Another 20 minutes had passed, the trio didn't seem to be any closer to finding Shouta, and Mikan was still yelling about the panty theft...
"I mean, who the hell would do that?! Why would anyone want to go around stealing girls panties?! It's sickening, I tell you, sickening!"
At this point in time Natsume was calmly walking along in front of Mikan with his fingers stuck in his ears, in an attempt to block out her angry voice... Unfortunatley it wasn't working. Natsume was quickly losing his patience with the girl. So what if he stole her panties? Didn't they have more pressing matters to deal with? After about another minute or so Natsume suddenly stopped in front of Mikan, causing her to stumble backward and land on her back.
"What the-? Hey Natsume!" Mikan glared at him from her spot on the ground.
"Listen, does it really matter that much if i stole your panties? It's not as if I go around taking anyone elses Panties is it?" Natsume had his hands on his hips as he stared down at the helpless Mikan.
"W-well..that doesn't change the fact that it's still wrong!" Does this girl ever give up?
Luckily for Natsume, Shizuko had also had enough of Mikans lecture, and decided to put a stop to it.
"Gah! Will you two shut the hell up! You're acting like a frickin' married couple!" Natsume's face remained emotionless, however Mikan's turned completely red.
"W-wha-? N-no were not!"
"Just keep your mouth shut polka, we're gonna get married anyway," Natsume stated as he lifted up Mikans skirt with his foot.
"Kyaa! G-get off me!" Mikan squealed and stumbled backwards after attempting to get up.
"Quit it you two! We've wasted enough time! We need to find Shouta before Tama realises we're gone!" Shizuko marched over to Mikan and picked her up from under her arms, "Now let's get moving already! Both of you go in front and I'll walk in the back to keep an eye on you!" Shizuko was boiling, literally, you could see steam emmiting from her ears.
"O-ok Shizuko-chan..S-sorry" Mikan stuttered. Natsume just grunted in annoyance and made his way in front, with Mikan closely behind.
Shizuko's POV:
Geez, it was cute at first but really? Why do they feel the need to bicker all the time? They are wasting time! Shouta could be back at the orphanage by now for all we know! I let out a long sigh and glanced at the couple walking in front of me. It was an awkward, tense silence. At least they're not bickering like a married couple anymore...
Taking my thoughts off of Mikan and Natsume, i decided to tune in to the forest to calm my nerves. I let my mind merge with those of the plants as I walked, and I felt calm again. I let out a small, barely noticable sigh as I felt my myself relax. It felt so calming...the sounds of nature...the conversations between small dasies that no one else would even notice as they stomped past... the refreshing smell of the mud and bark...
As I let myself become entranced within the allures of the forest, I barely noticed a sudden breeze rush past me. It dissapeared almost as soon as it appeared. Odd...
As i broke out of my trance i heard a loud squeal.
Mikan's POV:
God Damn you Natsume! This is your fault! Now Shizuko is mad at me because of you! I did my best to channel all of my anger to Natsume, however he didn't seem to notice and just kept walking. If Shizuko wasn't here then I would show him a piece of my mind!
Unfortunatley for me, Shizuko was here, so i just stared him down from the back, silently plotting a plan to get him back. Suddenly, a strong force pushed down on my back and I was pushed onto Natsume, sending him flat on his face...
Natsume's POV:
Damn you Polka. I know I took your panties and everything but did ya really have to push me face first on the ground? I slowly lifted my head up and growled, "Mikan..."
"Eeep!" She yelped and jumped off from my back, "I swear that wasn't my fault! Shizuko pushed me!" She pointed backwards to the said dazed girl, who snapped out of her trance upon hearing the accusation.
"Wha?! I didn't push you! I'm way back here! I was just enjoying nature and keeping an eye on you !"
"Well something hit me on the back! If it wasn't you then what was it?!"
"How am I supposed to know!?"
"You said you were keeping an eye on us!"
Geez, and she says we bicker too much...
A sudden rustle in the trees caught my attention, however the two girls arguing didn't notice. I glanced upwards, to the tree above Mikan, and noticed a small figure crouched on the branch. Upon closer inspection I realised it was a boy, with scruffy blond hair, and a chubby face. He noticed me staring and snickered before putting a finger to his lips and letting out a small "shh". Then he dissapeared. Just vanished into thin air.
"Hey" I tried to get the girls' attention. No luck.
