Her head was killing her. There was a constant thudding sound against her skull, like her heart had replaced her brain but was too big for her skull. Just breathing made her head scream in pain. She took slow breathes, hoping the pain would go away. The last time she had a headache like this was when Two got mad and pushed her down a flight of stairs.

A strange chanting sound filled her ears, making her wince when her head flared up in pain. Whatever the chant was it was strange. Soft music accompanied it along with soft sobs and muttering voices. Soft clanking of metal against metal was also there, like someone was walking around with pots and pans strapped to their body.

What the hell happened? she thought to herself, putting an arm over her eyes. What am I laying on? It feels like cloth suspended in air. Am I on a cloth hammock? Hmm, nope. There are hard bars around the cloth. Where am I exactly?

She cracked open an eye and quickly shut it, wincing at the bright light that sat above her. Moving her head to the side she tried again, slowly opening her eyes. Where ever she was she was alone with only the blasted candle suspended above her. A door opposite of her was open, exposing people sitting on long benches, some kneeling with their foreheads pressed against their hands. Was she in a church?

Careful observation of her surroundings told her it probably was. Rows of bookcases sat along the walls, stuffed full of books. A woman in robes walked around the room, humming softly to herself. She had shockingly bright red hair with a single braid. Her robes had a creepy looking eye on it. It looked like it had three giant blades poking out of the bottom with large eyelashes on the hop half.

Fen was next to her, laying at her left side. Her right side was up against the stone wall and she was covered with a rough wool blanket. She was laying on a cot, one that had seen better days. When she shifted the wolf leapt to his feet, whining. This drew the woman's attention and she headed over to Jimmy with a bright smile on her face.

"Ah you are awake," she said with an accented voice. "Your companions were worried you wouldn't wake back up. I reassured them as did the Grand Cleric you would. You just needed some rest after your fall."

"What happened?" Jimmy asked, softly touching the back of her head. It was tender, causing her to wince. "Where am I?"

"You are at the Lothering Chantry," the woman said calmly, softly swatting her hand away when Jimmy went back for a second touch. "As for what happened, I know only what your companions told me. Apparently you were teasing your wolf and he accidentally pushed you over onto a rock. Thankfully nothing looks broken, just a large bump."

"Alright then," she said slowly, her memory slowly returning. Fen told her some disturbing news about her somehow being a Grey Warden, she freaked out, then something knocked her out. "Well thank you. I should get going, find my friends and all."

"Oh no," the woman said, softly but firmly pushing Jimmy back onto the cot. "The older fellow, he didn't give his name, said for you to stay here if you awoke before they returned. Don't worry, they will be here before the long. It is almost lunch time."

"Lunch time? How long have I been out?"

"Oh less than a day since you came here. Your companions came here before nightfall, you on that handsome man's back, and asked for help. I helped tend to you and they stayed the night. You do have some very loyal companions." The woman's face got serious as she leaned in closer, talking in a hushed tone. "I know who you all truly are. I know the older man and handsome man are Grey Wardens, as are you, and that you all travel with the king of Fereldean. I'm going to come with you all when you leave."

Jimmy stared at the woman, wondering how the hell she knew. Slowly she inched away, saying, "Sure you are. Just how do you think we are what you say?"

The woman tsked at her. "The Maker sent me a vision. I knew it was true when a rose bush by the Chantry that had been dead for some time bloomed a single rose. I am going to help you defeat the Blight and return the rightful king."

Quickly Jimmy forced her face to be blank. "A vision huh? I've had some visions too. Mostly involving an endless supply of food and being lazy but then I have to wake up."

"You scoff but it is true. My name is Leliana by the way. It is a pleasure to meet you."

"I'm Jimmy," she replied, glancing down at Fen, who simply shrugged. "This is Fen, my supposed friend. Don't trust him, he likes to lie."

