Chapter 8: Treasure Hunt
IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT: 2 Days I published the last chapter, I thought that if only Mimi and Muskular comes in, then there's going to be a huge gap of 2 players, so I decided to put in two people that I'm not going to announce yet (Maybe I've spoiled one of them during the chapter). Sorry for all of the confusion with adding players in, but it's going to be the last time. Another thing, the stealing session will turn into a 'revival' session, with players coming back into their original teams if they are good enough. And I'm sorry for the long wait, but I had an idea of what to do for this chapter, but then I decided on another idea I got from a Chinese reality TV show, but that's too confusing, so I deleted it with 4000 words in it, and decided on a plain, yet fun treasure hunt.
IF YOU READ MY GAME SHOW FICS: Sorry, but I'm not exactly… 'Inspired' to write game shows lately, so forgive me if I don't upload a chapter in another week… my brain turned into mush when my school holidays started. It always happens and I don't feel like writing game show fics, but I do feel like writing other types of fics though! I'm sure it will end when school starts again, it always does, so please consider it as a break for me as well! : )
Next, I've just uploaded a murder fic called 'Deadly Party'. It is a murder fic with the friends of the OCs. Why is it special? Well, because EVERYONE in the cast (18) had something to do with the murders, only one person wasn't… and that's the crime solver. XD Please check it out, it's going to be a very confusing yet great murder fic! (Just for everyone and my sake, I've drawn a diagram of who murdered whom, who tried to murder whom, who murdered whom by accident instead, and everything else. I'm going to put up an order of events at the end, so it'd be easier to understand… even I had troubles understanding it.)
Final thing, I've also uploaded a fic that is called 'Apartment Friends', it's the new version as the old version is too boring, it's mainly oneshots on the OCs' daily lives and how wrong it could be. Please check it out as well, it as funny as this fic!
Fanfict: Yep, they will die as soon as the games started. Just look at Birdo's performance. XD I tried using every possibility in a Hunger Games so I guess it worked out quite well. Good luck for your tests!
Happy Yoshi: I wanted to do a funny version of Hunger Games, so I decided to do it here. XD The two bloopers are kind of similar, so I guess I'll take out one of them first, and by the way, I was looking through your profile the other day and I realized that I forgot to update my age… So I'm actually thirteen, but since there are no people that tell people off, why not make an account? : )
Toady: I guess all languages are different, I'm learning French and I realized the order of words is very different from English. XD I tried to have as many types of jokes as possible, so I think I'm succeeding on that… Cheat is pretty easy when you get the concept of it, so Toadette is definitely not getting it. XD Let's hope the new newbies will fit in as well! : P

"I feel like that we are losing people over 2 days and now we are at the bottom with the Floating Spookers." Lily said as she took a sip of vodka.
Blooper rolled his eyes, "I really feel like that we are advertising vodka."
"Like, I totally, like, agree with, like, that Blooper!" Goombella said from the side as she wrote in her journal.
Jenny raised an eyebrow, "Goombella, may I ask you if you use the word 'like' in your journal?"
"Like, I do!" Goombella laughed.
Jenny took the book. "Oh god." She concluded.
"Huh? Let me read it! Just rely on me to do it right!" Keegan charged at Jenny and took the book. "Ahem, here goes: Like, I am, like, totally not, like, getting what, like, Bowser is, like, think of. Like, he is- OUCH!" He is punched in the face by Lily.
"You should know whenever you read something written by Goombella, you have to skip every word that starts with an L!" Lily scoffed.
Jenny sighed as she handed the book back to Goombella, who continued to write in it. "Say, Blooper, isn't you affected in the slightest way of your best friend leaving?"
"Not at all!" Blooper laughed, "Since I knew that I'm always on top of him! Just look at us, who gets used by Nintendo?" At this point, Lily, Jenny and Keegan broke down crying.
Goombella put her journal down. "Like, I think, like, you are, like, going way, like, too far."
