Hey guys! Here's where the action starts…to begin…anyways. Thanks for those reviews, and viewers, and favoriters...that's not a word is it? I told you it would be a quicker update! Thanks to those who took the poll. Well I hope you enjoy it. The very first episode.

dream lighting: Thanks, I wasn't thinking much of making Danny and Roxy a couple, I mean I was going to put a few mix-ups, like how people said Danny and Sam were together in the beginning when they weren't yet. I might have to put up a poll for that. However if that's what my non-existent fans want, I'll make it happen. And yeah, cute little brother.

im095: Don't worry; all characters will get a spotlight. That would be cool to have, but I don't want to make her a total Mary-Sue, but she will have some unique powers; as will Danny. And yeah, combo moves were what I was thinking about a lot actually. You could offer ideas or suggestions if you want and I'll see how it works out.

Mystery Meat

"So, you kids all want to hunt ghost." Jack Fenton stated more than asked the six kids that sat in chairs behind him.

"Uh, actually dad?" Danny said. "I want to be an astronaut."

"Sorry Mr. Fenton, I was into ghost, but they're so main stream now." Sam told him. "They're like cell phones."

Tucker spoke next. "Waste these looks and all this charisma hunting ghosts? Criminal."

"I don't know what I want to do yet Mr. Fenton." Roxy spoke.

"I was thinking veterinarian." John informed.

"I already have photographer in mind." Terrie said.

"Well if you do want to hunt ghosts," Jack turned to the items on the desk behind him, taking no offense in their responses. "There's a few things you need to learn." Few other times have Jack pulled them from either Danny's or Roxy's room to give them a lecture on ghost. They learned to get along fine with each other. They discussed their situation a lot. They sat there bored, until they saw a trail of different colored mist come out of Danny's and Roxy's mouth.

"Uh oh." Roxy muttered under her breath.

"Oh no, this isn't good." Danny did the same. They both knew what this meant. It's been about a month since the accident. They had a few things down with their new found powers. The mist meant a ghost was near.

They looked to where a slight 'whoosh' sound was heard, the Fenton Portal. Two octopus looking green ghosts with glowing angry red eyes appeared and roared out their anger, spreading out their tentacles.

They wrapped tentacles around the mouths of the closest people next to them; Tucker, Sam, Terrie, and John.

"True I've never seen a ghost, but when I do I'll be prepared." By this point Danny and Roxy stopped listening to Jack and focused on their friends with the ghosts looking at their catch. It took one glance at their friends dangling in the air with their mouths covered by a slimy tentacle, dripping with ectoplasm looking at their catch with hunger for them to spring into action. Jack, oblivious to the events behind him continued on. "And so will you, whether you want to be or not."

They changed into their other form and attacked the tentacles holding their friends with a powerful kick to where it joined their bodies. The ghosts screamed in pain and instantly released their prey and conveniently dropped them back into their chairs with a small 'Thud', right when Jack turned around.

"It all starts with your equipment," Jack, oblivious to the fight on the other side of the room turned around to hand them another strange device. "Kids, this is the Fenton thermos." He turned back to the table to go on, while an octopus behind him was flung across the room. "It's supposed to trap ghosts." The other octopus was being thrown behind him. Sam, Tucker, Terrie, and John were examining the device. It was designed like a thermos, the medal surrounding it made it rather secure. Of course like all other inventions, it had the signature Fenton sticker. Jack simply continued on as the octopus roared in pain, the teens wondering if he was deaf somehow as they glanced at their two friends attacking the octopuses. "But since it doesn't work yet it's just a thermos. A thermos with the word Fenton in front of it!"

The attacking ghosts had enough of the onslaught and retreated back to the portal with defeated faces. Danny and Roxy had quickly reverted back to their original forms once the ghosts left. Jack turned around to see them standing there and facing the portal. Assuming they were interested in the machine, he explained further.

"And that? That is the Fenton portal." He walked closer as if he took pride in his invention. "It releases ghosts into our world whether I want it to or not." He gave it a knock and walked up to the teens. "Now, who wants to hunt some ghosts?" He looked at the frightened and shaking 4 kids and the other 2 exhausted kids with a hand on the chair for support so they didn't fall over. The fight wasn't hard, just a bit exhausting.

"You kids, look at'cha! You're too excited to speak!" He looked proud for a moment. "So I'll just go on speaking." The teens shared glances with eyes wide in fright and fatigue as Jack just ranted on. "I was born many years ago in a log cabin in the woods. I don't remember were, but I do know I wanted a pony. Never got the pony. As a matter of fact we had to eat horse meat, during the war. I had a problem with that."

~The Next Day~

Everyone at the most noticeable house in Amity Park, with its huge satellites and other metal contraptions was up and early, either for school or for an early start on a project. Roxy, Danny, and Mike sat eating cereal; Jazz was reading a book titled 'Surviving Adolescence Through Therapy' while trying to ignore her mother who currently working on another of her projects by burying herself further in her book. Annie was double checking her book bag for something she thought she lost, yet again.

Danny and Roxy were absent mindedly enjoying some Fruit Loops when it occurred. Danny lifted his spoon to his face for another mouthful, however when he was about to take a bite, it fell right through his hand. He looked to examine what caused it when he noticed what his whole arm looked like. It was still there, but it was faded and transparent. You could see right through it. This is what they called their intangibility power. It's exactly what it sounds like; it allowed them to pass through objects.

