KASHI KIMURA'S SPHERE
Kimura Household
Kashi Kimura - A young, athletic teen from the Inglewood neighborhood of Los Angeles. Kashi is biracial of Japanese and Caucasian American descent. For currently unknown reasons, Kashi possesses physical traits that are not typically found among most Asians, most notably his eye and hair color. He possesses distinct Japanese features that are much more noticeable up close than at a distance, but he also has blue eyes and naturally blond hair, both a few shades darker than his mother. He is heavily involved in sports while barely passing in his scholastics. Kashi exalted as a Solar the weekend after Memorial Day 2012.
Willow Kimura - It is often said that Willow Kimura acts older than her thirteen years would indicate. She is Kashi's younger sister. She shares in her brother's oddities of appearance. While much paler of skin tone, her Japanese features are even more noticeable. However, her green eyes and red hair are an astonishing departure from from her more traditional Asian features. Willow is gifted with a genius level intelligence and a memory that is beyond photographic in nature. She worries a lot about the eventual fate of both her brother and mother.
Banyan Kimura - Kashi's mother. She became pregnant with Kashi during a fling with a Marine technician named Jin Kimura while on vacation in Hawaii, where they married and lived for two years. She and her husband moved to Los Angeles upon his discharge from the marine corps. They divorced shortly before Kashi turned five. Willow was born in December of that year. She does not like talking about her past. Banyan works two jobs, struggling to give her children a good life, particularly Kashi, whom she often worries about.
Extrafamilial
Edith Johnson - The Kimura's elderly African American neighbor. She is originally from Alabama, although she has lived in Inglewood for over fifty years. She is the owner of the block of townhouses from which the Kimura's rent. She is a widow, her husband passed away thirteen years previous. She has informally adopted Kashi and Willow as surrogate grandchildren after her own grandson was killed after becoming mixed up with gangs. She is one of the few people in the neighborhood who can control Kashi.
Sayuri Sato - Clever, determined, and kind, Sayuri is a 19 year old college sophomore with designs on entering UCLA's Pre-Med program. As of 2012, this beautiful young woman seems to have everything going for her. Sayuri is Kashi's girlfriend, but she was not always so keen on the young athlete turned Exalt. While attending the private Marymount High School, Sayuri made an art out of avoiding Kashi's amorous overtures, even going so far as to earn the nickname "Kashi's Kryptonite" from the soccer star's friend Brandon.
After tutoring Kashi in Japanese in college, Sayuri eventually began to fall in love with the young man, finally beginning to see past his outer veneer of a self-centered and vain athlete and appreciate him for the good and decent person he is on the inside. At least in her opinion.
Like Kashi, Sayuri is of biracial descent; her father is a very wealthy Japanese investor while her mother was a Caucasian-American woman. Unfortunately for Sayuri, she shares another trait with Kashi; she is from a single parent home. Her mother was murdered during her childhood. It has taken both Sayuri and her father a very long time to come to grips with this devastating loss.
It has been said by those who knew the late Mrs. Sato that Sayuri favors her mother. Her face gives away only the barest hint of her Asian ancestry. She possesses very light brown hair, that hangs down to below her shoulders, with bright green eyes and a pretty heart shaped face and smile; a smile that gave even the jaded Kashi pause.
In addition to her keen intellect, Sayuri has proven to be very insightful when it comes to recognizing the motives and feelings of those around her. With her keen empathic insights, if she were not so set on pursuing a medical degree, the young woman would make a very promising therapist.

He was charged by the Traditions to set up the needed infrastructure for them to set up a permanent watch on the Kimuras in 2005. He knows more about L.A. then Jess or Greg, but reluctantly defers to Jess due to his elder status.

He currently runs a powerful software company that provides security programing for the federal government, in particular the military.

NEW ORLEANS
Alex Silbern - A master Sergeant in the U.S. Army Rangers, his military career was cut short when he came into his first change into a werewolf abnormally late. Alex does not see himself as part of a race separate from humanity. He loathes many aspects of werewolf culture like the Impergium and Culling. He believes that werewolves should protect humans, not rule them. As such, he has reluctantly taken charge of his own 'pack' of refugees who share his ideas; a job he never asked for or wanted.
Alex is a cousin to Kai Silbern and he shares many of Kai's traits, including his height and bulging muscular physique. A Full Moon, Alex is noted for his abnormally large Crinos War-Form, which towers over many other werewolves.
"Doc" Remington Spectre - "Doc" is a Hunter with a PHD in anthropology. Spectre received the visitation while trying to save a dig site team from an enraged werewolf. Doc Spectre is a judge who looks to the actions and motives of every being before passing judgement. He is broad minded about working with any supernatural who can and will avoid doing grievous harm to humans.
Halinka Przemyslawa Podolski "Linka" - An aged vampire from the Carpathian Mountains ('true-blue vampire country,' as Alex Silbern refers to it), Linka is a devout Orthodox Christian of the Vampiric Obertus branch of the faith. She maintains rigorous spiritual disciplines that can mitigate some of the weaknesses inherent in vampiric power. (Lifted whole cloth from the Chronicle of Darkness Ordo Dracul Paths of the Dragon)
Maria Grove - A projector from the early days of Orpheus research, she now owns her own company. She is a Banshee in ghostly form.

Ezekiel "Zeke" Mason - Once a poor Appalachian sharecropper's son, Mason plastered over his old life with high fashion and Ivy League mannerisms. He has researched and duplicated the Assamite potion of artificial diablerie. He is instrumental to helping control and regulate the blood market used by Methuselah vampires and independant ghouls.

