Chimera Squad find that they may have bit off more than they can chew after an insidious killer donning the moniker of the fictional Jigsaw killer starts taking the lives of seemingly connected strangers in torturous and gruesome ways. But with the case quickly running cold, Torque soon finds herself taking charge in an attempt to stop the killer before they can strike again.

Geist and his acolytes(and additional helpers) take a trip back to the desolated XCOM base to scavenge some equipment to bolster his fledgling Templars. But Geist is also searching for answers for the past, present, and future.

It was a new world Jynn found herself waking up to, so much had changed within those 20 years of experimentation and imprisonment. She was thankful to be free of that hell but hesitant to take on the roll her old role. Commander of XCOM. A mere memory of what it once was. They had a lot on their plate and those Elders and their Chosen were hunting them like wild dogs at every turn.

What would it take for the Chosen, the very children of Gods Themselves, to abandon everything they know and defect to the resistance? Well, death is a good start. What follows is only told in stories.

After 20 years of alien occupation, the Resistance finally has its trump card: The Commander. But for their plans to work, they need the troops on the field to play their part. Half AAR, half narrative, this will be a retelling and partial re-imagining of XCOM 2's plot, loosely based on a completed playthrough, and through the eyes of a varied cast of soldiers.

A series of short stories based on the original 'Things XCOM Operatives Are No Longer Allowed to Do' list as well as a few other rules thrown in for good measure.
