8th Chapter.
Dantalion Mansion.
The silvered spikey heir was at his grandparent's mansion working on his personal military game, which was connected to a computer, showing the graphic and details.
"Hm lets see I got the city field done, should I make a volcanic battle field?"
Currently now he was working on the designs of the type of units for his game. So far he decided to go simple and make stick figures. So far for the infantry he only equipped them with rifles. He could give them extra equipment but it will require to make him expand the system , so it'll be able to store data.
"Okay Infantry is okay, just need to work on a better design. Next lets … "
Just then the door opened.
"Minato-kun you're going to stress yourself at this rate." His grandmother commented seeing that her grandson has been in his lab for about two hours even though in about an hour he'll soon be off to see his friend Leila. Which will be his first time in the human world.
"Obaa-sama, I just want to finish most of this so I can…"
Suddenly the computer was turned off.
"Just get some fresh air." She said with here eyes closed with a cheerful look.
"H Hai…" he said with a hint of nervousness, knowing not to cross his grandmother.
He then put away his things away.
"There goes my work time." He sighed
As he walked through the hallway, the Gremory Magic circle appeared.
"Damn it the spell wore off now. Well might as well do this for fun" he sighed at how his no gremoroy communciation spell was worn off. He then weaved another symbol on the magic circle as it disappeared.
Gremory Mansion.
As the young crimson haired heiress waited for her spikey haired jerk friend to respond.
"He better answer this time."
Just then the magic circle with the crest of the Marchosias clan appeared.
"Yes!" She said happily, as she tapped on the circle.
Upon activation of the circle a flash of light glowed, as a bucket appeared.
Rias titled her head in confusion upon seeing the weird object. The bucket then floated above reaching above Ria's head. As it titled near Rias…

Rias was now all soaked, thanks to the floating bucket.
"Rias, are you okay?" Maria asks as she entered her sister in law's room.
"Maria!"
"….Rias were you playing with water magic again?"
"NO! It's Minato's fault!" she whined.
"I see…"
Maria then noticed the now dropped bucket, as she looked into the bucket there was a piece of paper. She then took it out, reading the note.
Rias notices this.
"What does it say?" Rias asks
Marias handed her the note. As she read it said 'Hey Rias… STOP BOTHERING ME!'
"Mou~ I wasn't bothering him , I just wanted ask if he wanted to play~"
"Rias… How many times did I tell you not to play with Water magic in the mansion?"
Rias turned around to see her mother with a sighed expression.
"Okaa-sama It wasn't my fault! I…"
"Awww Ria-tan's wet~ Kawaaiiii!" exclaimed a certain Sis-con.
"Onii-tama!" she yelled in embarrassment with her cheeks red.
"Sirzechs…What are you doing here?" his mother asks giving him the strict mother stare.
"Ah well… I was just taking a break from work and I wanted to see Ria-tan and…"

"Itai!~" Sirzechs cried as he held the back of his head.
"Sirzechs onii-sama… Just because Onee-sama had to do other errands. Doesn't' mean you can freely do whatever you want." Said the younger sister of The Strongest Queen, holding a long harisen suited for hitting tall oppenets like her brother in law.
"Mou~ Mari-tan, you're so cruel like your sister. Why don't you call me Onii-tama, like Ria-tan does?"

"ITAI!~" the Maou cried as his own Imoutou in-law just kicked him in the shins causing him to cringe on his knees."
"Venelana-sama, if you would excuse me. I'll take Sirzechs Onii-sama back to his office."
"Of course Maria."
With that Maria stood next to her now in pain brother in-law, making a teleport magic circle.
"*Sob* Mari-tan is so mean~" he cried.
The two sibling in-laws disappeared in a flash.
"Now Rias about your use in water magic…"
"But Okaa-sama it's not my fault it was Minato's!"
"Rias are you raising your voice towards your own mother?"
"…No."
"Well then get dried up and prepare for your lessons." Venelana said leaving the room.
"Yes Okaa-sama… Baka Spikey *Sob*"
Marchosias Mansion.
After his stay at his grandparent's mansion, Minato was out in the back.
"Well today's my first time I go to the Human World."
"*Snore*"
"I swear for two years you've done nothing but sleep." He sighed at his sleeping familiar.
He then made his King evil piece appear.
"Hm wonder if the King Evil Piece has a hidden function?"
Kerberos then woke up.
"Oh you're awake… Say what if I made you apart of my peerage?"
Kerberos thought for a moment and shook his head replying no.
"Yeah thought so, but I can always use you for summoning magic during Rating Games."
Kerberos just shrugged.
"Hm wonder what Marple-san is up to?" he wondered seeing that the veteran servant of the Marchosias household was rarely seen lately.
"Oi, Gaki."
He turned to see Azumi.
"What is it?"
"Just letting you know that you should get ready for your little date."
"It's not a date for the last fucking time. She just invited me to her home is all."
"Right, keep thinking that." She smirked
"Shouldn't you find a boyfriend?"
A vein popped on the forehead of the number one ranked maid, upon hearing that what the silver haired kid just said.
"Shit…"
As he tried to escape, the hood of his hoodie was grabbed. He turned his head around to see the now sadistic smiling kunoichi maid.
"I'm dead aren't I?"
"Will see..."
