When Kagome awoke she was in a dark room that was lit by a candle on the table that was near the bed she was laying on. The room was pretty plain. A bed a desk a chair and a candle...thats about it.
She swung her legs over the side of the bed and found the door and tried to pull it open. However it was locked. Kagome glared at the door and sat down on the bed with her arms crossed and an angry expression on her face. Who knows how long she stayed like that. But she did here the lock click and the door open. In walked a boy she didn't recognize.
He had onyx eyes and black hair and a cold expression.
"Come on girl Orochimaru wants to see you," he said. His voice held no emotion. She shivered. This boy had hatred rolling off of him in waves and she thought it'd be best not to piss him off so she reluctantly followed him. While looking at the back of his head she almost laughed out loud. A small giggles did pass through her lips.

"Whats so funny?" He asked looking her with those cold emotionless eyes.

"Oh nothing. I just that the back of your head looks like a ducks ass," she said giggling once more.

He glared at her but she continued to laugh as the two made their way down the long corridor when finally arriving into a large room. At the end of the room, straight ahead, was the creep with the snake eyes. He was sitting in a throne like chair with Kabuto standing on his right with that same smirk plastered to his face.

"The priestess," the snake guy said. She 'hmphed' and crossed her arms and looked away.

"Oh great, shes one of those girls with an attitude," kabuto sighed and pushed his glasses up his face.

She stuck her tongue out at him and turned her attention back to Orochimaru.

"What the hell do you want from me?" She asked crossing her arms and tapping her foot in an impatient manner.

He smirked,"I want your power."

She almost burst out laughing at that.

"Do you honestly think you can take my Miko powers?" She asked.

Earlier that week he recalled Sasuke telling him that Mikos were pure and her powers would destroy him but he didn't believe him.

"Orchimaru always gets what he wants," kabuto stated and smirked once again in kagomes direction. His smirk faltered as she herself mimicked his smirk.

"You guys are so stupid! Mikos are pure people. Any amount of evil would be purified in amount os seconds," orochimaru glared at the young teenage girl. She was pretty cocky to be acting that way in his presence.

I WILL have that power of yours! take her," Orochimaru said. Sasuke grabbed her arm roughly and dragged her down the hallway.

Kagome did managed to throw something,"How fun being turned to a pile of ash!"

Sasuke was shocked that she had the guts to say such a thing to Orochimaru. Most people would be trembling begging for mercy.

Curiosity got the best of him.

"Why do you not tremble when in the presence of Orochimaru?" Sasuke asked, his voice still as cold as ever.

"Oh please I've met scarier people. Compared to what i have been through, this is nothing!" She stated.

"What do you mean?" He questioned looking down at the strange girl beside him.

"Well, where I came from, getting kidnapped was almost on a daily basis and by the most terrible people. On guy... Kidnapped me...he was the worst. He caused sorrow and pain everywhere he went. He even went as far as killing another priestess using her lovers body to strike her down," she trailed off remembering all the times Naraku had tried to have Inuyasha and Kikyo try to kill each other.

Sasuke was silent the rest of the trip to her room/prison. He walked in and closed the door behind them.

"What are you doing?" She asked as he walked closer to her. She stepped back until her back connected with the wall. Next thing she knew she was trapped. Both his hands were on either side of her head. She looked up and met his cold onyx eyes.

"I am the one who will kill Orochimaru. No one will get in my way. Not even you. I suggest you try and refrain from killing him. If you do...i'll kill you," with that he swiftly left the bedroom. Kagome slid down the wall and clutched her chest over her widely beating heart. She pulled her knees to her chest and put her head on them.

"Why do these things happen to me," she muttered to herself, silent tears falling from her eyes... Not once had it dawned on her that she had just met THE Sasuke Uchiha that Naruto cared so much about... Then again she didn't even know the guys name.

"What do you mean she was kidnapped!" Tsunade screamed slamming her hands on her desk causing it to crack.

Kakashi rubbed the back of his head and looked down at the floor, "Lady Tsunade we were ambushed and Kabuto was there accompanied by Sasuke. Sasuke was hidden and when he saw his first opening he took his chance and snatched her and took off before we had a chance to take her back. Please forgive me its all my fault."

Tsuande sat back in her chair and sighed, "There is nothing we can do at the time being. The ANBU are on missions of their own and a handful of our best shinobi are also on a mission."

"We don't have time to wait!" Naruto yelled, "Kagome...is like the big sister I never had. I would do anything to get her back from Orochimaru!"

Sakura stared at her teammate and looked down at the ground wishing she could help somehow.

"Naruto, I understand how you must be feeling but right now we can't do anything until some of our other shinobis come back. You're going to have to patient," Tsunade told him. Naruto's shoulders slumped and he nodded his head.

She then dismissed them all and Kakashi offered to take them to Ichirakus. Naruto silently followed them to the ramen stand.

Sakura glanced back at Naruto and glared. She turned on her heels and punched in right in the face.

"Ow! What the hell was that for!" He yelled holding his cheek.

"For acting like an idiot! The Naruto I know wouldn't be depressed even though the person he looks up to has been kidnapped! The Naruto I know would be training his ass off so when the time to face Orochimaru comes, he'll be prepared!" Sakura growled. Naruto's eyes widened.

"Your right Sakura. Im sorry. After Ichiraku's i wall go train so I can become stronger and save Kagome!" He grinned and ran ahead the two. Kakashi smiled as he watched the young boy run towards the ramen stand.

"Kakashi sensei...i know you feel the same way Naruto does but in a more romantic way towards Kagome. Its quite obvious I hope you know..." She then sped off before he could say anything.

He looked at the spot where she once was with a shocked expression shown in his one visible eyes. He then sighed and pulled out his book and took his time getting to the Ramen stand with a smile beneath his mask.