Danny, being in a full room gasped and hid his arm behind his back. And Roxy had a similar experience. When she looked down at her cereal to see how much she had left, noticed her hand holding the spoon want even there. She still felt the spoon in her hand and the table underneath it. It had turned invisible. Luckily, Jazz was still buried in her book, Maddie was still intensely focused on her project, Annie was still looking in her book bag, and Mike was distracted by a spoonful of spilled milk on his shirt. They shared a glance of worry in being caught.

"Ok! Two more days and it's done!" Maddie's voice interrupted their thoughts.

"What did you say? It's done?" Jack's booming voice came in. "The Fenton Finder is done!" He said proudly. Jazz looked up annoyed at their continuation in their work which she found pointless. "This baby uses satellites to lead you right to the ghosts!" Danny and Roxy shared another worried glance.

"It uses what, to track what?" Danny asked for the both of them. Ever since the accident about a month ago with the Fenton portal, they decided to keep it a secret, especially from Mr. and Mrs. Fenton. They hated ghosts with a passion and dedicated their lives to hunting them down. They certainly wouldn't accept two ghosts living in their house, they thought. They examined the Fenton Finder with worry, hoping it doesn't work.

"Welcome to the Fenton Finder." Its robotic voice spoke out. "Ghosts are near, walk forward." Danny and Roxy both got up and walked backwards, as though it wouldn't detect them from a distance. Unfortunately they followed the machines voice and walked forward. Maddie, despite knowing it wasn't finished, also followed, curious to how her progress was doing.

They had backed up against the wall, its cold exterior not offering any comfort in their fear of being discovered. With hearts pounding, they listened to the machines increase beeping as they neared them.

"Ghosts located. Thank you for using the Fenton Finder." Their eyes widened in anticipation for their words.

"What!? That can't be right!" Jack and Maddie looked at the machine in wonder, how could it lead to the teens in front of them? Danny suddenly felt a nudge, he looked to see Roxy's arms invisible, and himself intangible.

"Well, it still needs work." Maddie stated. "Two days." Meanwhile, Danny sighed and looked to Roxy who was already staring at him. He gave her a look, one he gave before when they were alone and talking about their other form. The one that said he was thinking of telling his family of their predicament.

She considered it for a moment. It would be easier, not having to hide all the time. She remembered them having to excuse themselves whenever their powers acted up. A few very close calls when they caught them in their act. They practiced controlling it sometimes, in the basement alone. They knew how to change forms alright; sometimes they changed unwillingly, like when they tired. Also, few times when their arms or legs were intangible, the objects that they were touching went intangible too. It would be easier having help with this, besides their friends, and not having to run out of the room when their powers acted up. She nodded to him.

"Actually, we need to tell you guys something." His parents looked concerned and ready to listen, when voice interrupted.

"That's not all you need." Jazz closed her book and walked over to them. "You need guidance, and people who can provide it!" Her last words were aimed at her parents, who were used to this already.

"Sweetie, I know what we do doesn't make sense sometimes, but you're only-"

"16." Jazz finished the sentence for her mother, already have heard this same speech before, so she beat her to it. Roxy and Danny just shuffled out of there as Jazz continued on. "Biologically, but psychologically, I'm an adult! And I will not allow your insane obsession with ghosts to pollute the mind of these impressionable little children! You're a bad influence on them!" She hugged them protectively.

"And especially on Mike, he's still in development as well. Come you abused unwanted wretch, I'll drive you to school." She walked away with them still in her embrace, glaring at her parents as she walked passed them.

"Abused and unwanted?" Roxy muttered quietly as they walked out of the room. Annie gathered her things in record time as she ran after them.

"Wait! I need a ride too!"

"Huh, that's weird; Jasmine never offers to drive them to school…" Maddie questioned the events aloud. Her husband was a little more skeptical as he gave his response.

"That can only mean one thing," Maddie looked at him expectantly. "That's not our daughter, that's a ghost. Kids wait it's a trap!" He ran out with his wife close behind.

In high school, kids were walking trying to get to class, some blocking the hallways as they stopped to talk to their friends, some on their phone. A few particular students just reached the stairs that was thankfully clear of other students, allowing them to talk about what was on their minds freely.

"I think we should tell them." Danny said to his friends as they climbed up.

"It is kind of hard hiding our powers, but…" Roxy said aloud, unsure on his decision. Sam decided to yell her opinion.

"Why? Parents don't listen, even worse they don't understand! WHY CAN'T THEY ACCEPT ME FOR WHO I AM!?"

"Is it because you're a goth?" Terrie asked quietly. Sam nodded and was about to go on when Danny's voice came in.

"Guys, I'm talking about our powers, our problems?" He gestured to himself and Roxy.

"Oh right, me…too." Sam looked a little embarrassed as she said this, as if she didn't think her problems were important as Danny's and Roxy's and she had interrupted. Danny continued on anyway.

"Its been a month since the accident, and neither of us still barely have any control!" Roxy verified by nodding.

"Its true, once I woke up in the basement. I might have phased through the floor somehow. When we use too much energy, we change back." Danny closed his eyes in a silent anger as he went on.

"Yeah. If someone catches me, I'd go from 'geek' to 'freak' around here!"

"Kind 'a like what you're doing now?" Tucker referred to the way his legs were intangible and he was halfway through the floor. Danny's eyes snapped open when he heard this and let out a whelp as his friends helped him up, he focused on making them tangible again.