So after a series of beatings on the bottom and being hanged upside down from a tall tree branch for twenty minutes, to the point of his face turning blue.
"Why do I keep saying those comments out loud?" he asks himself.
"Min-kun!"
"Oh Maou…"
His mother came at him, giving him an insufferable hug, that just made him look like a plushie being hugged by a teenaged girl.
"Guh."
"Guess what Min-kun?"
"What…" he said reluctantly.
"I'm coming with you as well." She said happily hugging him tightly.
"Greaaat. (Oh hell no she ain't coming with me! There is no way I can tolerate with her being in my personal space!)".
"Mou~ Min-kun is not happy." His mother puffed her cheeks.

"…."
"Let me know when you're ready." He sighed getting out of his mother's grip, not caring to comfort her, who was pulling a pouty girl look.
"Waah~ Min-kun is so mean!" she whined.
"Grr."
As he headed to his room, he immediately summoned his war game project on the desk and began fiddling with it.
"Let's see if I can make the tank this size and …"
Suddenly a silver magic circle with the Lucifage crest appeared.
"*Sigh* it better not be that red baka." He sighed as he touched the circle.
"You baka!"
"And the prize goes to me." He muttered.
"Why do you always try to avoid me?!" yelled the red head ahoge girl
"Uh because you're annoying."
"I'm sorry Minato-kun, she was being forceful." Maria apologized.
"It's alright."
"So can you come play?" Rias asks eagerly.
"Sorry, I have plans on going to the Human world today."
"Whhaaaat?! No faaiiiir I wanna go too!" Rias whined.
Hearing the loud shriek, he covered his ears as if he heard a banshee screamed or nails scratching on a chalkboard.
"So where in the Human World you will be going?" Maria asked
"I will be going to Leila's estate in Europe."
"Whhaaat? That means you get to spend time with Leila!" Rias yelled pointing at him accusingly.
"And?"
"You never want to play with me!"
"*Sigh* Well she doesn't talk to me like a sugar hyped child."
"You're a child too!" she retorted.
"And I'm not sugar hyped."
"Hmph." She pouted.
" Well then I'm going to…"
"Wait!"
"What?"
"Tomorrow I get to play with you!"
"Fine, I'll put that into my schedule (Not.)"
"Minato-kun, you do not want to experience the wrath of Sirzechs-sama do you?" Maria asks with a smile, knowing that he had not total interest in playing with Rias.
Now thinking of what the over reactive Sis-con would do to him, if she were to whine to him and tell him how much of a jerk he was to her …

"Then I guess you have to deal with Rias then." Maria giggled.
"What's that supposed to mean?" Rias asks irritated.
"It means I'm forced to play with you."
Rias pouted at her friend's jerkiness.
"Well then, is that all you want to ask?"
"Well theres…"
"Okay bye and Maria sorry getting you involved in this, blame my mother for making go visit that clan."
"No need. Bye Minato-kun."
"Hey wait!.."
With that the circle dispersed.
"Well then what should I do."
Kerberos turned on the TV and started watching Kimba.
"Don't cry on the sheets this time." He says referring to the last time when his familiar cried passionately since watching that movie.
"Minato-sama, Jenova-sama is ready." Said Kiriyama
"*Sigh* Alright, I swear restraining orders are going to be needed in the future."
Later he was now heading to the underground train station owned by the Marchoisas clan.
"Why didn't we just use a teleportation circle?"
"But then we wouldn't have any time for ourselves just the two of us~" his mother said.
"Oh Jenova-sama its good to see you again." Said the conductor who seemed to be around his forties.
"Hello Douglass."
"Oh, the young lord will be escorting you?"
"It's the other way around. Douglas-san." Minato said bluntly
"*Chuckle* I see. Well then please enter."
As they entered the train, they were sitting at the first cart.
Minato sat at a row behind his mother.
"Mou~ Min-kun I'm so lonely~"
"Not my problem." He says uncaringly, as he read a book more on darkness magic.
From the seat in front of him he could hear sounds of sobbing.
He rubbed his temple in annoyance.
"*Sob* Min-kun is so antisocial with me *sob*"
"Grrrrr."
As he continued on reading.
"So, if I got to the Realm of Darkness, I should be able to get a better handle at using the darkness. But I shouldn't think ahead right away. *sigh* Well I could attempt using the Corridor of Darkness, if I had add restrictions to the spell making it into a regular teleportation spell. Might need to find an expert on trans dimensional magic"
He was then starting to feel bored about a couple of minutes.
"*Sob*"
"I might as well ease her so she doesn't end up looking all worn out."
The young devil then got off his seat and went to the row where his mother sat.
"Okaa-sama…"
The mother wiped her tears to see her son.
"Min-kun…"
Minato the sat next to her.
"Don't get the wrong idea, I'm only just sitting here so you can be at ease is all."
"MIN-KUUN!~" She screamed happily as she hugged her son tightly not wanting to let go of him.
"Gah." He choked, as he felt the felt the suffocating hug.
"Min-kun…"
"*Sigh* I should've just allowed her face to look stressed." He muttered.
Jenova then kissed her son on the cheek.
"Tch." A vein popped in irritation, as he turned pink.
"Mou~ Min-kun hates meee~" she whined.
"I don't hate you, I just feel irritated by your attitude is all."
