

Enter: The Past of Radioactive

After running around and swinging on the swings, the girls finally began to settle down and they crawled into the giant slide and sat in a circle. FireRose sat with her back to the slide entrance with Radio on her left, and Kinetix on her right. Next to Radio was Aquamarine who sat next to Shadow. Nightblade followed with Swiftwing next to Kinetix.

"So why are we here?" Kinetix asked breaking the ice.

"I'll get to that but first; MIRAGE! Get da FRAG OUT! This is Femme talk!" FireRose shouted.

The girls giggled when they heard metal crashing down as the voices of a few mechs that had fallen over each other in their mad dash to get away from the femmes.

"Mechs." The girls huffed before breaking out into giggling.

"Now that nobot is eavesdropping, we can get down to business." Radio said in a playful mobster mafia way.

"Who's the head of this messed up family?" FireRose teased in mock outrage.

"You but I'm tha mahcusle." Radio said flexing her arms with a smirk causing the girls to erupt with laughter.

"Enough funny business already, get on with it." Shadow pushed for the issue with a laugh.

"Okay, Okay! Beta told me to gather you all here. She sounded sad and said something about helping us with our memory situation." FireRose explained. Before the others could comment, a mist encircled them.

"Let's begin." A ghost voice rang around them before they all dropped forcefully into recharge.

"Ow, crackerjacks Beta, that hurt." Radio groaned rubbing her helm. They were lying on a silvery ground with a purplish black atmosphere around them.

"Crackerjacks? Da frag you on?" FireRose asked doing a push up before moving into a sitting position.

"Pain in the aft is what I'm on." Radio grumbled noting that they were in the same circle they were in before as the others groaned in pain of the forced stasis as they sat upright. Beta was in the center looking like she was about to cry.

"Primus has informed me of Soundwave and Megatron's knowledge of your past and figured the only way to fix it would be to end your entire being of life as humans." She said mournfully as despair filled the air.

"WHAT!? HOW!? We never agreed to this!" Kinetix roared while the others looked torn between their lives as their memories flashed before their optics causing tears to form at the thought of their families and all the joy they did have while human would all be lost.

"Kin, Kinetix please let …let her explain." Aqua inquired with a sniffle as tears ran down her cheeks.

"Your past lives will be stored as humans that you studied during your training. Everything that affected you or that you learned will be from the families you will have as Cybertronians and when you trained with Magnus. All your bullying will come from Sentinel and a glitch called Crystal who was a messenger. Lucky for you before your adult frames came she was offlined on a mission. Sad to be happy a pit spawned femme who acted just like Thunderblast is gone but it had to be done. Primus and the other thirteen have spent a lot of time creating your pasts and now we have to replace your entire memory storage. You will still retain the knowledge that you were human but any who looked upon your memories will see it as you were studying the humans not being human. I am sorry it had to come to this but there is no other way to get around it. You girls are intelligent and have sparks with so much potential please understand that it had to come to this." Beta explained as all of them, even her, had tears flowing. Beta knew that the femmes looked upon their memories of their families on earth with fondness and wished to return to them to tell them of what happened but that was not to be. It broke Beta's spark to see her girls in just a state of despair and that she could not end it. Taking a deep cleansing intake of air, she continued.

"We had to change some things about your parents. They may or will be completely different from your human ones. The pain of the memory switch will last a while as well. By the time we are done it will be the next cycle's last lunar cycle. You will see years of memories that will make it feel as if all that time had gone by but it will have been only a few joors here."

"So we won't lose ourselves, just change our memories?" Swiftwing questioned feeling a bit better about the situation. She did not like the idea of lying about her past but if it protected her family, it was what needed to be done.

"Yes." Beta stated.

"And it will hurt?" Shadow asked nervously.

"Like a glitch?" FireRose tacked on earning stifled, watery chuckles.

"Yes. We begin with Radioactive. You all will see it but there is nothing we can do to interact with the events. We are ghost to the world we enter. Radioactive will be put into a painful dream while we watch." Beta finished.

"Slag, this is inception." Nightblade commented whipping away her tears.

"Da fraggit is. Good luck Radio." FireRose said turning to her second in command.

"God's speed be with you." Swift added with a watered down smirk.

"May E=mc squared be with you." Radio returned rubbing her optics clear of tears.

"Femmes these days." Beta muttered earning a few stray chuckles.

"This is gonna be a long night." Kinetix huffed.

"It is time." Beta warned calling Radio forward. Radio kneeled in front of Beta as the elder femme placed her servos on Radio's helm.

"Catch ya on the flip side sisters." Radio said before the sound of a gun shot rang through the room.

"What the pit was that?" FireRose cried as she bolted to her pedes along with her sisters.

At the sound of the gunshot, the room floor broke into jigsaw puzzle pieces and fell apart under the girls. They fought to keep their balance as the floor moved and shifted.

"In order for the switch, we had to end the lives of your past selves on earth." Beta calmly explained as she stood on one piece as the others wobbled on a mishmash of puzzle pieces.

