"Butterfly Effect"
Chapter Three:
Kuroko didn't get any sleep since yesterday and he was still bothered on how he would approach his former captain from now on. Well, the true question that bothered him was: 'Will I ever even have the guts to approach him at the first place?' and as of the moment, he still got no answer.
Sometimes, people thought that he was fearless, that he had a lot of confidence, but he never thought so, anyway. Not when he couldn't even try to call or text the most important person in his life when he was actually at fault for everything that had happened.
He sighed uncontrollably and closed his phone which he was attempting to use earlier to call a certain red-head…but failed to do so.
"It's been bothering me since yesterday; Tetsuya…did something terrible happened?" His older brother, who was at the driver's seat and was driving him to school, asked.
He blinked and stared outside of the window. "Was I that obvious?"
"Not with that emotionless and expressionless face of yours, but you rarely sigh and well, you have that aura that says my prediction. It also almost sprouted out the words: 'It's because of Akashi Seijuuro' with it." Takumi Kuroko explained and grinned a little.
"We just got into an argument, that's all." He mumbled.
Takumi chuckled humorlessly. "Alright, I will hold onto that and will just believe it." He muttered and stopped the car infront of Seirin High School. "But remember, Tetsuya," he turned towards his younger brother and smiled. "I'm always here to listen to your problems and give you advice, alright?"
Kuroko opened the passenger's seat's door before smirking a little, which was almost invisible. "Yeah, got that. But before that, Onii-san? How about find yourself a girlfriend first? Mom will be thrilled when that finally happens."
Takumi almost fainted with the thought. "Why did you need to remind me about it, Tetsuya?" He grumbled. "For the meantime, I'm still searching. You know me, I love so much that I get hurt first."
Kuroko went out of the car and replied lastly, "A typical playboy reply, Onii-san."
"Geez, just ride with me even just once awhile, Tetsuya!" Takumi grunted and laughed. "Alright, alright, I need to go now. Be careful in going home. Bye."
"Bye." Kuroko replied and his brother drove off.
He stared at the disappearing car and sighed again. He was half-turning when Ogiwara's face suddenly popped up before him from nowhere. He simply blinked twice in surprise. "Geez, Shige-kun, don't surprise me like that or I'll get a heart attack."
Ogiwara grinned. "Oops, sorry." He apologized and offered Kuroko an untouched cupcake. "Want some? I baked it yesterday."
He stared at it. "Um…"
"It's vanilla with oreo cookies." Ogiwara bribed.
He finally accepted it. "Alright, thank you."
While chatting and eating, he took out his phone and checked his phone and he still got no message nor calls from that only someone he was waiting for, so he finally gave up. He finally gave up upon waiting for almost a day for Akashi to lower his pride even just for now and try to make things up between them by his own effort….but Kuroko got none, so he finally gave up. He turned his cellphone's power off and placed it on the lowest part of his bag and pretended that he never existed in Akashi Seijuuro's life. He might at fault, but he just wanted Akashi to start thinking that he's not always superior.
"…So, why were you absent yesterday?" Ogiwara mumbled as he munched a bite of his cupcake.
Kuroko, himself, took a bite and savored it before answering, "Just a little cold, but it passed away...So how was school yesterday?"
"It was boring! I mean our Math Teacher gave us an activity that made our brains explode! He also…"
Sei-kun…
And their conversation continued and Kagami just silently watched, from meters behind them, as his 'shadow' went with the flow and chatted with his old best friend. The red-head just wondered why Kuroko needed to turn his phone off…He was suspecting something happened between his partner and Rakuzan's captain.

Mibuchi gulped as their captain made another three-pointer. It was the twentieth of Akashi's consecutive three-pointers since they started practice. They were all given their usual regimens except Akashi, who requested to not follow his training menu and do his own training for the day.
Akashi was never the three-pointer type, he always focused on strategies and counter-attacks, but today was different. He was upset about something and he didn't tell anyone about it until now.
"Is Akashi alright?" Their coach mumbled in concern.
"I think we should ask Kuroko Tetsuya of Seirin High School instead, because we have no idea, ourselves." Reo replied.
As sharp as he always had been, right after Akashi heard the teal-head's name, his shot missed the hoop by an inch and it ended up being placed inside the basket of basketballs.
He sighed and went back to the benches to take some rest. After finishing his bottle of water, he took out his phone and sighed. The phantom player had not contacted him since he left the red-head's house, neither did Akashi do the same.
