I always liked Chopper, even if he is a bit of a cliche.

Extrinsic: being outside a thing; outward or external; operating or coming from without
Chopper wants some to be things very clear to everyone, especially the Jedi. First, his hatred of noncombatants is not a function of battle stress. He's always disliked everyone who didn't have the good fortune to be cloned. Second, he doesn't really think the droids owed him anything, he just thought their fingers looked good strung together. Nothing he does is because of the war or what the war is doing to him. He can't remember not wanting to punch civilians or dismember droids. He can't remember not hearing his brothers scream and sob and die as he falls asleep.