Team Aqua Shell:
"Oh, everything looks sparkly clean!" Toadette clapped her hands together as she and Noki finished cleaning the final window.
Then Parker ran through the door, chased by Kooper. "Help me!"
"Hmm? What happened?" Noki inquired.
"He stole my thing!" Kooper shouted, "You know, that thing!"
Toadette looked lost, "I'm afraid I don't know."
"Steven knows about it!" Kooper screamed as he started gaining on Parker.
As if on cue, Steven walked out of his room. "Huh? What happened?"
"I stole his thing!" Parker laughed.
Noki stomped on the ground, "What? Just say it!"
"I can't tell!" Kooper blushed.
Toadette was trying to look as if she understood the situation because she thinks that everyone else knows what's going on but Noki also have no idea.
"Oh, you mean that bottle of- MMMPH!" Kooper slammed his hand over Steven's mouth.
"Haha! I still have it!" Parker tossed a suspicious bottle up and down.
Kooper tackled him to the ground. "Give that back!"
But the bottle flew up and the contents spilled all over the clean windows the two girls just cleaned.
Noki gasped at what was inside as Toadette's blood boiled. "How dare you spill 'that' all over the clean windows?" Parker and Kooper were backing away as Steven looked as confused as ever.
"Guys, breakfast is ready!" Dry Bones shouted from the kitchen at the wrong time.
Team Floating Spookers:
"GWA HI HAHAHA!" Flona laughed as she watched Katty and Shy Guy trying to kill each other.
Toad looked flabbergasted, "Oh my! Even though they say it's called a 'friendly rivalry', they kill each other every day!"
"How long has he come in for, only 2 days, I think? Well, maybe things will get friendlier." Flona laughed.
But then Katty smashed Shy Guy with a metal pole and Shy Guy smacked her with a book.
"Or maybe not." Flona concluded before feeling the urge to laugh. "GWA HI HAHAHA!"
Bootler paled, "I dare say, Flona, you are getting out of control. Hohoho."
"Same could be said for you." Toad panicked, "No time for some humorous before challenge scene! Let's look at the problems everyone have!" He pulled out a poster that explains what problems everyone has.
"Wow, you even wrote down everyone who are voted out and the people that's going to come in after a few chapters!" Flona laughed. "GWA HI HAHAHA!"
Bootler rolled his eyes, "It is very weird how you could predict the future."
Flona nodded in agreement.
Toad freaked out as he saw Katty and Shy Guy trying to kill each other, Bootler moving at the speed of light and Flona laughing, causing items to shatter. Without any other choice, he took his poster and went back into his room, crying into his pillow, wondering how he befriended these people.
Team Stupid Idiot:
"Huh? Bowser Jr's coming in?" Hammer said dumbly.
Nicole sighed, "I have lost all faith in humanity. Anyways, yes, Kamek posted on the forum for this game's gossips that he is so jealous that Bowser Jr took over him and that Bowser Jr is a friend of our cast, although he's new, that he is going to join the game. Bowser also announced a special twist at the forum as well."
"I know about it!" Andy shouted as he whipped out his phone. "Bowser said everything about it, so after tomorrow, Bowser Jr will be replaced by Kamek, he will explain more at the site."
Frank shoved more food into his mouth. "Delicious!" He muffed through all of the food in his mouth.
"I have lost all faith in humanity." Nicole concluded. "Sab, make yourself useful by bringing a can of lemonade to my beautiful self."
"Um, sure." Sabrina tossed the can over.
Nicole opened the can as all of the soda sprayed onto her face. "Um, sorry, I think I shook it when I threw it to you." Sabrina apologized as Nicole spitted out some of the soda.
"Hammer! Towel!" Nicole demanded.
Hammer shrugged, "Why should I bring it to you?"
Nicole took out an oversized hammer. "Want to ask about it again?"
"Err… No?" With that, the hammer bro fled for his life.
