A/N: Thank you so, so much everyone! With the double eviction, we achieved my goal of over 200 reviews. Everyone who has reviewed has played a part in getting me here, and I can't thank everyone enough for appreciating this work. So, without further ado, as always do, let me thank those who reviewed.

TheJoker21: You finally got your wish my friend, Toad is out. With Koops in power, the drama shall unfold. Thanks for always reviewing!

Flashfire912: Koops is not so much of an underdog as he appears to be. His competition record is mighty high. He's won about three vetoes and two head of household competitions. However, Flurrie is quite the charmer, but will either of them make it to the end? Thanks for the review!

RockinBros: Flurrie is indeed a good social player, and she's done pretty good in competitions too. She'd definitely win if she was sitting at the end, which makes her a good candidate to evict. Thanks for reviewing!

Firedragon24k: Thanks for the review! I love double evictions, they're my favorite episodes! They have so much drama and entertainment crammed into them it's great :D

Yoshpa Kong: Yay! You got referenced! Everyone's so happy with what happened. Thanks for the reviews as always! I got the guest one too, so don't worry!

PuzzlingGamer: A lot of evictions have been unanimous, simply because they've been the explicit targets. The Four Winds have now pitted against one another, so who will go home, one of the females, or one of the males?

Jaytheking: My thoughts exactly. Spike and Toad needed to leave the competition. That's not necessarily true, since there's the veto to consider. We shall see if all of those predictions and hopes of yours will come true. Thanks for reviewing!

OracleOfAges: Hi! Thanks for reviewing! And I love Junior, he's such a good character. I'm rooting for him too, because I still haven't determined who I want to win XP. Ruthlessness may be a good strategy in the end, but being a brute too early may cause the animosity that surrounds Junior now.

Yoshette: The Toad haters are fierce, but now they can all go and be peaceful since he's gone. Koops nominating Junior is probably a good move, but Junior's got a lot of veto wins under his belt, but at this stage everyone competes in the veto so it doesn't matter. *Pops champagne* We did it! Thanks!

Kraziikoopaz: Dry Bones has never been on the block, true. Thanks for the review and the kind words! It means a ton! Will Koops nominate people based on times on the block, or will he go for a different strategy? You'll just have to read to find out.

Adverb: Hello! Thanks for reviewing! But sadly, since you reviewed on a guest account, you were the 206threviewer due to lag. Which is awesome, because now we can shoot even higher!

Koops: Oh hello! So many new reviewers with this chapter! Thanks for the review, and Koops is final four guaranteed, but will he make it past there?

ultimateCCC: It is indeed! Thanks for always reviewing!

Soliddude1175: Thanks for reviewing after a while! It's fine :D I hope you find connection soon XD.

Previously on Big Brother: Chai Kingdom

Out of fight and out of options, Spike accepted defeat at the hand of The Four Winds.

Spike: About time someone did something about these guns! I'm quite surprised this is the first time I've been the target. I knew that backdoor looked mighty welcoming this week.

"To Big Brother," Spike smiled, "If I'm the target, I'm the target. Nothing's going to change that. I've had an amazing time, and I'd hate for it to be ruined with last minute deals and sneaky strategies."

As Chen T. delivered the shocking news of a double eviction, Spike and Toad met their demise.

"It's official Spike, you've been evicted from the Big Brother house."

"By a unanimous vote of three to zero," Chen T. announced, causing both to close their eyes.

"Koops,"

Koops looked stricken.

"You are safe. It's official Toad, you've been evicted from the Big Brother house."

In the wake of the double eviction, the power went back up for grabs, and Koops nabbed the key to the HOH room.

"Congratulations Koops! You are the new Head of Household!"

"Yes!" Koops roared, pumping his fist, "Yes! Yes!" He jumped up and down with delight, much to the chagrin of Junior and Dry Bones. Flurrie crossed the backyard to loop the key around Koops' neck, and the houseguests returned inside for the night.

Tonight, Koops will cast his nominations. The Four Winds are no more, and now friends and foes are pitted against one another in a battle royale to the finish! As old alliances and friendships begin cracking, only the unexpected can come to pass.

Episode 19: A Dish Best Served Cold

Hands held high in ecstasy, Koops gloriously made his way back into the house, all smiles despite the recent loss of Toad. At this point in the game, it was crucial he had clinched that competition, and now he had a ticket to the final four.