"You mean we are getting point blank gunshots to the head?!" Swift cried in outrage. She at least thought Primus had a better plan than that.

"Yes and no. On earth you girls are still alive in a more puppet like state and are in a school hold up trying to protect each other. The attackers have only killed Radioactive. She felt no pain in this death only her spark will cry out." Beta explained as the floor gave way fully causing the girls to cry out before they hit the hard, wet ground.

The group groaned but stood up to observe the scene about to unfold before them. It was dark and rainy as they stood outside a housing unit fit for two to three Cybertronians. The girls looked up at the clouds and saw Radio's body disintegrated into sparks of white mist.

"RADIO!" Aqua cried out in shock.

"She is fine. Let us see what is going on in the housing unit." Beta directed quickly as she led them through the front door.

"Now that felt weird." Swiftwing said with a shudder.

"Can they hear us?" Shadow asked pointing towards a light magenta femme with beautiful blue optics. Her beautiful armor was dented as was her left cheek, helm and abdomen. The attacker was a red optic mech with almost black navy blue armor.

"That is Solarflare and HammerHead. They are sparkmates. They started off as enemies but he turned neutral to be with her which is all a lie. He was not meant for her but she loved him with all her spark. He loved her too but their views on the future did not coincide." Beta narrated.

"Why is he hurting her?" Aqua exclaimed as Hammerhead lunged at Solarflare, grabbed her by her neck and lifted her off the ground with a snarl.

"I TOLD YOU TO GET RID OF IT! HOW COULD YOU keep the worthless thing? You said you loved me. How could you go behind my back when I told you to get rid of it?" Hammerhead roared into her audio.

"I do love you Hammer, but I love our sparkling too." Solarflare choked out in pain as the servo around her neck tighten its hold.

"I thought we agreed to never have sparklings. I never wanted a sparkling you glitch! If you won't get rid of it then I will." He snarled reading himself to rip out the almost ready to be born spark from his mate.

Rage filled Solarflare's optics as the will to protect her sparkling filled her and she now saw her sparkmate as an enemy not the one she loved. She had to get to Ultra Magnus for help. He was the only one she could truly trust to take care of her sparkling beside her old friend Chromia.

Swiftly swinging her body around, Solarflare kicked Hammerhead away in an oddly similar to the way Radio fought. She dropped to the floor in a cat like crouch and rushed out the door kicking it open.

"I am keeping my sparkling even if I offline trying." She vowed under her breath as she ran down corner after corner. The girls were following after her.

"She doesn't have long to live. All the abuse she has taken internally has damaged her to the she should be offline right now." Beta gravely informed.

"What the pit is this? Is this really the start you beings made for Radio? She had wonderful parents as a human!" Shadow interjected venomously. Radio's parents were always kind and enjoyed having Radio's friends over.

"Irrelevant. This is how the Primes choose to make it play out and these are not really her soul's parents but her bodies." Beta rebuked in a scaring distant and closed off way to the girls. If the girls' were honest, it scared them slightly.

After joors of running, Solarflare had not stopped for fear of Hammer head catching her. Just as she thought she could make it to the Autobot's base in Kaon, she collapsed onto the rode in a pool of rain underneath a broken street light.

Patrolling down the street, Ultra Magnus in his alt. mode skidded to a stop at the sight of the fallen femme before transforming and rushing to the side of the fallen femme.

"Solarflare! What the pit happened to you?" He asked picking her up into his arms with great delicacy.

"Ultra Magnus, sir. I'm sorry. He said he loved me but I love my sparkling more than the pain he gave me." She whispered visibly fading away.

"We have to get you to Ratchet. Please 'flare hold on." He pleaded as he ran towards the base. The sounds of an item coming out of subspace hit his audios.

"Magnus, I have a sparkling ready to be born. As in right now. Here is her frame. I spent many cycles coming up with it. Her name is is Ra-radio…Radioactive. Just like the symbol on her should. Please take care of her." Solarflare begged as tears rolled down her faceplates.

"Don't talk like you're going to offline! Thank Primus Ratchets here." He muttered before kicking open the medbay emergency doors and plowing in despite Ratchet's protests and laid Solarflare down on the nearest berth.

"Ratchet! She's having a sparkling! Don't ask questions medic! The frame is here and Flare's dying!" Magnus roared as Ratchet went to work. Magnus was shoved out of the room by the assistants. Once outside the doors slide shut and he watched as she gave him a sad smile goodbye that ripped at his spark.

"SOLARFLARE!" He cried as he banged on the medbay doors before sliding down, turning his back to the door and leading back on it venting softly. His spark crackled in distress of the situation. That was how Optimus and Prowl found him. They were there to pick Ratchet and Magnus up to abandon the Kaon base. "I didn't even get his name." Magnus muttered darkly.

"What are you talking about Magnus?" Optimus enquired curious as to why his friend and fellow autobot was on the floor in a downtrodden state.