"But, I want to give Min-kun lots of love~"
"Do you want to make our relationship further than this?" he sighed.
"Eh Min-kun? What do you… Uwah! Min-kun it's not like that I just…Fuwaah~" she blushed as she covered her face, thinking about some forbidden thoughts a mother shouldn't have.
Minato sighed as he went back to reading his book.
"Mou~ Min-kun is ignoring me~"
"Then what do you want?!"
"Uwah! Min-kun yelled at me~"
"Mataku~" he sighed.
He then closed his book.
"Fine I'll humor in a conversation." He said in a reluctant tone.
"Mou~ Min-kun is already at a middle level tsundere. To be able to act tsundere towards your own mother. You've grown so fast Min-kun… But not the way I wanted. *sob*"
"Then what way did you expect me to turn out?"
"Well you were supposed to turn out to be a nice gentle boy and would always have a cute smiling face."
"So, you expect me to be a happy ignorant child?"
"And you would always stay by my side, always holding my hand, take a bath with…"
"Okaay, I get it you want me to spend more time with you. Well that ain't going to happen so often."
"Whyyy nooot?" she whined with a teary face, from her own son's response.
"Because I have other things to do I have planned out."
"Like diving deep into using the power of darkness?"
"Sort of, then there's my Rating Game idea I would like to show off to Beelzebub-sama, once I sort everything out."
"Ara~ This is the first time I ever heard of this Min-kun."
"It was something I thought of." He turned his face away.
"But why do you want to change the Rating Game."
"I just don't like the challenges. The Dice Game, that just randomizes on which peerage member that gets to fight and the Flags one, please it's like capture the flag free style."
"Hm then what change do you want?"
"Nothing drastic actually, I'm just adding an option to the games."
"Oh and that is?"
"Well I kind of want it have more gimmicks like better stages, maybe some landmines and traps…"
"Landmines and traps?"
"More explosive and flare, and maybe their can be certain victory conditions as in which ever pieces gets eliminated the team loses instead of valuing the king. Also they'll be able to have bases as well."
"That's kind of a unique idea…but do you really need to add landmines and traps?"
"What they need to know what a battle field is like… Not some open field. Just to let you know I'm only talking to you because you seem desperate for a conversation."
Jenova giggled as she hugged and petted her son's hair.
"So do you ever think of getting rid of these spikes?"
"Why?"
"No reason thought you're bothered by them."
"Well I'm not bothered by them."
"So what are they your charming point?" she giggled.
"This talk is pointless now. *gets off from his seat and heads back to his original seat*"
"Matte Min-kun~"
As he stared at the window, as he saw the black space from traveling through as they traveled through dimensions.
"*Sigh* I wonder if * Suddenly he gets pulled into someone's lap* GAH what the Maou are you doing?!" he yelled outraged at his mother.
"I'm not letting Min-kun go~" she puffed her cheeks as she tightened her grip around his waste.
"Grr, you're too persistent." He sighed
"A mother never gives up on her child."
"*Sigh* I'll give you this round. Don't get the wrong idea, I just don't want to waste this useless conversation is all. So for now, I'll just be a quiet child sitting on his mother's lap." He said as he went back to reading his book.
"*Sigh* He's starting to get good at this."
As he stared at the window, they finally got out of the dimensional path, which was now replaced with new scenery. The sky was blue and everything was brighter compared to the Underworld.
"So our worlds are like opposites." He commented seeing the brighter atmosphere compared to the always dark atmosphere the Underworld has.
"Well what do you think Min-kun?"
"Pft, it's just a brighter version of the underworld." He said with disinterest.
"Min-kun, I saw that look of amazement in your eyes." she smiled.
"Hmph I was smiling in satisfaction of not spending the whole ride starring into black space is all. Please do not spout such obvious things."
"If you say so Min-kun." His mother smiled.
"Tch, the sooner I get to spend time with my friend, the better I have not to deal with you."
"Hidoi~ Min-kun, you're making me sad again." She cried out anime tears.
Minato sighed, as he looked at the new scenery.
"Wow the water is so crystal clear, way better then our mucky looking one. I wouldn't mind living here once I move out." He thught
"*Sob* *Sob*" his mother stared at him with teary eyes.
"What?" he asks in an irate tone.
"Min-kun already thought of moving already *sob*"
"Did you read my mind with using Mako?" he asks.
Jenova nodded with a teary face.
"*Sigh* *Gets a handkerchief and wipes her face* Can you stop doing that, it'll ruin your face."
Jenova blushed seeing her son trying to comfort her in his own way.
"There tears are gone, so you better stop now got it?"
"Min-kun you're so forceful."
"Well someone as to be the mature one here." He huffed.
Human World: Britain.
Meanwhile at a train stop.
"So Leila are you excited to see your crush?" her mother asks teasingly.
"Mother!" she yelled with a blushing face.
"Kufu~ Leila you're blushing." Anna teased.
"No I'm not!" she retorted.
Just then the train was coming.
"Ah there they are."Miriam notices it.
As the train made it's stop. The doors opened and out came a spikey haired boy.
"Ah, you must be Minato? My name is Anna Clement it's nice to meet you." Greeted the purple haired girl as she brought out her hand to shake his.
"It's a pleasure to meet you Anna." Minato shook her hand.
"Tee hee, you really do have spikey hair."