The wolf growled at her, glaring at her with one eye. When Leliana turned to him, he quickly schooled his face into a happy pant, his tail wagging. Jimmy snickered at that. It was starting to be obvious to her that he didn't want this woman knowing he could talk. If she was going to travel with them as she insisted, he would have to start talking sooner or later.

While the red-head cooed over him, saying something about a bath for the poor wolf, Jimmy looked around, A bookcase sat right behind her and she eyed an interesting looking book. Slowly she reached back, one eye on Leliana and the other on the book, and plucked it from the bookshelf. When Leliana looked over at her, she gave the woman a wide smile, rubbing her belly.

"Is there any food around here?" she asked, tucking the book under her butt. "I'm starving and my pack is gone. Is this blanket edible?"

When she did an experimental chew on the blanket the woman gasped, leaping to her feet. Quickly she snatched the blanket out of her mouth and left, promising to bring some food for her. Once she was gone Jimmy stared at Fen, glaring daggers at him. He winced, leaning away from her.

"Sorry," he muttered, looking down at his front paws. "I should have told you sooner but I couldn't think of how? It was hard enough telling you as soon as you got here that you had to save the world. Throw in the fact you are a Grey Warden first thing and you probably would have tried to leave."

"I'll forgive you," she started slowly, staring at him. "If you take over all of my hunting chores when it's my turn and you have to bring me my pack and that green book over there. I want it."

"You know you shouldn't steal everything," he grumbled as he headed over to the book. With it in his jaws, he nosed around a pile of bags that sat behind her head on the floor, pulling her pack out with his paw. He spit the book out on her cot and pulled her pack in close before continuing his lecture.

"Stealing isn't always the answer and you are going to need to use your skill later anyways. Besides getting Leliana, we have another companion we are going to need to take with us only he is locked up. Now then- Will you quit taking books? They aren't worth anything unless they are spell books anyways."

"But they are pretty," Jimmy pouted, tucking a third book in her pack. "Besides, maybe I will read them some day, sit back when I'm old, if I even get to be old, and remember the good ol days of getting whacked in the head. What hit me anyways and who did it?"

"Morrigan," he said quickly, throwing the witch to the metaphorical wolves. "She hit you in the back of the head with her staff and told Alistair to carry you the rest of the way. She said if you couldn't be calm then you could sleep your hysteria off."

"Bitch," Jimmy grumbled, touching the back of her head softly. "I'm going to find something that will make her clothes itch and put a bunch in her undergarments."

"I heard that," Morrigan drawled, walking into the room. Leliana soon followed her, cheerfully giving Jimmy some stew and bread to eat. "Mind you I taught you about all the plants you know and I could just as easily get you itching from itchweed was well."

"Then I am going to take your staff when you aren't looking and use it for firewood," Jimmy growled. Leliana looked at the two, slightly confused but shrugged it off. "It will make a wonderful fire and I will be happy all night long sitting by it."

"Then I will simply turn you into a toad."

"Don't care. Sides, Fen won't let you. I'm pretty sure you won't be able to turn him into a toad anyways."

When Morrigan opened her mouth to replied Fen growled, low and deep. She glanced over at said wolf who was glaring at both of them, growling and hackles raised. Wisely both women shut up, glaring at each other instead. A faint smile cracked along Morrigan's lips and she nodded slightly, walking over to the bookcases to observe the spines.

"Everyone will be glad you are awake," she drawled, running her finger over the spines. "Alistair and Duncan the most glad. They were both very worried about you, as if you were a child that needed protection."

"Well I am a child," Jimmy whined, looking at the witch with wide eyes and a quivering lip. "I'm only seventeen you know. Barely old enough to be freed of my mother's apron strings, granted I don't know if she ever wore an apron but that's not the point. Oh thank you Leliana for the food! You are such a kind woman."

The red head blushed, smiling down at her. "Why thank you. I don't believe anyone has said that to me before. I do look forward to travelling with you and your companions."

