A Stab to her Heart

A sort of sequal to Right in the Heart but is able to stand on its own. Full summary inside. People change so when they go off track some people are able to bump them right back to where they should be but it seems that this isn't the case for Sakuno cause it seems that she's way off track. She'll need someone way off track too to bump her then so that both of them can go straight.