Birdo walked out of her room. "Ah, the beautiful view of the airship." She closed her eyes as she waved her arms around, trying to hide the fact that she wrote a script onto her palm at the same time. "Let us see, Hammer helping Nicole trying her face with a towel after a shower, just beautiful." She exclaimed dramatically.
Andy burst into laughed at the last sentence before uploading the line onto the forum of the Bowser Party.
"Um, when did she become so dramatic? I never recall her being like this back in the club." Sabrina started.
Frank tried to speak through the food he is chewing. "Ever… camera… her… appearance."
"Let me define that!" Andy shoved through, "He said 'ever since she found out the cameras, she cares about her appearance'."
"Wow, you're good." Hammer put the towel down.
Birdo laughed heartily. "Now, now, now, Nicole, how was the lovely shower here?" She asked, not knowing Nicole never had a shower.
Nicole slammed the door behind her. "I'm taking one right now!" Water noises came through.
"Hmm, it isn't good to be wasting water, doesn't everyone agree?" Birdo asked with a wink.
Andy, Sabrina and Hammer all chuckled as Frank choked on his food while trying to follow the trend of chuckling.
All Teams:
Bowser smiled as he faced all of the teams. "Today, you will all go around and into the pyramid, trying to find a treasure. This is basically a treasure hunt, as you can call it. The first team that finds the treasure will win."
"So simple." Lily commented. "I thought you'll finally grow a brain."
"HUSH!" Bowser roared, "Anyways, off you people go. It seemed too easy. However, all of you will have some troubles in finding the treasure. Like…" He suddenly forgot the phrase.
Jenny rolled her eyes, "Needle in a haystack?"
"Yes, that." Bowser smiled, "Now, seriously, off you people go!"
Team Argument Peoples:
"Alright, team, we can't lose another challenge!" Lily commanded as everyone was scrambling around, doing one thing or another.
Blooper was having a good time in the oasis where he brought a floating bed with him.
Jenny was trying to conduct a scientific experiment for the logic of the oasis.
Keegan was trying to climb up the palm tree to get coconuts for the team, playing a social game despite the only thing you have to do is winning.
Finally, Goombella was chatting with a mouser nearby, trying to get some information.
As for Lily, she's digging hard, not noticing Blooper slacking off, Jenny bringing out tubes and testing the water, and Keegan falling off the tree for the umpteenth time.
"Like, so you, like, mean that, like, you've seen, like, Bowser last, like, night trying, like, to dig, like, a hole? Like, where did, like, you see, like, him though?" Goombella interrogated the poor mouser, who's trying to escape.
The mouser tried to recall the memory and get her off his tail… literally since Goombella is holding his tail, so he can't escape. "I think it was near the pyramid."
"Like, thank you!" Goombella dashed off for the pyramid.
The mouser was about to say something, but shrugged it off.
She went in the opposite direction.
Lily glanced up in a random direction. "Hey!" She realized what everyone else was doing. "Blooper, search underwater! Jenny, use science to locate the treasure chest! And Keegan, climb all trees to see if the treasure chests are on any!"
"This oasis is only 2 meters deep though."
"How do I use science to locate it?"
"I keep falling off though, but don't worry, rely on me!"
Team Aqua Shell:
"Oh, this is going to be so fun!" Toadette cheered with Noki as the team entered the row of shops, trying to find a shop where they could ask for some directions or a map.
Parker facepalmed, "Err… I should be afraid right now."
"Then run, for the love of god!" Steven told him.
Dry Bones rolled his eyes, "I think he didn't mean that."
"Right, anyways, why is everyone trying to avoid me?" Kooper suddenly asked as he noticed that everyone's trying to keep their distance away from him.
Noki shivered, "Ugh! Don't remind me about that, you sick koopa!"
"He's not sick though, right Kooper? You don't have a fever or a cold, am I correct?" Steven inquired as the other facepalmed.
Everyone noticed Toadette going into a cake store. "Hello there, could I have some help here?" The toad girl asked as the owner turned around, being a very grumpy old toad that resembles Zess. T.
