~Jess's Pov~

I walked with Sarah and Erica listening to Erica complaining about this vampire guy who didn't show for their date "Erica he sounds like a jerk, do you really want him back?" I asked "No! I just want payback No-one and I mean No-one messes with me and gets away with it!" I rolled my eyes "I gotta head to class, see you guys later" I headed towards Mr G's class but when I got into the class all the boys were staring at this weird women who looked about 20 "Uh…" I looked around and saw both Benny and Rory drooling over her "Where's Mr G" I asked and the weird women turned to me "I am Lucia and you must leave" I stared at her "What" she glared at me "All maidens are banished" I growled "Listen here you Aztec wannabe-" I was cut off by the boys getting up and surrounding 'Lucia' "Leave the Queen be" One of the Jock guys Max said glaring at me "Rory, Benny, Ethan guys it's me Jess your best friend?" they didn't move "Whatever" I growled leaving the class and heading to the lounge

I had been sitting in the lounge for the full 45 minutes of class I should have been in, I headed for Sarah's Locker and when I got there I punched the locker next to hers and sighed in frustration "Whoa whats your damage" Erica asked "Ask them!" I said through gritted teeth as Benny and Ethan approached us "Hey do you guys have any blood stone, it sounds vampirey" Benny asked "All out of blood stone" Erica began "But I can make you bleed with a rock" I finished and we high-fived "So your freaky sub gave you freaky homework and you're not…" Sarah trailed off trying to figure out what to say "Freaked?" I asked and she nodded "Hot sub, frozen brain, done" Erica stated crossing her arms

"My brain is not frozen, I just…" He trailed off as Miss Lucia walked by "have to find….uh….frogs hears, yeah" he then left Benny behind him "Erica I really need to hit something do you mind?" I asked and she sighed taking her bag off and setting it by Sarah then she stepped into the middle of the hall and I faced her "Go for it" I nodded and changed at her only to be stopped my brothers "Whoa, whoa don't fight your best friends" Sam said which made Erica laugh "She just has to take her anger out" Josh nodded and took Erica's place "Go for it sis" I nodded and took a step back before charging at him and jumping and turning in mid-air kicking him in the side of the head as hard as I could sending him slightly to the left but he was okay "Thanks…." I sighed and Erica patted my back and Sarah gave me a smile

I had spent most of my day alone in the student lounge as most of my male teachers were helping their 'Queen' Miss Lucia and the female teachers couldn't teach us a lot with all the boys in our class missing

When school ended I headed to Benny's "Oh hello Jessica dear" Mrs Weir smiled at me "Is Benny here" she nodded a sad smile on her face "Hes in the attic go on ahead up" I nodded at her and headed up stairs to the attic "Benny?" I called out as I went up the ladder "Benny you up here" I looked around to see Benny sitting on the ground an old magic book in front of him on a gold making spell "Benny that spells illegal now if you use it you could be sent to magical jail or worse have your powers taken away" he looked up at me "I must bring gold to my Queen" I groaned "Benny shes not your Queen! Shes a sub teacher or maybe a witch who's put a spell on you and the other guys" he stood up and stalked over to me glaring "Do not talk about my Queen in that way" I growled "Benny she's not your effing Queen" he just continued to glare at me so I grabbed his shirt and pulled him towards me until we were only inches apart "Benny she isn't your Queen okay? She's just a teacher well at least I think so" his eyes flashed "Jess…" I smiled at him but then he pushed me back and I fell onto my butt and his eyes had a gold glow in them "I have to bring this gold to my queen" he grabbed the small bin bag and then went down the ladder and out of the house. After I tried to reason with Benny I headed to Rory's but again the same thing he ran away his eyes a golden glow in them

I sat on the ground in front of some of the lockers finishing my math homework but It stopped as I heard chanting "What the…" I looked up and saw all the boys from my class including Benny, Rory and Ethan shirtless with this sun symbol thing on their chests, I stood up and saw Sarah and Erica looking as confused as I felt, the boys finished the chant by saying 'praise the sun king' then lining up in rows in front of 'their Queen' "I am totally praising the sun king" Benny called out "I praise him twice as hard" Ethan shot back with a glare "The sun king is pleased, he will soon return to us. You may cheer" Lucia told them and they did a few hurray's before quieting down again "Soon the final ceremony will demand the ultimate sacrifice, who among you is worthy to be my chosen one?" she asked and all the guys started yelling 'pick me' then they all followed her and Mr G who had that stupid crystal skull

"That Lucia thinks shes so hot, it makes my blood boil" Erica hissed but then the sun hit her arm and she gasped "Ow!" I stared at her shocked "That's not the only thing boiling" I told her "Lucia's heating up the whole world" Sarah told us with concern/fear in her voice "The sun is turning skin into human fondue! If I find that sun king im gonna knock his teeth out" Erica stated forming a fist "We need a plan" I told them "Think what would Ethan and Benny do" I rolled my eyes a Sarah "Mess up then call us to sort it out" Erica smirked giving me a 'good-one' look "Why think like nerd-lings when we can fight butt like vampires and a Earth priestess" Erica told us with a small smirk before walking off Sarah and I following after her