Koops: During the first two weeks when all of that stuff went down with Vivian, I knew I'd be a goner. Now, I'm sailing into the final four! This is amazing!

Koops sat at the counter of the kitchen, and everyone just sort of stood there.

"Well," Koops laughed, "It's kind of obvious that all of you were working against Toad and I. So, now one of you is going to go home. Think of it as my way of paying you back for having made this game miserable for me."

Flurrie looked a bit stricken by his comment. Dry Bones could only shake his head while Junior crossed his arms in discontent. Jojora, on the other hand, looked pleased.

Jojora: Koops winning HOH is not as bad as it's cracked up to be. Koops and I had a good relationship in the past, and I think I'd be the last one he nominates out of us four.

Flurrie stood in front of the memory wall, wistfully staring at the faded faces. Only five of them remained, seven were gone. Turning back to face the others, Flurrie yawned slightly.

"Tonight's been rather eventful," Dry Bones yawned, infected by Flurrie's sleepy state.

"Why don't we all get some sleep?" Jojora suggested, "We'll need it."

Her ominous comment hung over the heads of all as they made their way to their respective bedrooms. Dry Bones and Junior bunked in their old bedroom downstairs, the one they once shared with Spike. Flurrie and Jojora returned to the room they had been sharing since the start of the game.

All alone, Koops trudged off to the tiny yet elegant room in the corner. Expecting Toad, the koi seemed saddened by the face of Koops reflected upon the water. With a sigh, Koops lay down on the bed. What had started as four, now was just one.

In the boy's bedroom, Junior and Dry Bones idly chatted amongst themselves. The Wrecking Crew had been a strong alliance, but now it was done. The two of them remained. With Spike out, their alliance hadn't remained intact, and now they only had one another to rely on.

Junior: Just a few days ago everything was fine! Then Spike turned on us and we hooked up with the girls! Now that's over too! I don't know what to think anymore, but at least I know Dry's got my back.

Dry Bones: I'm only looking out for myself at this point. While Junior would be the perfect candidate to have seated next to me on finale night, I don't think that's going to happen. He's too volatile of a player, and he may just get evicted this week.

"So, do you think he's going to nominate both of us, or one from each side?" Junior asked Dry Bones, who appeared to be in deep thought.

"I don't know," Dry Bones said. "He's never been in this situation before. The entire house is against him…so his moves are unpredictable."

Junior nodded. He knew Dry Bones was smart, and valued his ally's words. Shutting off the lamp, the son of Bowser bid his friend goodnight.

In the women's bedroom, Flurrie sighed as she readied herself for bed.

"What's wrong?" Jojora inquired with concern.

"I'm troubled by Koops," Flurrie said. "He's imbued with vengeance. I wish there was some way we could convince him we never meant any malice towards him."

Jojora frowned. "I don't think that's possible," she said with a nod of the head, "We betrayed him when he needed us the most."

"If he had just come to us instead of Spike!" Flurrie cried out in exasperation. "Now who knows what Koops is going to do?"

"Well we can't change the past," Jojora said.

"While that is true," Flurrie spoke sadly, "We could have done a lot more to make the future brighter."

All alone in his room, Koops stared at the ceiling in thought. He had power for the week, and he wouldn't be going anywhere until the week after, if things went south. Provided with the veto next week, Koops could potentially make it to the final three. The thought sent jolts of electric excitement down his shell.

Koops: When I came into this house, I was shy. I hid behind others for support. Now, everyone who's helped me along the way is gone. Vivian, Plum, Shokora, and now Toad. Now, I fight alone.

Each houseguest deep into their own personal thoughts, they didn't even notice night consume the house as they nodded off.

In the morning, Spike was not the first up. He was gone. Flurrie rose first instead, and she was not greeted by the familiar smell of burnt roast. With a heavy sigh, the wind spirit made the coffee herself, missing the little things each houseguest had contributed.

Flurrie: When you visit corners of the house evicted houseguests used to rule, it's a little sad. I miss Plum's tea, and Spike's coffee, and how Di would always smile and laugh in front of the mirror. Looking back on the game, you don't realize how important each person is to the house until they're gone.

Dry Bones rose next, and he greeted Flurrie. Getting to work, Dry Bones decided to make blueberry pancakes and hickory sausage. The popping sizzle of the grease combined with the succulent scent of crushed blueberries caused the others to stir. Soon, the kitchen and living room combined contained five people.