"I've been getting that a lot lately. Hi Leila."
"Hi Minato.." she said in a slight nervous tone.
"Hm?"
"Ara~ Minato-kun, it's great to see you here, I hope the atmosphere here doesn't bother you, compared to the underworld." Greeted Miriam.
Minato then stared up at the sun.
"No need to worried about it, I find it more refreshing here than the underworld now. But I have to say that I feel alittle light headed now, guess the sun's light is similar to holy but not harmful."
"*Giggle* I see. Jenova?" she notices her friend with a downed face.
"Min-kun so mean…"
"*Sigh*" Minato sighed at his mother.
After that they, were then heading back to the Malkal Estate by limo and arrived in about forty minutes.
Malkal Estate.
As they already entered the mansion.
"Hey Leila!"
A young boy with blond hair blue eyes ran to them.
"Gino? What are you doing here?" Leila asks as the boy hugged her, who was about an inch taller than all the children present.
"What, can't I visit my cousin?" asked her cousin smiling.
"Gino…"
"Okay geez, I heard you're devil friend was here so I came to meet him."
The young boy name Gino then noticed a new boy, he haven't seen before.
"Who's the new guy?" Gino asks.
"This is Minato." Leila said.
"Eh? Wow so this is the devil, thought he had horns though and a tail."
Minato slightly twitched upon hearing the human stereotypical view of a devil based on media.
"Leila mind introducing me to him?" he asks.
"Ah sorry, this is my cousin Gino Weinberg."
"Heh heh, sorry. It's great to meet you Minato." Gino sheepishly rub the back of his head, and brought out his hand.
"Don't sweat it, it's nice to meet you too Gino. I hope we can be friends." He smiled, as he shook his hand.
Minato was glad that he finally made a friend that wasn't a girl, not that he didn't mind. It's just for some reason lately every girl he met lately. he ends up in some situations that gets him into trouble and the increase of annoyance from Rias..
"Alright, then children why don't you all play? While we grown ups have some time alone." Miriam said.
The children nodded.
"Min-kun, if you need anything let me know." His mother said.
"As if I need anything from you." He said bluntly as walked away with his friends.
"*Sob* Min-kun hidoi~" she cried into her hands as her friend patted her on the pack, feeling sorry that her child was close to reaching his independent stage already.
"You still being mean to your mother?" Leila asks.
"Can we please not talk about this?"
As they were outside in the back of estate.
"So Minato, can you show us your wings?" Gino asks.
"Hm, why?"
"I just wanna see what they look like."
"Fine." His back then popped out a pair of bat wings.
"Whoa!" Gino said in surprised as he stared at them.
"Wow, they feel just like a bat's." Anna commented as she started to touch them.
"Can you fly?" Gino asks.
"Yeah but only like three or four feet. "
"Let's see it." Gino said.
"Okay." He said as he then flew up at his limited height.
"Whoa that's cool, how does it feel to have those wings?" Gino asks as Minato landed back on the ground.
"Hm never thought of it really, since it's natural for me. But It isn't painful."
"That's cool." Said Gino smiling.
"Ara, Minato Leila says that you're into inventing, right?" Anna asks.
"Yeah, but I haven't made anything at all. All I'm doing so far is working on one project."
"Can I see it?" Anna asks.
"Sure but maybe later."
"Okay."
"So what do you all want to do?" Minato asks as he sat on the grassy field enjoying the scenery starring at the sunlight. As he felt the rays of the flaming sphere in the sky, he felt his body exhausted slightly.
"Hm, so the light from the sun has an effect on devils? Or maybe it's just me getting used to this new environment." He thought.
"Minato?" Leila asks.
"Sorry, just trying to get used to this new environment. You're it *taps Leila on the forehead."
"Eh?"
"You're it. See ya. Leila." He ran into the field along with the other children smiling and ran off as well.
After about a couple seconds of what just transpired…
"Gah! Get back here!" she ran after them, now hunting down a person she can tag.
Meanwhile with the grown ups.
"Jen, I know it's hard."
"You don't even know how it feels! My son is already in his rebellious stage already plus he's a starting to become a high level tsun tsun!" she whined.
"*Sigh* Please get a hold of yourself. I'm sure he'll mellow out soon."
"But he only does that with other people!"
"Well, you know how boys are they're stubbon."
"But Min-kun is a child he's suppose to be happy, innocent, be oblivious to things, and ask me questions cutely so I can answer for him."
Suddenly from the open window they heard some rustling from the bushes near the window outside.
The two the looked and heard a chuckle, as they looked down to see there was silver spikes coming out of the bushes.
"Min-kun?"
Hearing the voice Minato turned to see his mother and placed his finger near his mouth making a 'shh' sound.
"I'm hiding from Leila, we're playing tag and she's it." He said with a smile.
Jenova couldn't help but blush at her son's smiling face…
"Just to let you know I only have this smile because I'm enjoying my fun. Not because I was glad to see you. Don't get get over your head." He said in a blunt tone as his previous happy expression did a one eighty.
"Min-kun..*sob*"
"Can you ease on your mother? Miriam asks with a chuckle.
"…Nope.*Feels a poke behind him."
"You're it porcupine." Leila giggled as she ran off yelling that he was now it.
"Darn it, well I will be excusing myself…*runs off* Oh I'll show you a porcupine!"