"Just what does she expect to find in a cake shop?" Dry Bones asked.
The toad started speaking in a grumpy voice. "Say what you want!"
"Um, miss, I would like some help in a treasure hunt- OOF!" A cake smacked onto Toadette's face.
Dry Bones looked very annoyed, "Hey! Waste of food! You're a chef too, right? That's unprofessional!" As if on cue, a cake flew onto his face as well.
Parker shrugged, "Let's go to another store, I don't think the toad is too friendly or will a cake shot help us." Hearing his comment, a cake flew onto his face as Kooper, Noki and Steven scrambled away to somewhere else while the old toad chased the trio with cake on them, being good at athletics for her age. Whenever the cake trio passes someone, they always grab a bit of cake to eat, and the old toad's shop was raided by bystanders for free.
Team Floating Spookers:
"Is there a ghost inside?" Toad asked timidly as the team approached the pyramid, thinking that they could go into the pyramid to find the treasure chest.
Shy Guy looked annoyed with him, "Oh, be brave for once! There aren't any ghosts inside… I hope… mama! Help me!"
"GWA HI HAHAHA! Everyone is scared of Lady Flona, as expected." Flona laughed as she referenced the fact that she's a ghost.
Katty smacked Shy Guy across the head. "Ha! You're too scared of everything!"
"Excuse me, but please don't be mean to a child, Katty. Hohoho." Bootler tried to be wise but accidentally insulted Shy Guy in the process as he burst into tears. Of course, Katty was laughing through the entire thing.
Katty petted the crying shy guy, "Oh, sweet child, don't fear me. Auntie Katty is here, cuddles!"
"… My aunt actually treats me like that." Shy Guy admitted as Katty burst into a new record of laughter, and maybe she could be Flona's match.
Not wanting to lose, Flona started laughing herself as Toad covered his ears, now wondering if any ghosts resides inside the pyramid, they'd be dead already from the laughter of the duo.
"Hohoho," Bootler joined in, "I say, we have such a peaceful team right now."
Well, Bootler's oblivious to Flona's laughing, Katty picking on the crying Shy Guy, and Toad banging his head on the wall, no longer scared of anything. But the mushroom wanted to suicide because of the idiots that surrounds him.
One thing Toad always wonder upon joining the team, is he the only one that is sane here?
Team Stupid Idiots:
"Guys, I think I'm stuck." Hammer admitted as his team turned towards him.
Frank stuffed a chicken leg he brought from the airship into his mouth. "Huh? What'd you mean by that?"
Birdo gasped as she fainted, realizing that for once, Frank could speak while eating.
"Um, Birdo, wake up!" Sabrina poured a bucket of oasis water onto her face and timidly ran into a chain chomp house to hide, only for the chain chomp to send her flying away.
"I have lost all faith in humanity." Nicole repeated her catchphrase. "Alright, people! It is obvious that Hammer is stuck in quicksand, and Sab flew away in an attempt to wake Birdo up… literally."
Birdo sprang up. "OH MY LADY SASA! SOMEONE'S ATTACKING MY BEAUTIFUL SELF!" She freaked out as she realized that she's all wet from the water.
"I ran into Lady Sasa the other day." Hammer admitted.
Nicole gasped, "Really?! Did you ask for an autograph for me?"
"… With my car." Hammer finished.
Nicole's face dropped, "I have lost all faith in humanity."
"Should someone go looking for Sabrina?" Andy peered over the direction where Sabrina flung off to.
Hammer shrugged, "Not me, because I'm stuck in some quicksand."
Frank was eating like a moron again.
"OH! COULD A PRINCE COME TO MY RESCUE? LET'S SEE THE RESULTS NEXT TIME ON BIRDO IS BEAUTIFUL!" Birdo shouted as she ran around in circles.
Nicole's expression never changed, "I have lost all faith in humanity."