"Sarah, I'll be right back I have to check something" she nodded and ran off continuing to follow Erica as I ran off to my locker and pulled out an old magic book "Let's see…Lucia….sun king…." I muttered searching through the index and a few pages "Damn it, nothing" I banged my head against the locker then put the book back and closed the door "Eff this shit" I slammed my hand on the locker door sighing "Jess, you're gonna wanna see this" I looked up and saw Sarah dragging Erica with her "What now" she pointed behind her and I saw a group of Lucia's 'Warriors' and then my jaw dropped as I spotted my brothers in the middle of them "JOSH! SAM! WHAT THE HELL!" I held back my curses as I stared at them "Yeah…we need a plan, like now" Sarah stated "Ethan's?" she nodded and we all headed or Ethan's

We walked into the house and the girls went to the kitchen and I sat on the couch turning the TV on only on land on news "Now there are some folks, like my wife, who are worried about reports from certain scientists about a visually swollen corona, or sun, that may melt the entire planet. But there is no need to panic because this just means were going to have a doosy of a sunset tonight at the hour of judgment. All hail the sun king. Am I right Miss Lucia?" the Weather man Vince? I think said a huge smile on his face "Guys you might wanna check this out" Sarah and Erica walked in and sat beside me just as they did the screen turned to Lucia "Yes, the alter is ready, the ceremony soon begins prepare to welcome the sun kin, Back to you Vince" I stared as the screen flicked back to Vince "Ha, ha, ha wowza" I turned the TV off and set the remote down "Do you know what this means?" I panicked "you can work on your tan?" Erica joked "No, It sounds like the hour of judgment is tonight at sundown and if we don't act fast the sun is going to take down our friends with it" Sarah said concern in her voice

"Im glad you called us girls" Grandma told us as her and Grandma Weir sat down on Ethan's bed "We needed a Benny and Ethan plan" I told them sitting down on the bed as well "Yeah give up and call you two" Erica said amusement in her voice "Lucia was an ancient Maztak name. Now the Maztaks were pretty big on gold and animal hearts, too look" Grandma gestured to the open book In Grandma Weir's hands "The sun king and the sky queen created the Earth together but an argument between the two brought an internal night to the world" Sarah read aloud "Too bad they didn't have couples counselling" Grandma and Grandma Weir chuckled "Prophets say one day the queen will make an offering so pleasing the sun king will return to the Earth in an explosion of light that will end the mortal world" Sarah continued "Yay I don't have to do my Maths homework" I said with a small cheer "and I get out of my essay" Erica and I high-fived gaining a small glare from Sarah "Lucia had the boys build an alter at school, She said the hour of judgment was tonight at sundown" Sarah informed them "Then what are you girls doing yammering to two old ladies?" Grandma said a slight fear to her voice "It's up to you girls to save the world"

We were outside the school wearing black leather pants, jackets, gloves, black biker boots and biker helmets with black paint cans in our hands "we've got out moon rocks and paint for the windows" Sarah stated "Sarah this is ridiculous" Erica nodded "Yeah, we're risking out lives for a flimsy plan based on an old legend" just as Erica finished the ground started shaking "Come on time to dethrone a Queen" Sarah said and we flipped down the glass part of our helmets then threw the paint onto the windows.

We walked into Mr G's classroom and took our helmets off and shook our hair our and the girls bared their fangs "The weather girls are here for an updated forecast" Sarah said glaring "Yeah, cloudy with 100% chance of butt-kicking" Erica smirked "Warriors attack" all the boys started attacking us but me managed to knock them out until it was just Benny, Rory, Sam and Josh "Wow…you guys look hot, too bad we have to destroy you" Benny commented "Chosen one needs your help!" Ethan yelled in a panic. The four boys went to punch one of us while Sarah and Erica grabbed Benny and or Rory's wrist and pressed a moon rock to their foreheads while I ducked in-between my brothers and presses the moon rocks to their foreheads and pushed them forward.

Lucia had used a chair to break the glass in the window and was now holding her crystal skull above Ethan "Here's one final offering from the moon goddess" Sarah called and threw a moon rock to Ethan who pressed it against Lucia's forehead freaking her out so much she stumbled away from him and dropped the skull "NO!" she screams as she disappears in a flash of light

I went over and helped my brothers up while Benny and Rory untied Ethan "W-What happened?" Mr G asked coming out of his daze "We saved the world" Sarah said with a huge smile "And looked pretty amazing while doing it" Erica smirked "True story" Ethan and I said at the same time

"You Jess and Erica are going to be legends" I heard Ethan say to Sarah as Erica and I walked down the hall "We prefer the term…." Erica started "Goddesses" I finished and winked at Sarah walking on past her and Ethan heading to find Rory. I found him outside sitting on one of the stone steps "You texted" I said sitting beside him "Jess…are you happy?" I gave him a confused look and smiled "Yeah why?" he sighed "No I mean are you happy your with me and not Benny?" I frowned at him and stood up "Rory I like you…a lot and yes I like Benny too but…im with you and yes I am happy" I smiled down at him, he stood up and picked me up in a hug spinning me around causing me to laugh.

~Benny's Pov~

I watched Jess laugh as Rory spun her around before holding her tight and shooting up into the sky "B, you okay?" Ethan asked approaching me "Yeah, im fine let's just go" I grumbled stuffing my hands into my pockets and walking out of the school gates Ethan trailing behind me.

I will get Jess back if it's the last thing I do
