Mr T took the ultrasound probe of the nurse and then told Zosia to lift her top up and but the cold jelly on her stomach and Zosia yelped "That's bloody cold, where's it been; a freezer" and then Mr T pressed the probe into her stomach and then they heard the sound they all wanted to hear the baby's heartbeat. " Why am I bleeding if the baby is ok" Zosia asked Mr T. Mr T told her that it was probably just where part of the placenta had come off as Mr T had told her at an earlier appointment that she had a low lying placenta. He told her that she would probably be best to head home when she felt better as he didn't want her to be in a hospital that she wasn't used to. So Guy decided that they would head home in that afternoon and would leave Elliott to take home Mo and Mr T in his car and then Jac and Jonny with baby Isla would go in Jonny's car as he had driven himself, Isla and Mr T up so they had a car to get home.

That afternoon Guy had just finished packing his and Zosia's bags back into the car with Mr T's help and they were on their way back to Holby. They were only 30 minutes into the journey and Zosia was already bursting for the toilet so Guy had to pull into a service station and let Zosia go to toilet while he went to the shop to get some food and drink for the journey. Back in the toilet to Zosia's relief she had stopped bleeding and Guy then phone Jac to see how they were all getting on at the conference.

"Jac how's everything going "

"We have just got to the conference to find that both Elliott and Mo have left as they were feeling unwell so now heading back to the hotel"

"Well then I am kind of glad that I got Zosia out then"

"How is Zosia anyway and I am heading home in the morning as I don't want Jonny, Isla or me getting ill"

"Ok just have til Monday off and then hopefully everyone will be better as that will give them 4 days to get better. Anyway I need to go as Zosia is heading back. Phone me if anything happens."

Guy decided after 6 hours of driving and having been stuck in traffic for the last 2 hours that he would stop especially considering that Zosia had fallen asleep. Guy pulled into a Premier Inn car park and went to reception and explained their situation. The lady told him that they had only a few rooms left but he could have one which included breakfast. He then went out to the car to get the bags and wake up Zosia.

"Zoshie darling wake up, we have stopped at a hotel for the night"

Zosia finally got up after lots of moaning about how uncomfortable her dad's car was. The two then headed in the hotel and went straight to their room and Zosia slept for 10 hours until 7am when her dad woke her up so they could beat the morning traffic to get home.

After another 4 hours they finally arrived back at their house and Guy decided to phone Jac to see if they had left.

"Hi Jac have you set off yet"

" Yeah we left at 5 so we are only 2.5 hours away from home so will be back for about 2 ish"

"How were Mo and Elliott this morning?"

"Mo was still feeling really bad but Elliott was better so he has gone to the conference"

"I think that we can declared that this trip to Scotland has been a disaster"

Zosia went into the house and went to her bedroom and feel asleep while her dad made her some dried toast and ginger tea as she was still feeling nauseates due to the journey. While making the lunch Guy wandered what it would be like to have his granddaughter in the house in just 4.5 months. He hoped that Zosia would open up to him soon about what she wanted during her labour and after. Also he wanted to find out more about who the dad was of the baby. Zosia had woken up by the smell of the ginger tea and was sat on her bed thinking that maybe telling Arthur was the best option cause then at least she didn't have to lie and she wanted her daughter to grow up knowing who her father was. She decided that when she went back to the hospital on Monday that she would tell Arthur and then tell her father that night.