"Uh, Roxy…you…need a hand or two?" John pointed out. She looked at her hands and saw they were invisible. Very funny John. She shifted her attention to making them visible, which they did a moment later.

"Ugh, see what I mean!?" Danny said frustrated and began walking the rest of the stairs. "If my dad can make something that accidentally made us half ghosts, why can't he invent something that can turn us back to normal?" He continued walking; not knowing he again went intangible and walked right through a vending machine. His friends ran to catch up with him.

"Roxy, you seem to be handling this rather well." Terrie quietly said.

"I mean it is kinda' weird," Roxy started. "But once we get this under control, it would be cool to have, don't you think?"

"You actually like these powers? They'll make us outcasts!" Danny stated.

"Danny, your powers make you unique. Unique is good!" Sam proudly announced. "That's why I'm an ultra recycle vegetarian."

"Yeah, so am I." Sam turned to see that it was John who said that line.

"Are you? Wow, finally someone who get me!" Sam was really surprised that she wasn't the only vegetarian here.

"Oh no, not another one." Tucker groaned. Sam looked annoyed; she knew what he was going to say. John simply looked confused. "Two words, meat connoisseur. *sniff sniff* Last night, you had chicken curry, and John, you really smell like dog."

"Impressive, meat heightens the senses, how much do you eat?" Terrie asked after he sniffed her.

"You're not a meat fanatic are you?" Sam asked Terrie. Terrie shook her head 'no'.

"No, she's not. She's just smart…Annie is though." Roxy explained, thinking about her sister.

"My all meat streak is 14 years strong."

"And it's about to end." Sam said smugly. "The school board agreed to try a new cafeteria menu. I wore them down."

"Wait, what did you do?"

"What is this?" They were now in lunch. They looked at the lunch that the lady behind the counter plopped on their tray, 4 in confusion and 2 in satisfactory. "Grass on a bun?"

"Turf-wich!" John said excitedly. Tucker looked horrified.

"WHAT HAVE YOU DONE!?"

"Tucker, it's time for a change." Sam smugly stated as she held up her turf-wich. Tucker cried for effects as they headed to their table, unaware that a ghost came out through the portal. And that Danny's parents were plotting to capture his sister mistaking her for a ghost.

"Don't you think this is a little extreme Sam?" Danny ripped a piece of his turf-wich to inspect it.

"Ah, Miss Manson." A voice from behind her said, putting his hand on her shoulder. It was Mr. Lancer. A large bellied bald teacher who was always saying the weirdest line he read from a book. "The school board wanted me to personally thank you for ushering in this welcoming experiment to our cafeteria."

"*sniff sniff* Meat. Near!" Tucker had a wild look as he smelled meat suddenly. Lancer! He sniffed him and gave him a hard look. He had the smell of meat on him. Lancer tried to remain calm.

"No no, the rumors about the new all steak buffets in the teachers' lounge are completely untrue." He then took out a very unconvincing toothpick and began to pick out meat from between his teeth. Then walked away with his last words directed at Sam. "Thanks again."

"Yeah, thanks again for making us eat garbage, Sam." Tucker narrowed his eyes.

"It's not garbage. Its recyclable organic matter." Sam countered back.

""Its garbage.""

"Why don't you just try it?" John asked. "It wouldn't kill you."

"It could."

"I only eat meat." Tucker stated.

"Why can't you eat both, like humans were made to do?" Terrie said. Danny and Roxy were staring questionably. They were used to tofu, not turf-wich. Suddenly, a blue and purple mist stream came out of their mouths, indicating a ghost was here. They saw a green outline behind the counter, floating.

"Uh oh."

"Guys, we got a problem." A mud-ball hit Danny in the back of his head.

"FENTON!"

"Make that 2 problems." A big, blond, buff guy in a Jock sweater came up behind them, his blue eyes were furious. This was Dash Baxter. The football star, meaning he got away with everything. In his hand was a plate with his lunch.

"I ordered three mud pies. Do you know what they gave me? Three MUD pies. With mud! From the ground! All because of your girlfriend!" He yelled, narrowing his eyes to further show his anger.

"She's not my girlfriend!"

"I'm not his girlfriend!" They protested. Dash grabbed Danny's shirt, and lifted him to see him, eye to eye.

"These are supposed to be the best years of my life. After high school it's all downhill for me!"

"I'm pretty sure you're already at the bottom." Roxy said under her breath. Dash looked angrier. Especially with the crowd that had gathered around them, he had to keep his profile.

"How am I supposed to enjoy my glory days eating MUD?" Dash yelled in Danny's face. Sam was getting annoyed with everyone calling her food garbage. John shared her look.

"Actually its top-soil."

"Whatever!" Dash shoved Danny back to the table. Lucky he only lightly bumped his head. His friends stood there, unsure how to deal with Dash. Dash walked to the table, plate in hand, and held it out and dropped it in front of Danny. "Eat it. All of it."

Danny looked at the mud questionably. He didn't want to eat it, but he also didn't want to make it worse for himself. He knew Dash, having dealing with him constantly; he would definitely make it worse. So he took a bit of mud on the spoon and slowly held it up to his mouth. Before he ate it, yet another stream of mist came out. Luckily, someone already thought of something.

"Augh!" Dash yelled as two turf-wiches smacked him on both cheeks, covering his face in grass. The cafeteria fell silent; they couldn't believe someone had stood up to Dash. Danny looked behind the grass covered guy and saw Roxy looking smug; she had slammed the turf-wiches onto the bully. She winked at him and he smiled, knowing his next line.

