What you can do is ignore that feeling and get her into other anime; for example, if she likes FMA, get her to watch and/or read Bleach, Naruto, and then maybe try Karin and Moon Phase, or others that you like (Sorry, I don't know which ones you like, so I'm taking a wild guess Uo.o ). If you can get her to like a bunch, chances are she'll like anime for a while yet to come, and you guys can talk about it for a long time. I don't know if you can go to conventions, but you can cosplay together. Like I said, I don't know what animes you watch, but there are many with siblings. So while it may be hard to share "your world", if you do, you'll end up enjoying yourself much more.