"Remind me to clean the mold in my ears when I get back." Andy told Hammer before rushing off to find Sabrina while the hammer bro screamed for help, being sucked into the quicksand.
Team Argument Peoples / Aqua Shell:
"Like, so this, like, is where, like, Bowser was, like, last night." Goombella stood on top of a chain chomp. "Like, that mouser, like, didn't help, like, at all!"
Meanwhile, Kooper, Steven, and Noki were rushing down a slope, an angry chain chomp hot on their trails. "Help us!" Steven waved his arms around desperately.
"Kooper, use your bottle! That will kill the chain chomp!" Noki demanded as Kooper shook his head furiously. "What? The entire team saw what's inside, why bother hiding it anymore?"
"WOULD YOU LIKE TO MAKE THIS STORY M RATED?!" Kooper screamed in her ear, causing Noki to become temporarily deaf.
Noki shook her head. "THEN YOU GET THE IDEA!" Kooper screamed in her other ear, making her completely temporarily deaf.
"Huh? Temporality leaf?" Steven wondered.
Noki returned back to normal. "Have you ever taken a third grade English class before?"
Steven shook his head, "It's too hard!"
"That's why." Noki sighed.
Goombella was utterly confused as the three shared a quick laugh before getting sent flying away by the chain chomp.
"Like, that was, like, so random. Like, Chain Chomp, like, let's-a go!" Goombella commanded as the chain chomp led her away to the shops, crashing into various shops in the process.
Team Floating Spookers:
"Hmm… I wonder if there actually is anything inside the pyramid…" Bootler thought to himself as he followed his team around the pyramid. However, the team failed to realize that the huge dark space they were in was none other than the single room that is inside the pyramid.
Shy Guy shivered, "Mama, help me!"
Katty giggled, "Oh, poor Shy Guy, scared of the dark?"
"I am." Shy Guy said matter-of-factly in a sudden calm voice.
Katty raised an eyebrow, and somehow Shy Guy saw it in complete darkness. "How'd you sleep then?" The luma wondered.
"I use a nightlight." Shy Guy admitted as Katty burst into laughter.
Toad shivered, "Guys! Stop being crazy! If there are any ghosts here, then you're summoning them out! Like Boo, for example!"
"Hey, you're ignoring another Boo in the room, same with her honest friend!" Flona motioned to herself and Bootler. "Whatever, I'll just follow Boo's footsteps, just this once… GWA HI HAHAHA!"
Toad fell onto the ground, fainted.
"Hey, usually the word 'fainted' above is dead, right?" Katty suddenly randomly creepily asked.
Shy Guy cowered into the corner as Katty continued to haunt over him.
"Hohoho, I believe Katty's three 'ly' words in a row is also an achievement." Bootler laughed, "Isn't that right, audience?"
Shattering sounds came through.
Flona glared at him, "Bootler, you just broke the fourth wall! GWA HI HAHAHA!"
"Oh, I'm sorry." Bootler gasped in realization.
Flona smirked, "How about you shed some light on the problem then? GWA HI HAHAHA! I'm smart! Not the Luma smart, but the actual smart!"
"Very well, my lady. What a nice suggestion! Hohoho." Bootler pulled out a lamp and switched it on.
Shy Guy saw the light. "LIGHT AT LAST!" He pumped his fists up high as he sprang up, hitting Katty and sending her flying before pitifully landing next to Toad, fainted.
"Katty has also fainted in the match, Flona, being a ghost type, has an advantage since Shy Guy is a normal type, thus, he can't hit her. Hohoho." Bootler hosted the match.
Flona raised her hand. "Wait! I'm going to revive me dear teammate Katty!" She pulled out a yellow shard.
"That's sexist! Does that mean that I'm with Toad then?" Shy Guy complained before the batteries in Bootler's lamp ran out. The poor shy guy retorted to running around in circles screaming like a girl for light… yet his eyes has already adjusted to the darkness and could see the exit.