"GARBAGE FIGHT!" He took the mud and also threw it at Dash. That was all it took to get the whole cafeteria going. Vegetarian food began littering the skies as they streamed across. Sam had enough.

"It's not garbage, it's-!" She didn't even finish her sentence as a hand reached out for her shirt and pulled her down. She came face to face with her friends who were looking serious. She understood what they meant, and they all began to crawl towards the counter. They briefly looked back to make sure no one noticed them, but one person did.

"You're going to pay for this Fenton!" Dash didn't finish either because of the mud that smacked him from three different directions. Danny looked ahead to see that Roxy was standing with her arms outstretched, with the residue of the mud that was just thrown. She laughed at the face on Dash. She was so going to pay later.

"Great, I'm still his favorite." Danny muttered he continued crawling to the door of the counter. Once they made it, they looked inside to see the ghost.

She looked a little elderly with her white hair and worn face. She was also wearing an old pink lunch lady uniform, with the hairnet, yellow gloves and everything. This 'lunch lady' was chubby, and like most ghost, had red eyes and green skin, but with a bit of make-up. She seemed lost and confused as she stared at the salads and other vegetables, and then continued to search the room. She was looking for something.

"She actually looks nice." John stated.

"She looks a little like my grandmother." Tuck said thinking of said grandmother.

"Maybe she's lost." Roxy gave her input.

"Shouldn't she be haunting a bingo hall?" Danny said in a mocking sort of way. The lunch lady turned at the sound of the kids. She spoke to them in her elderly, kind voice as she floated over to them, causing them to take a cautionary step back.

"Hello children, can you help me? Today's lunch is meatloaf, but I can't find the meatloaf! Did someone change the menu?" Tucker quickly answered that question.

"Yeah, they did." He stuck his thumb out to Sam and John. Suddenly, the lunch lady's demeanor changed completely.

"YOU CHANGED THE MENU!?" Her furious red eyes glared daggers at the said two. Her once kind red eyes became furious, her hair suddenly became flames, and her collectively kind face became one of rage. She was surrounded in green flames and she grew bigger, reacting to her anger that grew at the second. They all gasped at the change. Her booming voice went on. "THE MENU HAS BEEN THE SAME FOR FIFTY YEARS! RAGGGHHHHHHHH!" A small tornado of green flames gathered over her head, the room became windy, and the objects around them began to shake. The kids in the cafeteria were too busy with their food fight to notice, but the small group that did immediately ran away.

""Get behind me."" Roxy and Danny both yelled to their friends, who immediately did just that.

"Wow, I feel safe." Sam sarcastically remark as she saw their slightly shivering bodies.

"Going ghost!" Then, they changed to their other forms. White rings appeared around their waist, and split into two, one going up and one going down. As the rings worked their way around, they changed their bodies.

Their friends stood there, still amazed at the sights. When the rings finished with a flash a light, their two friends still stood there, but they were different. Danny's clothes changed to a mainly black jumpsuits, with a white belt, gloves, boots, and collar. His once ice blue eyes were now a toxic green. His raven hair was now a silvery white.

Roxy's change was similar, but not so much. She too had the same black and white jumpsuit on instead of her normal clothes, but her fluorescent green eyes became an electric violet. Also her ebony black hair was as well white, but a lighter shade than Danny's. They became their ghost halves. They floated up to where the lunch lady was throwing her fit of anger.

"I command you to, uh…go away!" Danny ordered shyly.

"Smooth. That'll scare her." Roxy sarcastically remarked. The lunch lady looked on with a smile at his attempt to frighten her. She lifted her gloved hand and stretched it out; it glowed with a green essence. The dishes all glowed with the same hue, and floated up, only to come at flying speed towards the two.

They already knew to make themselves intangible, and it worked, the plates crashed against the wall behind them. They smiled at each other, finally able to do something right. Then they noticed not all the plates came at them, they were headed towards their friends too.

Danny's legs became a ghost tail for speed and flew in front of Sam and Terrie to catch the plates while Roxy came and carried them out of the way with one in each arm, also with a ghost tail present. Danny took all the plates, it piled into his arms up to his neck with a few crashing to the wall. Good thing Sam and Terrie weren't there. Then he went for Tucker and John who ducked and had their hands on their heads. Again Roxy carried them to safety as Danny caught most of the plates with expertise balance, it went past his head. Seeing as there were no more plates, he swiftly put the ones in his arms of the counter. Roxy flew up to him, amazed.

"Whoa." She simply said. He gave a small smile.

"Well if this 'superhero thing' doesn't work out I can have an exciting career as a bus boy." She laughed lightly at his joke. Both their heads turned to the sound of the washing machines shaking violently, green essence surrounding them. The lunch lady was in front of them, her angry demeanor still there.

"I CONTROL LUNCH! LUNCH IS SACRED! LUNCH HAS RULES!"

"You have issues!" John yelled. Suddenly, her flames were gone, her hair was back to normal, and her eyes soften. She pulled a plate with a rather good looking piece of cake from seemingly nowhere. Her voice was back to its original kindness.

"Anybody want cake?" Everyone nodded their heads, still surprised at her sudden change in attitude. Then it changed again. "TOO BAD! CHILDREN WHO CHANGE MY MENU DO NOT GET DESSERT!" She flew away, commanding the washing machines to do one last thing.