"THE FRAGGING SLAGGER WHO HURT HER AND TRIED TO RID HER OF HER SPARKLING! Magnus roared frustratedly as he bolted to his pedes. "Slag, I just want to go and find the slaggard who hurt her."

"Hurt who Ultra Magnus?" Prowl asked earning an annoyed glare from Magnus. Prowl was concerned about his fellow Autobot and the level of urgency of the situation.

The girls watched in awe between the scene of Solarflare's sparkling entering the purple sparkling frame and Magnus's frustration.

"Solarflare! My old office assistant. She told me of the mech who took her spark but when she came injured some cycles I would ask and she kept making excuses for them. She never fragging told me the name of the pit-spawned mech!" Magnus ranted angrily.

"Ultra Magnus, did you have an infatuation with her?" Prowl asked non-judgmentally. He could tell that Magnus held high emotions for Solarflare that his actions spoke greatly of.

"Leave it to you to ask something like that." Magnus sighed as he deflated and admitted his hidden feelings for the femme that laid in the medbay. "Yes, I care about her but who wouldn't? She has a smile and a way to make any hard aft mech like me smile. She had such organization and gull to scold me, her boss, for not working. I was devastated when I heard she was turning neutral. All the others said it was for some 'con mech who turned neutral for her. I prayed to Primus for her safety and now…she's…..she's dying." He vented a straggling cycle. "She was one of the best fighters I had and closest friends."

"How close was she to you, Ultra Magnus?" Optimus asked gently. He was saddened by such a wonderful warrior's potential demise and the loss Magnus was feeling.

"Close enough that she would dump hot energon on me if she found me sleeping on my desk." He grumbled fondly. He did not hear the girls' stifled chuckles.

'We are so doing that.' Shadow laughed but it was cut off by cries coming from the medbay.

The door hissed open and Magnus rushed in without a thought, stopping as his optics stared at Solarflare's offlined body.

"Do you know how to calm the sparkling?" Ratchet asked tiredly as he tried to gently rock the crying sparkling.

"Radioactive." Magnus stated in a blank tone as if he was dreaming. This was his Solarflare's femme creation and all he could do was say her name that Solarflare had most definitely thought over cycles before choosing what to call her creation.

The little sparkling looked up at his with tear filled optics before clapping her servos giggling as she cooed up at him. 'Magus!' The girls heard through their bond a very childish female voice.

Suddenly, Elita crashed into the medbay toppling over Prowl and landing in a heap on the floor.

"Sorry Prowl." She said helping him up when she caught sight of Solarflare. "Solarflare! No..how? What? Why? Sparkling!" She stammered confusedly adding to the girls' humor of this soap opera drama show.

"Radioactive is Solarflare's and an unknown mech's sparkling." Ratchet stated dully as the sparkling teared up and pouted silently up at Magnus in an attempt to get the mech's attention.

"She must be hungry. Here Ratchet, let me take her." Elita suggested as she pushed past her despair of the lost of Solarflare to step up and take care of the orphaned sparkling. Ratchet handed Radioactive over much to the little femme's dismay. Though she did not whine or cause a scene since Magnus was still within optic sight, Radio did not relax or become comfortable in Elita's hold. The moment Magnus turned to walk out the door did all hell break loose.

'NO! NO! NO! NONONO! Wan' Magus! Danni!? Magus?!' Radio wailed through the bond and out load but to the bots in the medbay it was a mess of wails, squeals, and whirls of distress that caused Magnus to rush over and take Radio into his large servos.

Immediately upon Magnus taking Radio, the sparkling quieted down and settled in his palm with a content, happy chirp.

"Be calm little spark." Magnus rumbled gently to her as he brushed his thumb over her back.

'Oki.' She trilled with a smile before she began to play with her pedes and servos in deep fascination. Her answer went over Magnus's helm as sparkling babble but to the ghost girls it was an adorable reaction.

"She's so adorable." Kinetix murmured as the others nodded their agreement.

"It seems she knows you Magnus and has taken a liking to you." Elita stated in surprise as she observed the sparkling lean into Magnus's touch and babbled in her sparkling language up at him.

'Magus! Danni say go ta ya if trouble. She say ya ta beswth. Danni say ya safe us. Yay Magus!' Radio whirled and chirped not knowing that none of the bots could understand her yet.

"Aaww Radio is such a cute sparkling." FireRose chimed and smiled at the cheerful sparkling form that was her friend.

"It seems Solarflare installed coding into the sparkling about you Ultra Magnus. These readings show that it was ingrained during creation of the frame. Solarflare trusted her sparkling to you and only you, Magnus." Ratchet informed as he scanned the purple sparkling. "What do you plan to do?" Was the big question of the evening.

"I want a minimum of bots to know about her. Who knows what her mech creator would do if he found out she lives. Worse would be for the 'Cons to find her. Let them know of Solarflare's death at the hand of the mech she loved but no one speak of the sparkling or even tell them she offlined in sparkling birth." Magnus ordered in a grave tone.

"That would be best to protect the sparkling. Magnus, would you want to care for her yourself or allow another to?" Optimus questioned as he silently approved of Magnus's calm thinking amidst of the pain and loss of a dear friend.

