"AAAAAHHHH!"

Loki screamed in anguish from their room. "AGH! My back!" He turned away from the mirror, and looked at Thor angrily. "This, Thor, is why I keep my shirt on when I am under the sun!"

His back was a deep red colour, and his skin was frequently changing from Asgardian to Jotun, to cope with the pain of the sunburn.

"Ah!" he cried out again as he tried smearing Aloe Vera on it. "I am very sorry brother," Thor said meaningfully, but Loki just snarled at him. "You always do this! WHY DO I ALWAYS LISTEN TO YOU?!"

Thor looked down. Loki huffed, and tried applying more of the cool gel. He cringed, and his skin turned blue for a second before turning back to pale. He sighed, and pulled on a shirt overtop of himself.

In Bruce and Clint's room, they had the TV on with Peter. "See Peter? There are the mummies! Those are dead people wrapped up in bandages, preparing for the journey through the afterlife," Bruce was saying, and Peter grinned. Clint was watching from behind, pretending not to be utterly fascinated by ancient Egypt.

Peter saw a tarantula on the screen, and completely flipped out. He looked up at Bruce with excitement flashing through his eyes, and pointed to himself. Bruce chuckled, and nodded at Peter. "Wow, the kid's smart," Clint remarked from behind the two, and Bruce turned, surprised.

"How long have you been here, Clint?" Clint went red, looking away from the screen. "Oh, I just, uh, popped by, and… yeah…." He quickly ran to the bathroom to wash all the sand from his hair. Bruce smirked, "Of course, of course."

From her room, Natasha was thinking dreamily about the kiss she shared with Clint. She scowled at herself. She never thought 'dreamily' about anything! Unless it was her gun….

But she couldn't stop her cheeks from flushing when she thought of Clint's soft yet strong lips meeting hers. She really wanted it to happen again. She took a deep breath. She'd dealt with trust issues for her whole life, and after a lot of resistance and second guessing her feelings, she knew that this was real.

She'd have to tell him soon. But when… and how?

Back in the two Asgardian's room, Loki was still struggling to get his clothes on. By now, it had been twenty straight minutes of him cursing the 'Merciless Midgardian Sunrays,' and Thor offering to help.

"Brother, at least let me rub the spot that your arms cannot reach!" Thor protested. "Shut up, Thor! I told you, you would just make everything worse!" Thor let out a heavy sigh, and got up. "I shall leave you then, to deal with your injuries by your own company." Loki relaxed a little, and hesitated when he noticed the hurt look on Thor's face.

"Well… I suppose…. you could go down to the gift shop and get some more cooling gel…" Thor beamed at his task, and ecstatic at finally being useful, set off downstairs. Loki shook his head, and bit his tongue from emitting another shriek as he pulled on a sock.

Somewhere in beachside Lahaina, Steve and Tony were having a romantic dinner.

The waiter came around, and asked what they would like to start with, and Tony ordered an expensive bottle of red wine. "Remember, you're driving Tony," Steve reminded his husband. Tony smirked, sipping the smooth wine. "Yeah, but if I get too trashed tonight, you're driving."

Steve smiled, and placed his hand overtop of Tony's on the table. Soft Hawaiian music was playing in the background.

"You know... I love you." 'I love you too, Steve." "Thank you so much for this dinner, you always have such a good ideas!" "I know," Tony grinned, "You know, you should draw something while we're here! Beautiful scenery."

Steve blushed. He got nervous when people talked about his drawings, but he didn't mind that much when it was Tony. "That sounds good." "You'll have a lot of time to do that tomorrow; I planned a sightseeing day. We're gonna go see some tourist attractions around Maui with our own private helicopter."

Steve's eyes lit up. "Sounds wonderful. I've never seen a more beautiful place than this in my life." The waiter came by, and they ordered some food that sounded good.

A little through the evening, they decided it was time to go back, and Tony was a little tipsy, so Steve drove. "I hope Peter's alright…" he fussed, and Tony rolled his eyes. "Don't be a worrywart, Steve, he's in the hands of Earth's mightiest heroes." Steve nodded, relaxing at the thought.

When they got back to the hotel room, everyone had already turned in, so the two put on some romantic music and danced for a while. "Thank you so much for this amazing evening," Steve said. "Thank you for being so amazing this evening," Tony countered, and they kissed.

After everyone had seemingly gone to bed, Natasha lay awake in her single bedroom, tossing and turning to the sound of the palm trees swaying and the waves lapping on the beach. She was thinking about Clint. She looked at the clock, which read 2:00. She sighed. She couldn't take it any longer.