They came alive, and instantly spewed its hot green fire to the kids in the room. It sped right though their ghost's tails, but their friends were still in the line of fire.

"Can we make them intangible too?" Roxy questioned fast. Danny responded just as quickly.

"Let's find out." So they did. They flew to them, and grabbed their arms, and became intangible. Then they focused on making their friends intangible. Luckily they did and phased them through the wall, just before the machines reached them. Once they got to the other side, which was a hallway, they instantly released them, it was tiring. They dropped and rolled. Well more like most of them, John crashed into the lockers. All together, they were alright. "Hey, it worked!"

"Awesome!" Roxy said, just as happy as he was. Terrie, Tucker, and John all smiled as well, glad their powers saved them. Sam looked annoyed, now that they were out of danger, so they thought.

"This is the thanks I get for thinking like an individual?" She yelled. She just wanted a vegetarian choice on the menu! And a ghost tries to destroy them for it.

"No no, you had a good idea." John tried to comfort her. "That ghost just has issues." Unexpectedly, the grounds shook, and the lights illuminating the halls went out, and wind from nowhere blew, causing the books and papers from the locker around them to fly out. As the wind blew, Tucker smelled something he was familiar with.

"*sniff sniff* Steak." His eyes widened in happiness. "Rib eye. No porter house! Medium rare. But where did it come from…Lancer!" The meat he so desired began to cover the lunch lady head to toe. Soon, she became a huge meat monster. Its juices were dripping off of her, and some of the heavier meats were falling off. The only thing that was visible was her still angry red eyes. She walked closer to them.

"PREPARE TO LEARN WHY MEAT IS THE MOST POWERFUL OF THE FIVE FOOD GROUPS!" She pointed her meaty finger at Sam and John. She changed again. "Cookie?" This time, they shook their heads no, which seemed to confuse her. "AND PERISH!"

"Forget it!"Danny yelled, him and Roxy stepped between the three. "The only thing that has an expiration date here, is you!" Danny seemed proud of what was said; at least until he made a fist that changed him back to normal. "Whoops. I, uh, didn't mean to do that."

"Change back! Quick!" Roxy prompted him until the meat covered lunch lady used her hand to smack her and Danny out of the way. They crashed into Tucker and Terrie into the lockers, papers flew all over them. At the impact, Roxy too changed back to normal. The lunch lady grabbed Sam and John in one hand, and zoomed away.

"Uh oh, go after them!" Terrie said in a raised voice. They all saw the lunch lady kidnap John and Sam.

"Come on, change back, we gotta' go!" Tucker said too, but suddenly they were all grabbed from behind.

"You aren't going anywhere!" Lancer said, pulling them into a standing position. Dash was right behind him, covered in mud and vegetables.

"Told ya' you'd pay Fenton."He said still angry.

"Tucker Foley: Chronic tardiness, talking in class, repeated loitering by the girl's locker room." Lancer stated, reading aloud his files. Tucker smile, recalling certain events. They were in Lancers office, awaiting their punishments. Lancer had pulled out all of their files and was deciding what to do. Dash was against the wall, smugly waiting to see what they had to do. "Daniel Fenton: 34 dropped beakers in the last month, banned for life from handling all fragile school property, but no severe mischief before today."

"Terrie Caine: Constant need for telling you to remove your headphones. Nothing major. Roxana Hunter: Reported events of sudden disappearance from class, constant doodling in class, a few skateboarding accidents with others. Not too bad." He slammed the files onto the desk and looked at the four kids in front of him. "So tell me, why did you conspire to destroy the school cafeteria!?"

Danny instantly responded. "Dash started it! He threw-"

"Four touchdowns passes in the last game and is thereby exempt from scorn." Lancer countered. "You however, are not. I'll map out your punishment when I return." He headed out the door. "Mr. Baxter, watch the door." Dash gave them a smirk as he stepped outside, shutting the door behind them. The remaining kids stood up, free from the two. They got more worried with every passing minute, who knows what that ghost is doing to Sam and John!

"We gotta' find Sam and John." Tucker said. "For some reason, I feel like I got them kidnapped."

"Maybe because you told the ghost they changed the menu? How 'bout that?" Danny stated. Literally he started it.

"*sniff sniff* That steak is still in the building. 200 yards, tops."

"Look at this." Terrie said, getting their attention. She pointed to something on the security cameras. When they walked closer, they saw what it was.

"Meat trails." Danny said as he saw the path of juices and bits of meat.

"Is that the basement?" Danny and Tucker nodded to Roxy's question. They knew where to go now. Once again Danny and Roxy changed to their ghost forms. Danny grabbed Tucker and Roxy grabbed Terrie as they made them intangible, and went through the floor. However right as they left, Lancer returned with cleaning supplies in his hands, about to announce their punishments, and was enraged that they snuck out.

"Sweet mother of mutton!" Tucker's looked like he discovered the secret of the universe as he stared at the rows and rows and rows of the boxed meat around him. He ran to hug the closest box. "I dreamed of it but, I never thought I'd live to see it!"

"How is it that we have the ghost powers and you're the weird kid?" Danny deadpanned.

"I'm not surprised." Roxy muttered as Tucker began kissing the box. He was interrupted in his make-out session when they heard the laugh of an old lady. The lunch lady. After Terrie ripped Tucker away from his true love, they all tracked the sound to the lunch lady, where she was keeping their friends captive in a pile of heavy meats.