Team Stupid Idiots / Aqua Shell:
"Finally, I caught you!" The old toad captured the shameful trio who can't even outrun an old granny. Then the old toad slapped a cake into Moley Koopa's face for calling her a granny.
As Toadette, Parker and Dry Bones begged for mercy, the old toad decided to entertain herself. "Now, let's play a game. If you win, I'll tell you where the treasure chest is."
"You actually knew it all along?!" Toadette screamed at her before getting a face full of cake on her.
Dry Bones and Parker decided to agree playing for the sakes of their lives.
"Here are the rules, we each take turns on answering basic questions, whoever fails to answer one first loses." The old toad smirked, "You can only choose one to participate."
After a short while of discussing, the team elected Toadette.
"Um, I want the clue too!" Sabrina ran towards them, already landed.
The old toad scratched her mushroom cap. "Well then… let's play a minigame!"
"MINIGAME?!" Toadette's jaw dropped.
Kamek came on his broom. "Yes, a minigame! Nahahahahaha!"
"I thought Bowser Jr was the one that hosts these things?" Parker asked.
Kamek spat in disgust. "Don't mention that name! Ugh! He's going to be a player! He said that he enjoyed being on the show yesterday, so he's going to join you when the first revival session comes!"
"The what?" Dry Bones raised an eyebrow as Kamek slapped a hand over his mouth.
Kamek quickly regained posture, "Alright, we shall play this minigame now. Toadette, Sabrina, Zess T!"
"Tess Z!" The lookalike to Zess T corrected.
Everyone rolled their eyes, "Fine then, Tess Z, if any of the two players win, you have to tell them everything you know. But if you win, choose a punishment."
"Yes!" Tess Z smirked, "If I win, you two will have to help me cleaning up my bakery!"
Toadette and Sabrina's faces paled as Kamek sent them to the minigame land.
Minigame Time!
Name: Logic Physic
Rules: You each take turns answering 5 questions Family Feud style! The highest scorer at the end wins.
Tips: Every question was asked to 100 citizens in Bowser Castle, so use logic!
Looking confused, Tess Z stepped up onto the stage as the other two remained in the backstage. Since this is a minigame and is Bowser Party, there's no timer. Meanwhile, Toadette and Sabrina were at the backstage, waiting for their turns.
"Ahem, Tess Z, please answer the following questions…" Kamek pulled out five cards as a microphone was placed in front of the old toad.
Tess Z nodded, "I'm up for it!"
"First question!" Kamek began reading, "Name an animal with three letters in its name."
"Cat!"
"Name a way of toasting someone."
"Rattling glasses."
"Name a rhyme word for money."
"Cash!"
"Name everyone's idol."
"Zess T!" Tess Z screamed.
"I can see why she's your idol… Final question, name a weapon in the board game Cluedo."
"Cake."
"Cake, is a weapon?" Kamek looked flabbergasted.
"I use them to attack people all the time." Tess Z casually replied before going to the backstage, Sabrina came out seconds later.
Kamek welcomed her before telling her the same rules. "Are you ready?"
"Um, yes, I am ready." The bomb-omb closed her eyes to concentrate.
Kamek sighed, "Just to remind you, I'll be taking the first word you say."
"Um, alright then. I don't think I say anything else than the answer." Sabrina laughed.
Kamek cleared his throat. "Name an animal with three letters in its name."
"Um, dog."
"Name a way of toasting someone."
"Um, ask."
"Name a rhyme word for money."
"Um, honey."
"Name everyone's idol."
"Um, Zip Toad."
"Name a weapon used in the board game Cluedo."
"Um, knife."
"Thank you Sabrina." Kamek shook her imaginary hand before calling Toadette in. "Are you ready?"
Toadette giggled, "I always am!"
"Then listen carefully…" Kamek got ready for the final round of questions.

"Yeah baby, I rock!" Tess Z cheered loudly.
Sabrina looked angry, "Um, how did all of my answers change?!"
"You said 'um' before all of your answers, and I told you the first thing you say will be your answer." Kamek told her as she sighed in disappointment.