When Morrigan sputtered at this, glaring at Leliana, Jimmy smiled. She dug into the stew. It was quite delicious, full of flavor and chunks of meat. Carefully she dipped the hard chunk of bread in the juices so it would soften. Chewing on the food she watched the two women stare at each other, quite obviously sizing each other up. This made Jimmy snort as she focused back on her food.

"Jimmy it is good to see you awake," Duncan's voice sounded from the doorway. Alistair and Cailan stood behind him, peeking around the man to look at her. "Are you feeling any better? You took a hard fall when Fen jumped on you."

"Oh cut the bull shit, all of you," she snorted, pointing her spoon at Fen. "We all know I didn't fall because of this prick and Leliana is going to be travelling with us so she should know how dangerous Morrigan is with her staff. Leliana, you've meet Morrigan already. The dark man is Gramps, the sandy man is Cheese, and the man next to him is Lad."

"Why do we have weird names when it comes to you?" Duncan sighed as he walked over. "I'm not that old, mind you, so I shouldn't be called Gramps. Leliana, is it a pleasure to see you again. Thank you again for the help at the inn. It was most fortuitous we ran into you there and had your help."

"Ah the pleasure is all mine," she replied. "I couldn't bear the thought of you all being attack by those horrid men, especially with this sweet young girl unable to defend herself."

"Had some trouble did you?" Jimmy asked, shifting on her cot so she could sit up, finally realizing her hoodie was gone and had been replaced by a light brown long sleeve shirt.

Duncan nodded, explaining what had happened. While Jimmy had been taking a forced nap, they encountered some of Loghain's men at the local inn, looking for Grey Wardens. Leliana had stepped in, trying to stop the fight. It hadn't worked the way she wished it and they all got in a brawl, killing all but one man. When Duncan told him to run back to Loghain with a message they knew what he really did, the man pretty much fled. The inn keeper refused to have them, being full and them being dangerous in his eyes, so Leliana brought them here.

"Can I get out of this cot?" Jimmy asked when the story was finally over, looking over at Cailan. The man looked troubled. She guessed the whole reality of being betrayed had finally sunk in when they encountered the men. She felt sorry for him but knew he had to get over it in order to survive. Life threw all kinds of things into one's life and it wasn't always sunshine and daisies.

"Yes you can," Duncan replied, gathering his pack. "We will finish getting our supplies and continue as soon as possible. Already we have done a few jobs for the Chantry, did some things for the locals, and found some supplies. Here Jimmy, here's your armor, patched up while you were resting."

"Thanks," she said, sliding off of the cot and eagerly grabbing her armor. As she slipped it on, someone had replaced her pants as well with soft cloth trousers, she continued, "What else do we need? You guys sound like you pretty much took care of everything while I was out. Not entirely fair though. I wanted to do some wandering and exploring."

"You'll have time enough for that," Duncan chuckled, helping her with a strap she had growled at. "Your sword and knife are getting sharpened, you should be able to go get them after lunch. Alistair, do you care to go with our young friend while she explores?"

"No problem Duncan," he replied cheerfully.

"Oh come on, I'm not a baby." Jimmy crossed her arms and pouted, staring at Duncan. When he simply looked at her, she sighed, grumbling about cold hearted people as she put on her pack. She exited the room, Fen and Alistair following behind.

The first thing she noticed when they exited the Chantry was a man in robes with a boy at his side. He kept babbling, saying random things to those who approached him. She walked over, frowning as he babbled at her.

"And who are you exactly?" she asked, frowning still. The man merely nodded his head and smiled, causing her to give him a wary smile back.

"He can't answer you. He's Chanter Devons," the young boy said, rolling his eyes.

"Um, does that mean he's touched in the head or something?" she asked. Behind her Alistair groaned, giving her the mental picture he face palmed himself at her questions.

The boy laughed. "No, he's a Chanter. One of them that can only say the Chant of Light. His board is full letters of good deeds to be doing. My father fixed Widow Allison's roof once and the Chanter paid him, he did."

"A learned child is a blessing upon his parents and onto the Maker," the Chanter said, smiling at the boy.