She was her sweet self as she spoke. "My dear children, meat is good for kids. It helps them grow and makes them smile. Why won't you eat it?"

Sam was very annoyed at this point. John just looked bored since he knew what was coming. "We don't need meat. That's fat!" The lunch lady became angry yet again.

"SILENCE! YOU NEED DISIPLINE, MANNERS, RESPECT! YOU KNOW WHERE THAT COMES FROM? MEAT!" And she changed. "Chicken, or fish?" That was the pattern for the last fifteen minutes, she tries to get them to eat meat, they say no, she gets angry. Repeat. They were bored of it.

"We can take care of the ghost; you find a way to get them out of that pile of meat." Danny said to Tucker and Terrie.

"Don't worry, we got you covered." Roxy said with a smile. Tucker looked ready as he pulled a fork and knife from thin air.

"Waaaaay ahead of you."

"You're not going to eat all that when it isn't cooked, are you?" Terrie yelled. He simply nodded. The ghosts of the group flew out to distract the lunch lady. She turned around just in time to see the fists flying at her before she was sent hurling to the wall across the room. Tucker took this as his cue to go for the meat.

"I'll have you free in no time!"

"You've got to be kidding me." Sam said as John just closed his eyes and shook his head. Terrie shoved Tucker out of the way as she picked the meat up and tossed them over her shoulders. They would be free eventually. Tucker still got back up and went after the meat, particularly a steak.

Danny and Roxy were face to face to the lunch lady; Danny flew up for a somersault to kick her down as Roxy went for an uppercut. Unfortunately she caught them both, one in each hand and gave them a cold look. "Don't you see? This is why you need meat! YOU'RE SKIN AND BONES!" She threw them. Danny to the wall, and Roxy towards the shelves, conveniently near her friends.

While Danny was half in the walls, Roxy saw Terrie trying to free John and Sam with Tucker slowly eating the meat. She got up and floated to them, raising her eyebrow and Tuckers antics. She sighed and grabbed Sam and Johns shoulder, turning them intangible and got them out of the meat. Terrie stopped and walked over to where Roxy set them down. Tucker of course continued eating. Roxy looked over to see that Danny split his body to avoid shish-kabobs; it only being attached what looked like a spectral aura.

Roxy was surprised, and then she decided to try it with her hand. She focused, after a moment, from her wrist up, it detached from her arm. She looked proud and smiled at Danny, who smiled back.

Another power.

The lunch lady surveyed the scene. The children escaped from her meat, the ghosts were developing, and it only made her even angrier. With a yell, she summoned the meat around her to once again transform her into the huge meat monster. Even the ones from Tucker who instantly cried. The lunch lady, powered by the larger amount of meat on her, was even bigger than before. She stretched one hand to grab Danny, and the other towards Roxy who pushed Sam and John out of the way since they were still right next to her. The lunch lady threw them in opposite directions. Then she looked down at the remaining kids with her fuming red eyes.

"…Run?" Tucker said, staring at the monster. All agreed.

"Run."

"Aahhhhhhhhhhh!" They headed towards the exit, only to have it be blocked by a pile of meat that came from behind him. So they went the other way with the lunch lady pursuing them. "AAaahahhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!" Fortunately for them, the ghosts of the group came out and were right behind the meat monster. They shared a glance and knew what to do. They swooped down and took one in each arm, and made them intangible and flew through the wall in front of them. The lunch lady didn't expect that, and smashed into the concrete wall, causing the meat to scatter.

On the other side, they continued flying away from the danger. It was tiring enough fighting the octopuses, and this lunch lady was persistent and caused them trouble all day, and was only stronger each time. Their fatigue began showing in their eyes. Even Sam, Terrie, Tucker, and John were tired from running all day, and they weren't even the ones fighting! Now that they were away from the danger, the adrenaline wore off, and they felt the fatigue.

"Gee guys, fighting meat monsters? Flying through walls? You must be exhausted." Sam said.

"Not to mention using your energy on us as well." Terrie said. They got a shake of their heads.

"Huh? No way…we're…fine…" Roxy began to slow down her already slow flying.

"What, of course not…what would…give you that idea-?" He fell. Good thing they were already close to the ground, or the fall might've hurt. Roxy stopped in her tracks and turned to see Danny change back to normal.

"Danny…are you…ok…?" She also changed back and dropped her friends. Terrie, Tucker, John, and Sam looked down at their sleeping friends, then at each other.

Back at the Fenton works, Jazz had just come home, to a dark setting. Annie and Mike were already in their room. Jazz had stayed after as usual, so she came alone. "Mom, dad?" The door slammed shut behind her, and mist filled the room.

"Now Maddie, hit her! I'm moving in!"

"Waaaaaahhhhhhhh!"

"Get my back!" The mist clear to reveal an angry teenage girl with her hair caught in the 'Fenton extractor'. Her parent let go of the feet they held onto. Jazz held her angry face as she walked away, muttering "This Is all going in the memoir." The door opened again to reveal six other teenagers. Sam and Tucker carried Danny while Terrie and John carried Roxy. They gave an innocent smile as they sat the Fentons.

"Hey Mr. and Mrs. Fenton! What a school day! Poor Danny and Roxy nodded off and we figured we'd just them all the way home and tuck them into bed without any parental action whatsoever." Tucker kept his fake smile as they walked inside.

"Don't worry, they're fine. Wow you should've seen them study!" John had a smile as fake as Tucker's.

