Why are you mocking me?

Shining knight, gleaming knight,

Has fallen down so far.

Disowned knight, disgraced knight,

Who's no longer accepted in his home.

That you'll just forget what I used to be.

Softly shines the light of day,

When you decided to save me.

Bloody fight, bloody night,

I'll protect you to the end.

Bloody battle, bloody fright,

Protect you and our friends.

Horrified, stupefied,

Can't believe I almost made the same mistake.

Petrified, unjustifed,

Or perhaps this was just fate.

I know I shouldn't cry.

Beautiful one, Dearest one,

Even though this means good bye.

To cherish ever more.