"Radioactive will stay in my protection. I will be her guardian. There is no other who can be." Magnus stated as he casted a crestfallen look upon Solarflare's lifeless form that was now covered with a white sheet.

"As you wish." Optimus said in acceptance.

"If you need any help, Magnus, the femmes and I can and will help. Solarflare was a good friend of Chromia's. I know she will do whatever it takes to keep the sparkling safe." Elita reassured with a solid conviction.

"You have my gratitude Elita and my thanks." Magnus said in a tired tone but it held an appreciative backing to hit. Elita gave a soft nod to him and then exited the medbay to inform her fellow femmes of the situation.

Magnus sighed heavily before he gazed down at the sparkling in his servos and was taken aback by her laying on her back chewing on her pede.

"Sweetspark, you don't chew your pedes." He gently chastised, earning a giggle as Radio waved her arms up at him completely forgetting about her pede. He smiled softly down at her and moved his free servo down so she could play with his digits. That caused Radio to erupt in giggles as she grasped his pointer digit and cuddled against it in glee.

"Alright mechs, out of my medbay and ready the ship to get us out of here. Not you Magnus. You stay here and feed Radioactive." Ratchet ordered gruffly as he handed a small bottle of low-grade energon into Magnus's servo.

"I hate the medbay." Magnus grumbled once Ratchet was out of audio range and sat up on a berth with his back to Solarflare's body.

'Medby fun!' Radio whirled and giggled unknown to the collective 'awes' from her friends.

Magnus set to feeding Radio with little from her and she finished it off quickly then she fell peacefully into recharge. With her fast asleep, the last of the Kaonian base loaded up and were off to Iacon. News of Solarflare's death was already the talk of the halls. HammerHead had heard of the news from his station on a Decepticon base.

Nobot noticed him mutter, "Good riddance." And smirk darkly.

-In the Autobot base in Iacon-

Magnus entered a room with two bedrooms, a small living space, and datapads stewed everywhere on the table in the middle of the room. It had been many cycles since Radioactive was born and she was starting to learn to speak properly. Even in her childish baby voice, a hint of a Kaonian accent could be detected but it was muted and Magnus was sure it would pop up when she was older. During their time together, Magnus and Radio had become very close and though Radio called Magnus by his name, he took silent joy when she would call him opi when she was sleepy. Also during this time, she spent days learning new words much to Magnus's delight, she always had a multitude of question and a deep curiosity that always made him smile.

"Magus no or'anizzze" Radio giggled from his servos causing him to smirk in amusement.

"Hush. You sound just like your danni." He teased. Every chance he had, Magnus made sure to fill Radio in with the knowledge of her danniluke and the love her danni felt for her. It pained Magnus to remember Solarflare but the remembrance was becoming easier with every story he told Radio. He would not let Radio be deprived of the love her creator so deeply held for her.

"Wha' tha'?" She asked pointing at the datas.

"Datas. I have to read, correct mistakes, and send to Prowl. So young yet so much torture he can bring. Better than those youngling twins." He grumbled at the thought of the loose cannons that had joined the Autobot ranks. What Optimus was thinking allowing them to join was beyond Magnus but he hoped they grew to be great warriors for the Autobot cause.

Over on the far side of the table sat a table crib for Radio that held toys, a blanket and a pillow. All the gifts were from Ratchet, Optimus, or even Prowl. The cheerful sparkling things were a stark contrast to the metallic datas that lay out on the table a safe distance away.

The girls took in the details a bit confused as Beta relayed information to them.

"Wait, we were just at her birthing, now we are in the future? How is this working Beta?" FireRose asked in confusion.

"There is no time for viewing of the whole lifespan you girls have. Only the major pieces that impacted on you will be shown in relation to when you meet Magnus and Radio." Beta explained before redirecting the attention back to the memory as Magnus had finished feeding Radio her noon cycle energon which would lead to her nap. Magnus carefully settled Radio down to nap.

"You be good. Ratchet is going to come by to take you to the medbay after your nap. I have to go to a meeting with our Prime." Magnus explained knowing that it was best to tell her so she would not pitch a fit when Ratchet came for her as she had done in the past. Even now, cycles into this, he still felt apprehensive of leaving her in another's care.

"Okie Magus! I be good." She chirped before snuggling down to recharge.

As Magnus straighten to his full height and headed to the door, he pondered if it was really alright to just leave her for Ratchet to get her instead of bring her to Ratchet himself. But that would make him late for his meeting on the other side of the base, so with a sigh, he left. Trusting his sparkling to behave and be safe in their quarters. He did not notice Radio's optics online to watch him leave.

At the sound that her guardian had left, the purple sparkling shot up with a wide, devious smile. "Not tired! I play." She giggled before playing with the scattered toys in her crib, though not even a breem later she was bored out of her little processor.

"Knowing Radio, this will be good." Swift chuckled as Radio crawled over to the barred wall that opened up to the rest of the table. In her chubby, tiny servos were her orange blanket and steel colored pillow.