"Don't get up! We know where to go. Bye!" Sam called from up the stairs. Once they were up, they split ways to carry their friends to their respective rooms.

"Hmm…" Jack wondered about the event in front of him. Maddie assured him.

"Jack, Danny and Roxy are not ghosts."

"You're right!" He narrowed his eyes at the figure across the room, trying to get her hair out of the machine. "Jazz is."

His eyes opened slowly, then suddenly flew open as he recalled his battle with the ghost. How was he in his room? "What's going on?" Two of his friends looked down on him as Tucker explained.

"You passed out. We took you home. You've been asleep for four days!" Danny shot up like a bullet.

"Four days!?"

Tucker laughed at the expression on Danny's face. "Ha ha, nah, its only been a couple hours." Danny relaxed and laid back down, his body ached.

"Knock it off Tucker; this is the second time today your carelessness almost got him killed."Sam said, annoyed with Tuckers antics.

"Me? I almost got him killed? The only reason this happened is because you had to be unique. You had to take the meat away!" Roxy's voice from across the hall interrupted them.

"THREE WEEKS?!" Tucker continued his rant.

"I'm going to get it back." He yelled, leaving the room. Sam followed after him.

"You want to change that menu back? You're going to have to go through me to do it!"

"Hey, you're not changing that menu!" John's voice came after he heard the argument. He ran after them, Terrie not far behind trying to break it up.

"Can we settle this peacefully?" She said. Danny started to get up, but he just settled right back down as Roxy came in the door way.

"May I?" At the nod, she came in and sat on the edge of Danny's bed. "So…how do we solve this? They seemed pretty mad at each other."

"*sigh* They argue like that sometimes. They usually get over it soon." He explained.

"Yeah, sometimes John argues with Annie like that." Roxy stated. Her sister loved meat. However she did love seafood more…and cookies.

"Ah, well, I'm sure everything will be back to normal by tomorrow."

"Or not, maybe it'll be worse." Danny muttered at the scene before him.

"So that's what Terrie was texting me about." Roxy got off her skateboard which she rode to school and looked down at her phone that had the words 'Roxy come quick!' strewn across the screen. Before them were two protests. One was all meat eaters. People dressed as steak, t-bone balloons, hundreds of grill cooking, guess what? Meat. Signs with various quotes about meat. Ladies dressed as sausages danced off the stage to reveal Tucker with a microphone.

"What do we want?" He yelled. The crowd yelled back.

"Meat!"

"When do we want it?"

"Now!"

On the other protest was the opposite. All vegetarians. Fruits and vegetables were everywhere in crates, being handed out to those around them. Lots of signs with words such as 'Give peas a chance', or, 'Go green!', and even 'It's easier to eat your greens!'. Atop a bus with a banner that read 'ULTRA RECYCLO VEGETARIAN' was Sam, next to her was John. She was leading the crowd who all spoke in unison.

"Veggies now! Veggies forever! Veggies now! Veggies forever!" All three spotted the newcomers at the same time.

"Good, you made it." Terrie said from behind Danny and Roxy. "They wouldn't listen."

Sam, Tucker, and John made it to them too.

"You guys put together two protests in one night?" Danny questioned.

"I don't know whether to be impress or worried." Roxy said.

"I tried to stop them." Terrie said quietly. John looked a little nervous.

"Meat eaters, guys, always ready to fight." Tucker explained, glaring at Sam "And our high protein diet gives us the energy we need to do it quickly."

"Ultra recyclo vegetarians are always ready to protest. And because we don't have to waste time cooking our food, we can move even faster!" Sam countered, returning Tuckers glare.

"But to do all this? Are you guys ok?" Roxy asked.

"Don't you guys think this is a little extreme?" Danny tried to get them to see what they were doing.

"No choice buddy. You're either with me-"

"Or you're against him!"

""So whose side are you on?"" Luckily for the three being pressured to choose, they were interrupted. Unfortunately, it wasn't who they were hoping to see. The winds picked up dramatically, and a familiar elderly voice rang out. Just then, the blue and purple ghost senses came out to alert them. The trucks full of meat began to shake violently as their contents spilled out and all began gathering around one particular ghost. It didn't even finish forming when it was already 3 times the height of the school. When it did form, it revealed the lunch lady's glowing eyes that stared at the people before her.

"ITS LUNCH TIME!" Suddenly everyone scattered and abandoned whatever they were doing to get away from the monster before them. Tucker looked betrayed.

"Meat, why have you betrayed me!?"

"Guys, time to make up. Now!" He gave them a look, and they knew what that meant. They all 'hugged', and it was formed like a wall that prevented the other people from seeing Roxy and Danny from changing to their ghost halves. It didn't matter too much seeing as everyone was screaming and running for their lives.

Meanwhile, Jazz was just being captured by her own parents with the 'Fenton grabber'. And Jack pulled out the Fenton thermos, which if course didn't work.

Danny and Roxy stared at the huge monster before them. It was gigantic! But that also gave them an advantage, it was slower now. That made it easier to dodge the attacks it made with its arms. Danny gave it a kick to the neck, causing it to go unbalanced when Roxy came and slammed her joined fists to its head, knocking it down. From below them, they heard their friend's encouragements.

"They really are getting better." They smiled at their line until they saw a sudden change to worry. When they looked ahead, all they saw was a meaty fist before they were sent flying upwards. They headed towards an airplane, instantly turning intangible to avoid impact.