After a long exhausting game of tag and there was now a new rule anyone with spikey hair cannot use their spikes as another method of tagging.
"Booo~" Minato booed at the idea jokingly.
"It's your fault for having sharp spikes." Leila retorted.
"They're not sharp, it's not like I added any products to it, besides their soft."
"Yep they are." Gino said as he picked at his spikes.
"So what do you like to do Gino?"
"Having fun." He grinned.
"I can see that."
"So what do you like to do?"
" Research, reading, and training."
"Heh, so what weapons are you into using. I like using polearms and sometimes swords."
"I mostly focus on sword."
"I see, so have you heard about the Knights of the Round?"
"Yeah they were King Arthur's top knights."
"I'm training to become one."
"Why?"
"Well it 's more like it's required. Since Arturia is appointed the successor of the Pendragon family it's required for her to have her knights of the round."
"Arturia?"
"She's of the Pendragon family, and a descendent of King Arthur along with her younger siblings Arthur and Le fay."
"Wow siblings named after famous figures." He chuckled.
"It is kind a funny." Gino chuckled.
"So is there a chance of me meeting members of the Pendragon Family?"
"Fraid not Arturia and her brother are off training and Le Fay is already attending the Magicians Association Golden Dawn." Leila said .
"Wow."
"So Minato, mind if I see that invention you're working on?"
"Hm sure, is there a room we can use?"
"We can use Leila's room."
"Why my room?"
"Because I won't have to worry about wrecking anything important." Anna smiled.
"My stuff is important!"
"Well where else can we work."
"What about your lab?" Leila asks.
"Really? Takes a while to get there..." she said in a lazy tone.
"You're home is right next door to mines!" Leilia yelled pointing at the other estate.
"Buuut, it takes tooo much effort to waaalk."
Clement Estate.
"Well here's my little lab."
Anna then opened the door that had a sign that said 'My Lab' which had some cute doodles.
As they entered.
"Not again." Leila shook her head.
"What? The inspiration kept on coming." Anna said
In the room there was a sea of paper covering the floor bordering around the desk that also had papers as well.
"Whoa, this is worse than I have at home." He sweat dropped remembering the times he did to his own room/lab at his grandparents house.
Minato the picked up a random piece of paper, to look. The first paper was titled in big font 'Knightmare Frame.' On the paper it was a step by step design of what seemed to look like boots, and it looked mechanical based on the texture of the drawing also there was an attachment to the side of the boot. The metallic boot had an attachment that looked like a set of wheels, which must be used for added mobility and the set of wheels can be folded up. On the paper was titled 'Land Spinner Propulsion System.'
"Anna, this is really cool." He said, as Anna was starting to organize the papers with the help of her friends.
Anna walked to him and looked over his shoulder to see which invention he was interested.
"Oh that, thanks."
"So did you started working on a prototype already?"
"Sort of but unfortunately I'm not allowed to work on this type of stuff yet."
"Why you got everything sorted out for the makings of this."
"It's because I'm too young." She said with a glum face.
"That's because you are, you're only seven years old!" Leila yelled making Anna cry anime tears.
"Hm so is this apart of some suit?"
"Yeah and it's like a combat suit *hands him the papers* Here, these are the are the other features. "
The gauntlets of the suit had attachments to the forearms with the objects being able to fire out and it had an attached wire. The attachment was called the Slash Harkan. Also there was feature to the combat armor's helmet called the Factsphere Sensor. which looked like an analytical system. There were many designs some looking bland, which Anna explained that it was for basic grunts and then there were the other unique looking ones, but they were in work in progress.
"This is amazing." Minato said with smile.
"Thanks glad you like it."
"You know in the Underworld, we have a Demonic Energy Research Institute. Since I have a relative that works there, I might be able to ask her, if we can reserve one of the facilities."
"Thanks for the offer, but I already have someone helping me with the project." Anna said.
"Oh who?"
"By a head researcher of an independent research team of the Britannian Military."
"I see, now that I think about if any devil were to find out about the Knightmare Frames, then it might end up being mass produced by them. Heh, looks like I dodged the bullet of giving the devils more military strength." He sheepishly rubbed the back of his head.
After about almost an hour…
"This is why you should have allowed the servants to help you clean." Leila sighed.
"But I can handle it myself it, besides it's my room." She retorted, pouting.
"That's what you always say and this mess happens." Leila said.
"Ah but this time we had Gino and Minato helping us this time, so the original timing to clean up was decreased by an hour." Anna smiled, with Leila.
"It took two hours for you two to clean up?" Minato asked with his eyebrow cropped raised in surprise.
"She was being too picky on how to organize them."
"I told you, that one of the papers was a prototype and the others were complete. SO I was still working on them."
"They all looked the same, all of them looked unfinished." Leila retorted.
"You just have lazy eyes, not having the time to stare closely."
Leila rolled her eyes, as the two boys laughed.
"So what is Camelot?"
"It's basically an independent Research Team owned by the Pendragon Family which is currently the head of the military. Plus they were given an autonomy, that's how they were able to become independent."
"I see…" he said with a slight concern tone of uneasiness of an independent Military Research team, that will ended up being involved with the three factions.
"Also the next head of the team, will be the descendant of Merlin."
"Really?! Wow, why would a magician become head of military research team?"