"So it's like a vow of silence?" Jimmy asked, placing a fist on her hip as she studied the man. "He can't talk normal?"

The boy shrugged. "Unless its the Chant of Light, no."

The Chanter said some more stuff, babbling about somebody named Rajmael and Andraste in some temple. She stared at the man, wondering what she could do to have some fun. Slyly she grinned at the boy, who watched her curiously. When the Chanter looked away, she mouthed, watch this, to the boy.

"A chanter says what?" she asked quickly, hoping to confuse the man.

"What?" he asked, confused.

The boy crowed with laughter, pointing at the chanter. "Oh! You got him to speak!"

"Err.. What hath man's sin wrought?" the chanter said, quickly covering up his mistake. Jimmy laughed with the boy who was pointing at him again.

"Oh he cheated!"

"Yes he did," Jimmy replied, still laughing. "I guess I'll be going now. Bye."

As they walked away Alistair shook his head, muttering, "That was very rude you know. The poor man is only trying to do his duty."

"But it was funny," she pointed out as they crossed the bridge. "Admit it, you thought it was funny too. I heard you back there trying to cover up your laughter."

"Just because it was funny doesn't mean it was wrong," he replied, trying to look at her sternly but failing horribly. Finally a grin broke out of his face. "Oh Maker what am I saying? It was hilarious! I'm going to have to try that on the next chanter we meet. If I get in trouble, I'm blaming you."

She chuckled at him, weaving her way through the groups of people. They found a young woman who was desperately trying to find some traps. Being the softie he was, Alistair found the supplies needed to make a basic trap and made her a few. The thanks and small bit of coin she gave them warmed Jimmy's heart. It felt good to help people who needed it.

They watched some kids run around, playing tag among the crowd of people. Fen had disappeared for a while and finally returned with some potions in his jaws. With a slight hand she quickly took them out of his mouth and tucked them in her back before anyone could notice. Anything they could get would better their chances, stealing not bothering her in the least.

After stopping at the smithy to get her sword and knife they continued to roam until they stumbled upon a strange sight. A giant, dark skinned man with skull close white braids stood in a cage, glaring at them. Jimmy wandered up to the giant, staring at his with amazement. The giant scowled down at her, his forehead crinkling together as he did. Unsure of what he was she looked at Alistair and Fen expectantly.

"That is a qunari," Fen said softly, scratching his ear. "He is imprisoned in there for some crime, left for the darkspawn to eat."

"Hey how do you know that?" Alistair asked the wolf, peering at the cage. "Is there a piece of paper saying what he did and what the punishment is?"

"I have ears and I do listen to people. The Grand Cleric is terrified of him. We should bring him with."

"I agree," Jimmy said, still staring at the giant with awe. "He looks like he could break somebody in half with his bare hands. What's your name?"

"It is none of your concern elf," the qunari rumbled, glaring down at her. "Now run along and leave me be. You will not be able to free me and I shall die here."

"Why do you want to die?" she asked, sitting on the ground to stare at him some more. With a shared shrug, Alistair sat next to her while Fen laid next to her.

"Because I have done something that can never be forgiven," he said plainly, as if she were stupid. "I do not expect you to understand."

"You might be surprised. I understand a lot of things. Like how to get a loaf of bread without the baker knowing or how to read a person's body language."

"There is no bread here for you to steal and you cannot read me."

"Why don't you come with us? Apparently we are on a mission to save the world and I think it would be a bit easier if we had someone like you with us. How about it? Come on, please say you will come."

"Are you speaking of the Blight?"

"Yep."

The giant paused, mulling over his thoughts. "If you can get me free, I will join you. Maybe I can repent for my misdeeds by helping you."

"Yay!" Jimmy squealed, leaping to her feet. "Alistair do you have any metal pieces, something thin and flexible?"

"I got the left over pieces from making the traps," he said slowly, handing her the bits of metal. "Why? What are you going to do with them?"