"Ooh, that's going to hurt."

"I sure hope they can take a punch!" They came back down, Danny splashing a cup of water on his face and Roxy eating a Hershy's kiss.

Jazz still stood there, glaring at her father, who began to soften. He looked at the thermos questionably, how could he waste so much time in something he had no proof in? "I Jack Fenton from this day forth do hereby turn my back on ghosts." He vowed, his wife and daughter staring at him like he'd grown a second head, ignoring the explosion that went off on the other side of the school.

Meat rained down from the destroyed beast as Danny and Roxy climbed out of the newly formed crater. Danny got out first and offered a hand to Roxy who was right behind him. As she accepted, they heard the same sweet elderly voice.

"Oh dear, what a mess. Are you ok?" She sounded genuinely concerned for them. They got to their feet and wiped their suits of buts of meant and dirt.

"Yeah, I think so?" Roxy nodded in agreement. The lunch lady smiled, and of course changed.

"TOUGH! BECAUSE YOU BEING OK IS NOT PART OF MY BALANCED DIET OF DOOOOOM!"At that moment, the meat that wasn't thrashed into the ground or ripped to shreds formed mini meat monsters. They took this to the skies.

Danny and Roxy were back to back, keeping an eye on the ten monsters that surrounded them. Danny extended a leg as Roxy extended an arm. Using that, in a single semi-circle swipe, they took out the monsters. They landed as the meat fell apart. However one the meat was back in a pile, they reformed.

"Wasn't expecting that!" The rings formed around Danny, and he was back to normal. "Or that."

"I'll hold them off, change ba-" Roxy was interrupted as the little meat creatures took her by surprise from behind her. They knocked her down, and she also changed back to a human. "*sigh* Why?" They began to carry her off.

"Roxy!" Danny yelled, only to be carried himself as well. Upside down. Towards his family. Perfect.

"Hi Danny." Roxy said from his left, also upside down.

Jack continued to deepen his vow, surprising his family even more if that was possible. "And this thermos can't trap ghosts because ghosts don't exist." He glumly tossed the machine over his shoulders, right towards the ghost kids.

"Catch that!" And Danny did, reached his arms and grabbed the Fenton thermos. The device that was used to catch ghosts.

"But how are we going to get it to work?" They didn't have time to discuss because they were thrown from the hands of the meat monsters to the ground. "Change back!"

"Oh you don't say?" Came her sarcastic reply. Luckily, they were able change back before the line of sight of the Fenton, but were moving too fast to stop themselves so they became intangible instead, right in front of Jack.

"Thanks for the thermos!"

…"HA! GHOST KIDS! I was RIGHT! You were wrong, ghosts exist!" Jack yelled I'm a sing-song voice. "Ha ha ha! I never doubted it for a second! Ha ha h-" Meat rained on the three of them.

The lunch lady watched the events, disappointed her creations had failed when Danny and Roxy came up from the ground to face her. She saw the thermos in his hand.

"NO! SOUP'S NOT ON TODAYS MENU!" She yelled.

"I'm changing the menu, permanently!" Danny uncapped the thermos and pointed it at her, then whispered. "Please work." Roxy also grabbed a hold of the thermos, and then both channeled their energy into it. It seemed to spark to life with its new charge; it shot a powerful blast at the lunch lady, and enveloped her.

"NOOOOOOOOOOO!" She yelled as she felt the pull of the thermos. It took her in completely, and she was soon trapped in the thermos. They slammed the cap on shut, noticing they used all their energy into the thermos and were now human again…and they weren't passed out! Improvement!

They ran to their friends who had to duck left and right from the meat and were now watching from a safe distance. "Impressive." John said. A familiar robotic woman spoke.

"Ghosts directly ahead. You would have to be some sort of moron to not notice the ghosts directly ahead." Jack and Maddie came with the Fenton Finder in hand. They looked up at what was ahead, Danny and Roxy. They gave them a look.

"Right over there." Roxy pointed directly behind them with her thumb."

"You just missed them" Danny hid the thermos behind his back. They were going to need it.

"We got runners!" As they ran after 'said ghosts' Jazz looked mad as she muttered, "Great, back to square one."

"So you're not going to tell them?" Tucker asked.

"That was the plan, no?" Terrie also questioned. They shook their heads, coming to a silent agreement.

"Nah, I think I finally figured what these powers are for. They make me-"

"In a world of trouble." Lancer said behind them. They all groaned, knowing what was coming.

"Manson!" Lancer yelled into the mega phone. The kids before him were assigned to clean up duty. Considering the damage, it was a lot.

"With my hands?"

"Foley, pick up that turf-wich!"

"With my hands?" Lancer smiled as he took another bite of his chicken leg and walked away, knowing Dash, who was leaning on the dumpster, could take it from here. Dash simply laughed at them, irritating Danny. He walked behind the dumpster full of mean and veggies, and decided to make it intangible.

"Auhhhh!" Dash yelped as he was suddenly covered in all the food, unable to move. He heard snickering from those around him. "Fenton, a little help?"

"Whatever you say Dash." Danny agreed with a smile, his eyes glowing toxic green. "Whatever you say."

I meant to upload this earlier, but I had summer work and cousins from another state visit us. And my brother visited us too. And plus school started, and my homework takes like 7 hours! But at least it wasn't a 9 month gap. Anyways, thanks for reading. I'll get the next one up as soon as I can. Let me know how the characters are, and how I did for my first episode.