"listen, I didn't push you ok?! Why the hell would I push you? Especially onto him! He scares me with his evil glare!" My eyebrows twitched at the remark.
""Hey, Morons" Looks like insults won't work either.
"I don't know why you'd push me! That's why I'm asking you to tell me!"
"You're not asking! You're just yelling at me!"
"I am Not yelling!"
"Yes you are!"
"Not!"
"Are!"
"Not!"
"Ar-" Thankfully, Shizuko was rudely cut off by a certain boy landing on her back and clinging to her like a monkey.
"I tried to warn you" I stated calmly as Shizuko started to scream.
"Gyaa! W-what the hell!?"
""Onee-chan!" The boy squeezed harder.
"Shouta-kun!" Mikan exclaimed. She didn't seem suprised at all with his sudden appearence, just happy.
"What are you doing?!" With Mikan's help, Shizuko had managed to get the boy off her back, he clung to her leg though.
"I came to find you Onee-chan! Tama-chan stopped looking just because all those wimps were tired! But i can just speed round the whole forest and find you in 10 seconds!" He led out a huge grin along with a laugh.
"Wait," Mikan and SHizuko looked at each other.
"Tama knows we're missing?!" They both said at the same time.
"Well duh! You guys are the noisiest at the orphanage! Always arguing! I'd be shocked if it took longer for her to realise you were gone!"
"Eheheheheh..." Both girls suddenly looked sheepish and let out a nervous laugh, "W-well were friends now,!" Mikan stated with a large smile.
"EH?!" Shouta seemed really suprised at Mikans statement... "But I thought you hated MIkan, SHizuko? You akways pick on her and everything at school and at the orphanage!"
"Well...I was wrong," Shizuko turned to Mikan and grasped her hand, "I was stupid for not becoming friends with her sooner," Both girls smiled, and Shouta started to giggle.
"Thats great! Now we can all be like a family! You two be my big sisters and I'll be the little brother!" The little boy wedged himself inbetween Mikan and Shizuko, taking hold of there hands and letting out a big smile.
"Then Natsume can be our brother in law!" Shizuko exclaimed proudly.
Brother in law?
"Eh?" This time it was Mikan and I talking at the same time.
"Well you are gonna get married right? So you cant be Mikan's brother, but you can be mine and Shouta's brother in law after you get married!" Oh now i get it...
"Hn. I guess I don't mind having a few extra siblings.." Mikans mouth dropped as she turned red.
"Natsume! stop saying we're gonna get married! It's embarrasing!"
"So what? We promised didn't we? with the stones? Theres no point hiding it,"
"But we've still got ages! We have to graduate from highschool first and we havn't even left elementary school!"
"So? doesn't mean we can't think about it," Mikan turned even redder, just how red can you be?
"I know that! But you say it everytime we meet someone!"
"I want them to know you're mine,"
"Geez, you're possesive,"
"You're the one who agreed to marry me" I could tell Mikan was about to murder me. She had fire in her eyes and her fist clenched.
"And you're the one who forced me to kiss you!"
"I didn't force you. You forced yourself on me,"
"WAH!?"
Shizuko's POV:
Ok I agreee with Mikan. He is a little possesive. I mean, he was jealous of a little boy! But this bickering is getting out of hand. Why don't they just shut up and kiss already? They may as well already be married...
"OK,ok! I've had enough of this!" I let go of Shouta's hand and made my way inbetween Natsume and Mikan, who was now gripping the collar of Natsume's shirt and glaring at him murderously. "Will you two just shut it! We have Shouta now so we can go!"
"But Natsume's being a prick!"
"Shizuko started it,"
"Gah! Just kiss already!" With that, I grabbed the back of Mikans head along with Natsume's and pushed them together. Mikan tried to resist, however Natsume eagerly kissed her, causing Mikan to turn red.
When they Parted, Mikan was dazed, Natsume's expression remained unreadable, I felt accomplished, and Shouta had his eyes covered, "Gross! Don't do that in front of me!"
"Now come on already! I wanna get as far away from that hell hole as possible!"

Hii :D I know it's been a while but my computer was a dick and decided to get a virus so I couldn't go on it. And its really awkward and tedious to do it through my phone. But my dad got his computer fixed so whenever I go to his house (which is every other weekend) I'll try my best to update! I know it was kinda rushed but I wanted to update as fast as possible before I got too tired to do it xD oh well. leave as review and tell me what you think!
