A/N) This is something that popped into my mind during night time. I was meant to sleep when I spied my jacket on my bed - look it was black and red okay. And my blanket was blue and it was kind of next to the jacket. ouo"

Prompt - Jacket
Who's turn to write? - Feathers
[Warmth]
"Of all places, why here?"
Sunfire was not amused. It was bitterly cold outside of the Dead Mines, and he longed to enter the mines, although he knew it would be a stupid idea. Without Luminous, the protection to heat for Eclipse was horrible. But then again, without Luminous, his protection to cold wasn't that great either. They couldn't really get that far without each other either - they needed each other to watch each other's back, as they were prone to focusing on one enemy at a time. Eclipse tilted his head and gestured at the zombies moaning and groaning for food in the distance. Sunfire shivered, ignoring the monsters, and drew closer to the fire Eclipse had reluctantly agreed to make.
"Training. Here, I can hone my dark magic, without Luminous being whiny all the time, and you can go ahead and kill them quickly with your holy magic or something," Eclipse explained, waving his hand in the air. Sunfire glared at Eclipse, and he blinked. "Okay, fine. You can start a bigger fire, but don't kill me if the zombies find out where we are. I haven't started with my melee attacks properly yet."
Sunfire rolled his eyes and snapped his fingers, an ember sprouting from his finger as if he had struck flint and steel. Eclipse shrugged as the fire went out almost immediately. "I need to get to somewhere warmer," Sunfire complained. "It's too cold for me to hold a spell for long." Eclipse mumbled under his breath, drawing out a thin jacket from his bag and drawing it around himself. Sunfire glared at him.
"What?" Eclipse asked, tilting his head to the side. He looked at the jacket, and then at Sunfire. "Sorry. The jacket's too thin to keep any cold out."
"It would help. It's a jacket! I'm cold!"
Eclipse sighed, and rummaged around in his bag a little more. He brought out a thicker jacket and threw it at his brother. "There! Are you okay now or do you need help putting that on too?"
Sunfire glared at him, drawing the jacket around himself. "It's still cold!" He sneezed abruptly, which caused Eclipse to laugh. "Not. Funny."
"Ah, stop complaining!" Eclipse muttered, calming down quickly. "Move over a little. I want to sit down too."
"Why? You can just sit down."
"Shut up and move over now."
Sunfire shifted slightly to the side, and Eclipse sat down next to him. Taking hold of his brother, Eclipse enveloped him in a loose hug. "What are you doing-"
"Shut up already."
Sunfire mumbled, "It feels nice though."
"Hmm?"
"Nothing. Just that it's... warm."
