Happy New Year!

I had quite the struggle with writing this chapter, I was kind of stuck...

There's a lot of dialogue in this chapter... I'm sorry for that... I didn't know what to do...

Try to enjoy it anyway!

Narcissa Black was trying to pay attention to what she was reading, but she simply couldn't… It didn't matter how hard she tried, she just couldn't ignore the eyes that were burning in her back...

Narcissa sighed and read the page again, the information just wouldn't go in... She looked over her shoulder and smiled. Her eyes met the eyes that had been burning in her back.

Lucius Malfoy was looking at her, a smile on his face. When his fiancée gave him a questioning look, he winked.

Narcissa laughed and rolled her eyes before returning her attention to her book. A couple of minutes later, she heard someone cough beside her. She looked up from her book and there he was...

''What are you doing here?! How did you get here so fast?!'' Narcissa looked from Lucius to the empty table and back.

He had been at that other table minutes ago... She hadn't even heard him sitting down next to her...

''Did I scare you?'' Lucius laughed.

''Ssssshhht!'' a couple of Gryffindors were looking in their direction.

''This is a library, we're supposed to be quiet'' Narcissa whispered.

''Are you serious?! I didn't know that! Let's get out of here then!'' Lucius spoke loudly.

Narcissa laughed and fled the room, Lucius following her.

''Why did you do that?! I can never show my face again in the library, now...'' Narcissa chuckled.

''Good, then you can spend some time with me!'' Lucius put an arm around her shoulder.

''Does little Lucius need more attention?!'' she stuck out her tongue.

''Your attention goes out to your books!'' Lucius pouted.

''Not when your eyes are burning in my back and distracting me!'' she replied.

''A boyfriend can't look at his beautiful girlfriend?!'' he raised his eyebrows.

''What if he couldn't?'' Narcissa teased.

''Then maybe he isn't the girl's boyfriend...'' ''Am I?'' he asked her.

''Of course you are'' she rolled he eyes again.

''Prove it'' Lucius pulled her closer to him.

Narcissa kissed his lips. A sweet and soft kiss... A group of other students whistled and cheered from the other side of the hall. Lucius shot them a mean look. They immediately disappeared...

The betrothed couple got a lot of attention from the others students. They were the most popular couple in the Slytherin house, probably even the most popular couple in the whole school!

They didn't care,though... People could stare all they want. They were happy!

It was great!

''I'll miss you...'' Lucius whispered before pressing a kiss against Narcissa's temple.

The couple sat on one of the sofa's in the Slytherin dungeon.

''What are you talking about?'' Narcissa asked.

''It's almost summer, Cissy...'' Lucius stared into the fire.

Lucius knew it sounded stupid, but he really was going to miss her. They had been in a relationship for a couple of months... Even seeing her beautiful long blonde hair somewhere or seeing her smile would already made his day... How was he going to survive the summer?!

Lucius couldn't believe it... He wasn't even thinking about all those other girls anymore... This girl really had changed his life...

''We can see each other during the summer!'' Narcissa smiled.

''Isn't that wedding anniversary party of your parents somewhere in the summer?'' she asked.

''Yes...'' Lucius replied.

''The chances are high that we'll be there, my parents never stay away from a Pureblood party...'' ''We can see each other then!'' she give him a reassuring smile.

''You have to come and visit me when my parents are away again'' ''We had a lot of fun last time'' Lucius grinned.

Narcissa started to blush. She remembered the last time she'd spent time with Lucius during the break very well... It had led them to where they were now...

''We'll see...'' Narcissa kissed him.

Narcissa Black made her way through the crowd of people. It was the last day and everybody was trying to get their stuff outside, to the train... She was determined to find her fiancé, so they could go to the train together.

Where was he?! Maybe he was still in the common room...

Lucius Malfoy finally got all of his stuff together. Lucius let himself fall on one of the sofa's while letting out a long sigh and he closed his eyes, it was finally quiet in the common room now that everybody had left to go to the train. He was all alone... Or so he thought...

''Hello stranger...'' a voice said.

Lucius opened his eyes. He saw a girl standing in front of him... She looked familiar...

''I haven't seen you in a while...'' she said as she stepped closer to him.

After she said that, Lucius realised who the girl was... It was one of the girls he used to 'have fun' with when he was still single... He didn't even remember her name...

''I-I eehr- I have a girlfriend now...'' he didn't know how to react.

''I heard about that...'' the girl didn't look amused with that information.

Lucius stood up from the sofa. He wanted to leave, he was starting to feel uncomfortable...

''Don't you miss me?'' the girl got even closer to him.

Now, Lucius was stuck between the girl and the sofa. The girl was blocking his way...

''No!'' ''Like I said, I have a girlfriend!'' he answered.

''I'm sure she can't please you like the way I did...'' something was wrong and Lucius knew he had to get out of there as fast as possible.

Lucius wanted to respond to her statement and defend his girlfriend. He couldn't, though... Before he knew it, the girl had shoved him back on the sofa and kissed him.

Lucius was trying to get the girl off of him when he heard someone enter the common room.

''Lucius, are you still here?!'' he heard Narcissa call for him.

Narcissa's brain was working on full speed. She couldn't believe her eyes! Was this really happening?!

She spun around and ran away, tears streaming down her face.

''Narcissa!'' Lucius pushed the girl off of him and ran after her.

''Narcissa!'' ''Come on! Cissy!'' Lucius was getting closer to her.

''I can't believe this! I can't believe you!'' ''You'll never change! It's just like the last time, but now you were actually kissing the girl!'' Narcissa started to rant.

''She kissed me!'' Lucius defended himself.

''Seriously, Lucius?! She kissed you... That's your excuse?!'' Narcissa couldn't believe it...

''It's the truth!'' he never wanted to kiss another girl...

''Cissy...'' he grabbed her hand.

Lucius pulled her closer to him. Narcissa struggled to get away from him. She didn't want to be close to him right now...

''Let go of me!'' Narcissa pushed him away.

''Come here... You know I would never do that to you...'' Lucius whispered.

He cupped her face in his hands and brought his face close to hers.

''Give me a kiss...'' he tried to kiss her.

Narcissa pulled her face back. She looked at him in disbelieve.

Was he really trying to kiss her right now?! After what had just happened?! He'd never change...

''Don't!'' ''We... Us two... It's over...'' fresh tears were falling from her eyes.

Narcissa walked away without looking back.

''Narcissa! Please!'' Lucius watched her walking away from him.

Lucius had a weird feeling that he had seen this before... Seeing her walking away from him... That's when he realised where he was... He was in the same hall where he had kissed her a couple of months ago...

Their second kiss ever had been in this hall... Back then, she had walked away from him too... Only this time he didn't feel happy afterwards...

The ending was different...

I didn't give the girl a name, because I didn't really know what the best character for that girl would be...
That's why I got Lucius to forget her name and it sort of fits his personality that he doesn't remember names of girls he just 'has fun' with...
