Logan point of view

I walked into the kitchen to eat my breakfast, my head filled with several thoughts. I couldn't stop thinking about what happened yesterday. What Deuce said to me. I've been thinking about it all night. I barely slept at all!

I grabbed a bowl and a box of cereal from the shelf, and began eating. Well, not really eating, more like just poking at my food with my spoon. As I stared at me breakfast, I thought it all over in my head. It's definitely possible that I might have feelings for Cece, but how can I be sure? I thought I was sure about my feelings for Rocky, but I was wrong.

Deciding I wasn't hungry, I threw my cereal in the trash, and looked at the clock. It was almost 10:00. I'm supposed to be at Cece's apartment very soon to train some more before the next workshop practice.

I sighed before I walked back into my bedroom to get dressed. As I pulled my shirt over my head and exited my room, I made a decision.

I'll see how things go after the training session with Cece today. I always seem to get those weird feelings after we practice, so I should be able to figure it out by this afternoon when we're done. And depending on my feelings, I will see if I would want to be more than friends with her.

I smiled as I made up my mind. I then grabbed my coat and backpack, and headed out the door. As I exited the building, I couldn't help but wonder if Cece is thinking about all that's been going. With the almost-kiss and everything.

Cece point of view

I sat on my couch, watching Jersey Hills. Well, not really watching Jersey Hills, more like staring off into space while the episode played on tv. My mind was tired from so much concentrating. And no, not from the karate, and DEFINITELY not from school.

I'm tired from concentrating on Logan. That's right, Logan. So much has been going on with the two of us, the past month. We managed to push aside our hatred towards each other, and become good friends. We signed up for a karate workshop together, even though I hate karate. We have practiced it at my house several times together. And last but not least, we almost kissed.

That's right! Kissed! I couldn't believe it. I don't know how it happened. I don't know how this happened! Ever since we became friends, something has been different. I always got really excited about being with him. We stared hanging out all the time. I've been spending more time with him than I have with Rocky!

And while we were bonding, it's almost like something has formed between us. I don't know how to explain it. I don't think I've felt this way about anyone. And when our lips almost touched, it was like magic. I can't believe I'm saying this but, I was actually a bit disappointed when Flynn interrupted.

What's happening to me? Am I developing feelings for Logan Hunter? The boy who I used to hate? The boy who would used to humiliate me, and make me feel terrible about myself? The boy, who talked me into taking karate lessons? The boy, who dated my best friend?

I shook my head. Even if I do have feelings for him, I can't go out with him. We just became friends, I'm not going to do something that could case us to hate each other again. And it's not like he likes me like that, anyway. And that's not even the only reason why…

Just then, there was a knock at the door. I stood up and walked over to the door, before opening it. It was Logan, arriving for our martial arts practice this morning.

"Hey, Cece." He said quietly, with a shy smile.

"Hey, Logan." I said, also a bit shy. "Are you ready to start?"

"Yeah, let's do it." He said.

He then walked into the apartment and began unpacking his bag.

Rocky point of view

I waited patiently on my couch for Ty to wake up. Last night my brother went on his date with Tinka. He told me that if it went well, he'd give Logan and I permission to go out again. But by the time I got home last night, he was already asleep, so I wasn't able to ask him how it went.

Just then, the door to Ty's bedroom opened up, and I saw my brother walk into the living room, rubbing his eyes. Though he was tired, he had a big grin on his face.

"Ty! You're awake!" I exclaimed, standing up from the couch. "Well, how did the date go last night? Come on! Tell me! "

"Good morning to you, too, Rocky." He yawned sarcastically.

"Okay sorry." I said. "But seriously, how did the date go?"

Ty smiled, and walked past me to take a seat down on the couch.

"It was great!" He exclaimed happily. "We had dinner at Crusty's, and talked. It went a lot better than I expected. I was nervous at first, and I think she was, too, but we ended up having an amazing time! We even agreed to go on a third date sometime!"

"Ty, that's great! Congratulations, bro!" I exclaimed, sitting down next to him.

"Thanks, Rocky, for everything!" He said. "This wouldn't have happened without you!"

"No problem, Ty." I said with a smile. "Now, about the deal we had…"

"I knew this was coming." Ty laughed.