Toadette puffed her cheeks, "Hey! My answers are all logical!"
"No they're not!" Everyone shouted at her and began assaulting her with tomatoes.
Team Aqua Shell / Stupid Idiots:
"Gee girl, you suck at this." Parker commented as Toadette and Sabrina were dragged away with collars on their necks by Tess Z, tears flushing down.

"You see a mushroom? I love mushrooms!" A bystander randomly shouted.
Dry Bones turned to the paratroopa he's stuck with. "So… where to go?"
Parker shrugged without a care.
Team Argument Peoples:
By this time, Blooper had given up on his attempt on trying to find anything as he built a sandcastle. Jenny is sending the results of her experiments to her science lab. Keegan is now eating the coconut husk on the tree instead trying to eat the coconut. Finally, Lily was still digging like a machine.
"Oh, the hypothesis isn't 'Jenny will drink the water', you nitwit!" Jenny scolded her laptop as she received an email from one of her workmates in the science building.
Blooper glanced up from what he's doing. "I thought you were a banker?"
"I'm also a part time scientist now. They say that I'm too good to not be used." Jenny boasted before Blooper punching his beautiful work of sand in jealously, causing sand to fly all over Jenny.
Jenny coughed some sand out. "Beware of what's coming to you!"
"Is that a threat?" Blooper asked.
Jenny shook her head. "No, it's literally."
Immediately, a meteor hit Blooper and sent him flying away.
Meanwhile, Lily wasn't paying attention to what her teammates were doing and was doing everything herself. Until she hit something. "Oh my god, I found it!" She freaked out.
"Mmmh?" Keegan looked at her from where he was standing and stopped eating the coconut tree, but because of the sudden balance lost since Keegan ate half of the base, it collapsed on top on him.
Lily took it out, revealing it to be a rock. "Oh, so disappointing." She carelessly threw it behind her.
"NO! THAT'S A FOSSIL!" Jenny screamed as she dived to catch it. She caught it successfully, at the cost of a face and mouth full of sand and her head crashing into a nearby palm tree. "I saved it! This is such a great piece of artifact- oh wait there's already 10 copies inside the lab, meh." She tossed it carelessly behind her.
"OUCH!" Keegan grabbed onto his head where the fossil landed.
"Oh, sorry!"
Team Stupid Idiots:
"HELP ME FRANK!" Hammer shouted desperately as he cried. Half of his body has been sucked into the quicksand already.
Frank ate it off, a pun on waved it off. Ha, so good, I'm too good- okay I'll return to the story. The fire bro has already set up a picnic table to eat at. At the same time, Birdo was tanning, trying to get a good tan as Nicole sipped on her orange juice while opening a juice stall for people to buy drinks at while she made a small living.
"Hey, you! That foolish looking koopa over there!" Nicole slapped her hand on the table, "Get here and buy these two cups of strawberry juice! I'll even charge you 30 percent more for it!"
"Y-Y-Y-Y-Y-Yes m-m-m-m-m-miss…" The timid koopa can't refuse the offer because he's scared of Nicole as he handed her his coins and walked away with the cups, only for his knees to give away to the trembling as the contents from the cups poured all over the place.
Hammer was still trying to get help.
"Attention seeker." Birdo commented from 2 meters next to him, not even bothering to help him.
Andy rushed back, accidentally stepping on Hammer's head and shoved the last of the frightened hammer bro into the sand. "Hmm… I wonder what I stepped on just then."
"Report." Birdo demanded.
Andy rolled his eyes, "Sabrina has truly gone missing."
"When was the last time you saw her?" Birdo asked without looking at him.
Andy looked confused, "Err… when I left."
"Then you must be so blind!" Nicole poured a jug of watermelon juice on him. "The last time I saw Sab was a second ago!" She pointed towards the nearby bakery, where Sabrina was crying pitifully while sweeping the floor.