"He's basically lazy, plus his family owns Camelot."
"Lazy as in…"
"He's a fun guy." Gino says, with Leila shooking her head to disagree.
"Sounds like he's troublesome."
"You have no idea." Leila said.
Suddenly a red magic circle appeared, but it was instantly broken with a snap of his fingers by Minato.
"What was that?" Gino asks.
"Nothing just a pestering insect." He smiled completely ignoring the circle and for some reason an image of a pouting red head with an ahoge was pouting in his mind
"Oh Minato, you were going to show of that invention."
"Right." The young heir then created a magic circle which then summoned his strategic military game device he was currently working on.
"Wow, so this is it?" Anna said fascinated as she observed the device.
"It's basically a strategic military game, It's not an original idea though. I just wanted to add some features to make it a little more fun."
"That's so cool." Anna exclaimed as she began to fiddle with it.
As it turned on, a three dimensional mode of a barren desert appeared.
"So is this one of the stages you made?" Anna asks.
"Yeah, I wanted to try something easier before I work on other stages like cities for examples, since it's a little tricky to make models of buildings. I just went with an open plain area for starters."
Anna nodded in understanding.
"So you have tried playing it?"
"Nah I'm just to lazy for that, since I want to make sure everything is ready so I can try testing it out."
"I know the feeling. You can ask me for help if you want."
"I like thanks Anna."
"So Minato wanna spar?" Gino asks.
"Sure, it'll be a good chance to fight someone besides my servants, with me ended up getting beaten." Minato lightly laughed.
They were now at the back of the Malkal Estate.
Both boys were wielding wooden swords.
"You ready?"
"Bring it on."
The two the charged at they began to clash with their wooden swords.
Minato managed to parry the attacks, with only a one-hand grip since the sword was light. As he kept parrying strikes from Gino who was using a two hand grip. With one strike from Minato, he managed to push Gino back slightly. With that he immediately shifted the grip of his sword into a backhand hold. With that he then attempted to do a vertical strike.
But then Gino managed to dodge, as he kicked on grond pushing him back, thereby dodging the attack.
"Here I come!" With that Gino then dashed in, now closing the distance between them.
"Guh." Minato then began to struggle as he was now forced to hold his sword in a two hand grip, as he endured the strikes from Gino.
"Heh heh, looks like it's my win." Gino smiled,as he prepared a downward strike.
Just as Gino swung his sword, which touched Minato's spikes.
"Heh, draw."
Gino was confused until he then looked down to see a sword touching the side of his neck.
"Heh heh, guess it is."
The two then brought their swords down.
Suddenly…
BOOM
An explosion of blue smoke appeared out of nowhere.
"What the…."
The smoke then faded, revealing a male that seemed to look older by five years, he had lightish blond hair, a unique looking blue tattoo on the right side of his face under his right eye.
"YAHHOO Everyone~ It's me the Greatest Magician Ever born and handsome to boot Merlin-kun~"
Minato was rubbing his temple in pain, feeling the happy charisma resembling the current Leviathan's.
"Mou~ That's mean, I'm the descendent of Merlin for goodness sake. You should be honored Devil-kun~" Pouted the teen.
"You have got to be kidding me." He muttered in despair, seeing that the great wizard of the legendary Arthurian legend would end up being some teen.
"Hey what's that suppose to mean?" he pouted.
"He's just saddened by the fact that an immature idiot like you would be the descendent of a famous figure." Leila blunty answered.
"Hidou~ I just want to have fun." He faked sobbed.
Suddenly a bullet fired at Merlin. As the bullet was reaching towards the target's head…
"Back at you~" With a flick of his fingers the bullet went back at Minato.
When the bullet was coming at Minato, it was deflected by an invisible force.
"*Whistle* That's some shield." Merlin commented.
"I guess you are a little bit impressive…" Minato commented.
"Minato, this is Merlin Asplund." Leila reintroduced the person in a tired tone.
"Oh so he's the supposed head of Camelot Research Institute?"
"Yep~" he smiled.
"Careful, he's nothing but a trouble making delinquent and womanizer." Leila advised.
"Isn't that because he's supposedly a half incubus?"
"That is not true, I'll have you know I am an honest person who tells every girl the truth~"
"…Should I comment?"
"No." Leila said.
"Hidoi~ You two brats are so mean to me, no wonder you two are going to be a good couple."
Minato and Leila immediately blushed.
"See you two liiike each other~" pointed out The wizard in a taunting manner.
Suddenly Merlin backed away, as he felt an invisible force coming at him.
"Whoa that was close." Merlin said in relief, as he notice that the Devil's eyes changed to glowing oranage, meaning he used his eyes to activate the technique.
The glow in Minato's eye dyed off, as he placed his hand over his face feeling the migraine of using his inherited power from his father's clan.
"Minato?" Leila looked with concern.
"It's nothing, just a little tired from activating my A.T field." He said in assurance.
"Well anyway, I just want to see how you kiddies are doing. Now then off to my adventure." He said in a heroic tone, as he teleported away.
"…What the hell?…" Minato sighed.
"You'll get used to it, he's a fun guy." Gino assured, as Anna nodded in agreement.
Later.
Train Station.
"It was nice having you here, Minato-kun." Said the Mistress of the Malkal family.
"Yes, thank you for the hospitality." He bowed.
