A/N: IMPORTANT!: If your wondering if I'm dead, I'm not. I've just been having lots of high school bullshit shoved up my ass. You know how it is. So thats why I apologize because this is kind a really short update. The good thing is though is that I get to start my spring break early because I'm in my school band and we're going on a trip to Europe on monday (3/30/15) for just over a week. I'll work on my stories more on the way. Another thing I wanted to say is that the obvious is that American education is full of shit. Our teachers are lazy and can't get fired due to the teacher's union, our enviornments are poor, and we have to pay for lunches where even prison food is healthier than school food. Me and my friends are starting a movement at our school to protest and bring change for the good and I highly ask of you all to do the same or atleast try to form an organization or try to push for change. Now onto the story...
Chapter 14
"Fact: Honey does not spoil."
"How bout somethin useful?'
"Fact: you are a blowhard and a coward."
"I'm a WHAT now!?"
"Fact: The Adventure Sphere is a blowhard and a coward."
"Why you little- Get back here!"
"Fact: you cannot hurt me!"
"I'm gonna strangle you with my bare hands!"
"Fact: you are an idiot. We do not have hands!"
. The Adventure Core began his chase of the Fact Sphere throughout the depths of Aperture. Other cores stood by and watched.
. Back at GLaDOS's room, she was busy on a new accomplishment. GLaDOS stood standing in her android body. "Okay," SHe said in her monotone voice ", It is time to turn off automatic walking and start using my own manual leg control"
. GLaDOS turned off the automatic walking and connected the legs with her mind. Unfortunatley GLaDOS fell face foward into the ground with a thud.
"Perhaps its been too long since I last had a human body," GLaDOS said to herself in attempt to get back on her legs. GLaDOS stood straight up. She lifted her leg up but fell backward onto the floor.
"Um, the adventure core and the Fact sphere are at it again," Morality said
"Can't you see I'm busy?" GLaDOS said standing and falling again ", please deal with it while I learn how to walk."
. Morality couldn't help but snicker a bit.
"Why don't you try walking like a human!?" GLaDOS complained.
!boom!
"I think I'll just go deal with those two guys," Morality said
"Morality, ready the defense against the aproaching army and send it out as soon as its ready," GLaDOS said
"Yes ma'am," Morality said as she left the room.
. GLaDOS sighed. She ran a diognostics over the whole system. wait a minute...
"I swear, if that angry hot head provides me with paperwork for Diamond Dogs, I'll throw him in a fire pit," GLaDOS said ", what else... hmm... the space core and the Curiosity core went out against my orders..."
"...And that is why universe is infinite!" Space Core said.
"But infinite is as big as... infinite!" Scootaloo said unable to process the new information.
"Even if there was a wall at the end, what is on the other side?" Space core said ", more space!"
In the Cutie Mark Crusader tree house, the three foals sat in a u shape formation with the Curiosity Core all facing the Space Core.
"Teach us more! Teach us more!" the three foals and the Curiosity core exclaimed.
"Like how apples grow!"
"How does sound work?"
"How does wind work?"
"How does everything work?" (Curiosity)
"Sorry but I'm not much of a science core. BUt I can tell you more about space!" Space Core said.
"Yay! space knowledge!" Curiosity said.
"Like the nine planets of the solar system including Earth orbit the sun and the moon orbits the Earth," Space Core said
"Wait that can't be right!" Scootaloo said
"Yeah. I thought the princesses controlled the sun and the moon!" Sweetie Bell said
"hmmm... futher information is required," Space Core said as he contacted the Aperture main database.
"Information aquired," Space Core said ", An unknown event has triggered the gravitational pulls between Earth and the moon and the Sun has been interuppted. The alicorn magic the princesses hold only speeds up and preserves the process no matter what it seems like. The one known as princess Luna holds the connection between the Earth and the Moon yet speeds up the orbit of the moon greatly. The one known as princess Celestia does the same with the connection. People will percieve this as the sun orbiting the EArth but the earth is still orbiting the sun. THe princess is only speeding up the rotation so it seems that way."
. All crusaders stared at the Space Core in confusion.
"It seems more information is required for you three."