"Wha' do now?" She asked herself as she sized up the crib wall. She had never explored the table without Magnus being in the room with her and he usually kept her close to him when she was out of the crib. Now she felt the need to explore and go off on an adventure but the wall set a challenge to her quest. "Wha' would danni do?" Radio thought to herself before her optics lay on the corner bars. Few times her toys had fallen through those bars but not the ones near the middle. Some of her toys were as big as her. If her toys could do it, so could she. Dropping her pillow, she crawled closer to the wall and with a bit of struggle, she pulled herself to her pedes and used the bars to support most of her weight as she shimmied to the corner of her crib. She had used the bars like this before to help her learn how to walk like Magnus had been teaching her but her chubby legs could only hold her up for so long. She made it to the bars.

Clenching her blanket in her little servo, she gained a determined look and squeezed the opening with little trouble. It was when she leaned forward she was taken by surprise that the crib was actually up higher creating a drop from the crib to the table. She tumbled through the bars and onto the table with a surprised shriek. She laid there stunned for a few clicks and when nobot showed up to witness her fall she simply rolled over, grabbed her blanket, and continued on towards the datas with a shy, nervous giggle.

"Whoopsies." She trilled as she crawled towards a data. The first on was labeled 'grammar' and the other one closest to that one was labeled 'words' with a sticky note saying, 'Ultra Magnus, look over these and see if they are fit to give to the twins. –Prowl' Unknown to Radio, Magnus was assisting Prowl in teaching the twins how to properly handled themselves in this new environment that was vastly different from the streets of Kaon and the Kaonian pit. Prowl wanted to make sure he had not missed anything and sought Magnus's knowledge of both Iacon and Kaon teachings. Magnus, in turn, hoped to use to teach Radio.

As she messed around with the 'word' data, she ended up turning it on earning her direct attention. She breezed through the data and understood what it meant though it she would need help with pronouncing the terms but that would come later. After fiddling with the finished data, she figured out how to turn it on and off. Proud of herself, she turned it off and moved onto the 'grammar' data, which she finished just a quickly. Now tuckered out, she went back to her crib and with some struggle which had her using the datas as steps; she went through the bars and slipped into recharge on her pillow just as Ratchet entered the room. Cuddled tightly around her blanket, Ratchet gently picked her up with a soft smile on his face and placed her in his sparkling hold to hide her from any bots he came across on his way back to the medbay. Just as Magnus requested, her life here was monitored and kept as closed lipped as possible for her safety.

"Aaww Radio's such a smartie and devious little sparkling." Kinetix cooed as the girls' shared a laugh.

Once in the medbay, Ratchet began downloading the new firewall coding to radio's database. After which, he allowed her to continue to recharge in the medbay's sparkling crib.

"I wonder why she hasn't woken up yet." He pondered out loud before turning back to cleaning his tools. Little did he know that she had just woken up and was on the move. Finding that the new crib was the same design as her own, she slipped through the bars but this time carefully lowered herself to the ground as to not disturb her favorite medic. She was off exploring the medbay counter with newly energized zeal with increased upon her finding of a work hammer next to the medbay doors. She struggled to pick it up and succeed in moving it closer to the edge of the counter when 'CRASH!' The medbay doors slammed open scaring the daylights out of her.

"Hey docbot! How are you this cycle?" Sideswipe greeted in his usual energetic way.

"What did you two do?" ratchet countered sternly, still not noticing Radioactive.

"Come off it Ratchet. Can't we just visit?" Sideswipe pouted as if hurt by Ratchet's correct assumption that they were up to no good. His twin, Sunstreaker, stood rigidly by his side as always. "We are completely innocent." He began but was cut off when a hammer fell onto his and Sunstreaker's helms causing them to fall to the floor.

"Thaz Dowcer Watchet ta ya." Radio scolded sternly from her spot on the edge of the counter. She had dropped the hammer onto the twins' helms for their disrespect of her beloved medic. Besides Magnus, Ratchet was next in line of her favorite mechs on base. Ratchet stood stunned in his place as the medbay doors opened again to reveal Magnus coming to retrieve Radio.

"Ratchet, why are the twins on the floor and Radio sitting on the counter out of the crib?" Magnus asked in an even tone that spoke of his temper. He became greatly overprotective of anything that had to do with Radio.

"I have no idea how she got out of the crib or how she lifted the hammer but she knocked the twins out it seems." Ratchet said confusedly as they stared at the sparkling.

With her bright blue optics dancing, she called out to Magnus. "Magus! I wan' hamma pwease!" She chirped before giggling in blissfully unknown to what she had just done. The girls were busting their guts laughing so hard.

"I will take her back to our room if she is done here." Magnus said as both mechs decided to continue on as if nothing had happened. They would discuss this at a later time.

"Sure. I'll handle these two." Ratchet agreed as Magnus scooped up Radio, making sure to grab her blanket upon her request, and left.