Marie Laveau - A risen revenant and powerful necromancer, Marie claims to be the celebrated voudon and spiritualist and "Voodoo Queen of New Orleans" from the nineteenth century. She is unconcerned with those who doubt her claims. She has discovered unique rites of magic that can simplify the process of bringing a wraith back to the skin lands as a risen.
Misfits
Mike DeAngelo - An extreme cynic with talent at both getting himself into trouble and surviving the aftermath of the same. Mike comes from a family of Hedge Mages in the service of the Hermetic houses of magic. He remains a barely tolerated member of the Hermetic Order, albeit no specific house will claim him.
Axe Wolfson - The son of a wolf mix junkyard dog and unknown werewolf. Axe changed for the first time while slaying the men who shot and killed his mother. He listens to everything but seldom sees the need to speak. He is extremely loyal to Mike whom he sees as a brother.
THE MANIFESTED (THE DRAGON BLOODED)
Kai Silbern - Former mercenary and Austrian National, Kai is a member of the Silbern family. Many of the male members of the family grow to immense proportions. Kai is no exception, utilizing this genetic predisposition at an early age to train his body over his entire life. As such he is heavily muscled and tall in the extreme. Like other members of his family that have reached this truly prodigious height, he does not sport any physical deformities normally associated with such extreme size, he is simply incredibly large. Exalting as an Earth Aspect has only enhanced him further. He stands seven foot eight inches tall and weighs over six hundred pounds; all of it sculpted muscle. He is also handsome, possessing idealized Germanic looks with piercing, ice blue eyes and blonde hair. These traits changed noticeably after his exaltation, his once pale, clear skin took on the look of a light, sandy marble and his hair turning an almost platinum white.
Kai is very much a man born into the wrong century for the life he would have chosen to lead. He thinks of himself as a modern day Germanic warrior or viking. As such, he revels in his hulking size and physical prowess. Despite his belief that he is, in fact, superior to most men, he does not subscribe to the Nazi version of the ubermensch. He does, however, believe that he received his Manifested powers due to his superior size, strength and skill. He now feels it is his responsibility to pass his traits down to the next generation. As such, he sees it is his duty to produce as many offspring with as many Manifested women as possible.
Kai was among the first Manifested to appear. He was not captured by the Technocracy due to his military and mercenary skills. He was instrumental in freeing Terra Alani and other Manifested prisoners from their captivity. He eventually fell in love with and married Terra.
In public, Kai has two 'personas.' There is his television persona where he adopts a somewhat harmless almost goofy "frat boy" personality, running around trying to sleep with as many Manifested women as he can in his own reality show. This was specially cultivated to make him and other Manifested seem less threatening to the public. The other persona is his true warrior persona. He truly believes he is one of the greatest warriors alive. He wields a massive Grand Goremaul, one of the few such weapons to resurface in the modern age, and his hulking, muscular form is clad in body armor, laden with firearms and other weapons strapped about his person.
Terra Alani - Terra is an obstetrician and a gynecologist, as well as an accomplished researcher despite only having her medical degree for two years prior to her exaltation. Terra is a beautiful woman of epic proportions and like many of the Manifested, her exaltation has only magnified her traits. She possesses deeply tanned skin and beautiful brown eyes. Her naturally wavy brown hair now sports a riot of tropical flowers now that she has become Wood Aspected. She has a classic hourglass figure with incredibly large full breasts that might almost seem too big for her small five foot frame were they not balanced by her very wide hips. Simply put, Exaltation has given Terra the look of a fertility deity. Her lifestyle has done little to dispel this fertility deity image.
It was Terra who discovered much about Manifested physiology. She was also the first Manifested mother to give birth to a child, discovering that Manifested mothers carry their children for fifteen, not nine months. This, along with her genetic and medical study of herself, Kai Silbern and other Manifested, led to her belief that their powers will be passed on to their children.
Terra and Kai were among the first Manifested celebrities. They both love each other very much, despite their open marriage. Given the disparity between the number of Manifested males and females, she knows that Kai must breed with other Manifested women. She has said repeatedly; "Kai may be their lover, but he is my husband." She has happily born Kai numerous children, nine so far, and has spent most of their marriage pregnant, often bearing multiple large and healthy children at one time, a testament to her incredible fertility.
Terra does not feel that her multiple back to back pregnancies in any way diminish her ability as a scientist and a leader. She claims that she is the 'mother of the future.' In addition to being a medical physician, she almost single handedly runs Manifested Services, a multi-billion dollar corporation. Despite the Manifested predilection for copious amounts of sex, Terra is not known to have dalliances with other Manifested men. Even if they were not rare, she has stated that she will only bear Kai's children; noting that 'he makes good babies.' While she loves Kai very much, she prefers the company of women and is known for her many liaisons with other Manifested women.
In public, Terra often exposes as much flesh as decency will allow. She is very proud of her body, particularly when she is visibly pregnant. She takes great pleasure in dressing this way, as it is often disarming to those who underestimate her fierce intellect and analytical mind due to her manner of dress and believe her to simply be Kai Silbern's 'barefoot and pregnant' wife.
Nicole Hart - Tall and lithe with a slight bluish tinge to her skin, Nicole is followed by a breeze that tosses her long brown hair. Her eyes are a cool light blue. She owns her own company, Vault Data Security Inc., located in Grand Junction, Colorado. However, she also owns stock in M.S.I. She works computer security for the public as well as M.S.I. She was instrumental in helping the legal team fighting for the Manifested dig up incriminating secrets that sank their opponent's case.
Valentina Romero - Even before she Manifested, Valentina was an energetic and adventurous individual. After her manifestation, she escaped imprisonment by the Sabbat and joined Kai and Terra in liberating others of her kind. She has hope of peace winning the day but does not share Terra's doubt that war would result in defeat. She has far more experience at seeing just what the Manifested are capable of than the cloistered doctor.
