Instead of being sent to look for the Avatar, Zuko is banished with a different task: he must govern the Southern Water Tribe, and may only return home when he has won the unquestioned loyalty of a southern waterbender. But the last southern waterbender was killed three years ago. Or so Ozai thinks.

It's a good day. It's a bad day. Tao is away from the front lines for the first time in forever, and tries to make the most of it.

After Ozai's defeat, Zuko finds Katara in the middle of a panic attack.