Between them, he had always been more confident, but also the more prideful one. He was waiting for Kuroko to do the first move, but the latter still hadn't and Akashi's barrier of pride was slowly being destroyed with guilt. Guilt of shouting at the blue-head and making him leave.
He finally unlocked his phone and started typing,
To: Kuroko Tetsuya
From: Akashi Seijuuro
Message: I'll pick you up after your dismissal. Wait for me outside your gymnasium. Let's talk about things, Tetsuya.
He really didn't know if that message was enough but he sent it anyway and closed his phone before placing it inside his bag's pocket.

The bell rang loudly which made the students celebrate and made the teachers heave their disappointed sighs that they weren't able to finish their lesson again.
Kagami frowned confusedly when Kuroko stood up and headed outside by riding the flow of his classmates who were going out of their room.
"Where's Kuroko going…?" He mumbled to himself as he took out his plastic bag full of burgers and other kinds of breads which he hoped would satisfy his growling stomach.
"Kuro—" Just right before he was about to take a bite on his sandwich did Ogiwara suddenly appear and tried to call out for Kagami's 'shadow'. "That's weird…Where's Kuroko?"
"He just left." Kagami replied and chewed his food. "He went out of the room about a minute from now. He didn't have any food on his hands, so I think he has likely gone to the library, cafeteria, or garden…Not sure, though."
In an instant, the dark-head disappeared as he fled to look for his old best friend.
Kagami just pretended he didn't see anything and continued eating.

Kuroko heaved a sigh as he leaned against the wall beside the rooftop's door and slid against it until he was sitting on the cold ground.
He raised his head and stared at the gray sky. It was slowly turning darker and darker as moments passed and slowly was Kuroko's feeling guiltier and guiltier. He was missing Akashi so much that even the sound of the red-head's name made his heart ache.
He took out his phone and switched it on. After waiting about two minutes, it finally opened and a message popped up. A message which made him tear up.
To: Kuroko Tetsuya
From: Akashi Seijuuro
Message: I'll pick you up after your dismissal. Wait for me outside your gymnasium. Let's talk about things, Tetsuya.
He suddenly remembered the times when he was still being targeted by a group and by an insane person who wanted to be rich. Three years passed, but it was still like Akashi could read his mind and do what Kuroko wanted silently.
He subconsciously typed these words as his reply,
To: Akashi Seijuuro
From: Kuroko Tetsuya
Message: I miss you, Sei-kun.
Because it was a short and simple reply, before he could even stop his own hands, the stubborn two had already pressed send and he wasn't able to cancel it.
He groaned when he saw the word: 'Sent'
He blinked then continuously stared at his phone's screen. "Um, I guess it's now time for me to turn off my phone and—"
And just right before he was about to press 'Switch Off', the thing in his hand rang wildly and he instinctively pressed 'Answer' to his greatest dismay.
"…Wrong key…" He mumbled emotionlessly and sighed.
"Tetsuya," was all Akashi said, but it already made Kuroko start.
The teal-head unnoticeably gulped and replied slowly, "…Yes, Sei-kun?"
"With the way you talk, I am assuming you pressed 'Answer' either accidentally or instinctively, am I right, Tetsuya?" The tone the red-head used was half-amused and half-emotionless.
"…Yes, I did. Just as usual, you do know almost everything, Sei-kun?"
"What was up with the 'almost' word? I do know everything, Tetsuya." Akashi protested.
"Oh, then when will I die?" Kuroko challenged as he sat relaxedly on the ground.
Silenced enveloped the other line and the phantom player suddenly regretted asking such a taboo question. "…You are right; I do not know everything and I do not want to know that thing you're asking." The red-head finally and sincerely replied.
Kuroko silently chuckled. "I was only third-fourth serious, Sei-kun." He clarified.
"…Then, you're still mostly telling the truth, right?"
"…Perhaps?" was the answer, which turned out to be a question, of Kuroko.
"I hate you, do you know that?" Akashi grunted.
He shook his head. "Never heard of you telling me that. It's always the opposite."
"Then, I'm telling it to you now: I hate you. I really do." The red-head grumbled.
"I hate you too, Sei-kun; don't worry, the feeling is mutual." He emotionlessly murmured.
There was a pause in the other line and the next thing he heard from his former captain made his eyes widen. "I miss you too, Tetsuya."
He blinked and covered his reddening face with his free hand. "You do know how to pick the timing, Sei-kun and I hate you for it."
