Normal POV
"KARASU!" Zika yelled out of surprise and fright. Karasu then zoomed to them with top speed. Zika's eyes widen and quickly went in front of Zack with her arms open. "STOP!" Karasu froze and strong wind had hit both Zika and Zack. Karasu and Zika was at least 8 feet away from each other and Zika saw how furious Karasu look.
"Zack...Go. Run." Zika commanded. "Yes, Zika." Zack turn to his right and ran. Karasu head whip to him and ran to him. Zika's eyes widen and she tackled Karasu to the ground. "Karasu! Stop it already!" She yelled. She took a glance at Zack and saw him disappeared in the darkness. Karasu turn back to normal. "Nothing...Get off me already." Zika slowly crawled away from him. Karasu pushed himself up and grab Zika's wrist.
"Wha-?!" Karasu pulled her inside and pushed her to the couch. "Who was he to you?" Karasu questioned despite knowing. Zika's sighs. "Don't act as if you don't know..." She mutters. Karasu frown. "You knew...?" He asked. Zika nodded her head. "Then why didn't..." '"On how to deal with men..."' Zika's words rang into Karasu's head.
"You were doing it on purpose cause you knew I was there?! Why did you even do that?!" Karasu yelled. Zika closed her eyes and bow her head down. "Zika! Answer me!" Karasu bent down and grip on Zika's shoulders. "Oi! Zika! I said answer me! You're not suppose to flirt!" Karasu yelled some more. Zika's eyes snap open. She stood up and made Karasu back away.
"Why do you even care?! When you flirt, I was just sitting quietly inside of your head! I let you do whatever you want!"
"Of course I can!"
"And I can't?!" Karasu quieted down.
"I'm free, Karasu. You're free too. We are free. We could do whatever we want now."
"...And you choose to flirt first?"
"And you choose to abandon your promise?"
"What? I haven't..."
"Yes you have. Mom and Dad predicted that you would go straight to the girls and abandon me! You must have forgotten that my powers were sealed! I have no protection whatsoever! So then, Mom and Dad brought Zack along with them for me! As a knight and a friend and companion..."
"Then why do you even need protection so badly?"
"Karasu! You knew me more than everyone else! You should know why!"
"What? I don't know...Even we are still counterparts, you were persistent that you don't need protection!"
"...Yes. It frustrates me that I have to be protected by you every single time but do you know what was I feeling every time I got protected? I felt safe. I felt love. I felt I'm not...lonely."
"..."
"See? Try to imagine. Being myself in this lovely festival..."
"Then what about Artemis? Ellie?"
"Do I have right to stop them for having fun? They too have always protected me. But I must give them time for themselves..."
"Then what about me? I need-!"
"No you don't. You promise me. You promise to never leave my side."
"...I only promise to protect you...Just like you said. We are free." Karasu said coldly. Zika's eyes widen.
"You know what?" Zika giggled a little.
"Just forgot all of our promises we've made." Karasu's eyes widen.
"It's useless now."
"Wait..."
"I have Zack now...He would gladly took your place..."
"No...Listen, Zika.."
"He would gladly never leave my side..."
"Zika, stop..."
"And I'll repeat this one question and paste it on you head..." Zika gave Karasu a ghost smile and tears were streaming down on her face.
"Why do you even care so much...?" Zika walked past him and straight to the doors to where their rooms were located.
Karasu froze but his hands were in a tight fist and his eyes were shadowed. "Dear?" The Queen along with the others were behind him. "Karasu, son. What happened?" The King asked in worry.
"Oi...Karasu...I heard Zi-chan and you fighting..." Artemis said.
Karasu kick the couch with his power and it clash into their wall. "JUST SHUT UP!"
"But Karasu.."
"YOU WANT TO KNOW?! ASK THAT ATTENTION WHORE!" Karasu's face whip sharply to the side. He got slap by his own mother. "Son...What happened earlier?"
Karasu face everyone and laugh. "Heh...That girl...Ask her. Not me." Karasu pass them and went to his own room.
"Prince Karasu..." Lucy look at the prince with worry. "Dragon Slayers...What have you heard before we enter?" The King asked.
"Not much. The castle is like a sound proof place." Artemis answered.
"Yeah though we heard the last part very clear." Natsu added.
"Then what?" Lucy asked.
"Why do you care so much. That was Princess Zika's." Wendy said.
The King sighed. "This is no ordinary quarrel they have." The King look to his wife who was crying. "I...I hurt my own son. I hurt Karasu." She sob and the King went to her and gave her a embrace.
"Let's retire for now. Everyone, goodnight."
Zika POV
"Wow..." My room was much bigger and there was a huge balcony. I smile and ran to the balcony. I look up to the sky and saw the starry stars. I look around and saw another huge balcony that was so far from mine. I narrowed my eyes and saw a figure turn to me and I saw Karasu. I quickly look away and look at the sky. "Zack said there would be fireworks...I can't wait." I mutters.