Team Floating Spookers:
"Ah, what a great nap!" Katty giggled to herself as she woke up from her slumber.
Toad also woke up as well, "But where are we? It doesn't look like the place where we fainted. Where are Flona, Shy Guy and Bootler?"
Katty put a finger to her chin, "Hmm… maybe this. Shy Guy! Your lovely auntie is here!"
"What?! Auntie, how'd you get here?!" Shy Guy's voice came through from the ceiling.
"Huh? Has he been tied onto the ceiling?" Katty wondered what her rival did to achieve such a feat.
Toad banged his head on the wall. "Oh, he's above us! We fell through a trapdoor!" At that moment, his head met with a switch as they were shot back up again, somehow travelling through the roof.
"Oh, I was wondering where you have gone. GWA HI HAHAHA!" Flona laughed it off.
Toad sighed, "Somehow, we got down."
"Huh? Down? Is that even possible?" Shy Guy went to them with Bootler's newly powered lamp.
From the other side of the room, Bootler was pedaling on a bike hooked onto the lamp with his nonexistent legs. "Hohoho, where shall we go then?"
"Don't stop, please!" Shy Guy begged, "I can't stand the dark!"
"Hohoho, as you wish!" Bootler dumbly continued to be used by the man in red.
Flona knocked on the floor, "I think something's- KYA!" The floor flipped as she fell through. "Eureka! I found it!" She then cheered. "GWA HI HAHAHA!"
"TEAM FLOATING SPOOKERS HAS FOUND THE TREASURE CHEST!" Bowser's voice came through.
Everyone was teleported by Kamek to the starting point.
"Oh, so you really are the person that is doing everything backstage then…" Noki sighed.
Kamek started tearing up. "What'd you think? I had to do everything backstage! I was the one that lifted the bonus stars during every Mario Party! Even in Bowser Party! I had to teleport everyone somewhere whenever we need to go to a new place, just like how I did then! My life's so miserable! Even when I'm in Mario Party, I had to lift all of the stands and the bonus stars while being a contestant! Don't even bring up how all of the mini-stars were floating in such a beautiful pattern!"
"So miserable." Lily insulted.
Bowser cleared his throat. "As you all have noticed, we are missing someone."
"Toadette and Sabrina, they're helping in the bakery." Kooper immediately said.
Bowser stomped the ground as both of the girls mentioned slapped the blue koopa. "Tess Z has official been hired to be one of the enemy minigame helpers of the game, because she's awesome!"
"Yeah, new job, baby!" The sixty year old chef jumped up and down next to him.
"Where's Hammer?" Birdo finally realized.
Bowser smirked, "I was getting to that, because he is buried under the sand, we had to send him into the dungeon, otherwise he'll choke and die and we'll have to buy a 1-up to revive him again. That's too expensive. Sorry, but no bonus stars for today. Head back to your airships!"
Kamek smirked and took over Bowser Jr's role completely. "Hammer. With being sucked into the sand… you are the weakest link! Goodbye!"
"Not fair though!" Nicole screamed.
Bowser growled, "I don't care! You didn't win anyways!"
Kamek had to teleport the raging goomba back onto her airship.
Dungeon:
"Finally I'm free!" Hammer plopped into the dungeon.
Yoshi shook his hand. "Welcome to the dungeon of shame!"
Vivian smacked him with a frying pan. "I want to get out of here!"
"Actually, I have ears about us being able to get out during a 'revival session'." Hammer smirked, "Maybe I'll be able to be voted out properly by then."
"… What?" Everyone else wondered.
Hammer scratched his helmet in annoyance. "You know, because I was sucked into a quicksand, they have to get me here, so it'd be better for them."
"What a shame, my intelligence tells me that they will get it for sure!" Luma declared before getting punched by everyone, hoping to get some brain cells into her empty brain. Without anything else to do, Hammer joined in as well.
"WHAT HAS MY INTELLIGENT SELF DONE TO YOU?!"
"MAKING US ALL DUMBER!"