"Hm? I take back the words I said to you earlier. Stop saying the words: 'I hate you' to me; it's irritating when I hear you saying lies." Akashi complained.
"…Amazing confidence you possess, Sei-kun."
"Shut up." The owner of the emperor eye quickly retorted and changed the topic, "So tell me things I should know."
"Not like anything out of the ordinary happened. I mean…I came to school, I pranked Kagami-kun when I suddenly appeared out of nowhere and scared him while holding Nigou. Then earlier, some lower years who taught I was still a first year tried bullying me and tried hitting me with their elbows or anything they got hold of, but I grabbed the mop when they weren't looking and hit their that and afterwards, a guard came and I told them everything including the thing I just found out."
"Like…?"
"There are many men who have small that and yet act so manly." He boldly stated which made Akashi spit his drink. How did he know? He heard it from the other line.
"Don't tell me I'm one of those men or I'll kill you." The other threatened.
"Fine, I'll shut my mouth then." Kuroko replied.
"TETSUYA!" Akashi grumbled.
After a short chuckle, there was silence between the two and the atmosphere suddenly turned cold and tense.
"Sei—"
"I need to go now, Tetsuya but before that…I'm sorry about the other day, Tetsuya. Will you forgive me? I just felt like you're distracted about something or someone and I'm being cast aside…you do know I hate that, right? I just…love you so much." He murmured and Kuroko was stunned into silence even after Akashi hung up on him.
~LFMH021~
Kise took a deep breath and made his form before releasing the ball into the air. He waited and it hit through the main hoop and bounced back onto the court.
"Damn it." He cursed and sighed.
A day passed and Kise wanted to throw his phone against the wall whenever he saw that he got no new message. By this time, Aomine should be outside, lying on of the school benches and being drooled over by some schoolmates of his. Or if the bluenette was in the mood, he would suddenly join them and shoot some hoops with them.
Aomine was still a lazy person, but he had gotten friendlier and more responsible. Well, just a little.
Kise looked at the phone on top of his bag and it still didn't receive any message. He really wanted to kill himself or Aomine right now or else he would really explode.
Another sigh of his turned into a yelp when a shoe hit the back of his head. Hard. Firm. And painfully. "Who did that? I will ki—"
"What? You're going to kill me?" An arrogant and bemused voice cut off.
He frowned and turned. He saw Kasamatsu Yukio, their former captain three years ago standing outside the gymnasium door, wearing his school's uniform and still had that frowning face of his.
"Kasamatsu-senpai!" He exclaimed, ran and jumped to the older guy when the latter moved sideways and he instead the former ended up kissing the cold, hard ground. "Ow…" He sobbed.
"Are you an idiot?" The dark-head queried in exasperation and pointed someone of something outside with his thumb. "Why are you trying to hug me? Aren't you supposed to hug him?"
He blinked and raised his head. Right infront of his embarrassing state was Aomine Daiki. His expression showed: confusion, amusement, exasperation and hesitation.
"Daikicc—Aomine…" He mumbled and blinked again.
The power forward smirked and bent a little. "Are you some idiot? Stand up already." He sighed and offered a hand.
The blonde stared at the hand the blue-head was offering before biting his bottom lip and lunged himself into Aomine's warm arms. "Daikicchi!"
"Whoa! What the—Don't surprise me like that. What if I wasn't able to catch you, you idiot?" Aomine scolded and half-hugged and half-carried the sobbing copycat anyway.
Kasamatsu blinked before smirking. "He did mature, but he still acts as a child when he's with you. That only means that he's really himself with you, huh? Wonder why." He stated and smacked Kise's head. "YOU IDIOT! You're the captain, I saw that! You did twenty three-pointers but not even one got in! You want me to hit you, huh?!" He growled before looking at the power forward. "Take that away from here and calm him, will you or I'll do it myself. Stop being cat and dog, it's annoying." He grunted and shoved the two outside with Kise's bag and then shut the door and started to train the team members, himself.
Aomine stared at the slammed door. "He hasn't changed."
Kise laughed as he stared at the slammed door as well. "Thought the same thing."
A minute passed until the copycat realized that he was still being supported by the bluenette's arms. He was about to awkwardly raise himself when Aomine grabbed his bag and dragged him towards the gate of their school.
"A…Aomine?"
"I'll kill you if I hear you call me that way again, Ryouta. I promise you I will really kill you and then kill myself afterwards." Aomine threatened and shoved Kise inside the car which the former rarely used.
"…Um—WHOA!"