And just right after I said my words, fireworks booms in the sky. Different colors and designs. It was so beautiful. I took a glance at the other balcony and saw Karasu looking at the skies too. I went back to the fireworks and smile a little. 'We are free to do whatever we like now...No one would stop us...' I let down one tear down.

"Did you get it dear?" The Queen question the stunned Princess. Everyone move to the living room and sat. Artemis had listen quietly and fidget. 'Do I have to know this? It seems very personal and a huge and deep secret of the family...' Artemis thought.
Zika slowly turn to Artemis who was beside her and frown. "Artemis-nee..." She called. Artemis jolted and quickly turn to the princess. "Y-Yes, Pr-Princess?" Zika eyes slowly water. "I...I turn...I turn...I supposed...I...I don;t know...I...What..." The princess stuttered. Her lips wavered and tears were slowly falling.
"Pri-Princess!" Artemis exclaimed in fright. She look at the Queen and King for help and they just look away with innocent looks. Artemis eyes twitch. 'Such supportive parents...' Artemis quickly look back at Zika and sighs. She slowly patted her head and smiled. "Look..." Artemis took Zika's hand and held it. "A witch curse you. So what?! You're alive and the curse isn't that bad! They said if a witch curse someone, they would turn something ugly..." Zika's eyes widen.
"But! Here! Right in front of me is a cute and beautiful Princess! Even with tears leaking, you look more adorable than ever!" Zika's tears stop and stared at Artemis. "So don't worry, 'kay? I'll protect you and...I'll be your friend so call me Artemis-chan instead of Artemis-nee!" Artemis smiled at Zika and the princess brighten.
"Thank you, Artemis-chan!" Zika glomp at Artemis and Artemis slowly hug her back. "Yeah...I'll you Zi-chan from now too..." Though, Artemis felt something weird. It's not her though...She got a feeling that something weird about the Princess. "Hmm...Zika's first friend eh? So you are her right hand lady now..." Artemis' eyes widen. Zika's voice had become deeper.
Artemis quickly push the person she had hug and saw a boy's face. He look like Zika but more boyish and the boy smirk. "I'm Karasu. Nice to meet such beautiful lady. May I call you My Lady from now on?" Karasu took Artemis hand and peck it at the back. Artemis face turn red and steams were flowing.
"A-Are you Zika's counterpart?" Karasu turn to the rulers. He gave them a smirk. "Yes. I'm Karasu. Nice to meet you, Mom. Dad." The King nodded and gave him a smirk back. "Huge magic power you got there, son..." Karasu smirk became wider.
Karasu nodded at his Mom. "May I take My Lady to someone else? Or maybe I should tour her around the house before celebrating Zika's success?" He asked. The Queen nodded blankly. "Sure son. We need to prepare a feast for dinner! Before we should discuss!" The King boom in delight. Karasu have a glint on his eyes. "Okay then. My Lady. Come with me..." Karasu pulled the paralyzed Artemis out of the door.
They walked outside to the garden and entered the greenhouse. By using Karasu's power. Karasu unoccupied hand glowed in forest green and the glass door opens. "Pr-Prince..." But Karasu ignored her and pulled her inside. Karasu let her go and his hands glowed in light green. The door slowly closed with a click.
"Now..." Karasu turned to Artemis with a huge smirk and his black eyes glowed a little. Artemis back away slowly. 'The place is surrounded by glass and I could control them...If Prince Karasu might do something...I need to act...' Artemis thought. "Nope! Even if the place is surrounded by your element, I'll still come out alive." Artemis' eyes widen. "And yes. I could read minds. I'm not like Zika. She's human and have no powers. I'm a mage. A DEMON. I have a LOT of powers." Karasu voice had change into maliciousness. Artemis back away more.
"Aw...Come on. Like I could hurt you. Zika practically screamed in my head not to hurt you."Artemis shoulders relax a little. "Then...What do you want, Prince Karasu?"Karasu eye twitch. "Call me Karasu. After all, you'll be staying with us now...You'll be using one oft he guest rooms until your new room would be done..."
"Ah. Wait no! The guest room is enough...Wait. HOW DID YOU KNOW?! I DIDN'T EVEN TELL THE KING AND QUEEN ABOUT MY CONDITION YET!" Artemis pointed at Karasu who only reach Artemis neck. Karasu puff his chest. "I could see what Zika saw. I could feel what Zika felt. I could smell what Zika smelt. I could know what Zika knew so in short, we are practically one."
"Wait wait wait! You could saw what Zi-chan could see?"
"Yes."
"Then...What if she would take a bath or change?"
"The answer is easy. I could see her body too." Karasu's smirk turn into perverted.
"WHAT?!"
Karasu flinched at her loudness. "Okay. Now back to me. I want a dance."
Artemis stared at the boy. "A dance?"
