AN: I guess they changed something, because I can't write in bold on here anymore, but whatever. "Clara, you're going to hack into their security system to set off the alarm that alerts them to incoming missiles. Every sentient being on this ship has a specific post they report to when there's a missile alarm to ensure minimum damage. The Cybermen will file out of this medical room and go to their positions. Hopefully, the Cybermen will be under the influence of that green wire I found earlier and won't be able to control their movements. That way, we can just stand here while the Cybermen walk by." The Doctor instructed. "Won't other types of aliens be coming our way, too?" Asked Kat. "Possible, but not probable. The main aliens that aren't use as slaves have important jobs like manning the missile guns and steering the ship." The Doctor replied. Kat nodded. "Now, it's possible that one of the Cyberman's posts is in this room, and if that's the case, then Clara is going to need to hack Kat's phone and have it emit a certain frequency that all of the Cybermen respond to. It will cause the Cyberman to collapse." The Doctor warned. "Are we ready?" "What can we do?" Asked Rachel, gesturing to herself, Bill, and Dr. Rosen. "We won't need your abilities yet, but I have a feeling we will. Just stand pressed against the wall," the Doctor instructed. Rachel, Bill, and Dr. Rosen quickly moved towards the wall. "Okay, Clara, get hackin'!" The Doctor cheered. He frowned. "I'm never going to say that again, that was rubbish," Clara snickered and typed on the keyboard. Klaxons started sounding and red lights descended from the ceiling at three-foot intervals. "Get ready!" The Doctor warned. The entire group pressed themselves against the wall as three Cybermen filed out of the medical room. Dr. Rosen let out a breath as the Cybermen walked away. "In, in, in!" The Doctor ordered, waiting for everyone to get into the medical room. He closed the door behind them. They were in a very white room. The cabinets in the corner were white, the walls and floors were white, even the lights gave off a white glow. A Cyberman was facing the wall, staring at a screen that was streaming video feeds from all over the ship. Rachel froze. "Doctor. There's a Cyberman," The Doctor turned. "So there is!" He cried, grinning. He marched up to it, and rapped his knuckles on its head. "It's completely entranced. Can't hurt us right now!" Clara noticed Bill finger his gun uneasily. She caught his gaze and shook her head vehemently. He looked at his gun warily and slowly moved his hand away. "Now, where are Nina, Hicks, and Gary?" Asked the Doctor, clapping his hands. He wandered forward and around the corner. Clara and the Alphas followed suit. Six hospital beds lines the walls, three unoccupied. Hicks, Gary, and Nina were in the others. Rachel rushed over to Nina. "How do we get them out?" She asked. They were hooked up to many machines, with wires extending to various body parts. Some tubes had been inserted into their wrists and nose, containing colored liquids. Small pinpricks were easily visible on their arms, necks, and faces. The Doctor scanned each of the machines with his sonic. "Not all of these are necessary for maintaining their life force. Let's see...medicine is not my forte..." He crouched next to a machine that had a wire leading to Nina's upper arm. He reached out to turn off the machine, but Dr. Rosen stopped him. "Let me. I'm actually medically trained," he said pointedly. After examining the machines, he shut off the same one that the Doctor had been about to turn off. Carefully, Dr. Rosen extracted the wire from Nina's arm. At least two inches of it had been imbedded into her skin. "This isn't a wire, it's a small metal tube, not unlike a needle. It must have been giving them periodical injections." Dr. Rosen announced. "Of what?" Rachel asked, horrified. Dr. Rosen shrugged. "Some alien drug, I'd assume," The Doctor pointed out which wires and tubes could be extracted from Hicks, Nina, and Gary safely, and Dr. Rosen disconnected them. "What about the other ones?" Asked Bill. "They give them oxygen, regulate body temperature, fluids. This one reduces the need for food and water." The Doctor pointed at one with a light blue liquid. "Can't we just unhook them?" Kat wanted to know. "Unfortunately, no. We don't know what they were being injected with," the Doctor gestured to the many spots were a needle had been inserted into Nina's skin. "Those tubes may be the only things keeping them alive." "But... How do we save them?" Kat cried. The Doctor tugged at his hair. "Uh..." He stammered. Clara frowned. Hadn't the missile alarms just been sounding? They appeared to have shut off. "Doctor," she said. "Hush, Clara, thinking," he stopped her. "Doctor!" Clara tried again. "Clara! Thinking! Hush!" The Doctor shushed her again. "Doctor, the alarms have stopped! The Cybermen are going to come back!" Clara cried. Kat looked up in alarm. "You're right!" "Okay everybody... Clara, use Kat's phone to hack into the Cyberman frequency," the Doctor told her, but it was too late. The Cyberman that had been previously entranced with the screen on the wall had woken up, and was coming towards them. AN: Dun dun dun dunnnnnnn...