Cut off because of Aomine's rushed driving skills, Kise quickly put on his seatbelt and held onto his chair as the power forward accelerated more. "D-Daikicchi…what—"
In a dark corner, the dark-head pulled the car into a stop and grabbed Kise's face, so the blonde would be looking back at him. "Oi, Ryouta."
This was the kind of moment Kise began to regret that he even suggested to Aomine before to make the windows tinted, so no one would see them from the outside. "..D-Daikicchi..?"
He wasn't able to stop or perhaps, he just couldn't resist it when Aomine leaned over and placed his warm lips against Kise's and gave the latter a passionate and desperate kiss. A kiss that showed how much Aomine really did miss the blonde. "Mmnnn…" Kise moaned as Aomine found a way for the blonde to open his mouth a little which made an entrance of the bluenette's aggressive yet so tantalizing tongue. It went inside his mouth as his lips parted and declared war with the blonde's tongue.
Aomine deepened the kiss as he felt Kise shuddering beneath his arms. The blonde clung onto him as he responded with the passionate kiss Aomine started. The bluenette smirked and started to nibble Kise's lower lip and as his hands began to roam around the parts they could reach. "Ahhh….Nnngghhh!" The copycat groaned as he shuddered a little more when Aomine found his way inside his jersey tops and pinched his hardening nipples. "Mmmmnnnn….Ahhh….Daikicchi…"
Aomine looked up as he playfully bit onto Kise's neck. "Mmm?"
"Ahh…Ooohhh….Mmnnggghhh…I-I'm so sorry for being such a childish person…Ahh…I-I just felt as if you've never really trusted me—that you always doubt I would leave you for some other person who seemed to like me. I…Ahhh! Nnnggghhh…I-I love you, Daikicchi and you can imprint on me however you like as long as I could show you my loyalty and faithfulness towards you…I…I love you, Daikicchi-Ahhhh! Nnnngggghhhh!" Kise moaned as Aomine pushed him and he was now lying on his back as the latter removed his jersey shirt and began to trail kisses around his exposed body.
A tear flowed down on his cheek as Kise felt as if he was in heaven with how much pleasure he was feeling. It was as if he would fly any moment as the blue-head always found a spot that would greatly delight him inside and out.
Aomine stopped from his kisses and licked the drop of tear on Kise's cheek before staring straightly into the blonde's passion-filled, but still pained eyes. Kise loved him too much that he would let Aomine imprint onto him and do all of these things to him just to show how much the bluenette meant for him.
And the power forward was greatly pleased. He was never considered that special, aside from his talent in playing basketball, and he had never felt so loved before. Not by his parents, grandparents or relatives. He had always lived alone and isolated with the others. Well, not until he accidentally hit a blonde by his head when he was playing basketball in middle school and that blonde was so awed that he idolized Aomine and entered the basketball club as well and decided to go after him.
With tomato cheeks, Aomine slowly took the one of the blonde's hands, intertwined his with the other and passionately leaned downwards to gently place his lips onto the copycat's. "I'm sorry. I know, I rarely apologize and…I'm sorry for doubting you. I just feel like you're too famous you could replace me anytime you want. Since I was a kid, I've always been cast aside and I'm traumatized to the point I want to monopolize you. I want you to only be mine. I love you too much, Ryouta. Can't you see?"
Drops of tears started to pour down Kise's cheeks again as Aomine tenderly hugged him and squeezed him tight as if he was the most important thing in the world for him.

Midorima massaged his temple as it started to ache again for the tenth time for today.
I'm such an idiot. If I didn't do that thing last night, then I won't be having this cold. Wondering what he meant? Last night, he attempted to clear things up between him and his backmate, groupmate in their classroom, partner in crime, teammate and classmate Kazunari Takao; and he went towards the dark-head's home only to find out the latter was not home yet and when he was about to go back home, a heavy rain suddenly surprised him especially when he forgot his lucky item: umbrella.
"This is annoying." He grunted as they all stood up when their last period ended. He shook his head when he felt dizzy.
He turned around and found Takao there, staring back at him with anxious eyes. He could see through the other's eyes that he wanted to say something, but Midorima decided to ignore it and passed by Takao instead. Him and his tsundereness.
Was it just him or there's an earthquake going on?
"SHIN-CHAN!" was the terrified screamed he last heard before he blackened out.
The next time he saw the world, all he saw was the color white. And all he could smell was the overly familiar smell of medicines his father always used.
"Am I in the hospital…?"
