Part 61: They Really Put Super in Supermodel 5

Rachel was nervous now more than ever. Why? She was to go first. She looked behind her to see everyone of her friends giving her an encouraging thumb's up. She then saw Megami give her a victory/peace sign with her hand. This didn't renew Rachel's confidence much, but it did soothe nervousness to the point that it was non existent.

So, with a calm sigh, she walked on stage and did her routine on the catwalk. She walked along the strip, posing in the beautiful black corset ball gown that Mrs. Hasuma had designed. She felt the flashes of the cameras and a few young men were hooting, whistling and howling slightly. Some of these men were her teammates who were excited to see her. However, one didn't look too excited, or was he too excited that he looked shocked.

Ichijyo.

His eyes were wide open from behind those black shades and his mouth had dropped so wide that she could see the fangs that he had used before to feed from her. His clipboard had dropped from his fingers. He was shellshocked by her beauty.

Rachel was slightly amused by Ichijyo's reaction. So, to put icing on the cake, she winked at him, causing him to blush and look away in embarrassment as the guys grinned and began patting him on the back. Rachel inwardly giggled and did one last twirl before walking back behind stage.

Jen was to go next right after Rachel. She was a bit jealous of the attention that Rachel was getting and was determined to one up the dark empath. This was it! This was where she was gonna show off and strut her stuff. Eri gave her a encouraging smile and Jen smiled back at Eri, who was Leo's ex. Jen grinned devilishly and was gonna do her thing on the catwalk.

Shortly after Rachel returned backstage, Jen went out in the short pink halter dress she was going to show off. It was a bright neon pink like her braided hair and had a short jacket on. She pulled the jacket off to expose her silky smooth shoulders. She adored the sounds of the camera's clicking and the flashes of light would've blinded her. However, she played her part and noticed Leo staring at her with wide green eyes and a red blush tinting his cheeks. She didn't care what anyone else thought but him. He was the reason she was doing this. She did a twirl on the stiletto heels and draped the jacket over her left shoulder. Just before she reached the curtains, she looked over her shoulder and gave Leo a seductive wink for good measure. The dragon Knight was now matching his clothes.

Tara placed her hands to her hips and tapped her foot impatiently. The halter dress she had on was a vibrant yellow with a large flowing skirt. The dress had a plunging neckline and left little to the imagination. She didn't have much in the breast department, but she did develop a little over the past few months. When Jen came back stage, Terra wlaked out.

Gar had been telling a stupid joke, earning groans from his male companions. His laughter was soon halted by the vision of a golden goddess.

Tara smiled and winked at Gar, running her hand through her hair as she posed for the cameras. She did a twirl and did a slightly seductive pose giving Gar a good view of her goods. She then flipped her long golden locks and walked backstage like a professional, leaving a frozen Gar in her wake.

It was now Sarah's turn and she was not holding back. She was in a midnight blue dress that hugged her beautiful curves and matching high heels. There was a high slit on the left that exposed her beautiful leg. She went out and strut her stuff. She nearly laughed as she saw Vic's eyes flashed in appreciation and adoration as he grinned. She could almost hear him say, "That's my girl!" to the other Titans as he began to brag and boast. The cameras flashed and she enjoyed it all.

Eri and Megami were next and they were gonna do it unison. They both wore matching dresses in different color schemes. Eri's dress was white and Megami's was green. They went out on stage from opposite directions and walked along the catwalk confidently.

Takada and Ichijyo's eyes widened as they saw their sisters right before their eyes. Leo was also surprised to see his ex-girlfriend up there too. They remained silent as the two girls twirled and posed for the camera. Megami flipped her long green hair while Eri ran her fingers through her own chin length black hair in a seductive manner, earning whistles from a lot of males. Megami earned herself some of the same attention.

Both the dog and snake Knights turned and glowered at a few of the males that were hooting at their sisters. Ichijyo had a nasty glint in his eyes. Oh, they will pay he thought sinisterly.

Kat was most impressed by her mother's work and how the girls portrayed them. As much as she wanted to get up there and show off, she just wanted to enjoy her downtime. She looked left and right and saw Grant and Joey drooling as they stared up at the beauties onstage. She rolled her eyes in a distasteful manner and continued to watch the fashion show.

Ron was whispering in Kim's ear and she blushed bright red. He must've suggested that she should do the same thing and take up modeling. Maybe, he wanted her to model some 'intimate' pieces.

The girls continued to do so, posing and showing of different pieces. But Tim wondered something.

"Guys?" he began asking, "Where's Kori?"

Leo grinned and then the light began to dim. He answered, "Well Tim, ask and you shall receive."

Tim was about to enquire more when the MC spoke, "And now, ladies and gentleman, the moment you've all been waiting for! The greatest piece from Mrs. Hasuma's collection that has ever been produced and being showed off by an exotic beauty!"

The exotic beauty came on stage, wearing a purple midriff spaghettis strap top and a matching flowing skirt with two high slits that went up to mid thigh to show off her beautiful legs. Everyone was silent as their eyes were trained on the beauty as if she were the angel of the heavens. Correction: a goddess.

Kori's hair had been permed to the point that it was now a mass of spiraling curls that trailed down her back. She walked regally, like royalty, which was pretty much redundant since she was of royal blood. She stopped and posed. The cameras began to flash, taking pictures of her as she began flipping her hair and twirling a bit on the spot, slowly. She winked at Tim, causing him to blush and then she turned right backstage.

Mrs. Hasuma then took the mic after her name was announced as she received applause and standing ovations from the audience. She cared little for them compared to the congrats she was getting from her son and his friends. The girls/models walked back out and stood behind her clapping as bouquets were thrown onto the stage. Leo, Ichijyo, Gar, Takada and Vic went upstage to congratulate the girls personally.

Kori looked around for any sign of Tim and saw him still at his seat.

Tim was like a statue in his seat as the light came back on. That had been the end of the fashion show. The slow music played and the MC announced that dinner would soon be served.

Kori sat down next to Tim and placed a hand on his. He turned his head slowly and his bright blew eyes met with her emerald green ones.

"How was I?" she began to ask.

"You…you…" he stuttered. The way she looked before on the catwalk still affected him and having this unearthly beauty before him was enough to make him fall flat on the floor if he hadn't been sitting down. He then took a deep breath and said, "You were awesome, Kori."

Kori squealed with delight as she pulled him into a hug. She rested her head on his shoulder as his hands began to run through her soft auburn hair. They then pulled away and moved closer to kiss. They were so engrossed in their lip locking that they did not notice the lens of Mrs. Hasuma's video camera locked on to them.

The fashion designer sighed and murmured, "Ah, young love. That Kori girl really reminds me of myself at that age."

Leo was about to stop his mother from embarrassing his friends, but was stopped when Jen placed her lips on his before whispering, "Meet me backstage?" she winked. He knew what she wanted and nodded dumbly as she dragged him with her to the dressing room.

Eri watched as Leo was dragged backstage. She gave out a sad and tired sigh. She was happy for them, she was, honestly. But she still had feelings for Leo and that was one thing that would never change. She felt a hand on her shoulder and she turned to see her brother giving her a reassuring smile. She hugged him and said. "Arigato, Onii-chan."

Megami, Rachel and Ichijyo were talking. Actually, Megami and Rachel were talking and Ichijyo was red with embarrassment. No doubt that his older sister was telling his girlfriend embarrassing details of his youth. He was never going to live this down.

The fashion show had run smoothly and it seems that the after event party would be the same.

Of course, as Murphy's Law always had a way to slip into these things, the classic 'What can go wrong, will go wrong,' scenario was going to take place.

The familiar ringing sound came and all the Knights heard it.
