So so so so so sorry that I couldn't update for so long! Finally got my computer back and thankfully nothing was deleted. If I had my computer over the summer I would have updated like 3 chapters already. Anyways, I hope you like this chapter! It's getting closer and closer to present times now. All the names that are new here are just my friends or schoolmates.
March 12 was a Wednesday.
We had badminton.
I stayed after school and Thevni, Mochu, Kitsume, Sumire, Natsume, Sachiko and I were gonna go to either Sakura park or KFC.
Sumire and Kitsu begged to go to Sakura park. (Which Sumire called a garden and I was like 'what garden?' then Natsume was like 'dude it's called Sakura park, you dumbass.')
We went to the gate of the school and waited for the buses to leave.
Natsume and Mochu disappeared when we were waiting for the buses to leave.
We went on to the street and then Thevni, Sachiko and I waved good-bye to Sumire and Kitsu.
"What!?" Sumire exclaimed.
"You guys go to Sakura park, we'll go to KFC. See ya." We answered and then left.
We looked back a few times but they weren't there so we assumed they went to Sakura park.
We first went to Buddies, a convenient store near the school and right across from KFC.
I borrowed 3 yen from Sachiko and bought a bottle of peach juice.
Sachiko got a call from Natsume asking for her to buy gum or hi-chew, I'm not sure which.
When we finished buying the things we wanted we left. Sachiko said she wanted to go back to school.
"Ooh-lala." Thevni and I teased and said she just wanted to be with Natsume.
We then went to KFC.
We walked past a whole bunch of bicycles and saw Sumire and Kitsu at the doorway of KFC.
"Sumire!" I yelled and then I asked why they were here. I thought they went to Sakura park.
Thevni bought some fried chicken and fries.
Sumire told us to go upstairs but I told her that Thevni was ordering a take away.
"UGH, WE WALKED ALL THIS WAY FOR NOTHING. WHY DIDN'T WE JUST GO TO SAKURA PARK?" Sumire complained loudly and glared at Kitsu at the end.
"Yeah, why didn't you?" I asked.
"Uh...I dunno." They answered.
We walked back to school but Sumire and Kitsu were way too slow so then me and Thevni walked back together.
We went upstairs to the locker area when I heard Sachiko laugh.
"I hear her but I don't see her." I wondered out loud.
We then went behind the lockers to where the small sofa was.
Mochu and Sachiko were sitting together on it.
"Dude, you're small but you have such a big mouth." Mochu commented.
"What!? What did I do?" I screamed.
"Uh never mind..." He answered.
Then Mochu stood up and went to walk around.
Natsume and Mochu's macbook pro were occupying 2/3rds of the sofa and Sachiko sat at the last part.
I tried to move Natsume's computer away but Sachiko said she would carry it.
I sat down in the middle.
Natsume came back and a few minutes later Sumire and Kitsu came as well. Naoko showed up from somewhere too.
Natsume took my peach juice and observed it for a few long minutes, twisting the bottle around.
"The peach on the bottle looks like a butt." He joked.
"What!?" I exclaimed and tried to snatch it back.
He was a lot stronger, but he let go after a few minutes of fighting.
Natsume saw that his computer was on Sachiko's lap and he kinda glared at her.
"What? I swear I didn't open it." She said innocently.
"Don't touch it." He said with a doubting tone.
I then poked his computer.
"Poke." I said, teasing him.
He sat in the middle of me Sachiko and threatened to pour his drink on me.
Sumire smirked at me since I was sitting next to him.
"No, that won't spill on me since the cap is on." I said smugly.
"Thats not true because once the liquid reaches to the top where the straw is, then it'll spill." He replied with an annoying smirk.
He then tilted the cup steeper. I panicked and pinched his straw, pushed him away.
Sumire dragged Kitsu away somewhere and Natsume continued to sit next to me and talk to me.
Mochu then asked me how long I would give Sumire and Kitsu before they break up in Japanese since Mochu, me and Natsume were all Japanese and the others aren't.
"1 month!" I answered confidently.
I saw his expression and I couldn't really read is so shrank a little in my seat.
"2 months...3 months?" I literally started adding more and more months.
"Yeah, Natsume also gave them a month." Mochu finally spoke.
"Yeah because with Sumire's personality, they seriously won't last long." I said.
"So cruel!" Natsume and Mochu laughed.
I laughed too.
"No seriously! She's literally a playgirl!" I insisted.
"What? No." Mochu disagreed.
"Well, actually, she kinda is." Natsume commented.
Like you have the right to say that, I thought.
Then Natsume nudged.
"Why do you say that?" He asked.
"What? I thought you knew her for years." I answered.
"I haven't talked to her for like 2 years." He said.
"But you dated her!" (Long story, they dated for about a week on Skype.)
"Yeah, but I don't really know her." He insisted.
He kept nudging me, urging me to tell why I think she's a playgirl.
"Once she says she likes a guy then she does and once she says she doesn't, she doesn't. She changes super fast." I explained.
"Whoa seriously?" Natsume and Mochu exclaimed.
"Yeah!" I answered.
Sumire and Kitsu came back seconds later. The three of us stared at the couple.
"What? What are you guys talking about?" Kitsu looked at us, confusion on his face.
"Oh we're talking about Ashley." Natsume came up with a random excuse.
"Ashley? Ashley Koo?" Mochu asked.
"Yeah...wait...I don't know!" Natsume confused himself.
