As the shadow is slowly spreading in the south, Thranduil decides to take his people north and establish his fortress in a hill. Not everyone is happy with this decision. His young son is his first opponent, while his wife tries to mediate their feelings.

60 years before the War of the Ring, The Mouth of Sauron is being raised as a bastard son in the house of his father. More than anything, he craves security and a title of his own.