She silently crept out of bed, and opened the door. She padded lightly down the hall past Thor and Loki's room, where she could hear Thor snoring loudly, and past Tony and Steve's room, where they were both sleeping soundly.

She finally made it to Clint and Bruce's room, and clicked the door open with her key.

She walked over to Clint, and gently woke him up. He smiled at the sight of her, hair slightly mussed from tossing.

She motioned for him to follow her, and Clint's eyes widened. He followed her quietly out the door, and into her room.

She got into the bed, motioning for him to join her. He raised his eyebrows, and she nodded. But she held a finger up, and whispered, "Only cuddling." He came over, and got into bed beside her, wrapping his arm around her. She snuggled into him, and they fell fast asleep together.

The next morning, Steve and Tony did their usual morning routine, where they checked on Peter and got him dressed, got themselves ready and such. Today was the day of sightseeing, and Tony was excited to tell everyone else.

As they all went down for the breakfast buffet, everyone greeted each other. Clint had slipped out of Natasha's room early that morning and went back to his, since they had decided to keep their relationship secret for now.

Loki was feeling a little better, but was rather itchy now, due to the severity of the burn. "I wish I brought my cream," he wailed, and Bruce eyed him with a hint of sympathy. "Ah, I cannot wait to consume this 'buffet' that takes place during a fast break!" Thor exclaimed, and Steve chuckled. "No Thor, it's breakfast. But it does look very good…"

Tony licked his lips as they approached, and made a dash for the donuts. He put a couple on his plate, one Boston Cream and the other maple. "Oh man, this sure looks good!" Clint said, going over and getting a huge helping of hash browns.

Loki went over to the eggs, and studied them. "What are these yellow things?" "Eggs!" Loki pulled away. "Eggs? You mean… they could hatch?" Tony laughed as he came over, already munching on the maple donut. "No, they're not alive," he said though a mouthful, "They're all scrambled up, see?" Loki twisted his face in disgust.

"Why don't you try them?" "I don't think so…" "Come on! You'll like it!" Loki gulped, and put a quarter of a spoonful on his plate. He lifted a forkful up to his mouth, and tried it. His face immediately cleared, and he swallowed. "Oh… Oh my Odin! These are delightful!" He got more.

Suddenly, Thor's voice boomed out from one section, causing everyone in the buffet to jump. "Poptarts! Friends, this buffet is in possession of my favourite Midgardian delicacy!" Steve went over, carrying a plate of hard boiled eggs and quinoa, "That's great, Thor!" "And strawberry no less…" The god beamed and grabbed two handfuls.

Natasha went over to the smoothie station. "I'll have the strawberry banana Chunky Monkey please," she asked the employee at the blender.

Clint came over, and speared a potato chunk on his fork. Natasha turned, and Clint lifted it up to her mouth. She sighed, but smiled a little as she bit the potato off his fork. "Why don't you have something good? We're on vacation, Tash!" "What do you mean? Smoothies are good!"

Clint lifted his eyebrow, looking at the smoothie menu. "Chunky Monkey? You'll be hungry in an hour. Here, we'll share these." He gestured down at his plate, and Natasha started to protest, but Clint just silenced her with another potato on a fork.

They all found a table together, and sat down. Thor bit his lip in anticipation of his ginormous breakfast, his plate piled high with seven waffles and syrup and Poptarts sprinkled on top. Loki looked at his brother's plate in disgust, but happily drank his coffee and dug into his newly discovered eggs.

"Well, I've got something I want to tell you guys," Tony said, "We're going to take a helicopter tour today and go sightseeing!" They all broke out into smiles. "I'm gonna bring my camera and take pictures of everything!" Clint exclaimed excitedly. Natasha stared at him.

"We'll finish breakfast, and get going then!" Tony said, and everyone nodded as they chewed.

They went up to their rooms, and got some things together for the day.

Loki put on a long sleeve top with a sweatshirt and long pants, an impossibly large sunhat, and dark sunglasses rimmed with fuscia he had found at the gift shop. He looked like a depressed, fashion oblivious tourist. Thor put on a different Hawaiian shirt, and draped a pair of binoculars around his neck. He wore sandals, and knee-length shorts.

Tony wore a black shirt, with grey shorts. Steve wore a blue shirt with beige cargo shorts, and a baseball cap. Tony licked his lips at his husband. "You look so yummy with a baseball cap on." Steve blushed, and the two prepared Peter.

Natasha wore a red halter top and denim shorts, and Clint was wearing a light grey shirt with black shorts. Bruce had on a dark purple button up shirt and white shorts.

They all met up in the foyer, and Tony laughed at Loki's style choices, receiving a death glare. They set off to the helicopter pad by the ocean, wind picking up as their ride arrived. It was going to be a good day.