Once back in her crib, she stared at Magnus as he gathered up a few datas and begun reviewing them at his corner desk.

"Magus need whelp." Radio concluded before once again exiting the crib and crawling over to the mess of datas. Turning one on, she started to work. She had tapped into a set of coding that should have been left untouched until she was older and the work she did was oddly similar to what her danni had done when she worked for Magnus. Half a joor later, Magnus was grumbling curses at Prowl for all the datas he kept giving out as he tiredly walked past Radio who was finishing the last data on the table.

He froze in mid step, wide optic and slowly turned to face her. Her back was to him as her digits clicked away.

"Radio, what are you doing?" He asked tentatively, wondering if he was imagining things.

"Fizing your bad gramma. I fin- I am finished. May I pwease have another?" She asked looking up at him innocently.

"Give me a minute." Magnus said staring at her. 'Ratchet, what did you do to Radioactive?!' He commed in a slight panic.

'I only gave her the new firewalls. Is there something wrong?' Ratchet returned with his own worry.

'She is reading my datas from Prowl and fixing the grammar like her danni. Don't tell me that is not odd for a sparkling her age.' Magnus said hinting his worry.

'She must have an advance learning capability. My advice, we observe and complement her want to help and learn. Give her datas to read and if she wants to, as it seems she does, she can help you with your reports.' Ratchet suggested.

'What kinds of datas?' Magnus huffed in frustration as Radio continued to watch his silly actions and motions of waving his arms in the air.

"Silly Magus." She giggled her spark filled with love and care for her mech gaurdian.

'What would Solarflare want?' Ratchet countered causing Magnus to freeze and slump in defeat.

'She would want her sparkling to know how to fight, cultures, ah…work with others…I'll figure it out. Thanks ratchet.' Magnus listed with a more direct path set now that he could work with helping Radio.

'No problem. Now stop bugging me.' Ratchet grouched before cutting the comm..

"Alright Radio, I will get some more datas for you to fix and later I will get some for you to study." He said redirecting his attention to his sparkling charge.

"YAY! WHELP SILLY MAGUS!" She cheered with a wave of her arms.

"Me! Silly? Oh you're gonna get it now." He teased before he picked her up and began to tickle her causing her to squeal in joy.

"KYA! AHAHA NO! NO! AHAHA!" She laughed making Magnus join her with his own booming laughter.

"Now that THAT is over let's get you your low-grade and finish those last datas." He stated as Radio giggled.

"Okie." She agreed with a big grin.

A joor later found them both fast asleep on the large reclining chair. Radio was on top of his chest and a data on top of Magnus's face.

Vorns pasted as the girls watched the memories swirl around them of Radio learning to walk, learning about music and dancing, and her favorite; martial arts. Soon came the time for her youngling frame to be made. Magnus, not really knowing how femme's picked out their frames, went to seek the aid of Elita and the other femmes.

Radio was a bundle of joy at the prospect of creating her frame and had fired question after question at Magnus about it and reading up on methods of designs for it. Mostly, she looked forward to being able to train and dance without the troublesomeness of her small body.

Magnus entered the femme lounge; the only bots there were Elita, young Arcee, and MoonRacer.

"Excuse me Elita, but I have a favor to ask of you." Magnus started as all optics turned to him and then to Radio who just stared back with a tilt of her helm.

"Ultra Magnus! What in the name of the Allspark are you doing with a sparkling?" MoonRacer exclaimed shocked to see a sparkling with the well known hard aft mech that Magnus was.

Ignoring MoonRacer's question, he turned to Elita who had stepped up to him.

"Yes? Hello Radio." She inquired but did not forget to greet Radio.

"I need you, if you don't mind, to take Radioactive to make a new frame and plan her adult frame." He asked awkwardly making Radio giggle.

"Silly Magus." She whispered as she covered her mouth plates to giggle.

"I would be honored to help her, Ultra Magnus. This will be fun. We can check on Arcee's frame while we are at it." Elita agreed as she took Radio into her arms. "Ladies, meet Solarflare's femme-creation, Radioactive." Elita introduced.

"Is Magnus the mech-creator?" Arcee asked.

"No, I am not but when I find him, he will wish he was offline."Magnus vowed. "Be good Radio and maybe I will take you to get those new datas with me."

"Okie Magus! Bye-bye!" Radio said with a wave good bye.

The group of femmes traveled to the base armor forgery, gossiping all the way.

'Femmes talk too much.' Radio thought which was broadcasted to the girls making them laugh.

"She would think that." Nightblade laughed.

The femmes walked into the armory and were hit by the sounds of hammering metal and the high heat of the smelter. The front of the room had two large tables with a few chairs around them and in the back was a large counter. Behind that was a door that the sounds were coming from.

"Hello, we are here to order a youngling frame and plan an adult frame for a little femmeling." Elita called before Ironhide entered from the door. His red armor covered in soot.

"Hey Hide! Finish my frame yet?" Arcee asked cheerfully.

"No for the last time Arcee, it will take another orn and longer if you keep bugging my teacher and myself." He gruffly answered.

