So why is there a stone city with spiralling towers? Why are there murals to gods? How was there a writing system? Why hasn't this been spotted before? Dr. Ruth Clayton has the answers, but she has her mission too.

For a time in Journey's End, the Doctor believes that the TARDIS has died. He doesn't find out it escaped until much later in the episode. A look at how this moment might have felt for him and what he might have thought. And if the Doctor is connected to the TARDIS, wouldn't he have known, just a little bit that she wasn't really gone?