"It's getting empty in here," Junior commented without looking at anyone.

"You can feel it," Koops nodded in agreement.

As they ate their breakfast, everyone looked a bit down, but at the same time, warmth spread through their bodies. Despite the lonely feeling in the house, they had made it. Despite the cold chill of regret…they were here.

Koops lay in bed, listening to a soundtrack he had received for his reign as HOH. The headphones were plugged into his ears, and he was only half-awake. When the buzzer sounded on the door, he nearly fell out of bed.

"Come in!" Koops called.

The door opened, and in came Dry Bones. The skeletal chef smiled and sat down on the couch opposite the bed. Removing the headphones from his ears, Koops sat up and rubbed his eyes free of grogginess.

"What's up?" Koops asked.

"I just wanted to talk," Dry Bones said simply.

"About nominations?" Koops guessed. He knew Dry Bones wasn't just here to chat because he liked Koops.

"Among other things," Dry Bones tried to conceal the actual purpose of his visit.

"Well, since all of us compete in the veto now, it's pointless to try and backdoor someone," Koops explained, "So I know I'm putting up Junior. The question is, do I nominate you beside him, or one of the ladies?"

"Well I haven't done anything to hurt you," Dry Bones said with a shrug of his skeletal shoulders, "simply put, I've never been on your side. While that makes me sound like a good choice to put up, what it actually means is that I've never betrayed your trust."

Koops began to see the angle Dry Bones was taking.

"If you nominate Junior and I, sure one of us will go home," he continued, "but do you really think Jojora and Flurrie should skate by after turning on you at a whim?"

Koops felt torn. Dry Bones words rang true, but the manipulation present here was clear as day.

"I just need some time to think," Koops said at last, "What you're saying makes a ton of sense, but I don't know yet. Just give me some time."

Dry Bones held up his hands.

"Hey, take all the time you need, this is a crucial week and I don't want to rush your decision," Dry Bones finished that sentence as he rose to leave.

"Alright," Koops nodded, putting his headphones back on. He slipped underneath the covers, and Dry Bones left the HOH to his own designs.

Koops: What Dry Bones said actually makes a lot of sense, but I need to talk to one of the girls. Probably Jojora since all Flurrie will do is sugarcoat everything.

As morning blended into afternoon, Jojora came in from the backyard. At the present, Dry Bones and Junior were playing pool while Flurrie sunned herself in the lawn. As Jojora came back inside, Koops was in the kitchen eating some dry cereal, so when he saw Jojora alone, he flagged her down.

Slipping into the cabana room, the duo sat opposite on the plush cushions, and Jojora looked a bit confused.

"So I just wanted to see what you're thinking," Koops said to Jojora.

"Well, I mean it's kind of obvious what I think," Jojora said repugnantly.

"You think I should nominate Dry Bones and Junior?" Koops asked.

"Simply for these reasons," Jojora explained. "Dry Bones has never been nominated, not once. It's simply unfair. Junior, on the other hand, has played a pretty diabolical game."

Jojora: Koops may feel betrayed by Flurrie and I, but only because we turned on him for fair reasons. Spike was coming for us! If he thinks Dry Bones deserves another week of sliding by, then I don't know where his head is at.

Considering his words, Koops spoke very carefully.

"I think that's the best option," he stated, "Nominating the both of them is the best thing to do. Worst case scenario is that one of them wins the veto, and then I'd have to nominate one of you two."

"Just remember who it was that came to you and Toad," Jojora reminded him.

Koops: Jojora was the only one to come to Toad and I when we were in need of an ally. Without her, Flurrie never would've helped us. I can only repay Jojora for that by not nominating her this week.

With his mind mostly made up, Koops sojourned to the HOH room, getting ready for nominations. The afternoon had passed, and in his room upstairs, the koopa lay four keys before him. He took two of them, inserting them in the metal slots. Taking the other two, he gingerly wrapped them up and then stuffed them inside the velvet pouch, placing them in the cabinet. With his nominations set, Koops made his way to the backyard.

Sliding open the glass door, he craned his neck outside and called everyone in.

"Hey guys," he said, "it's time for the nomination ceremony."