"And here I was expecting an: 'Where am I?' type of question. Guess, it's just not you. And nope, we're just in the infirmary." A not-so-cheerful today Takao replied beside him.
"…Takao?"
The dark-head grinned. "Yo!"
"Why are you here?" He demanded and turned the other way.
"Since you came in, I had this feeling something's off with you and it was too late when you collapsed due to a burning fever. You even hit your head with the edge of one table and it bled. Thank goodness it bled or else it would have bled inside and I….I was so afraid that would happen…" The Hawk Eye owner cried as he clenched his palms into fists. His smiling facade crumbled and shattered.
"If you are to continue avoiding me, then I wish that that thing did happen." Midorima stated and glared at the innocent wall.
"Shin-chan! Don't say—"
Takao cut off his own sentence when he heard a sob…A sob from the lying person on the bed infront of him right now. A sob from Midorima Shintarou. "Shi-Shin-chan…"
"Mom and Dad are always fighting. My sister is drifting away from me…Right now, you can't call us a family. Not at all and few days before, I thought I could ask for some comfort from the person who knows me the best…but then that person looked at me yet also instantly turned away and started to avoid me which hurt my ego. If you think I'm that tough, Takao, well sorry but I'm not. I never was." Midorima growled.
"Shin-chan…I'm sorry…"
"And he even started to hang out with the lower years more and abandoned me. Do you know the stares I get because of that? Do you know how hard it was for me to cope up with eating alone again? To cope up with shooting hoops alone again? To cope up taping my fingers alone again? To cope up in using bus going to school and house again? And to cope up with the thought that I will always be alone again? It was difficult, truth be told, Takao…It was hard…" He grunted and bit his bottom lip and fought the urge to sob.
The dark-head shut his eyes and silently cried as well as he felt Midorima tremble beneath his touch. He was trembling because of emotional pain. He was trembling because of loneliness which was greatly caused by Takao, himself. "Sorry, Shin-chan…I thought you were getting tired of me because the days before I started avoiding you—you were giving me vague responses and giving me no attention. Guess I became too narrow-minded that I forgot even you face problems. I'm sorry…Shin-chan..I'm sorry…" He apologized and hugged the green-head tightly. "Please, forgive me…"
Midorima blinked, turned a little and caressed his partner's cheek. "How can't I? You're too important to me."
"I love you too, Shin-chan, you know that?" Takao sobbed and was about to lean over to kiss the other when Midorima dodged it. "EH?!"
"Idiot, I have a fever, do you want it to be passed on you?" Midorima growled.
As usual, the ever so kind Shin-chan… "Then, I'll just kiss you here," Takao proclaimed and kissed the other's forehead and felt the burning heat of flu, but he disregarded it and laid beside the miracle shooter. "And snuggle next to you, so I will never lose you." He whispered and snuggled into the shooter's chest.
Midorima sighed in disbelief and just closed his eyes along with the dark-head. A contented smile appeared on the former's face as Takao snored beside him.

Murasakibara pouted as he stared at the packs of wasted snacks on the floor.
His mind was floating somewhere earlier and he tripped with how long his legs were and the opened packs of snacks he was holding onto fell on the ground.
He was missing Himuro. It was incomplete for him when the other was away.
He sniffed as he sat on the floor and stared again on his snacks. Thinking how Himuro was like a candy, very sweet.
He blinked when a hand appeared before his face and a plastic of snacks were placed beside him. He looked up and saw the smiling Himuro.
"Hi." The dark-head greeted warmly.
He started sobbing and hugged the other tightly. "I'm sorry, Muro-chin! I'm very sorry! I love you~~~"
Himuro chuckled and patted the crying crybaby's head. "Yes, yes, you're forgiven. Come on, let's go to practice. No more stubborn Atsushi, alright?"
The violet-head nodded and hugged him tighter.
Himuro, instead of feeling squished, responded and hugged the other back. Glad that Murasakibara had a simple heart, a heart of a kid.
~LFMH021~
Kagami yawned as he removed his jersey shirt and changed into his uniform. Another hell day of practice passed again, and heck was he hungry.
He started laughing again as he remembered Kuroko running towards the toilet to throw up right after practice and the latter also decided to change there instead in case he was about to puke again.
"WHERE'S KUROKO~?" The ever so loud Ogiwara shouted right after he changed and Kagami wondered if he was that loud before, because if he was then today he was regretting it because the heck, Ogiwara was annoying him.
"He went to the toilet." Kagami replied and stretched his arms in the air.
