Coming to terms with being reborn? Doable. Finding out you're in the Mass Effect universe? Slightly more difficult. I know I'm no soldier material but I want to do what I can to help save the galaxy. To that goal I will become one of the worst beings in human society. A businessman and politician. A SI/OC-story of a different kind.

With friends and family at her side, Dr Liara T'Soni travels the galaxy, digging up the long-lost trail of the Protheans. Setting aside her life as an active Spectre, Shepard settles into domestic life (of sorts) to accompany Liara on her journey. Finally, a life full of peace, love and happiness becomes reality… and the long-awaited little blues get to make their appearance.

For generations, countless souls were looking in bright stars wanting to find better life for themselves. They all believed that universe will accept them with open hands. Truth unfortunately, can make even the brighter of star looks dim.

Our Main character was plodding along through life before he found himself in a place that only previously only existed as a part of imagination under the actions of a mysterious entity. Every great once in a while you stumble upon something that changes your world and makes you fall in love with it. For me, that was Mass Effect; but that love affair only existed for the series to break my heart with a lackluster ending.