The other four rose, following Koops inside. Sitting down at the now smaller kitchen table, they all watched as Koops brought forth the metal tray. Dry Bones and Junior sat on one side, while Flurrie and Jojora sat on the other. At the head of the table stood Koops, ready to deliver his nominations.

"This is the nomination ceremony," he said, "one of my duties as Head of Household is to nominate two houseguests for eviction. I will pull the first key, and that person will be safe. They will pull the next key, naming the other safe houseguest."

With his speech concluded, Koops bent forward to retrieve the first key. He slid it out with a metallic clink, handing it to the person whose name it bore.

"Jojora," Koops said, handing her the key, "you are safe."

"Thank you Koops," she said with a smile. Jojora then reached forward herself, removing the only other key.

"Flurrie," she said, "you are safe."

The mauve wind spirit accepted the key, thanking Koops with a wink and sitting down. No keys remained, and both the former members of the Wrecking Crew were without one.

"As you can see," Koops began, "I have nominated you Dry Bones and you Junior for eviction. Dry Bones, you've never been on the block. Junior, you were responsible for Toad going home. That's what I based my nominations off of, and with that being said this ceremony is adjourned."

Rising from their chairs, Dry Bones and Junior shook hands. Friends had now been pitted against one another. Koops hugged both Flurrie and Jojora in turn, then he shook hands with the guys. Despite their differences, they accepted the coming battle.

Dry Bones: I thought this would catch up with me. Having never been nominated can be a curse in the late stages of the game. I just have to try extra hard to beat Junior to the veto and save myself.

Junior: Being up next to Dry Bones sucks, but I'm the king of the veto baby, and I'm gonna wreck it!

Koops: I feel good about my nominations. Plus, if either of the nominees win the veto, I can just nominate one of the girls. It's really not a big deal.

Well, what with only five houseguests, there's not much interaction to write before nominations. Which is why for the second half of this chapter, you get to see what the jury's been up to! We're headed to the Jury House!

Three Weeks Ago…

A tinted limousine pulled up to a marvelously decorated mansion. The chauffer opened his door, exiting the car and making his way over to the back passenger door. Opening it up, he bowed slightly as a white tennis shoe softly touched down on the cobblestone drive.

Taking in her awesome surroundings, Plum smiled.

Plum: My goodness! I'm so glad I made jury! This place is absolutely amazing!

Taking in her new surroundings, Plum checked every nook and cranny of the house, wondering what secrets it held. In the foyer were two beautiful vases, and the foyer split off into three directions. Heading left took you to a sitting room with a round game table, perfect for playing cards, pool, or anything on. The right took you to a living room with many plush seating arrangements and a large wall-mounted television. Going straight took you to a kitchen adorned with every appliance and utensil one could think of. Going past the kitchen led toward the bedrooms, a staircase that led to more bedrooms and bathrooms, and there was also a door that led out to the gorgeous garden outside.

Outside, there was a beautiful pool and a sitting area with tables and chairs. There was a large area to work out and lay out, complete with lots of exercise and aerobic equipment. Giddy at the prospect of having the whole place to herself, Plum spent the week in isolated bliss.

All alone, she passed the week relaxing.

Two Weeks Ago…

Plum: I finally get a roommate today…I wonder who it will be? I hope it's one of the girls so I can have someone to talk to…I've started to get pretty lonely.

The same limousine that brought Plum to the juror's manor pulled up the lane. Out stepped a joyous red fairy spouting glitter and glamour. She happily flit her way to the front door, and once soon inside, soon found Plum.

"Party in the jury house!" Di cheered, causing Plum to whirl around and shriek in a mix of delight and dismay.

"Di? No!" Plum cried out, approaching the Sprixie. The two embraced one another, hugging for a fleeting moment and then separating.

"What happened?" Plum asked.

"Well," Di began, "it was Junior. You know what? Why don't we just watch the video over some cocktails? I could sure as hell use a drink."

With a happy giggle, Plum made her way to the kitchen to whip up some mimosas while Di put in the tape she had received. With a bunch of blankets and refreshments, the two women settled down to watch the video.

Plum became very confused at the sight of Jojora winning HOH, and made an offhand comment about the competition.

"Of course it's golf right after I get evicted," the golfer sighed. Her interest was piqued. If Jojora had won HOH, why was Di snuggled up next to her?

The two continued to watch, and Plum gasped as Junior won the coup d'état.

