Character: Lee
Lee does not believe in making promises that can not be kept. So when Sakura asks him to never leaver her, never make her cry the way Sasuke did, Lee remains quite. He hugs her softly and tells her that she is his everything, that she alone is the reason his heart beats and it will beat for her as long as he is breathing—he knows this is not what she is asking for but this is the promise he will give to her (the only promise he really can give)…to only make the promises he can.