And just like what he expected Ogiwara quickly vanished right after hearing the news of Kuroko's whereabouts. He's like a loyal dog, sheesh…
"Alright, time to eat a lot of Magi Burgers." He growled.
The changing room's door opened though before he even stood upand Kuroko peeked his head in. "Um, Kagami-kun, if Se—"
"Let's go, Kuroko! Hurry!" Ogiwara protested and before the bluenette could even finish, he was snatched away by the other.
"Oi, Kagami, I need to ask you something. Go outside." Riko ordered and Kagami protestingly followed after her. "Stop whining. Anyway, I think you should give more attention in shooting this kind of hoops because this will make a lot of difference in a game. For Kuroko, I think he should start with his unbreakable passes. I mean—"
"Where's Tetsuya?" Akashi demanded right after busted open the door of the gymnasium.
Riko looked up. "He already left."
"Huh? But I told him to wait for me." The red-head grunted.
"He left just few moments ago with his new friend." Kagami murmured.
And instead of annoyance, Akashi's eyes filled with anxiety and a little doubt. Is he seriously cheating on me?
And the smaller red-head ran again to search for a certain phantom sixth man who was very hard to find.
Just like his heart which was so hard to assemble again, Kuroko was hard to find, not because he possessed misdirection, but because of his unpredictable mind.
The bluenette experienced a lot, but he continued to stand up and go on.
It was something Akashi always admired.
He went inside the library and found him there. He was there, trying to reach a book an inch taller than him. "Uuunngggg!" Kuroko grunted.
Akashi couldn't help chuckling. Now he saw it with his own eyes. Kuroko was not the type who easily cheats on people. He's loyal. He always had been.
Kuroko blinked and turned. His eyes widened a fraction. "Sei-kun…" He murmured. "Sei-kun!" He sliently gasped and ran towards Akashi's opened arms and quickly squeezed the red-head. "You're here…"
"Of course. I said it on my text message, right?" He proudly replied and ruffled Kuroko's hair. "I missed you."
"As I to you." Kuroko whispered and slightly smiled.
"Anyway…what are you doing here all alone?" Akashi wondered as he grabbed a chair, stood on it and took out the book Kuroko was trying to reach. "See? It doesn't matter what your height is. There's always a way."
Kuroko disbelievingly shook his head. "You still haven't accepted our fate of being small, Sei-kun and no, I'm not alone. I'm with—Shoot."
Akashi suspiciously glanced at his partner when the phantom sixth man cursed. Yes, he just cursed.
"Oi, Tetsu, I found it~"
Both of them turned towards the owner of the voice and there Ogiwara was. Standing with a grin and swaying the book he proudly got. The dark-head's grin, though, turned into a frown –or a death glare—as he recognized Akashi.
The red-head's crimson and golden eyes turned shades darker as he saw the person just meters away from him. Kuroko's old bestfriend whom he crushed for being too meddlesome on their team and for being too meddlesome on Kuroko's ways of playing. Perhaps he crushed the other because of what Kuroko experienced when he was still in second-year of middle school. (Read 'Everlasting Requiem' to be able to relate.)
Two opposites, two enemies, two persons who will never understand each other stood there. Glaring at each other for only one reason: Kuroko.
A/N: Was that too long? Sorry, but I want to make it up to you for not updating for more than a month.

Sneak Peek:
"You should just get out of Tetsu's life! You've ruined him before. You could ruin him again!" Ogiwara shouted as he tried to grab Akashi's collar.
But Akashi dodged it and slapped away Ogiwara's hand. "Don't you dare touch me without my consent and if you may just know, I have more significance on Tetsuya's life than you do. He's important to me, and I'm important to him."
"You think you're the only one? You've ruined him before, remember? So I think I deserve him more!"
"Oh? You're brave, lad, but no. Kuroko Tetsuya's mine."
Kuroko gulped as he was ignored when he tried to settle things between the two again. "Pease, stop this—"
"Then, let's have a one-on-one tomorrow! Whoever makes ten hoops –be it three-pointer, dunk, two-pointer—will win Tetsu and he will cast aside the other." Ogiwara dared.
"Huh?" Kuroko queried. "Wait—"
Akashi frowned and smirked. "Sure, tomorrow at the Street Basketball Court in the park. Ten a.m."
Well, that escalated quickly. When did I ever accept such deals? These two are so unbelievable…
Kuroko thought and he unconsciously started feeling anxious.
Why was his heart beating so fast…? Why…?