She ignored him and studied the lock, peering into the key hole. Tapping the lock a few times with her finger and with a metal piece, she slipped two metal stripes into the lock, wiggling them around. Ignoring Alistair's protests she worked on opening the lock. After a minute, her skills were rusty, the lock clanked open. Quickly she slipped the lock off and chucked it somewhere behind her.

"That as wrong and you know it," Alistair muttered, eyeing the qunari as he excited his cage. "Granted it wouldn't be right to leave him there for the darkspawn but you could have asked the Grand Cleric for the key."

"Didn't you here Fen?" she muttered back. "She is terrified of the poor guy. Now be nice, he might squish you."

Ignoring Alistair's sputtering she walked up to the qunari, smiling brightly at him with a hand extended. "My name is Jimmy," she said. "The human is Alistair and the wolf is Fen. They are some of my companions, you'll meet the rest later when we leave."

"I am Sten," he replied, ignoring her hand. "I think it would be best for me to wait at the outskirts of the town until you and your companions leave."

"Alright," she replied, circling him a few times. "We'll find some armor for you and a sword. Well, see you later Sten!"

Walking away with Alistair and Fen, she made a bee line for the smithy. Browsing through his already made wares, she spotted a set of older chainmail armor, complete with gloves and boots. Next to the set, which was gathering dust in the back corner, was a large blade. She walked over to it, moving around it to get a good look. Stupidly she tried to do what she saw Duncan and Alistair did with their swords when they sharpened them. The blade was sharp, a nice slie in her thumb told her that much. With a yelp she stuck her thumb in her mouth, hoping to stop the bleeding.

"Jimmy what are you doing back there?" Alistair called. She heard his footsteps as he walked towards. "What in the hell? Jimmy, are you really sucking your thumb?"

She glared at him, pulling her thumb out to see if it had stopped bleeding. A new trickle of blood appeared and she quickly stuck it back in. She gave him a dark look and pointed at the set of armor and the sword.

"I want," she muttered around her thumb. "Buy it."

"Alright," he said, snickering. "How about we get a bit of cloth for your thumb as well? Hold on while I go ask the smith for some."

Carefully she watched him walk up to the smith, gesturing the the armor and sword. The smith nodded, glancing at her. This led to some chuckling from Alistair as he also asked for some cloth. With a grin the smith led him to the back of the shop, talking about impulsive young folk. Once both were gone she edged over to the shiny things she spotted earlier.

Delicately made necklaces, rings, dainty knives, and more covered the small display and hung from a small stand. Ignoring Fen disapproving growl she snatched a few rings, a necklace, and a small knife. Shifting the other wares so what she took wouldn't be missed, Jimmy quickly hid the precious items in her pack and was back by the armor by the time Alistair and the smith returned, looking pitiful.

While she wrapped her thumb, Alistair and the smith bartered on how much to buy the armor and sword for. It took some time but Alistair was able to get a reasonable price for the overlooked armor and unwanted sword. The smith wandered off to wrap their wares while Alistair and Fen stared at her.

"What?" Jimmy asked, feigning innocence. "Why are you two looking at me like that?"

"You have that look," Alistair scolded mildly, ruffling her hair. "And Fen was giving you that disapproving look when I came back. You'll explain to Duncan why you can't keep your fingers to yourself little rogue."

"Bah I ain't no rouge," she sniffed, nose in the air. "I just have a soft spot for the more shiny, pretty things that no one will miss. I am a warrior, through and through."

"Well miss warrior, you are going to need a shield at some point," he teased. "Not right now though. I think you would collapse from the weight of your load. Now let's get back to Duncan and the others before they start looking for us. Oh and you are going to explain why you broke Sten out of his cage and told him to come with us."

"Alright alright."

"Keep your hands in your pockets," Fen sniffed. "If you keep taking things someone will catch you. All we need is for you to go into the same cage Sten was in and then what will we do? You are the fearless leader."

"No Duncan is. Or Alistair."