"Since I helped you win over Tinka, and the date went as you wanted it to go, that means it's your turn to do your end of the bargain, right?"

Ty chuckled. "You're right, that was the deal. I officially give you permission to date long hair."

"His name is Logan."

"Whatever."

"Thank you, Ty!" I exclaimed, given him a big hug. "Logan will be so excited to hear! I need to tell him!"

"Isn't he over Cece's apartment this morning?" Ty asked.

"Oh yeah! He's just downstairs! Come on, let's go tell him!"

"Okay, sure."

And with that, Ty grabbed his coat, and we both climbed out the window.

Logan point of view

"Oww!" Cece yelled in pain, while rubbing her hand. "I don't get it, why won't the wood brake? What am I doing wrong?!"

"Cece, you just need more practice!" I insisted.

"Yeah, right." She said, sitting down on the couch. "I'm never going to be able to do this! I'm awful!"

"No you're not! You're just new to all this, that's all!" I said.

"No, Logan, your wrong. This is how it always goes with me. Other than dancing, I can't do anything! I've tried doing a lot of things in the past, but I was bad at all of them."

"You weren't bad at them, you just gave up to soon before you had the chance to put enough time and work into them!"

"You're just saying that. I appreciate all your support and work, Logan, I really do, but I just can't do anything thing right. Not with school, not with karate, not with anything! I'm just… a failure."

As she said those last two words, I heard her voice crack, and her eyes begin to water. My blood boiled, as I grabbed her wrist, and pulled her off the couch.

"Cece Jones is NOT a failure, okay?" I yelled. "And I am sick of hearing put yourself down like this! You don't realize how amazing you really are! You're clever, an amazing dancer, beautiful, kind, funny… When we first met, I was to stubborn to see all this, but now that I've gotten to know you better, I can see all this, and more! You're one of a kind, Cece. I've never met anyone who thinks quit like you, or acts quit like you. You're an amazing person!"

There was a moment of silence. I looked into her sparking brown eyes, and she looked in mine, as I held my grip on her wrist, holding her close to me.

Then finally, Cece broke the silence.

"Do you really mean all that?" She said, in a small and yet surprised voice.

I smiled at her. "Of course I do."

We looked deeply into each other eyes. I felt those familiar sparks again, and this time, they were much stronger. And by looking into her eyes, I could tell she felt them as well.

I felt my head begin to lean in close, and hers did the same. The sparks began to grow stronger and stronger as our heads came closer and closer together.

Then, before I knew it, our lips crashed into each other. Then at that moment, they were no longer sparks. They were fireworks. The feeling was incredible. I've never felt this kind of passion before. And as the kiss deepened, it became even more passionate. It was amazing…

Soon, though, the need of oxygen became to much, and our heads drew back both of us panting lightly. As we caught our breath, we looked into each other eyes once again, both of us shocked, yet happy, from what just happened.

That's when I knew it. This morning I wasn't sure but now I was certain. My feelings for Cece are 100% real. My mind was never playing tricks on me, it was always true. I was an idiot for not noticing it sooner. But better late than never.

Now I know that I wanted to be with Cece Jones.

But before either of us could say a word, we heard the window to the fire escape open. We quickly pulled away, and I let go of her wrist.

"Hey hey hey!" Rocky said, as she climbed into the apartment, with Ty right behind her.

From the looks of it, neither of them noticed what just happened.

"How's the training going?" Ty asked.

"It's going fine." Cece, acting like nothing happened. That was probably the best choice at the moment.

"Cool." Rocky said. "Well guys, we've got some great news!"

"What news?" I asked, confused.

"Well, you know how Ty was being all stubborn on how he wouldn't give you permission to date me again?"

"Yeah, why?" I asked.

"Well, we made a deal awhile ago that if I helped him with something, than he'd give you his blessing. And I did!"

"What are you saying?" Cece asked. I could hear the fear in her voice. And I got to admit, I felt my heart pounding a bit, as well.

"Yeah, what does this mean?" I asked.

"It means," Ty said with a smile. "Logan, I give you permission to date my sister. You two can go out!"

"Yeah!" Rocky exclaimed. She threw her arms around my neck, and gave me a big hug.

I looked over at Cece, who had a horrified look in her eyes.

As well as I did…