Suddenly out of nowhere.
CHU
Minato's eyes widened in surprise as he felt someone's lips pressing against his.
The person that initiated the action backed way, which turned out to be Leila who was looking down and her face was bright pink.
"Aw~ Looks like Leila made the first move." Jenova teased.
"What are you even talking about? It was simply just a social kiss." He stated.
"Really? Aren't social kisses supposed to not have a 'Chu' sound?" Anna asked tauntingly, making Leila blushed more.
"It must've have been a mistake then…Well good bye then." He said heading inside the train."
"Bye, Minato hope we can hang out again." Gino waved, along with Anna, as Minato gave a thumbs up.
The two mothers giggled seeing the still blushing Leila, who was covering her face out of embarrassment.
~Time Skip 3 years later~
Human World: Japan.
The two ten year old children were in the human world, Japan specifically.
"Rias, do we really need to see this person?" asked the spikey haired devil out of boredom.
"Of course, she helped one of our people that's contracted to us. The least we can do is give her a home. Besides we can't let those ascetics kill her."
"I guess."
As they searched for the particular person that saved one of the humans that was contracted to the Gremory clan.
They then stopped outside of the temple.
"There's someone here." Minato said as the two stopped.
Rias nodded.
"If you are here, then please come out. If you are willing to talk seriously about the reason for you to enter the territory of someone close to me, then I won't do anything like blaming you for it." Rias says in a loud voice.
The girl looking through the broken door shivered in fear, since there were two devils looking for her and what really caught her eye was the young male devil with the unusual spikey hair or maybe it was his bed hair.
SMACK
"Itai~ What was that for?!" Rias yelled at Minato who smacked her head.
"Bakayaro. Do you think someone with Fallen Angel blood will come to us easily like that? She's probably intimidated by our demonic energy. Also she must be scared stiff having to travel around the country struggling to live. You're really an idiot." Minato sighed.
The young girl couldn't help but giggle seeing how the spikey hair boy reprimanded the crimson haired girl. She then saw that the young boy was walking to the abandoned shrine and from what she can sense he didn't emit any demonic energy.
As he got the door, she fell back away from the door. As the door opened.
She then got a better look of the boy and saw that his hair was really spikey.
"Ah no. Sorry if I startled you, but would you like to talk for a bit?"
The girl nodded.
Minato then brought out his hand as she grabbed his, helping her up.
Later they were then at a park and the three children were sitting on the bench.
"My name is Minato Marchosias and this is Rias Gremory who's clan owns this territory. You can call us by our first names if you want."
"My name is Himejima Akeno, it's nice to meet you Minato and Rias." She said shyly.
"Don't worry we're not gonna do anything to you, not sure I can say for crimson baka. She's the one that wanted to find you."
"HEY!" Rias yelled with her ahoge twitching, making Akeno giggle.
"So, mind telling us why you wandered here?"
Akeno then paused for a bit.
She then explained about how her mother died and the struggles she faced after being abandoned by her mother's relatives because of the Fallen Angle blood she inherited from her father. But was the more negative side to the story was how she stated that her father didn't save her mother on time, even though he finally arrived killing the people that killed her mother and what was more surprising that she didn't even live with him
"I see... I'm guessing your father wasn't at home all the time huh?"
Akeno nodded.
"You're really foolish you know that, for hating your own father."
Akeno's eyes widened hearing that how the boy stated that how she hated her father was foolish. If only he was home more often and then her mother would still be alive. She then slapped him
SLAP
"Hey!" Rias yelled outraged at what the girl did to her friend.
Minato brought out his hand to stop Rias.
"How dare you say that I'm an idiot for hating my father, he deserves to be hated after what he did not saving Okaa-sama."
"That's what I'm talking about. Besides didn't he save you at least? Besides you think you're not the only one that's sad your mother is dead? If you hate him, does that mean you hate your Okaa-sama for marrying that man then? Then hate your mother for marrying a man that's unreliable."
"No I didn't mean… I…" tears then began form from her eyes.
Minato sighed as he took out a hanker chef and wiped the tears off.
"I'm sorry for how I seemed to sound harsh. I also hated my parents. When I was younger because they were always out at work. But in the end they always loved me. Doesn't your father love you, I mean he did came to save you killing all the bad guys right?"
"But…"
"Besides, wouldn't it be fun when you see him again, you can try to milk him into doing favors such as buying anything you want?" He said with a smile.
Akeno still was hesitant.
"Also if you end up hating your Father then you'll be making your Okaa-sam sad seeing her family not getting along." He added, which made Akeno feel guilty.
He then placed his hand on her head.
"Again I'm sorry for making you …"
In an instant Minato then immediately took out his kunai and threw it straight at the incoming small beam of energy that was heading towards them. The Kunai blade was ignited with demonic energy, which easily pierced through the attack hitting the user's shoulder.
"Gah!" yelled the man.
"That's..." Akeno muttered recognizing the person from her mother's clan.
"You got some nerve attacking a group of children huh you piece of shit?" Minato said, in a irritated tone.
"Shut up you devil scum and get out of my way that monster needs to be destroyed." He said pointing at Akeno, causing her to have a look of fear.
"You know those that start violence are the monsters." He said in a mocking tone.
"SHUT UP." He then threw a talisman which glowed, at the male devil.