"Oh no not me," Alistair said as they headed back to the chantry. "Bad things happen when I lead. We get lost, people die, and suddenly we have no pants. Nope, I'm not going to lead. You can lead, you have a knack for it."

"But I don't want to," Jimmy wailed as they entered the chantry. A few templars looked at her disapprovingly but she ignored them. "Leading is too much pressure! I'll lose my spirit, shrivel up, and fade away. Morrigan will have to keep me in a jar because I'll turn into dust."

"That won't happen and you know it," Alistair said while Fen gave a soft snort. "Ah look, everyone is still where we left them. Hello everyone! Jimmy has some lovely news to share with you all. And for the record, I did not approve of it so don't hurt me."

With everyone's eyes on her, Jimmy sighed and gave Alistair a slight kick on the ankle. While he hopped around, pretending it hurt, she explained how she wanted Sten in their group and broke him free of his cage. Leliana gasped at her, horrified, but Morrigan gave her an approving smile. Duncan, on the other hand, was not pleased and proceeded to lecture her about responsibility and upholding the Grey Wardens appearance to the public.

"Why do appearances matter?" she grumbled as they left the chantry, Duncan leading the group while they were in Lothering. It had been decided Jimmy would lead, since she saw it fit to make her own decisions anyways. "Doesn't everyone think the GW's are dead anyhow?"

"GW's?" Morrigan questioned, raising an eyebrow.

"GW, Grey Wardens," she muttered back, shrugging. "Everyone thinks we are dead so why tell the world we aren't? It's easier to slip through the cracks if no one knows to look for you."

"But some do know you all still live remember? You were told about the inn incident. Your presence will not be secret for long."

Jimmy sighed, following the others. Morrigan was right. With Duncan telling the survivor they knew what he did and pretty much telling him the Grey Wardens didn't all die was a sure fire way for the rest of the land to know they were still around. The only thing they truly wanted to keep secret was that Cailan had survived. If anyone, especially Loghain, knew he was alive there would be a lot of problems for them.

Suddenly she ran into Alistair's back. Catching herself before she fell, she peeked around the man to see why everyone had suddenly stopped. The sight of a group of villagers with pitchforks, rusty swords, and thrown together bows told her they were after them.

"We know you are Grey Wardens," one man said, his voice cracking. "There is a hefty bounty on your heads, enough to feed our families for months. We are here to take you in."

"Please reconsider," Duncan said, approaching the man. "We do not wish you harm nor do we want to have to fight. Put down your weapons and leave and no harm will come to you."

The villagers answer to him was to simply charge, trying to take them down with sheer numbers. Alistair pushed Jimmy back and charged forward with Duncan and Cailan. Fen joined them, snarling as he tackled a man. Leliana stood besides her, firing arrows at the villagers while Morrigan cast various spells into the fray. Meanwhile Jimmy stood there, unsure of what to do. She didn't want to hurt the people who were merely looking out for their families but she didn't want to die. Finally, frustrated, she charged into the group, remembering what Fen told her at Ostagar. Place your hand on me and command me f what you wish to do.

Darting through the bodies, avoiding getting hit, she tackled Fen, wrapping her arms around him as she yelled, "I want the fighting to stop!"

A blinding light flashed from Fen's body. When the light cleared everyone was frozen, as if someone paused a movie. Only their eyes moved and everyone moved their eyes to stare at her in a mixture of horror and surprise. She stood up, her legs shaking as she looked around. Even Morrigan and Leliana, the furthest ones from the fight, were frozen. Realizing what she said, she scuffed her foot on the ground, wondering what she should say.

"Um," she began, fidgeting like a child in trouble. "I know you are all probably wondering happened and what's going on but that's not the issue. What's more important is that you stop fighting. Your lives aren't worth a bit of coin and you won't win anyways. Look at us, three armored men, a mage, a bow woman, a huge wolf, and, well, me. You won't be able to win and you will all die. Instead think of your families, your children. Survive for them and leave us alone."