"Can we please see the data catalogs with the frames and a data to make one with?" MoonRacer asked hoping to end the glare match between the pink femmeling and the red mech.

"Over at the table there are newer and older frame designs. Go nuts." He grumbled before yelping out in pain and holding his helm in agony.

"Do not be disrespectful to our customers. Get back to work." A gruff, older mech ordered. He had jet black armor and was of a bulky build. "Enjoy your frame creating femmes." He politely said with a dip of his helm.

"Yes sir." Ironhide said before rushing back into the back room.

In less than a breem, Radio and the mech were bored out of their processors from listening to the femmes argue over her designs.

"No Way Moon! This is cooler!" Arcee argued.

"Elita! This frame will do better with these weapons!" MoonRacer attempted to get Elita on her side.

"Don't listen to her 'lita! Pick mine!" Arcee declared as they clashed helms.

"Sorry, but I think this is better." Elita stated before they all stated an all out debate on it.

Radio banged her helm on the nearest wall before her optics settled on the other datas. Wobbly walking over, she started to scan through the frames before she took different parts from the old and new styles together to form her adult frame.

'Hmm pede thrusters would do good in case of an emergency. I'll have them subspaced. I bet Magnus would like that. Oh and these two arm servo cannon things too. Ooo! Hammer! Yush!' She cheered in her mind but waved her little arms in the air catching the attention of the master forger. Adding changing tips to the hammer and chains hidden in her wrists, she also added ninja stars hidden as her radioactive symbol on her heels which was news to the girls watching her. She made sure to have symbol on the same should and the autobot symbol on the other for her danni. Upon finishing the frames, the femmes were still arguing, this time over color, she made her way over to the mech.

"Are you finished?" He asked in a very nice tone.

"Yup and can it be the purple magenta like I asked? I don't think the colors they are talking 'bout fit me. That and my danni would most likely like these colors." Radio said turning to the femmes and back to the mech.

"This is a nice design. Good job." He commented as he rubbed her helm with one of his digits. She giggled and beamed a bright smile filled with joy.

"I'll ring you up femmes." He announced a bit louder catching the optics of the debating femmes.

"Say wha?" Arcee asked confused.

"The femmeling finished her frames. Here is the bill and it will be ready in two to three orns." He informed them.

"Oh….okay. Let's go Radio." Elita said a bit dazed as she picked radio up and they headed out.

The images started flashing again as the girls jumped through time past Radio's spark transfer and her many days practicing dancing and fighting in Magnus's housing quarters to her working with him and passing out on datas. They jumped into a stream that had Radio and Magnus in the training room. Radio was training on the mat as Magnus watched.

"I have a feeling something funny is gonna happen." FireRose chimed.

"Radio." Magnus called causing her to stop her kanta. In her youngling frame he easily towered over her but that did not cause her to fear him. (Kanta- from what I have read it is a series of martial arts movements done together like with swords or other weapons and fighting motions. –Radio)

"Yes, sir?" She answered tilting her helm up to see him.

"Let's test your fighting abilities. Attack me." He challenged calmly moving into a read position.

"Huh? You say what now?" She cried in shock. "Why would I ever attack my superior officer?"

"There may be a day when a Decepticon could shape shift or use a holoform to resemble and act like anybot here. You have to be able to tell if they are a fake within kilks, no astroseconds, and be able to fight them. You will learn to tell the difference later in your training."He explained before his face mask shifted over his face. Hers fallowed suit as her processor whirled and she settled on her plan of attack.

As fast as she could, she rushed forward looking like she was going for a punch. Magnus readied to stop the throw when suddenly, she disappeared only to reappear under his arms and load a high kick to his jaw. As he stumbled back, she grabbed his right arm and spun him around before throwing him into a wall in front of Prowl and Optimus. Magnus crashed into the wall, landing in a pile of rubble.

"HOLY PRIMUS! ARE YOU ALRIGHT MAGNUS?!" Radio cried out in horror as she disengaged her face mask and rushed over but not too close. Something in her held her back in fear of what she had just done.

"Where and when da frag did you learn to fight like that?" He groaned as Optimus helped him up. The girls mouths were slightly open at his usage of their phrase 'da frag', so that is where they 'learned' it from.

"Aaahhh a vorn ago. I am so sorry! I did not mean to throw him into the wall." She sniffled afraid she was in trouble. 'Don't hate me. Don't hate me. Please don't hate me.' She mentally cried. Her panic ended as Prowl's servos held her shoulders.

"You have good form youngling. Keep training. Magnus please do not be late for the upcoming meeting. It is highly important." Prowl said. His words dispelled the tension from Radio.

"We will have the wall fixed. That was a well done throw femmeling. Continue to prosper and grow. Magnus, we will see you at the meeting." Optimus acknowledged before he left with Prowl in tow. It would later be the meeting that would change Radio's and Magnus's lives forever.

"Did I do a good job?" Radio asked in slight wonder at being complemented by their Prime.