"Heh please." He then brought out his hand firing off a bullet of demonic energy destroying the talisman easily.
The man shivered in fear, as the devil walked up to him emanating a killer intent along with the pressure he was giving off from his demonic energy.
"What a weakling you are, to think you can handle super natural being like a devil on your own. Must be a novice huh?" he then took out the kunai from his shoulder roughly causing the blood to leak out.
"Gaah!" The man screamed in pain.
He then pointed the kunai straight to his eye.
"You know I thought all of us supernatural beings are the same as you lot since we all have emotions and all. But seeing this display from you a human, you're nothing but trash, just like any other violent person and attempting to kill a child is really pushing it."
"Just you wait you devil, my clansmen will come soon and will end all of you filthy brats!"
"Hoh really?"
"Minato-sama, we got them." Azumi appeared next to him, along with Stacy and Lee.
The man eyes then widened in shocked to see his fellow ascetics along with the head of his clan tied up by a rope looking defeated.
"I take it was tricky?" he grinned asking his maids.
"It was totally not ROCK. None of em were good looking and they kept on preaching 'In the name of their clan' and other bull shit. It was a total FUCK." Said a pissed off Stacy.
"It was easy as pie." Lee says, as Minato sighed at the cheesy pun.
"Minato-sama there was no need to go this far." Said new voice of a male that just arrived.
"But Henrich-san we must show these fools who is in charge…Well I guess I've proved that my clan is more dominant then the Gremory clan, based on my own actions." He sheepishly rubbed his head.
"Minato-sama, I also control this section of the territory, so can you untie them so we can start negotiations?" The bishop of the head of the Gremory Clan asks.
"Fine. Well Rias I helped with your thing, now leave me alone." He said as he left with his maids.
Later negotiations were successful and Akeno now lived with the Gremory clan.
Dantalion Mansion.
"Hm that was impressive Tsundere-kun." Said a man with black and with his hair partially blond in the hallway.
"Azazel-san." He said to the man that frequently visited his mother's clan for research material and borrowing of their state of the art equipment.
"For a second there I was afraid that Barqieul might go berserk on the Himejima clan." Azael sweat dropped.
"Hmph, so what?"
"Well just want to so say make sure to protect her."
"What? Like I would ever waste my time with her. Besides she's with Rias and that's her responsibility. I was only there to make the problem resolved quickly without any complications." He pointed out.
" then I'll be leaving now."
"And make sure to give back the equipment back you borrowed otherwise my grandfather is gonna go from being a lax hermit to an irritated one. Plus I need that analysis device back also, I need to continue my project." Minato said as Azazel disappeared.
Later.
"Gah! Akeno what are you doing here?!" he yelled seeing the new girl was in his lab."
"Making sure Minato-kun, takes responsibility." Akeno hugged him.
"For what?!"
"Well you're the one that consoled me and had his servants beat up my mother's clansmen, thereby allowing me to live a life without fear. Plus seeing Minato-kun's strength and how he tried to attempt console me because of our common annoyance with our parent not being there for us all the time. PIus prefer to be your servant." She answers sweetly, giving off a mischievous feeling.
"Guh, Baka! Don't think I consoled you and had my servants beat up your clansmen thereby making negotiations for you to live in the underworld was something I did for you. I only did it to make sure the problems that Rias will face when trying to find you will be dealt with!" he yelled with a red face.
"Ara ara~ So this is a tsun tsun." She deepened the hug.
"AH! Akeno what are you doing?!" Rias yelled seeing that Akeno was hugging her friend/crush.
"Ara~ I was just…"
Suddenly the air began to tense, the spikey haired devil's bangs covered his eyes as his face began to darken.
"You girls…GET OUT!" he yelled at the top of his lungs, causing the windows to crack in the room and the girls eyes widen in fear, as they saw an angry porcupine with his spikes all sharpened up.
Marchocias Mansion.
Later at night.
DING DING
The bells rang in his room triggering the trap he set up for the certain red head because of her tendency to try to enter his room without him knowing.
"Dammit Rias I swea….Akeno?!"
"Uhuhuhuhu~ This is fun." Giggled the Japanese girl who was lifted in the air by being tied up in a rope.
"Min-kun, what are you…*Eyes widened.*" when she saw what happened all she could see was something from an S&M scenario, which involved a female being tied up by a rope lifted in the air.
"Okaa-sama, this is not what you think!"
"Uhuhu~ This feels good." Said Akeno as she enjoyed the feeling of the ropes binding her.
The mother and son sweat dropped at the girls remark. Jenova realized that this girl is a masochistic and was surprised that she was able to unlock that mature habit at such a young age.
"Oi, Gaki what are you… *smirks* Heh didn't know you were into bondage." Azumi smirked.
"Shut up!"
"Uhuhu~"

Hey guys sorry it took so long. to update this fic, it's not like I given up on this fic. I was just having a hard time on how to speed up through this somewhat prologue arc before Minato ends up in the realm of darkness and I was worrying that you all might be bored with this arc, since it will take a while for it to be over, since I have some character I need to be introduced. Again I'm sorry that it took to long to update this fic. Blame my foolishness of hesitating.
Also for my OC Merlin, his personality will be based off on Fate Stay Night's, since he's known as a prankster, womanizer, and pervert.