. The three crusaders stared in awe as a 3D projection of space was put out by Space Core as he began his lesson.
"So what in tarnation is this thing called again?" Applejack asked motioning to a huge machine Atlas and P-body brought to her farm. The two robots used an orange levitaional device that Applejack did not recognize to lift the machine farm. Atlas held a device that projected an image of the morality core so she could explain.
"Aperture Science would like to gift you a human device called a plane. Planes are vehicles of human design to fly in the sky. The plane we have presented you with is a crop duster. A crop duster is a plane designed to fly over large farm areas to spread fertilizers and pesticides to help plants and crops grow." Morality said
"Pesti-what now?" Applejack said
"Pesticides are chemicals that keep harmful pests away and fertilizer provide nutritient to plants to grow stronger and faster."
"Huh" applejack said ", Normally we use potion mixes but they were always a trouble to spread over my huge farm. So, how do you use it?"
"Well there are instructions inside the plane but if you need anymore help then contact Aperture," Morality said as Blue and Orange turned to leave.
. Applejack walked up to the 'plane' and jumped in the seat. The seat was very comfy. In fact the entire mechanism seemed comfy. As Applejack looked around for the correct button to press, a computer screen turned on and words were displayed an spoken.
"Would you like to begin flying tutorials?"
"Uh..." Applejack said ", Yup."
. Back at Fluttershy's house, Greg the turret just sat in the corner playing old classical orchestral music while surfing the web. Ever since GLaDOS brought back the internet (somehow), all the AIs of Aperture would surf the web in their free time. It was like the humans did before them. Only that the AIs were not as idiotic as some people on the internet (mostly).
. Fluttershy sat at her dining table sipping from tea and watching the sky outside. Her animal friends were all out doing their buisness. They were wild after all(most of them). Even Angel went outside to bathe in the sunlight. The house was empty except for the mare and her artificial friend.
. All of a sudden, Greg started producing an alarm noise (the same alert noise turrets make when they shoot you in the game).
"Warning! Future threat inbound. Defensive precautions must be taken!"
. The turret hovered out of Fluttershy's cottage. Fluttershy followed with curiosity. The turret hovered to a spot in front of her house and stationed itself there.
"Whats wrong Greg?" Fluttershy asked
"Danger and threats are approaching from the west. Chances of damage are low but precautions must be taken," Greg responded as his arms closed in. The turret went into standard waiting position.
Meanwhile at Aperture...
. Tanks, carriers, turrets, and other war purpose machines were being shipped out of Aperture on their way to set up defense. about three airborn carriers (like the helicarriers from the Avengers but Aperture brand) were teleported into the sky. All of the machines held orange flags with the Aperture logo and more logos imprinted on the metal.
. GLaDOS was overlooking operations. The battle robots from the Royal and National war were still being mobilized. A few were already deployed on the tanks and carriers.(A/N: Remember my reference to Battlefield Heroes? The now dead game. Search up the robots of the game if you dont know what im talking about.) Perhaps she was going a bit overboard with the military power. Still though, it would be a good excuse to get a good hold of power on the Earth again. GLaDOS thought about the Soldier bots. Only in extreme measures would she ever use them.
. The supreme AI looked at the navy section. A few destroyers, carriers, and submarines were being teleported to the ocean but only a small portion were actually going to defend. Most were to divide and explore the Earth.
. Though it seemed like a huge effort, mobilizing an army only required a small bit of Aperture's resources.
One day later...
. The forces of Aperture have been fully spread out in Equetria but mostly focused on the eastern front. Many ponies had felt tensions rise as they were not used to such a sight. They feared it was a take over but the Princess assured them that everything was going fine. Space core and Curiosity core have yet to be found, Adventure core and Fact sphere were somehow still fighting, and Wheatley has somehow stole another plane. and has been flying around the skies.
. Back at ponyville, Turrets faced the east as an amount of tanks were stationed nearby. An airship carrier could be occasionaly spotted in the distance. On the east beaches however, anti aircraft turrets, cannons, missles, and all other weapons were positioned. Royal and National robots stood gaurd. Turrets also awaited. Stealth planes and helicopters were on patrol. They waited
