Before Buffy jumped to her death in “The Gift”, she slept with Spike. When Willow resurrects her, she essentially re-animates ALL of the dead cells in Buffy’s body. In other words, not only does the spell resurrect her, but it also gets her pregnant.

After Willow kills two people, attacks her friends, and nearly destroys the world all in the span of 24 hours, Giles takes her to England to recover. Or, at least, to try.

AU Season 2. On her first night back from summer vacation Buffy accidentally reveals her secret identity to a new girl in town. But the new girl has more than a few secrets of her own, which could make the gang's junior year even more weird and dangerous. Tara/Willow romance, Tara/Scoobies friendships.

Suppose Anya had managed to get Spike to make a wish in "Entropy"? A look at what one change to history would mean for the Scoobies. Buffy/Spike, Tara/Willow, Anya/Xander, but all have a long way to go before any happy endings.

Faith goes looking for her father to answer some of her questions left by her mother's return. Buffy tries to help as best she can, leading her to ask questions about her own relationship with her father and whether she should do the same.
