Hiccup and Toothless find themselves run out of Berk. They start a new life when they take over as the alphas of a large group of dragons.

In this AU set in modern times, a psychologist is hired to rehabilitate the inmates in the city of Berk's overflowing prison. When he begins providing therapy for the life-sentenced Dagur, questions arise regarding the details of his crimes and possible corruption in the prison itself.

Hiccup just wishes to show that he isn't a complete failure, this is not as easy as it sounds considering the expectations of his tribe. Using one of his own inventions he shots down a dragon during a raid, he was not expecting to somehow befriend said dragon, he wasn't expecting to encounter a weird dragon lady either. Basically Valka meets Hiccup early in HTTYD 1.

The year is 2021. Hiccup has been working for the DDIS for a year and he and his friends Aage and Cami, among various others, have been planning something for almost the same amount of time. Add in Naja Bjørn going missing while on a mission abroad and Johann scheming in his own way, it seems inevitable that Berk is going to be plunged into chaos just like the year prior.

A seemingly normal hunter joins Viggos ranks. But it becomes clear that there is more to the boy than anyone realises. Several tragic events from his past are brought to surface revealing his true reason for joining the dragon hunters and his state of mind. While one deranged soul openly expresses themselves can be dangerous, one that hides it is even more so. (set during RTTE S2)