"Yeah. A slow dance. Here. Just a short one before we could tour around the castle."
"Uh..."
"You don't know how to dance?" Amusement was heard on his voice.
"Shut up! I didn't pay attention to dance lessons that Crysanna gave me!"
"Crysanna?"
"Yeah. My dragon. I'm a Crystal Dragon Slayer."
"Fascinating. A rare type of magic."
Artemis look annoyed. "Ya know. For a pipsqueak, you talk like you're older than me."
"Well...I going to be King soon."
"You mean Zi-chan is going to be Queen soon. Not you."
"Aw...Why not? I could be King too."
"Yeah...Yeah...You wish."
"Now how about my dance? I could teach you."
"No thank you."
"I insist."
"No."
"Yes."
"No."
"Yes. An order from the Prince of Colore."
Artemis press her lips together and slowly nodded. "Yes." She answered.
"Good. Now don't mind my height. I'm gonna be taller soon."
"You mean were going to dance in the future too?"
"Of course. After all, we are staying in the same roof."
Karasu went to Artemis and bowed. "May I have a dance, My Lady?"
Artemis rolled her eyes. "Like a have choice." Karasu straighten with a smirk.
Karasu raised his hand and Artemis accepted his hand. Artemis gulped and place her other hand to Karasu's shoulder. Karasu placed his other hand on her waist. "Good now. Just mirror my moves. When I took a step forward, you're gonna step back." Artemis nodded. Karasu lifted his right foot and step back. Artemis raised her left foot and took a step back. She look down at their feet. Afraid if she gonna trip. "Good. Now the other." Karasu raised his left foot and step forward. Artemis took a step back.
"Now. I'll step to the side. Follow with the same foot now." Artemis nodded. They went to Karasu right. "Now this time, you step forward. Just like what I did." Artemis nodded. She step forward while Karasu took a step back. "Now we step to my left this time." Both of them took one step at the time to the left. "Now we do it again. Back to square one. Forward, right, backwards and then left. And again." Artemis was a fast learner and she had a small smile on her face.
"Wow...I'm dancing..." Artemis gave a smile to Karasu. "Thanks! Crysanna's teaching was complicated that's why I'm not listening." Karasu gave a smirk. "What did she taught?" Artemis sighed and make her voice a little higher. "Get to the rhythm. 1! 2! 3! 1! 2! 3! A fast one but there are slow dance so. 1...2...3...1...2...3...But there is technique. Just make sure you are not looking to your feet to make it not hard. Now you have twirl when the time comes and you would know when you feel it. Then follow the rainbow's direction to make it nice and comfortable and then blah! blah! Blah!" Karasu chuckled in amusement. Artemis giggled along. She felt proud on herself. She was not now looking at their feet but she looking at the kid in front of her.
'He's not that bad...Well he's Zi-chan's counterpart after all...Speaking of counterpart...' Artemis felt a pain throb on her head and her holds on Karasu tighten. "What about counterparts, My Lady?" Karasu asked. "No. Nothing." Karasu nodded his head and smirk. "Well...Then. Since My Lady's head is hurt..." Karasu feet was swirled in wind and he was carried until he was in the same height as Artemis. "I must kiss it." He kiss the temple and Artemis' face was red once more.
Unnoticed by her, her arms was changing into dragon's scales but instead of their scales, it was crystal dragon scales. Karasu chuckled in amusement and something clicked on Artemis. Artemis' hand became a sharp icicle. Karasu saw a icicle coming on his way and dodge it. Black raven wings then sprouted on his back. "Aww...My Lady is angry. What have I done to make you this angry? Are you annoyed?" But Artemis ignore him. Her hand became back to normal. She clap her hand in front of her and then slowly separated it. A crystal katana then was in the middle.
Karasu just smirk. Artemis took her sword and swing it in front of Karasu. Karasu dodged the air pressure attacked and yawned. It made Artemis annoyed and pounce on him with the katana pointing at him. When the katana was near, she saw Zika. Artemis managed to stop the katana before it pierced her. "Artemis-chan..." The black wings disappeared and Zika was falling.
"Zi-chan!" Artemis yelled. She dive down with a stretch hand. "Grab on!" Zika raised her hand and Artemis clasp their hands together. "Crystal Dragons Slide!" Artemis scoop Zika on her arms and slide to the crystal slide.
Thankfully, they landed safely. Artemis sighed in relief. "You're so light, Zi-chan. Do you ever eat?" Artemis smiled at Zika who pouting. "Yes! And Karasu was mean!" Artemis' eyes narrowed. "Yes he is. I don't know how to make my revenge cause you'll get effected too."
"Well it hasn't to be violent." Artemis eyes glint. "You're right!" She yelled. Zika giggled. "Please put me down down. I'll be the down touring you around the house now..."
SORRY! I little rush cause I have other chapter to write! Though...A little KarasuxArtemis moment!