"That's so unfair," Plum commented. "Why would he be allowed to do that? Your status as HOH basically means nothing now!"

"That's what I said," Di rolled her eyes in annoyance with how everything had turned out.

Watching more, Plum looked horrified as Junior nominated Di and Flurrie much to Jojora's chagrin. With the stage set, Plum looked on as Flurrie and Di floundered in the veto, and Di was subsequently evicted.

"Good Grambi," Plum sighed when it was all finished. "How did that happen?"

"Beats me," Di breathed.

"Well, let's forget about the game," Plum said, "and get roaring drunk instead."

One Week Ago…

Di: It's been a week now, and Plum and I have been having an awesome time together. However, we get a new roomie today, and I hope to Grambi it's Junior.

As the doorbell rang, Plum and Di exchanged glances. Walking to the foyer, the girls crossed their fingers and opened the door.

"Spike!" Plum cried, embracing the burly man.

"Yeah, yeah," Spike growled.

"Oh goodness," Di groaned, "Come inside. We want to hear everything."

"I think we should wait a bit," Spike said, "I'd like something to eat and drink first." Little did the women know that this night had been a double eviction. Spike, wanting to keep it a secret and surprise them, decided to stall until the second evictee entered the house.

"Here," Di said with a smile, handing Spike a plate of quesadillas once he got into the kitchen, "We just whipped these up."

Munching on the quesadillas, Spike insisted they give him a tour of the house.

Spike: I was just trying to stall until the second person got here!

Once the tour was done and Spike had seen all there was to the jury house, he busied himself by noting he had to unpack. Situating himself in a room, Spike finally came down the stairs at the moment the front door opened.

"Who is here?" Plum asked in worry.

"Oh, I must've forgot to mention," Spike laughed, "It's a double eviction."

The women looked flushed, and as Toad rounded the corner, they both greeted him with seemingly upset cries.

"No!" Di shook her head, "Why couldn't it be Junior?"

"Oh," Spike spat, "It should've been!"

"But, I thought you were working with them?" Plum asked, confused.

"We've got much to discuss," Spike laughed, turning to Toad.

"That we do," the college student nodded. "That we do."

Spike lumbered over to the television, popping in his tape and letting the feed roll. Plum and Di nearly fell of the couch as they witnessed Spike betray Dry Bones and Koops

"So you flipped?" Di asked, munching on some popcorn.

"I did not flip!" Spike brayed. "I wasn't valued in that alliance."

"You really screwed up," Toad commented, "you had it all, man."

"Well, if any of those lugheads make it to the end, I'm not giving them my vote," Spike spat.

"Flurrie definitely deserves to win," Di laughed, "She's so nice!"

"Nice doesn't get you five hundred thousand coins," Toad said, "Koops has my vote for sure."

"Koops played a horrible game!" Plum objected.

"How can you say that?" Toad asked. "You were only around for like a month. You didn't even see him transform!"

"As if he ever could," Di shook her head. "Koops is such a wimp."

Spike remained quiet amidst the arguing, having paused the tape. Toad looked ready to explode as Di and Plum tossed insults at his friend, Koops.

Toad: Needless to say, things are tense here.

"Well," Di said, "I have a confession to make. I played stupid the entire time. It's true I'm a mechanical engineer, and I have an IQ of 142."

"What?" Plum said with a slump of her head.

"It's true," Di glowed with pride.

"So that was your strategy?" Spike folded his arms, "Sounds like a dumb move."

Offended, Di threw the blanket off herself and rose, exiting the room. With a sigh, Plum quickly followed her, but not before shooting Spike a venomous glare. Sharing a mixed looked with Toad, the construction worker just laughed, unsettling the college student.

Each one of them had their differences, and the Jury House was just as explosive, if not more so, than the very house they had left behind.

Wow, this chapter was so hard to write. I literally had writer's block and no idea what to do. I'm sorry it's so short, but with five players I'm super limited on dialogue if there's no competitions. The other chapters will be much longer once we get to the veto and eviction, but this nomination chapter is short as anything because there's just nothing to really say.

Welp, don't kill me. Hope you liked it? Sorry again.

Don't forget to review, favorite, and follow! We still have the veto, the eviction, another full round of three episodes after that, the three part finale, a full-blown Jury House chapter, and a couple easter eggs at the end, so there's still a long ways to go!