"Yes, you did very well. A bit too well." He said with a wince as he rubbed his lower back. "Let's get home and have some energon." Magnus said not expecting what was about to happen.

"I DID A GOOD JOB! YUSH! YAYAAAAAYYYYY!" Radio shouted repeatively as she ran around the training room cheering. Magnus chuckled fondly at the actions before they headed back to their room.

"Yeah! Go Radio! That a femme!" The girls cheered.

The memory sped up to Sentinel, Magnus, and Radio boarding a ship.

"Magnus, why are we leaving? And why does everybot have to forget about me?" Radio asked sadden by the turn of events as she watched a long box be loaded into the ship and she knew it was her adult frame and the rest of the boxes were filled with supplies.

"Would you shut up pipsqueak?! I want a nice quite trip to Kaon. Got THAT?!" Sentinel roared making Radio squeak and hide behind Magnus in fear.

"Why with him" She whispered in slight fear and anger at how disrespectful the older mech was behaving. Did he not learn how to properly play with others or was he just plain mean? Magnus looked down at his sadden charge as they took seats far from sentinel. He would have to have a few words with Sentinel then he would send Radio at him with all the tricks the terror twins taught her or more so she observed their handiwork of what they did to Magnus and Prowl.

How was he to tell her that femmes and sparklings were being murdered by the cons? That those that showed potential were being taken and brainwashed into mindless killing machines for the Decepticon movement. She understood to a point that this was to protect her but he knew it still broke her up that she would miss everyone she grew up around.

"Sweetspark, for your own safety we are moving to a Kaon base to further train you. The bots you have met have to forget you so they won't accidentally inform those who wish to harm you or use you for malice. You will one cycle return after your training and fight by their side. I can only hope that this war ends before that time so you will never have to see battle." Magnus explained tenderly as he locked optics with his young charge.

"I understand but what are you going to be doing besides training me?" She inquired thoughtfully. She knew Magnus could not simply stay with her forever. He was a needed mech to lead the wreckers and other autobots in this war.

"Sentinel and I will try to find any surviving younglings or sparklings while going to other cities to help the war. I am putting you in charge of our base." Magnus answered in hopes that the last part would brighten the motive behind the real reason he was going to be out on the battle field looking for other surviving younglings. The Decepticons were becoming more powerful by the cycle and there were reports of younglings being tortured at their servos. Due to his guardianship over Radio, he was made the best candidate for the job. Why Sentinel was picked to assist him was unknown to him at the time. He later found out it was in hopes that Sentinel would tone down his hatred and anger by being with Magnus and Radio.

"So, I might get friends?" Radio asked again, hope laced her tone. She never had other bots her age. There had been the little yellow mech sparkling who was just brought in before they had to leave but other than that she had no real contact with others, only older bots. It would be nice to have even one friend or bot to talk to and have fun with.

"Maybe. Friends would be nice to have around. Better than Sentinel." Magnus teased earning a stifled giggle from Radio. Magnus smiled down at her. He knew she trusted Sentinel as far as she could throw him and if she had the chance to throw him, Magnus was positive it would be over a deep, deep abyss.

"Time to go." Sentinel shouted back at the only two passengers on the small ship.

The stream flipped into the movie reel again as it flashed scenes of the underground tunnels and a giant ninja like base inside a huge cavern with many rooms. It showed Radio training, playing, and pranking Sentinel before it burned out as two other youngling femmes came into view or at least their pedes were seen. Then the girls were returned to the purple and silver room that they started in.

"That is as far as we go with Radio's story. More of her will be seen in the rest of the backstories. Now we just have to find her." Beta informed as she began to search around the room.

"Find her?" Aqua echoed.

"She should be here at the end. The memory should allow you to return to the group to rest. We best find Radio if Aqua is even going to begin her memory. We do not have much time." Beta explained hurriedly.

"What about the two pedes we saw at the end?" Shadow asked curiously.

"Yeah, I didn't see Aqua in Radio's memories before them." Swift added. If there were two femmes coming before Aqua then they would be going next not Aqua.

"The memory was burning and skipping over like a broken VCR tape or a scratched DVD. That may or may not happen depending on the strength of the memory." Beta said as she continued to look around the endless area in slight worry.

"FIREROSE!" Radio squealed as she glomped Rosie causing them to fall onto the silver floor.

"YAA! RADIO! What da frag?!" FireRose cried in fury.

"I missed you and I needed a hug. My helm really hurts." Radio said as she helped FireRose to her pedes. "Who is up?" She asked looking around at her friends.

"Aqua." They all said and pointed to the panicking femme. Radio quickly rushed over her and took her servos.

"Hey, relax. The pain doesn't last long, sweetspark." Radio murmured gently with a soft smile that Aqua hesitantly returned.

"O..okay." She said after taking a deep, calming breath.

"Don't keep up waiting, sugar." FireRose teased earning a nervous chuckle from the marine colored femme.

Beta's servos lightly grabbed Aqua's helm once the femme had kneeled on the ground like Radio had done. 'BANG!' The shot echoed through the room.