Kitsu was confused with us and I just laughed.
"Yeah, we'll give them a month." We whispered to each other.
Thevni came back with lollipops that she bought from Buddies.
Natsume stole one.
Thevni was trying to hard to chase him and she asked Sachiko to help her but Sachiko rejected her.
"You like him! If not, why would you always only help him and not me?" Thevni whined.
"Because I don't like both of you." Sachiko answered.
Tch. Bad excuse.
"Ooh burn~!" We exclaimed.
Thevni asked me to help her and I did.
We chased him to the other hallway and I saw him walk away.
I saw something roll around on the floor before he stopped running.
I walked calmly towards him and then quickly ran to the corner to where the lollipop was.
"Shit!" He cursed and then ran towards me, doing a 'cool' slide.
He was faster than me, though, (I have no idea how) and snatched the lollipop away from me.
He took my peach juice and smirked at me.
"Dude doesn't the top look like the head of a..." I knew what he was talking about because we're in the same health class, and trust me, it's not something appropriate.
"Ew! And I just drank from it!" I made a disgusted face.
When we went back to the locker area someone took his purple hoodie.
"Guess who gave it to me." Natsume asked.
"I dunno." I answered honestly.
"Freida gave it to me." He said, giving me a teasing smirk.
I pretended like I wasn't bothered by that answer and smiled. Freida was his girlfriend before and still is his good friend. It makes me kind of jealous.
"Oh, no wonder it's so purple." I commented. I was hurting inside.
Thevni threw his hoodie at me suddenly.
"EW!" I screeched and threw it on the floor unconsciously. Natsume glared at me playfully.
"Oh you're so dead." He threatened.
Of course, he didn't do anything to me.
We played badminton and I played with Naoko until Narumi sensei told me to change into my PE uniform. (Which I didn't because I was too lazy)
Before I left I saw Naoko playing with Natsume.
I changed but I didn't have a partner after that so I asked Koko (our school clown) if he would play with me.
"Sure." He answered.
I played with him for like a minute before Natsume came over.
"I'll play with her for only one round. Please." He said. Koko shrugged and stepped aside.
I played against Natsume and it was like 21-8.
I lost, obviously.
I suck at badminton and Natsume is like, good at everything.
Koko and Natsume played.
I didn't keep track of the scores but it was pretty funny.
Natsume left in the middle of the game to play with Henry/Kitsu etc.
I played against Koko after and we didn't keep track of scores but I was pretty sure I lost.
We didn't finish the game though.
He left and went to look at the girls play.
Kitsu was also left out and he suggested to play with me.
We didn't finish the game but I lost really badly too.
Afterwards, me and Thevni went to Natsume and Henry and asked if we could join.
I became Henry's partner while Thevni was Natsume's. Henry left mid-game and then Natsume came over, saying he wanted to be my partner.
Sachiko came and became Thevni's partner.
"Ok, let me teach you how to play." He whispered to me.
"Rule #1, always hit in the middle. They'll get confused." Then he served the birdie to the middle and, as he said, they got confused. No one hit the birdie and then they started arguing about who was supposed to hit it.
I laughed.
"Ok, now let me teach you how to do smashes." He did a failed smash accidentally.
"Okay...that was a fail. Let me try again." He did it and he continued to teach me things and sometimes he would fail. When we failed, Thevni and Sachiko would go 'OOH BURN~!'
Sumire suddenly came and she really wanted to play or something and she wouldn't leave until we let her play.
"Fine. Just go over there and I'll teach both of you how to play." Natsume finally gave up.
Sumire reluctantly went over to the side and sat down.
I went into the game and we started playing.
To me, we were pretty good partners...but I don't know about him.
Then after like 10 minutes I went to Sumire.
"Sumire, you wanted to play right?" I asked.
She nodded and then I let her play.
Let me tell you all one thing: I REGRET IT SO MUCH. I SHOULD HAVE NEVER LET HER PLAY BECAUSE ONCE SHE STARTS PLAYING SHE JUST DOESNT FREAKING STOP.
After badminton we went back to the locker area.
Natsume and Sachiko were sitting on the couch.
"Uh... I want to sit...but there's no space..." I mumbled.
Natsume (being the totally nice guy that he is) moved over a little so I could sit.
I suddenly remembered that my phone was out of battery and so I asked to borrow Thevni's phone. I sat on the floor in front of the couch and leaned on the lockers while calling my mom.
He kept mocking me as I talked to my mom, trying to copy my voice and what I say.
After I finished calling my mom, Natsume put his shoe in front of my face. Pissed, I stood up and touched his hair, knowing he hates people touching his hair.
I asked Sumire when she was leaving. She looked at me and then looked away.
What the hell?
Frustrated, I kneeled down screamed at her.
"EVERY TIME. YOU ALWAYS INGORE ME. WHAT IS WRONG WITH YOU?" I am so frustrated with her! How is she even doing it?
"Oh, you called me!? I didn't know!" Sumire batter her eyes innocently.
I didn't know. Yeah right.
She told me to ask again and when I did, she finally gave me an answer.
I gave up on these people. I went to change and then left.
Yep. Not so good but at least it's a chapter. Over the summer I had so many new ideas for stories but I had nowhere to write them! I had to type them up on my tiny and utterly useless phone. -.-''' Well I hope I can update my other story 'Fate' soon too. Thanks to all those who continue to support this story! I'll update faster next time!
