'And to better news, Will is finally getting himself an apprentice!' Crowley said.

'Not of my own choice!' Will protested whilst everyone laughed.

'Any helpful advice to give this soon to be mentor?' Crowley said. There was a long pause as everyone though for a little bit and Will was starting to get slightly worried.

'Sandwich every bit of criticism between two thick layers of praise?' Gil suggested.

'Then the poor boy will never be brave enough to go and do half the things expected,' Halt argued.

'But he will feel like he is improving,' Gil added. Halt gave him one look and Gil decided to drop the topic.

'The future lies before you, like paths of pure white snow. Be careful how you tread it, for every step will show,' said Ranger 37, Ford.

'And that's our local poets advice, take it to heart!' another man said jokingly.

'It's a saying!' Ford protested and then gave up. He would just prank the man tomorrow.

'Follow the seasons. Follow your heart. Lead by example. Lead with love, alongside simplicity and courage, embracing duty, shunning fear,' said another.

'That's the smartest advice I have heard for a long time out of this group,' Crowley said.

'Ever,' coughed Halt next to him.

'I think we should stop the advice thing,' Will suggested.

'Why?' asked Crowley.

'Because Marvin is about to turn around and punch Gilan, and with his wedding coming up, that might be bad,' Will said casually and winced as the person next to him was knock out of their chair by another person flying over the table.

'Too late,' Will said sweetly.
