Summary: A girl from the Salvatore's past arrives in Mystic Falls, not knowing what the Salvatore's are or that they're even alive and vice versa for Damon and Stefan. How do they know each other and how will it change some relationships?

It had been years since she had set foot in the town of Mystic Falls, her hometown. A hundred and forty-eight to be exact. 1864. Back when she was just a child. And of course the town had changed, the whole country had changed since then. Towns were more developed and styles had majorly changed as well. And within that time, she had changed too. She kept up with all the fashion styles and music scenes. Each town was different and she had been to a lot of them in her past years but never had she gone back to the place where her life had changed completely.

As the girl sat in her 2007 Jeep Wrangler, she wondered what made her return. She had no family that she knew of in the area and no vampire friends like herself. But despite all that, she was here and hungry but not for blood; for food. She still couldn't understand it. Because she had blood in her system, she had the same urges she had when she was still a human. She looked at the businesses on the main street in town, trying to locate a food place. She didn't care what type of food it was. As long as she could eat, that's all that mattered. It didn't take her long to spot one. She quickly parked her car and made her way towards the brick building.

She entered the restaurant, escaping the heat outside, and embraced the cold air that hit her. After quickly glancing around the place for an empty seat, she found one on the far side and made her way towards it. She sat down in the booth and placed her purse down of the seat beside her. After ordering her drink from the waitress who came over, she looked at the menu and placed her order of a simple burger and fries.

It didn't take very long until her food came out and for that, she was grateful. She took her time eating, enjoying every bite she had. When she finished eating, she stayed in her spot. She wasn't ready to leave. Curently she had no idea where she was staying. She had options but it wasn't like she was going to bed that very moment so she had some time to spare. She couldn't help but look around at the place. It had a simple name, Mystic Grill. She liked the set up. Tables to eat, a bar, and pool tables. As she looked over at one of them, she saw a man who reminded her of her past. Her life back when she as a human.

It was eery. He looked exactly like him but she knew it wasn't possible. He had died when he was seventeen along with his brother. They were both shot. She had even went to the funerals. She closed her eyes and rubbed them, hoping she was just seeing things but when she opened them he was still there. There had to be an explanation for it but she couldn't think of one. As least not one that made sense. Neither of them had any children so it couldn't be a great grandchild of some sort.

Despite all of the thoughts and questions running through her mind, she didn't want to go up to the man and ask. Instead she just sat there, staring at him trying to figure it all out, however, nothing came to ease her thoughts.