She stared at the ground, still fidgeting. Glancing up, she noticed the horror in the villagers eyes. Being froze still probably wasn't the best thing to do but she had no other choice. Maybe they would learn their lesson of attacking random people.

"Fen you can unfreeze them," she muttered softly, touching his shoulders. The wolf growled softly with exasperation and suddenly everyone was unfrozen. The villagers stared at her and Fen before running off in a panic. Leliana looked at her with surprise, her gaze moving down to Fen who was scolding her.

"Of all the stupid, pig headed, idiotic things you could do," he ranted, pacing back and forth before her while she hung her head. "You go off and do that! Do you realize you could have died? What if one of your companions had accidentally stabbed you, thinking you were an enemy or what if one of those villagers had been lucky and got you? You never think before you act, you let your emotions take control of your actions, and you think you are untouchable."

Jimmy sighed, letting her friend continue his rant while Leliana stared at him. Just her luck, Sten also approached the group, pausing to stare at the talking, ranting wolf. He looked at her, then down at Fen, and then to the rest of the group. Alistair silently handed the qunari the armor they bought for him along with the sword. When Fen paused to take a breath, he interjected his thoughts.

"Your Saarebas is very adamant about his opinion," he commented, shrugging on the armor. "Is he ashamed of his normal appearance and chose to instead look like a wolf? Do you always let him speak to you like that, are you not his handler?"

This sent Fen in a whirlwind of curses and rude comments. Giving them all a glare he ran off, muttering something about getting away from idiots and that he wasn't a mage. Everyone looked at each other then stared at Jimmy, obviously expecting an answer for what just happened. She gave them a slight grin, trying to brush the incident off.

"I thought he was a mage," Alistair commented, scratching his head.

"I thought so too," Cailan chimed while Duncan nodded.

Morrigan sniffed, shaking her head, while Leliana processed what just happened, a confused look sitting on her face. Sten picked up his sword, fully armored, and gave it a few test swings, ignoring everyone. Jimmy shifted her feet, trying to figure out what to do next.

"Well," she said, heading off towards the exit. "We'd better catch up with him so we can all say sorry. You four know how sensitive he is and it was rude of you, Sten, to call him a whatever you called him."

I don't even know what he is, she thought to herself as they headed towards some screaming and squishy sounds. Everyone seemed to accept him, well the first four anyways, regardless of him talking. Guess we are both freaks of nature around here. Maybe I can tempt him to tell me with some bread. He likes the dark kind. Oh what are we all getting into?

Notes: Greetings all! I am glad so many people are reading this thing I'm writing! I take my hat off to all of you! In case you all hadn't realized, Jimmy has a soft spot for shiney and pretty things, and can pick locks very well, and gets in trouble a lot. With Jimmy I feel like Leliana would act more like a mother around her since she is so young. Alistair is just like a best friend while Duncan is a father figure. Cailan and Morrigan just treat her like a normal person. Sten though, Sten is going to be in for a world of surprise with her!

Atomic Works: You bring up a very good question! We don't really get to see Fen's side of the story but the first four met Fen when Jimmy wasn't around so he was already shocked at. As you can tell in this chapter, Fen doesn't really talk around strangers, opting to act like a normal wolf, so we got to see first hand reactions! :) I do like your questions though and thank you for asking!

draupadi: May I call you drau? Alright, I'm glad you've enjoyed this so far :) I like to sit and think, 'Just how the hell would I react to something like what Jimmy is going though?' Then I get inspired and if I don't, I ask my two best friends which usually gets me some strange looks but good answers haha!

Thank you all for enjoying this, whether you say something or not! I hope you all love it and keep reading! A question for you all to gnaw on while I work on the next chapter, What do YOU think Fen really is? You can leave your answers here or send them to me or keep them to yourself, it is whatever you desire.

CARRY ON MY WAYWARD SON! THERE"LL BE PEACE WHEN YOU ARE DONE!
